Interfacial adhesion between fiber and resin are related to composites performance, so it is very important to evaluate them accurately. In this study, the interfacial properties of microdroplets under fatigue loading conditions were evaluated. The mechanical properties and interfacial adhesion of epoxy resin with dopamine were studied. Tensile specimens were prepared to evaluate mechanical properties and epoxy microdroplets specimens were used for the evaluation of interfacial adhesion. In addition, in the microdroplet fatigue test, the same diameter of the microdroplet was used and the experiment was performed under the same conditions. As a result, it was confirmed that mechanical and interfacial properties were improved when dopamine was applied to epoxy resin through tensile and microdroplet experiments. It is considered that dopamine improves the degree of curing of the epoxy resin and imparts hydroxyl groups to the epoxy resin to increase the mechanical properties and the interfacial adhesion between the glass fibers.

The modem society has been talked as the age of uncertainty, the age discontinuity and the information society. The future society is forcasted the creativity society. Both the achievement motive and the creativity be suggested as an important factors to accomplish the individual goals and organizational performance. The achievement motive has the major implications in increasing the level of achievement motive between high and low creative group. The employee creativity is the emergence in action of a novel relational product, growing out of the uniqueness of the individual on the hand, and materals, events people or cirumstances of his life on the other. It has been treated as an impotant factor to solve the complex management ploblems for the management. The major purpose of this study are (1) to review the theory of an achievement motivation and the creativity, (2) to provide both management and scholars with the practical and useful implications on the development of the employee cretivity in improving the management performance.

Due to dramatic changes in the trend of corporate management in economics, labor and government, companies are being asked to adapt creative and innovative organizational culture in order to keep sustainability. Recently, M company has introduced the new policy of working hours that employees can choose a couple of different time options depending on their personal situations. And it turns out to be very effective to work & life balance, increasing organizational vitality, improving efficiency of business and productivity, recruitment of core human resources, and prevention of deviation; both team and personal performance levels has significantly improved. Therefore, it is highly recommended to adapt flexible working policies for companies seeking for a long term, sustainable corporate vision.

In the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the foundation of software and hardware technologies through ICT, the technology to analyze the principles of information processing activities is the ability to implement programming. In this study, to improve the programming academic performance of electronics majors, firstly, we presented an effective teaching method in order to promote employment in the programming field by improving problem-solving skills and logical thinking skills in the programming field that electronics majors do not prefer. Secondly, we plan to promote intelligence informatization by converging intelligence information technology into the existing electronics industry by developing software utilization skills through programming curriculum that reflects the specificity and reality of electronics. Lastly, as computer programmers, we would like to expand creative talent education by developing learners' capabilities to cultivate smart talents who have both hardware and software capabilities.

The purpose of this paper is an analysis of the difference between convergence majors and single majors in the convergence core competency and educational performance. We used survey data for the analysis of the convergence core competencies, the results of the midterm and final exams for the education performance. Analysis targets are 10 students in big data business intelligence at Seokyeong University as convergence majors and 11 students in business administration as single majors. The target course was an analysis of economic data provided in the second semester of 2019. And the lecture contents were analysis of big data using R programming. The survey was conducted on December 5, 2019. The convergence core competences were creative thinking, critical thinking, understanding convergence knowledge, problem solving ability, communication skills, cooperation ability, use of convergence tools, consideration, and responsibility. As results of homogeneity tests, we found that there was no significant difference in all competencies, but there were very significant differences in the educational performance evaluated by the midterm and final exams. Therefore we can see willingness to convergence of single majors was no different from that of convergence majors, but had not led to practice. It is desirable to activate and support convergence courses.

Purpose - This study aims to identify the importance of subsidiary entrepreneurship as a key factor when MNE attempts to invest in challenging overseas markets. Through the simultaneous consideration of institutional theory and entrepreneurship theory, this study would like to examine how Korean subsidiaries in the Middle East improve their performance locally. Design/methodology - To reflect the characteristics of emerging markets, this study conducted a survey of Korean subsidiaries in the Middle East in cooperation with KOTRA and analyzed the hypotheses using a structural equation model based on 249 valid responses. Findings - The findings of this study are as follows. First, we found that institutional and business distance would positively affect subsidiaries' entrepreneurship. The result that subsidiaries' entrepreneurship is positively affected by institutional and business distance implies that attempts to close the difference between heterogeneous markets would increase subsidiaries' innovative proactiveness, such as R&D and creative marketing strategies. Second, we confirmed that the institutional and business distance positively mediate the subsidiaries' entrepreneurship growth, leading to high performance. Therefore, Korean subsidiaries are required and prepared to establish strategies to better understand institutional and business distances in advance and reduce the liability of foreignness by conducting customized research and training programs before sending Korean expatriates to local subsidiaries in the Middle East. Originality/value - This study contributed to institutional and entrepreneurship theory by proving the traditional relationship between institutional and business distance to subsidiaries' performance and the mediation of subsidiary entrepreneurship.

Recently, Korean government promotes BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) for their public construction project to apply private sector's experience and finance initiatives. Many of public buildings and civil infrastructure projects were planned to be delivered by BTL and it helps to continue public projects under tight budget conditions. Since the characteristics of BTL projects, creative ideas for the project function, performance and its LCC (Life Cycle Cost) become more important than usual public work project. This paper introduces the systematic "VE job Plan" application techniques for BTL project and shows the process. This study shows the application of "VE job Plan" for BTL project to help decision making and value improvement. Also, Project cost was estimated by LCC (Life Cycle Cost) analysis. Technical "FAST diagram"was developed and used to find major functions of the project. So, it helps to improve performance of functions and make creative ideas. FAST diagram also help to find relationships between functions and cost. A case study (Daegu Art Gallery BTL Project) was conducted using proposed "VE job Plan. Study demonstrates how value management helps save money and increase functional performance. Researcher found that project can save cost and improve performance of functions significantly by using appropriate VE analysis process at appropriate time.

This study aims to find out the effect of pre-service elementary teachers' experiences of inquiry performance in the life on their images about a scientist and science teaching anxiety. Thus, this study selected 162 college juniors who completed 'Science Teaching Material Research & Teaching Methods' for one semester at a university of education. Groups of 3 to 4 pre-service teachers were made to select one of the 10 experimental topics and inquired it for themselves, and make a presentation about the results before the other pre-service teachers. The results of this study can be summarized as below. Firstly, as a result of investigating pre-service elementary teachers' opinions about the characteristics of scientists, it was found that they thought of scientists prudent, intellectually superior, creative, and hard-working, but did not consider them artistic or religious, no matter if they had inquiry performance experiences. Especially, to such characteristics as intellectually-superior, creative, open-minded, outgoing and responsible, they showed more positive responses after inquiry performances. Besides, in scientists' activity types shown in pre-service elementary teachers' drawing pictures of a scientist, 'Experimental Activity' increased most after their inquiry performances, and in the place of activity, 'Laboratory' was most since it was related to activity types. Secondly, as a result of examining per-service elementary teachers' science teaching anxiety before and after inquiry performances, it was found that they showed statistically significant differences in all the domains, scientific knowledge, inquiry class preparation and inquiry class management. This finding could be interpreted as their inquiry experiences had positive effect on their having confidence in teaching science.

It is an undeniable that cultural landscape of Korea is centered in Seoul, where all the cultural powers are oriented. From this aspect, a municipal theatre of Daegu (Daegu Municipal Theatre), where is considered an area somewhat isolated from the perspective of culture, has managed to develop theoretical programs serving public purposes through efforts on the diversification of performance programs, development of creative plays, acceptance of open direction, classic, modern and experimental plays, foreign exchange, musicals and non-verbal, development of modern and post-modern history of the region, aggressive exploration of subjects, and characterization of the theater through citizen-participated programs and communication with citizens. With such efforts on diversification of public benefits and communality conforming to its purpose, it has been recognized for its contribution to the recovery of popularity of performance art and plays in Daegu. The Daegu Municipal Theatre, celebrating the 20th anniversary of establishment this year and having Choi Ju-Hwan as its fifth art director, has managed to conduct various experimental attempts to gain popularity and these include the exploration of the region and its historical figures, development and promotion of creative musicals, and promotion of communication between citizens and performance culture and of participation of audiences, in turn having a stabilized operation system. Such changes are seemed to be attributable to the maturity of performance production and roles of senior members. From this aspect, this study aims at investigating the changes in the Daegu Municipal Theatre and 'roles and popularity of national/public theatre companies.

The purpose of this study is to examine the works of choreographer Philippe $Decoufl{\acute{e}}$ and the performance costumes designer Philippe Guillotel, and identify the intrinsic values shown in the formative characteristics in their works. And it proposes a vision and a direction for the development and performance of modern fashion phenomenon of media convergence performing arts complex. The results were as follows. First, the performance characteristics shown in Philippe $Decoufl{\acute{e}}$'s art pattern applies dynamic improvisation, decategorization reflected in the media interactivity, time and space of a variable scalability, complex artistic genres and transcends cultural boundaries. Second, the characteristics of the performance costume can be described as a co-existence between dynamics of aesthetic layers, 'Media body' represented by the interaction of the compounds with the technology, and integrated variable expandability. And aesthetic values inherent in the performance costumes are summarized as abstraction, playfulness, reproducibility, and theatricality. Modern fashion performance and limited production of the center 'costumes' in the fashion images can be used in diverse ways, and innovative marketing has gone through a change in image production. Metaphysical text of the advanced performance genre can be presented in a new perspective to fashion derivatives 'Media body'. And the aesthetics of popular culture kitsch, the grotesque, and surrealism in theater will produce creative stage direction.
