Purpose : This study was aimed at examining the relationships of university students' self-efficacy to creative disposition and creative thinking ability. Method : A descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 320 students enrolled 4-year-undergraduate academic programs major in nursing as well as elderly care management in one University located in Pusan, Korea. This study used: (a) 24 items of Self-Efficacy Scale originally developed by Kim & Cha(1996), and (b) 39 items of creative thinking ability and 16 items of creative attitudes in a Self-Report Form of Integrative Creativity Scale developed by Bak & Kang(2006). The data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression methods. Result : University students' self-efficacy has significantly positive impact on creative thinking ability(p<.001) with 26.4% of the variance and creative disposition(p<.001) with 48.9%. Creative thinking ability as well as the disposition related to creativity that university students possessed were significantly influenced by efficacy on self-control and efficacy on taking difficult tasks. Conclusion : This result supports Social Cognitive Theory and Investment Theory of Creativity in terms that self-efficacy is the factor affecting fostering creative ability and demonstration of creativity potential to the real. This also implies that healthcare educational programs reinforcing students' self-efficacy would contribute to breed them to healthcare professionals with creative competency.

This study aimed to find out how gratitude disposition and creative personality affect teacher professionalism in 384 pre-service early childhood teachers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and Sobel test for mediating effect. The results of the study were as follows: First, the average value was high in the order of teaching professionalism, gratitude disposition, and creative personality of pre-service early childhood teachers. Second, there was a positive corelation between pre-service early childhood teachers' gratitude disposition and creative personality, gratitude disposition and teaching professionalism. Third, as a result of examining the relative effects of gratitude disposition and creative personality on teaching professionalism, persistance was found to be the strongest predictor among creative personality.

This study intended to identify the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, and to evaluate how creativity mediate this relationship. Participants were 123 university students in Busan, the collected data was analyzed using Model 6 of SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results indicated as follows. First, cooperative learning competency, creative ability, creative disposition, and personality all showed a significant positive correlation. Second, it was found that cooperative learning competency had a significant effect on personality. Third, the mediating effect of creative ability wasn't found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fourth, the mediating effect of creative disposition was found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fifth, in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, the sequential mediating effect of creative ability and creative disposition was confirmed.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of a disposition towards critical thinking, self-esteem, creative convergence competency, and professional self-concept as factors affecting the professional self-concept of nursing students. This study was conducted on 326 nursing students between July 1st and July 30th, 2020. The data was collected by self-reporting questionnaires and analyzed with the SPSS/Win19.0 program using the descriptive statistics t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The mean score of critical thinking disposition was 3.39±0.02, self-esteem 3.46±0.03, creative convergence competency 3.33±0.02, and professional self-concept 3.07±0.02 in nursing students. There was a significant positive correlation between professional self-concept and critical thinking disposition (r=.748, p<.001), self-esteem (r=.642, p<.001), and creative convergence competency (r=.707, p<.001). The significant factors influencing professional self-concept were critical thinking disposition, self-esteem and creative convergence competency, which explained 67.8% of the variance. Therefore, this study suggests that there is a need for a strategy that increases critical thinking disposition, self-esteem, and creative convergence competency to improve professional self-concept in nursing students.

Gifted children cultivate their many talents through experience. For the purpose of revealing the talents or abilities of gifted children, it is necessary to provide them with various types of environment for their exploration from the early stage of their school age. In addition, knowing their concern, aptitude and interest from the early stage of their school age will be much helpful for them to grow, advance and search for their future career path. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to examine the definitional and cognitive characteristics of gifted children through tests on the creative disposition, creative thinking power, multiple intelligences and morality of gifted children at the early stage of their school age in order to provide basic information on the gifted children studies. Accordingly, 90 gifted children were selected as the participants of this study through observation and recommendation. The result showed much difference between the second grade and the third grade in their creative disposition, creative thinking power, multiple intelligences and morality according to school year. As for the difference according to gender, the second grade female students showed meaningful differences in the sub-domain of creative disposition, multiple intelligences and morality and the third grade showed no differences. Such study result shows that students in upper school year clearly have their own sense of purpose.

IT technology based projects was conducted to implement education on producing creative ideas through on-line education and grasp thinking disposition of students in terms of creativity education efficiency. The differences in idea creation among students according to thinking dispositions were analyzed through qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation of project and its result was drawn. The purpose of this study was to help cultivate a man of ability who will make a great contribution to knowledge information society by proposing education model based on new method of teaching and learning.

The purpose of this study was verify the effect of an engineering-technology program on high school students' technological thinking disposition and engineering attitude. To achieve this purpose, the question were as follows. 1) How does the engineering-technology program affect high school students' technological thinking disposition? 2) How does the engineering-technology program affect high school students' engineering attitude? For this study, the program was progressed from May to Aug in 2016. The data were collected from 138 D high school students which is located in Daejeon, Korea. For the statistical treatment of data, a Window SPSS-22 are used and significance level of .05 was established prior to data treatment. The results of this study were as follows: First, after participate in engineering-technology program was significant effect on the technological curiosity disposition, technological creativity and expression disposition, technological operating disposition, technological planning and reflecting disposition but no significant effect on the technological analyze disposition, technological problem identifying resolving disposition. Second, after participate in engineering-technology program, there was significant effect on the interests in engineering, the perceptions of creativity in engineering but no significant effect on the perceptions of importance in engineering.

Mathematical creativity is a main topic which is studied within mathematics education. Also it is important in learning school mathematics. It can be important for mathematics teachers to view mathematical creativity as an disposition toward mathematical activity that can be fostered broadly in the general classroom environment. In this article, it is discussed that creativity-enriched mathematics instruction which includes creative problem-solving and problem-posing tasks and activities can be guided more creative approaches to school mathematics via routine problems.

A new advertising, unlike traditional advertising, has a unique characteristics as a consumer's life styles are changed. This study explores consumer attitude affected by personal value disposition of each advertising creative appeal types. Personal value disposition implies directions of creative and determines advertising effect. So, personal value disposition deserves special consideration of not only print media, but broadcast media and internet media. In the present study, Research has been performed for a diffusion analysis based upon a survey of 338 individuals who were selected randomly. Test advertisement of MP3 Player has been used because involvement of products takes a neutral attitude comparatively. Result from the experiment show that, individualism-rational appeal is the most effective for consumers attitude. Groupism-rational appeals affects consumer's attitude, either. Groupism-emotional appeal has a partial effect and individualism-emotional appeal has no statistical significance. This experiment can be a foundation stone of personal value disposition studies.

The purpose of this study is to develop a subject integration robot programming instruction model to improve information gifted elementary students' creativity. For this goal, we have developed a subject integration robot programming instruction model and verified its effectiveness. The developed instruction model was applied to the 5th and 6th grade elementary school students. The developed model was applied to the experimental group and ordinary robot programming instruction model was applied to the comparison group. As a result, the model was significantly enhance students' creative disposition and creative cognitive abilities. According to these results, it has been proved that the subject integration robot programming instruction model is effective to the information gifted elementary students' creative disposition and creative cognition abilities.
