Creative economy has been characterized by ideas popularized commercialization. The commercialization of the idea is to develop a creative economy virtuous circle tool, entrepreneurship and start-ups for this serves as a key driver of the creative economy. This study is intended to look into the structural relationships between project manager's creative thinking, entrepreneurship, and project performance. To achieve this, research model and hypothesis were established to carry out statistical analysis based on the results of an empirical sample survey. The findings showed that project manager's creative thinking didn't improve project satisfaction directly, but it improved project satisfaction through the mediating effects of project manager's entrepreneurship. While it had a direct effect on perceived project performance, project manager's entrepreneurship was not mediated in this process. This suggests that even if project managers have a high expertise, thinking skill and motivation as creative thinking in working on the project, they have the limitation in leading to customer satisfaction from a personal perspective.

This model was set up though literature research method. Empirical analysis was conducted by using 487 questionnaires from workers of electronic industry in Kyung-buk. Results of study are as followings; 1. Technological entrepreneurship related positively to Creative product. 2. Creative product was affected through process in order of Technological entrepreneurship, PACAP, RACAP. 3. Intrinsic motivation strengthens the relation between Technological entrepreneurship and PACAP. 4. Extrinsic motivation strengthens the relation between PACAP and RACAP. This results will contribute to the improvement of Creativity and the utilization of external knowledge.

In recent, Korean government TF Team announced new entrepreneurship policy of establishing virtuous cycle in high-tech venture startup financing ecosystem with emphasizing on 'boosting up angel investment and M&A.' This policy is brought not only to come up with the previous policy defects of creating less creative starts-up despite that government has put die-hard efforts, such as big chunk of budget dumping and policy preference, to promote high-tech starts-up since the year of 1997, but also to found right momentum of shifting entrepreneurship policy paradigm from government-direct to entrepreneur into indirect via utilizing the market forces. In particular, this policy puts a highlight on promoting angel investment, representing unfolding red carpets for creative economy. However, this policy confront critical fatal flaws such as a serious lacks of business angels which carry out the core function of government policy. In worse off, business angels cannot be raised up in short term period by taking other practical entrepreneurship ecosystem cases. As alternative, this paper propose the raising-up over entrepreneurship facilitators with having angel investing potentials in short term. In specific, this paper suggest the training methodology over the previous BI manager, passive simple angel investors, and consultants in entrepreneurship for embedding entrepreneurship facilitators. This paper carries four different specific studies. First, this paper implement literature review for entrepreneurship policy with respect to evaluating the previous entrepreneurship policies and making a diagnosis over its consequences. Second, it carries theoretical literature reviews relating to Korean angel investment and business incubation. Third, it proposes the concept of entrepreneurship facilitators. Fourth, it brings the alternatives of raising up entrepreneurship facilitators.

The purpose of this study is to promote the activation of creative problem - solving education in Korea through the case of countries leading education for creative problem solving in order to overcome the limitation of creative problem solving education in Korea. Based on 5 success factors by our cases of United States, Singapore, and Dublin City University in Ireland, we focused on the cases and extracted five key characteristics of creative problem solving education. The university should be able to provide various information gathering and theoretical knowledge for problem definition as well as continuing guidance and mentoring, rather than one-time teaching, in the form of teaching-student cooperative learning paradigm. Second, the class should be a team - based learning team which is a key factor in overseas universities' policy, so as to be able to identify differentiated, new ideas and creative problem solving methods based on knowledge and experience sharing. The creative problem solving method derived from education could be able to collect, organize, and apply to the field continuously and comprehensively about the learning process of the individual. Evaluation of curriculum should be based on characteristics of school and characteristics of students. The results of creative problem-solving education should be evaluated in order to continuously develop and create value in addition to the outcomes of the class. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an evaluation process for each university. The university should try to make creative problem solving education create value through specialization of university. Based on this, we propose a creative problem solving education framework.

The AHP method was used in 30 provinces of China to construct the index system of creative space efficiency evaluation and determine the weight of each index. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was further used to score the indexes at all levels, and then the total efficiency score was sorted. The purpose of this study is to adjust the regional layout of creative space reasonably and implement financial policies accurately through the evaluation of the efficiency of creative space. The results is ranking top in weight of several indicators, which include the number of incubated Startups, the number of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors, the survival rate of incubator, the innovative training activities, etc. It was also found that Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Zhejiang ranked first in the score of creative space efficiency. This study is meaningful in that it was In order to effectively solve the problem of the imbalance of the creative space efficiency in China's province, by coordinating the regional pattern, establishing a sound service system and improving the efficiency evaluation system.

Recently our government has presented the realization of 'Creative Economy' as a primary goal of the state administration through encouraging start-ups and ventures. Activation of entrepreneurship education is an important task for a national job creation and entrepreneurship activation policy. Since 2012, as a mid and long term project, the Korea Ministry of Education has led to activate creative entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial culture within university by installing entrepreneurship centers respectively in 61 universities. In this study, we provide future entrepreneurship improvement subject and policy implication through the case analysis of entrepreneurship center operation and management. In order to achieve the research purpose, we will examine the program and condition of successful entrepreneurship centers in overseas universities and explore the factors that can enhance domestic entrepreneurship center development and operational effectiveness by analyzing 61 university-entrepreneurship center survey. First, primary research was conducted through survey focusing on organization and operation of centers, entrepreneurship education, startup support for students and entrepreneurship culture activation to proceed with comparative analysis. Through this case study, we expect to be able to derive policy implications for the effective operation of entrepreneurship center and the nurture of creative entrepreneurial young generation.

The creative industry has an important role in economic development, but creative economy entrepreneurs still face many problems in business development and sustaining their businesses. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurship orientation, innovative product advantages, and social network quality on business performance to help companies stay competitive. The research uses a quantitative approach with the population being the owner of the creative industry in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling, obtained as many as 126 creative industry owners. Data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study show that entrepreneurial orientation, innovative product advantage, and social network quality have a positive effect on the business performance of the creative industry in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. According to the study, a company with superior resources can win the competition and achieve business sustainability. When compared to competing organizations, the benefits of resources and competitive ability will create a competitive edge. As a result, stakeholders such as the government, the corporate sector, and universities are expected to play a larger role in accelerating the growth and development of creative industries.

The mission of the university is to grow young people who will be responsible for the next generation nation to mature society. In particular, the role of universities in the 4th Industrial Revolution era is to foster creative talents. Therefore, innovative changes are required for existing infusion education and employment-oriented college education contents and teaching methodology. In the high youth unemployment rate, entrepreneurship education is spreading to universities to innovate existing organizations and create new jobs. Until now, however, the effects of university entrepreneurship education have been studied mainly in the field of start-up. Therefore, it is very difficult to study various effects on entrepreneurship education. In this study, empirical analysis of the effect of entrepreneurship training on career preparation behaviors of university students who are about to enter the society is verified. The sample of this study was surveyed from August, 2016, and the questionnaire was applied to 393 university students who selected 5 universities and entrepreneurship education. As a result of the analysis, the ability of communicative communication and creative problem solving cultivated through entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, Entrepreneurship and self - efficacy had a positive (+) positive effect on career preparation behavior. However, cooperative communication ability, creative problem solving ability, and effective work behavior ability by entrepreneurship education were not directly related to career preparation behavior. On the other hand, in verifying the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, it proved that mediating role of positive communication between collaborative communication ability, creative problem solving ability and career preparation behavior. The implications of this study are as follows This study examines the effects of university entrepreneurship education on career preparedness behaviors.In other words, the university proved the direct effect and the mediating effect that affects positively (+) effect on career preparation behaviors by encouraging entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, rather than quantitative extension based on competency. Also, the implication of the parameters (entrepreneurship, self - efficacy) as a key variable for the effect and performance of career preparation behavior was derived.It also suggests that it is necessary to improve the creativity ability of entrepreneurship education so that it can have a direct and meaningful influence on career preparation behavior. First of all, it is urgent to develop a qualitative evaluation index for entrepreneurship education in order to measure these effects. Therefore, further study is required to verify the various implications for future entrepreneurship education, as well as the implications that entrepreneurship education is indispensable for the preparation of university students' careers.
