실행(practice)를 위주로 하는 전문직 교육은 실지 실습이나 임상교육등이 필수적이며 중요한 것은 주지의 사실이다. 그러나 전통적으로 대부분의 간호학교가 병원에 소속되어 있어서 간호 임상교육은 그 본 목적인 학생들의 학습보다는 오히려 병원 업무를 돕는 방향으로 잘못 전개되어왔다. 간호교육이 병원에 소속된 간호학교로 부터 학문의 전당인 대학안으로 옮겨지면서 많은 뜻있는 간호교육자들의 노력과 시도로 학생들이 고용인으로 이용되는 상황에서 탈피하여 임상교육이 학생들에게 이론적인 지식을 실지로 응용할 수 있는 복합적이고 통합적인 배움의 경험이 되도록 조금씩 발전해 가고는 있지만 아직도 바라는 만큼 이루어지지는 못하는 실정이다. 현재는 임상실습에 임하는 학생들이 기능적인 일을 반복하며 주어진 시간만을 채우는 경향이 많고 배운 이론을 대학 실습실에서 응용해 보지 못한채 직접 환자 간호에 적응하려면 지나친 불안과 긴장으로 오히려 학습에 장애가 오기도 한다. 또한 환자의 입장을 고려해 보면 그들은 안전하고 완벽한 간호를 받을 권리가 있음에도 불구하고 때로 서투른 학생들의 실습의 대상으로 노출되어 불안을 느끼고 바람직한 간호를 받지 못하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 몇 뜻있는 간호 교육자들은 임상들의 실습장소로 택하는 것은 학생에게는 부적절한 학습 환경이 될 뿐 아니라 환자에게는 도덕적, 윤리적으로 부당하다고 주장한다. 본 연구는 좀 더 잘 설비된 대학의 실습실이 급선무이고 또한 교화적이고 창의적인 실습실의 이용으로 반복적인 임상 실습의 양은 줄이는 한편 학생들의 실력이나 적용 능력의 토대를 탄탄히 하는 몇가지 교육방법을 제시하였다. 물론 제시된 시법이나 작은 그룹별 학습등은 기초 간호학실에서 많이 이용된 방법이기는 하지만 더욱 잘 응용되어야하겠고 역할 재현(role play)이나 유사 상황(simulation) 조성등의 학습 방법으로 기술적인면 뿐만 아니라 대인 관계나 면담기술 및 창의적이며 논리적인 사고의 발달등도 이루어 지리라 기대된다.학생들이 적정량의 기술과 지식을 익힌 후에 좀 더 복합적이고 통괄적인 지식의 응용 및 평가가 필요할 때 실지 임상 실습을 시도하는 것이 바람직한 것이다.

The purpose of this study focusing on the gather decorations shown in the modern fashion was to review needlework techniques and design features of gather decorations and thereupon, analyze the aesthetic characteristics of gather decorations shown in designers' works to examine the gather decoration trend in today's fashion. First, the decorative features of gather decorations different from the conventional costumes are shirring, lace and trimming combined or shirring repeated. Second, in view of sensualism, the gather decorations seem to play a role of enhancing the exposure as a mode of expression, while the indirect exposure or beach is mixed with the materials to widen the range of gather decoration expressions. Third, in terms of history, the conventional decorative techniques are combined with new techniques and materials to create a fantastic and romantic mood different from the conventional costumes. Fourth, in view of rhythms, the wave line of the rim for gather decorations serves to express some vivid effects; on the human body, its monotonous plane repetition will turn into a new expression or a voluminous physical sense of motion. However, since expressions or meanings of the gather decorations are much diversified, they should not be regarded as simple decoration details. Our modern designers searching for new expression of creases use unique structural forms to explore the possibility of creative gather decorations. In all, since gather decorations seem to be significant as unique details conducive to a structural pragmatism and aesthetics, it is deemed necessary to continue to develop gather decorations.

The purpose of this study is to explore the aesthetic characteristics of outerization phenomenon of contemporary fashion. Outerization, transforming underwear as outerwear, is one of the most dominant and widespread fashion trends in the dawning of new millenium. Fashion always exists for living body and tributes to express idealized beauty of human body and aesthetics of the era. If so, exploring the formative expressions and aesthetic characteristics of outerization would be an meaningful guideline to deduce changed relationship between fashion and body of the 21st century. The methodology of this study is to research of fashion collections such as Paris, Milan and New York which were held the first decade of new millenium, from 2000 Spring/Summer to 2009 Spring/Summer. The styles expressing outerization were selected and assorted based on the main formative expression. Then the aesthetic characteristics were classified. The way of expression of outerization is categorized into 4 parts ; Transition, Exposure, Transparency, and Deconstruction. Aesthetic Characters of outerization is classified 4 assortments as well ; Eroticism, Fun with parody and kitch, cyber culture, Gender politics, and Power fetish. Eroticism is the most clearly identified one. Coming out of underwear imply naked body itself, so it has erotic appeal. Fun is the second character. A pleasant sensation from the outerization of undergarments maximizes a disposition of play from parody, kitch, and cyber culture. The third is Gender Politics and it introspects how the society consumes woman body in history and modern times. Power Fetish, the last one, speaks for the female body with changed vision for femininity underneath the sphere of influence of feminism and post modernism, then emphasizes the subjectivity and independence of woman. From the research above, this study will help to understand the overwhelming outerization phenomenon and contribute to expansion of the horizon of the study of fashion aesthetics. It will serve fashion creative source through various outerization cases as well.

Korean fashion industry is not exceptional in terms of positive offense of multinationals and management circumstance of corporations which is changeful momentarily. Accelerated by continuous industry growth and particular policy to promote fashion industry, Korean fashion industry has been inflated quantitatively. In this paper the author presents a effective model which is applicable to the area of outsourcing in Korean men's wear industry incomplete and non-systematic. Studying and analyzing the state of outsourcing in other industries which use advanced outsourcing systems, the author suggests how to customize their advanced systems to men's wear industry. For the successful outsourcing, fashion brands have to recognize the specialized ability of outsourcing companies, go into partnership with them horizontally and concede their own value, not only for cost reduction. On the other hand, outsourcing companies should mediate between two parties, fashion brands and manufacturers, have the ability to create new designs, be able to present merchandises that fashion brands want, invest money in developing creative designs and new products which have good quality, and handle many manufactures specialized in their own areas to play an important role in mediating fashion brand sand manufactures. In this paper, the author tries to study forward direction of specialized outsourcing companies theoretically and is going to apply this theory to men's wear industry to make Korean fashion industry survive in international market successfully.

Intellectual property rights play a key role in employment creation and income generation plays an important role, especially in the creative economy. Many companies are ultimately increasing efforts to boost the company's financial performance, such as maximizing profits by building a strong brand assets amid committed to brand management in this paradigm. Reasonable evaluation and commercialization of technology transactions, financial assistance, investment decisions, trademark brand value for the reactivation (revitalizing) for the purposes of M & A, litigation, brand strategy will be said to be very important. In spite of the importance, the awareness of the property and the capabilities to assess are hardly sufficient. Thus, this study, targeting companies with valid trademarks for value assessment, conducted case analysis by cost method and income approach; the analysis presented the result from 2.05 million by the cost method to 2.7 million by the income approach applied to a variable discount rate and adjustment contribution. However, now that the implication was drawn from a single company, further studies covering case study and application plan according to scale and type of diverse company groups should be continued.

This study is intended to observe the meaning, aesthetic formative characteristics of the human body which is introduced and applied to the fashion design. The analysis of the modern fashion design describing the human body refers to the extracted fashion design which expresses the human body appearing in domestic & foreign fashion magazines as well as publications associated with it and published since 1990. The analysis of the way of expression, the image and the design elements in these fashion design works, has had to formative characteristics in each of the three parts. The pursuit of formative characteristics through simplifying the expression of the human body, uprising of anatomical expression, and metaphorical expression with the help of personification and objectification can be thought of as characteristics of expressing pattern. And the op-art, optical illusion by virtue of pointillism, the use of non-woven molding, and action painting technique can be described as expression tools to recognize the human body. Images are presented in the characteristics of being grotesque, humorous, erotic, futuristic and mysterious. The characteristics of designs are expressed in creative detail, trimming, pattern and accessory using the form of human body itself as an item of clothing tends to show the unity of human body and clothing. The human body in the modern era reflects the post human image as well as its meaning as a medium and tool. It is also perceived as a specific object to be self-conscious of in this reality with the loss of humanity, alienation and the confusion of identity. The analysis of the image and way of expression of human body in the fashion design, and the meaning of human body will play an important role of identifying tole viewpoint about human body as well as prospecting what the human being will be in the future.

The music education improves the creative talent, social skills and academic achievement of the students. For the efficient music education, it is requested to develop the collaborative educational learning tools, especially electronic collaborators suitable to the leaner's study patterns and speed. In this paper, we propose a new method to develop a PC-based self learning software for the flute performance using templates and descriptors to make the contents form and substance. Our proposed method can allow user to modify the descriptors to match the contents to his level. We implemented a PC-based self learning software for the flute performance compactly and a feasibility test showed the efficiency of our proposed method to construct a self learning tool to play the flute and the tool can be utilized for the beginner to learn playing flute.

In order to realize the operation of the creative modular toy, it is required to record the motion and to read and repeat the motion. At this time, a control potentiometer is used to read the absolute angle of rotation of the toy motion output shaft. However, the unstable part of the sensing area of the potentiometer is present in a certain region, which may lead to instability of the motor control. In this paper, we propose an algorithm to find the absolute angle of one rotation by reading two stable potentiometers on one axis and reading each stable region. We also describe the correction algorithm that is needed to perform multiple rotations. The proposed method is applied to Topobo modular toys to record the operation and perform iterative operation. In addition, multi-turn operation is recorded and operated to suggest the usefulness of the proposed method. In the future, we will expand the functions of recording and playback through various actions.

Performing industries in Korea and abroad have been attempting a wide range of artistic experiments utilizing online platforms ever since the Covid-19 pandemic. Accordingly, this study will shed light on the functional characteristics of Zoom, which was used as a creative tool for theater performances. At first, after examining theater performances presented in Korea and abroad using Zoom and their characteristics, the production stage of the Zoom play will be analyzed by dividing it into following stages; a research-based pre-production stage, a scene workshop stage that composes each scene based on the script, a recording stage filming each scene on Zoom, and Streaming stage for presenting the show. Furthermore, the actor's approaches to acting in this production process was presumed to be separation of gaze, re-recognition of space, utilization of expressive gestures, and reaction as an active action. As a result, it proposes the possibility of ongoing development of theatrical work using Zoom and the evolutionary aspect of actor's acting approaches in accordance with theatrical work via Zoom.

This writing is about an effort to try to preserve and transmit the materials related to Jing-Ju(京劇) who is the Chinese traditional theatrical art. The plan to preserve the materials of performing arts is very important because its collection and preservation about them are much more particular than other genres. China got the great results in this field because of China Jing-Ju Yinpeixiang (中國京劇音配像) project. Jing-Ju Yinpeixiang project is a kind of project to restore and preserve the materials which reproduced Jing-Ju repertoire by inserting the performance method of Yinpeixiang (音配像: put together images to sounds) by later actors and actresses of Jing-Ju in recordings of 1950s to 1960s by remained famous ones. Also, this is the large scale culture project that more than 170 institutions and more than 3000 persons participated in during the total 21 years that it first started in 1985 and was completed in the end of 2006. Thanks to this project, China got to have the almost perfect materials which reproduced live performances to add the images of junior actors and actresses who accurately imitated performances of 115 famous actors and actresses including each type of role, schools and great actors from 1907 to the end of 20th century in their voices. This is the only method to restore the materials in this world and very creative. It's been 15 years since TV broadcasting first showed its fruition to Chinese people. The Chinese government gave the positive judgement on this project and prepared to hold the big event which celebrated itself this year. But very little is known of this process and there is no any study in Korea. This writing tried to clarify what Jing-Ju Yinpeixiang project is, what it has meant to Chinese people and what results it has gotten after it's been 15 years since the first show was on TV.
