임상간호사의 인지스타일과 창의적 행동 간에 직무 도전성의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Challenging Work in the Relationship between Cognitive Style and Creative Action in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among cognitive style, creative action, and challenging work and then determine whether challenging work has a mediating effect between cognitive style and creative action. Methods: Data were collected from a convenience sample of 275 clinical nurses who graduated from 3-year nursing schools and worked in hospitals in Seoul or Kyungki Province. The questionnaire included measurements of cognitive style, creative action and challenging work. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, T-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Mean scores for cognitive style, creative style, and challenging work were $3.28{\pm}0.42$, $3.22{\pm}0.57$, $3.40{\pm}0.63$, respectively. Significant correlations were found between cognitive style and challenging work, cognitive style and creative action, and challenging work and creative action. Cognitive style was significantly different according to years in clinical career, and in hospital size. Challenging work was significantly different according to age and position. Creative action was significantly different according to years in clinical career. Finally challenging work had a mediating effect between cognitive style and creative action. Conclusion: Findings from this study provide a comprehensive understanding of challenging work for clinical nurses and indicate related factors and importance.

게임캐릭터의 패션스타일 유형 및 특성 (Fashion Styles and Characteristics of Game Characters)

  • 이 연구는 게임 캐릭터의 패션스타일을 분석하여 게임에 적합한 유형화를 제안하고, 유형별 특성을 정의하고자 한다. 수집된 자료를 유사한 스타일로 그룹핑하여 대표성을 띤 용어로 게임 캐릭터스타일을 새롭게 명명하였으며, 명명된 스타일은 캐릭터의 의상, 헤어스타일, 액세서리를 중심으로 Creative Style, Attractive Style, Grotesque Style, Usual Style, Suit Style 등 5가지로 분류하여 분석하였다. Creative Style은 창의적인 디자인으로 일부를 제거 및 첨가한 독창적인 스타일, Attractive Style은 노출이 많은 디자인, 신체에 피트한 디자인으로 성적인 매력을 표현하는 스타일, Grotesque Style은 엽기적이고 괴기스러우며, 음침한 분위기를 나타내는 스타일, Usual Style은 평범하고 현실적인 스타일, 마지막으로 Suit Style은 전신을 둘러싼 갑옷 스타일이다. 이 연구를 통해 캐릭터 패션스타일에 대해 게이머와 개발자간의 견해 차이를 좁혀 게임디자인의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다.

캐릭터 커스터마이징 게임에 나타난 유형별 스타일링 분석 (Analyzing Types of Styling through Character Customization Games)

  • 선행된 연구에서 제안된 '게임캐릭터 패션스타일 유형'을 토대로 커스터마이징 시스템에 나타난 게임 캐릭터의 유형별 스타일링을 Creative Style, Attractive Style, Grotesque Style, Usual Style, Suit Style로 분류하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 게임의 특성상 가상공간에서 이루어진다는 점에서 현실에서는 구현하기 힘든 창의이며 융합적인 디자인 표현이 다양한 형태로 나타났다. 둘째, 게이머와 동일시되는 게임 캐릭터의 특징과 일반적인 신체비율보다 과장된 8등신 이상이 주로 사용되는 RPG들을 중심으로 분석된 만큼 Creative Style과 Attractive Style의 빈도가 높게 조사되었다. 셋째, 대체적으로 캐릭터의 의상디자인과 컬러의 사용은 게이머의 요구나 세계관의 반영에 의해 선택되므로 공통적인 특징이 나타나는 반면, 헤어디자인과 컬러에서는 다양한 표현으로 대표성을 찾기 힘들었다. 본 연구결과는 게이머의 개성과 요구에 부합하는 패션아이템 개발 매뉴얼 및 관련연구를 위한 참고자료로써 가치가 있다고 사료된다.

크리에이티브 디렉터 교체에 따른 버버리 남성복 디자인 및 스타일 연구 (A Study on the Design and Style of Burberry Men's Wear through the Replacement of Creative Directors)

  • This study compares and analyzes the designs of Burberry creative directors, Christopher Bailey and Riccardo Tisci. For this purpose, 322 photographs (176 Christopher Bailey and 146 Riccardo Tisci) were collected and the data analysis criteria were classified into color, shape, material, decoration, item, and fashion style. With respect to the data analysis method, statistical analysis and content analysis were combined. First, the design characteristics of Christopher Bailey top and bottom combined bright tone, tone-in-tone color scheme, H-line, heterogeneous material combination, and smart casual appeared very frequently. Second, the design characteristics of Riccardo Tisci top and bottom combined were monotone, tone-on-tone color scheme, H-line, heterogeneous material combinations, and street culture. Third, the design differences between creative directors were significantly different in color, tone, color arrangement, pattern, material type, material combination, detail, top and bottom items, and fashion style. Burberry men's wear maintains Burberry's traditional design identity with achromatic colors, beige-based colors, and beige checks. Christopher Bailey's design direction is characterized by modernity in a casual mood that emphasizes practicality. The design direction of Riccardo Tisci is characterized by a wide gap between images in a semi-formal style that emphasizes Burberry's tradition and a free-spirited casual style.

  • On the threshold of year 2000, the elderly account for more than 7% of the whole population in Korea, which means that the nation is greeting welcoming an aging society. Accordingly, it is expected that silver businesses and services targeted at the silver generation will prosper with "silver advertising design" becoming active. Under such circumstances, this study was aimed at reviewing the recent silver marketing advertisements in terms of their cultural and moral implications, and thereby, redefining and reestablishing the status of silver consumers to help them find their identity, aware of marketing activities and therewith, establish their "consumer sovereignty". This study consists in large of 5 chapters. The introduction parr describes background, purpose, method and scope of the study. The first chapter reviews the silver marketing theories. The second chapter classifies the silver marketing advertisement positioning of four style - upper classes style, effloresce progress style, self- sufficiency style, dependent style - and reviews the expression strategy of each positioning. The third chapter examines the domestic conditions of silver marketing advertisements for each positioning type classified. The fourth chapter designs the ′creative′of silver marketing advertisements and suggests the methods thereof. The analysis of ′creative′was tested in terms of graphic gestaltung, and how the sliver marketing advertisement positioning should be discerned depending on silver generation consumer′s characteristics was discussed. The fifth chapter puts forwards the suggestions for the ′creative′ strategies to enhance the effects of the silver marketing advertisements, based on the preceding discussions. In addition, the Perspective into the keyword of 21 st century or "silver design" is discussed, together with the limitations of this study. It is hoped that this stuffy will be conducive to our efforts to face the upcoming′age\ulcorner society′more effectively. To this end, this study discusses the "silver advertising design" in light of ′societal concepts′and ′customer-oriented value′, and thus, explores some creative presentation strategies whereby individual companies interests and social or public interests can be compromised through ′creative activities′ and ′equal-value consumerism′ for an ultimately effective management strategies for silver businesses and services.

  • This study compared and analyzed the direction of Louis Vuitton creative directors Kim Jones and Virgil Abloh. Accordingly, 485 photos(251 Kim Jones, 234 Virgil Abloh) were collected. For data analysis, statistical and content analyses were combined. First, as for the overall design characteristics of creative director Kim Jones, complex colors, colorful barrels, tone-in-tone color schemes, H-line, plain fabrics, soft materials, heterogeneous material combinations, casual style. Second, as for the overall design characteristics of creative director Virgil Abloh, achromatic color, colorful tone, tone-on-tone color scheme, I-line, plain fabric, soft material, similar material combination, casual style. There were significant differences in color, tone, color scheme, silhouette, pattern, material type, material combination, fashion image, detail, trimming, top and bottom that differed in the creative directors' design direction. Therefore, it appears that Kim Jones has been directing the luxurious and unique men's wear through H-line, coat and slim pants, colorful color combination, soft material, heterogeneous material combination, plain fabric, and chic active sensibility. Meanwhile, Virgil Abloh is directing men's wear in a loose and trendy street mood through the I-line, jacket and wide pants, achromatic color, soft material, plain fabric, similar material combinations, and soft and sophisticated modern sensibility.

패션블로그에서 퍼스널 스타일 표현형식 (Representation Forms of Personal Style on the Fashion Blogs)

  • This study aims to analyze the representation forms of bloggers' personal style on the fashion blogs and enlighten their values which can be actively applied to design and marketing in fashion industry. Image representation of fashion bloggers is reflected by the characteristics in the digital environment, which are the creative manipulation of expression and the production of virtual and fantastic images by taking advantage of the composite medium such as images, music, videos, articles, etc. Also real time updates in blog indicate the latest trends in terms of the representation of image as the actual currency. The study conducted case studies of 5 women's personal fashion blogs through the verification of a variety of global fashion media and blog ranking sites: Style Bubble, Style Rookie, The Cherry Blossom Girl, The Blond Salad, and Fashion Toast. Research findings are as follows. First, the application of creative design elements is indicated as symbolic items, self-made designs, DIY, and various mix and match emphasizing design elements such as color, patterns, proportion, etc. Second, the virtual representation is very highlighted on the story telling applied by film like production or digital effect. Third, the commercial application with mainly sponsored wardrobe and designer collaboration indicates promoting a updated trend as well as a specific brand or designer to make their business profits.

A Study on Influential Factors in Mathematics Modeling Academic Achievement

  • Utilizing the path analysis method, the study explores the relationships among the influential factors in mathematics modeling academic achievement. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. Achievement motivation, creative inclination, cognitive style, the mathematical cognitive structure and mathematics modeling self-monitoring ability, those have significant correlation with mathematics modeling academic achievement; 2. Mathematical cognitive structure and mathematics modeling self-monitoring ability have significant and regressive effect on mathematics modeling academic achievement, and two factors can explain 55.8% variations of mathematics modeling academic achievement; 3. Achievement motivation, creative inclination, cognitive style, mathematical cognitive structure have significant and regressive effect on mathematics modeling self-monitoring ability, and four factors can explain 70.1% variations of mathematics modeling self-monitoring ability; 4. Achievement motivation, creative inclination, and cognitive style have significant and regressive effect on mathematical cognitive structure, and three factors can explain 40.9% variations of mathematical cognitive structure.

한국의 창안(創案)리더십 사례연구 - 사회편익(社會便益)의 공헌(貢獻)을 중심으로 - (A case study on Korea Creative Leadership - Focusing on the contribution of social benefiting)

  • 본 논문은 한국형 리더십 모형을 제시하는 시론의 하나로 기획된 연구로서, 창안리더십의 핵심가치와 사례에 대한 결과물이다. 이 연구를 통해보면, 창안리더의 특질은 특히 사회편익을 위한 실용과 생활혁신의 측면 즉 조직과 사회의 영역에서 빛을 발하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 창안리더십을 주도한 인물들은 대체로 개인영역에서 사회영역으로 양적, 질적 영역확대를 거친 사회적 리더로 밝혀졌다. 창안리더십의 발전과정을 보면, 개인영역(Self)의 핵심가치는 자기를 완성하는 정기(正己)로 자기 성찰을 통한 정체성을 확립하고 있으며, 이는 자기주도성, 관찰실험정신, 강한 탐구심 등의 역량으로 발휘되고 있다. 다음으로 관계영역(Relationship)의 핵심가치는 기혈상통(氣血相通)의 네트워킹(Networking) 활성화이며, 이는 타인존중과 배려, 유형분석, 설득의 역량으로 나타난다. 다음으로 조직영역(Team)의 핵심가치는 수시(授時)와 정음(正音)의 실용과 검증이며, 이는 조정과 조절, 팀워크(Teamwork) 조성과 개선으로 그 역량이 발휘되었다. 나아가 결국 사회영역(Community)에서는 훈민(訓民)과 활인(活人)의 사회기여라는 핵심가치로 결실을 맺는데, 그 구체적인 역량은 비전제시, 사회편익, 생활혁신 등으로 표출되어 실천된다. 본 논문의 의의를 살펴보면, 창안의 특질을 지닌 리더를 통해 한국형리더십의 원형을 구축해 보고, 사례분석을 통해 우리 고유의 리더십 속성이 무엇인지를 규명하고자한 점에서 의미가 있다고 본다.

공대생들의 창의적 문제해결유형별 셀프리더십과 통제소재 (Creative Problem Solving Style, Self-leadership and Locus of Control in the Korean Engineering College Students)

  • 본 연구는 공대생들을 대상으로 창의적 문제해결유형별로 셀프리더십과 통제소재의 특성을 파악함으로써 문제해결능력과 과제수행을 증진시키고 효과적인 팀을 구성, 관리하는데 도움을 주기 위해 수행되었다. 창의적 문제해결유형의 3가지 차원(변화에 대한 지향, 일처리 방식, 의사결정의 중심)에 대해 각 차원을 구성하는 2가지 유형(혁신-개량, 외적처리-내적처리, 사람중심-과제중심)에 속하는 학생들을 분류하고, 문제해결유형과 성별에 따른 셀프리더십과 통제소재에 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 이원분산분석을 실시했다. 문제해결유형의 주효과는 각 차원별로 다르게 나타났고, 성별의 주효과 및 성별과 문제해결 유형의 상호작용효과는 모든 척도에서 나타나지 않았다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언이 논의되었다.
