In this study, existential thoughts in Frank Lloyd Wright's notion of nature were investigated. Wright, a modern architect, presented the idea of creating organic architecture in harmony with nature. His naturalistic romanticism is considered to be the original inspiration for his concept of organic architecture. However, his understanding of architecture in harmony with nature stems from existential ideas in his notion of nature, including humanity. The proposed study analyzes his existential beliefs through his speeches and writings in four categories-love of nature, thoughts of abstract and concrete, nature as being intrinsic and "becoming," and thoughts on science and art. Our analyses reveal that, on the one hand, Wright was inspired by thoughts of naturalistic romanticism born from his disillusionment with city life and an urge to seek life in nature, while, on the other, he also believed that real nature is intrinsic to humans and manifests itself in the very core of their being. He sought to unite humanity, as the interior of nature, with its physical environment, as the exterior of nature. His notion of nature is a "becoming" one that changes with time and space, and varies based on individual humans. In line with these thoughts, Wright sought to create forms not only with respect to mathematical dimensions, but also in consideration of human significance. He considered art and architecture to be born out of an integral thought as a process of humanization. To him, nature is interpreted by humans.

The Qur'an is regarded as the holy book by Islam followers; they assert that God wants humankind to understand its meanings and implement best practices. Numerous individuals have attempted to understand the meaning of its verses and explore its Extraordinary Vocabulary; however, few people successfully studied and researched the different meanings of that holy text. Only a limited segment of the society comprising scholars, students, and intellectuals have grasped the teachings of the Qur'an. A majority of the general population, specifically youngsters, spend ample time using mobile phones. In this context, many innovative educational platforms have recently been launched to attract the general public to learn and use knowledge. Research has provided the positive impact of such smart platforms. This concept is about an innovative smartphone platform to help users understand and reason the Qur'an by helping with the book vocabulary explained by expert scholars. This work proposes creating an engaging digital format using innovative technologies. This idea is inspired by youngsters who demonstrate an immense interest in online learning. Qur'an vocabulary is the prerequisite to building a better understanding that allows users to get precise meaning.

Haewon-sangsaeng is a key idea of Daesoon Jinrihoe, which, as Professor Bae Kyuhan points out, "… has broad applications." Haewon-sangsaeng is not only congenial to Chinese Harmonism, but it also enriches this concept. However, many scholars understand Haewon-sangsaeng in a relatively narrow scope. For them, Haewon-sangsaeng is confined to pertaining only to human relationships. For example, Don Baker, the author of Korean Spirituality, states that "Haewon means relieving the resentment human beings past and present have felt because they were treated unfairly". Sangsaeng refers to "a spirit of mutual aid and cooperation" rather than "the spirit of competition and conflict that has dominated the human community up to the present day". This article argues that Haewon-sangsaeng not only has religio-ethical implications, but ecological implications as well. Specifically, it has relevance for the goal of creating an ecological civilization that aims at the harmony of humans and nature. In other words, Haewon-sangsaeng can be both "expanded for the global peace and the harmony of all humanity" and can be expanded for healing the relationship between humans and nature, including human beings and viruses. In order not to risk being "the first Earth species knowingly to choose self-extinction", an Ecological Civilization is urgently needed before it's too late. Alone with Chinese Harmonism, Haewon-sangsaeng can make great contributions to the cause of ecological civilization by transcending anthropocentrism, individualism, and the worship of competition as root causes of the predicaments faced by modern civilization.

From the mid-to-late 2010s, technology was frequently mentioned in the definition of digital transformation. In the early stages, the private sector started actively using it, and the public sector started to take it seriously. Divided into "providing value and cultural change, the main goals of digital transformation were accomplished, and the ideas of creating new values in social and industrial systems and applying digital technology appeared to be related. Digital transformation, defined as the idea of combining digital solutions to boost competitiveness and add value, necessitates social innovation and cultural shifts at the national level. In order to encourage the digital transformation of the industry, the Industrial Digital Transformation Promotion Act was passed in December 2021. This set the groundwork for a comprehensive and organized approach to facilitating the use of industrial information. We will examine the nature and extent of digital transformation in this study, as well as discover the organizations and regulations that support it. We also want to examine the essential standards and technologies needed to put the digital transformation plan into practice. Lastly, We'll make some conclusions about how this will affect public services' digital transformation.

Fashion is the second most polluting industry. We must strive to transition to a form of industry that does not cause environmental pollution. These efforts drive may fashion brands to produce and sell products with redesigned methods that delight the inventory flow. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop creative apparel up-cycling design using the creative thinking method. This study aims to produce clothing redesign works by introducing design idea types for systematic redesign creation. In this research, we conducted a literature review on the concept of up-cycling design and employed heterotopa spacial concept reflected fashion design creation methodology types. The RE;CODE, a leading domestic up-cycling design brand, was used in case analysis. According to the command of shape transformation, it is spreading, stacking, dropping, inverting and crossing, from the creative thinking method reflecting heterotopia spacial concepts, showing designers a concrete way to transform form into new apparel. Seven works of apparel up-cycling design were developed by conducting process of RE;CODE. Also, to establish an apparel up-cycling design creation process for creating works. In this study, we proposed a systematic method for apparel up-cycling design, including a method for reorganizing two or more different materials to create something new and ultimately reversing the structure. The value and significance of this study is that it proposes a systematic method for apparel up-cycling design to make it new.

In the quickly developing world, the idea of the conventional advancement needs to advance[1]. When applied to the advanced work environment, the conventional strategies give as much damage as they do great. Tragically, an absence of versatility in the customary techniques has prompted an inflexible work structure that is truly not viable with the present business. The Agile technique is, subsequently, a more adequate practice, in view of creating programming at a faster speed, while as yet looking after proficiency. The coordinated programming improvement strategies are concentrated in this paper. As per study results, Agile software development group needs solid client association; great light-footed task the executives' measures; item proprietor expands business esteem conveyed by group and need and draw in partners; great deft designing procedures or practices; and great advancements and advancement apparatuses[2]. This examination has suggestions for positive social change since associations that comprehend the basic components might have the option to improve project the executives' systems and money saving advantages prompting higher effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency hence profiting the board, representatives, and client. This survey paper incorporates various methodologies of Agile and their analysis.

일본의 요코하마시는 1950년대부터 장기간에 걸쳐 미군기지 반환운동을 실시하였으며, 반환된 이전지를 활용함에 있어서 체계적인 활용계획을 수립하였다. 후카야 통신소는 2004년 반환이 확정된 요코하마 시내의 미군기지 중 하나이다. 후카야 통신소는 원형의 부지형태 및 부지 전체가 국유지라는 활용에 용의한 조건을 갖고 있으며, 이에 요코하마시는 후카야 통신소 이전지 활용에 대해 다양한 시민들의 의견을 수용한 대규모 녹지공간으로 조성하기 위해 아이디어 제안공모사업을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 후카야 통신소를 대상으로 참여설계과정을 유도하는 아이디어 공모사업의 추진 배경과 진행과정을 정리하고, 또한 공모전에 참가한 아이디어를 분석하여 이전지 활용에 대한 최근 시민들의 수요를 해석하였다. 요코하마시는 아이디어 공모를 통해서 최근 도시녹지의 기능 및 테마에 대한 시민들의 요구사행에 관해 많은 아이디어를 얻을 수 있었다. 시민들은 후카야 통신소 부지에 녹지 인프라로서 새로운 녹지공간을 창조하는데 많은 관심을 보였다. 또한 아이디어들 중에는 개별녹지의 활용을 넘어 자연과 소통하는 지역의 새로운 라이프스타일을 제안하기도 하였다. 요코하마시는 아이디어 공모사업의 진행과정과 결과를 가능한 많은 시민들이 함께 공유할 수 있도록 '응모-심사-응원-참관-이해'의 다양한 참여 방식을 도모하였다. 후카야 통신소 이전지 활용에 관한 참여설계의 과정은 도시 기반시설로, 다양한 참여설계가 이루어져야 하는 공공사업에 있어서 커뮤니티 설계의 원칙과 프로세스가 구현되어지고 있는 사례라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 후카야의 사례는 이전지 공원화 계획안이 수립된 우리나라의 의정부시 미군기지, 서울시 용산 미군기지에 시사하는바가 적지 않다고 생각된다. 본 연구내용을 바탕으로 할 때, 향후 우리나라의 미군부대 반환지 활용에 있어 시민을 위한 이전지 활용방안을 위해서는 보다 체계적인 이전지 활용계획의 틀, 투명한 절차 및 정보공개, 다양한 참여설계에 의한 협업 과정 등이 중요하다고 하겠다.

Design-Thinking 5 Step 기반 메이커 활동은 사용자의 상황에 공감하여 필요와 요구를 분석한 뒤, 이를 디자인에 적용시켜 사용자들에게 더 필요한 경험을 제공하기 위한 사용자중심의 디자인 접근 방식이다. 본 논문은 학습자의 의도에 따라 다양한 도구를 활용하여 만든 결과물을 다른 사람들과 공유하고 개방하는 것을 강조하는 메이커 교육의 가치와, 인간에 대한 관찰과 공감 그리고 사용자 중심의 결과물 도출이라는 Design-Thinking의 기본 마인드를 SW코딩 교육과정에 적용한 교수학습 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 중등 교육과정에서 다루어지는 정보 교과교육 내용 중에서 코딩교육이 필요한 단원을 중심으로 Design-Thinking 기반의 교수학습 방법을 연구하였다. Design-Thinking 기반 교수학습 지도안으로 교육 전문가 집단을 대상으로 수업을 시연하고, 전문가들의 평가와 의견을 수집하고, 수집된 평가내용을 반영하여 교수학습 지도안을 수정하였다. Design-Thinking 5 step 기반의 SW코딩 교수학습은 학생들로 하여금 무한한 발상을 가능하게 하는 확산적 사고와 확산된 사고로부터 최적의 결정을 이끌어내야 하는 수렴적인 사고를 체득하기에 적합한 학습 기회가 될 것이라고 기대한다.

본 연구는 인천항의 항만클러스터화와 이를 포괄하여 인천항의 포트비즈니스밸리 구축을 위한 전략과 실행과제 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 다시 말해 기존의 항만클러스터 개념을 포괄하여 타 경쟁항만들이 지향하고 있는 포트비즈니스밸리 구축에 대한 인천항의 목표 및 개발방향을 제시하고 보다 현실적인 인천항 포트비즈니스밸리 구축 모형과 그에 따른 가장 시급한 추진전략을 도출하는 것으로 한다. 인천항은 그동안 높은 성장률을 기록함에도 불구하고, 부가가치 창출이 미약한 석유가스, 모래, 석탄 등의 단순 수입화물의 처리형태를 보이고 있다. 무엇보다 항만배후단지의 입주기업의 부가가치 활동이 부진하고, 항만관련산업이 도시전역에 분산되어 공간적 집적화가 부족하였다. 또한 자유무역지정구역의 기능이 미흡과 항만과 산업단지간 연계성의 부족과 인천지역 제조업의 기능약화로 인해 물동량의 창출기반이 약화되고 있다. 이러한 배경하에 인천항 포트비즈니스밸리는 인천항과 인천공항과 함께 수도권 지역의 산업클러스터를 지원하여 인천지역의 산업발전과 지역경제 활성화를 도모하는 방향으로 추진한다. 도심 비즈니스 클러스터, 공항만 복합물류밸리, 산업물류밸리, 첨단복합 물류밸리 등 인천항만의 세부 권역별 전략을 추진이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 인천항 포트비즈니스밸리 구축을 위해 항만클러스터의 개념과 인천항의 포트비즈니스밸리 구축 가능성을 검토하고 인천항 포트비즈니스밸리 구축을 위한 모형 설정하였다. 또한 인천항 포트비즈니스밸리 구축을 위한 구성요인과 각각의 추진전략을 도출하고 항만관련 전문가를 대상으로 퍼지계층분석을 실시하여 가장 시급히 추진해야할 전략을 제시하였다.

정보의 디지털화라는 특성을 통한 컨텐츠의 무한한 공유라는 전에 없었던 경험을 인류에게 제공 한 WEB은 비합리적인 정보의 과잉이라는 경험적인 문제와 2001년 닷컴 버블의 붕괴라는 현실적인 문제에 직면하게 되었고, 사용자와 컨텐츠라는 주체에 대한 새로운 접근방법인 WEB 2.0혹은 시맨틱웹 이라는 개념을 구체화하기에 이른다. 개방성과 협업 이라는 특성으로 하나의 플랫폼을 형성하는 WEB 2.0에 대한 개념은 2003년 개발한 WEB 기반의 컴퓨터 지원 발상시스템인 CGTS(Creative Group Thinking System)가 지니고 있었던 비합리적인 데이터 관리와 인터페이스를 효과적으로 해결 및 관리 할 수 있는 기술적 배경을 제공하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 아이디어 발상 시스템으로써 CGTS가 지녔던 복잡한 화면 구조 및 효율적이지 못한 데이터 처리방식 등으로 인한 사용성의 저하 및 데이터 관리의 어려움을 WEB2.0 기반기술인 AJAX와 DOM을 이용하여 데이터 구조를 단순화/간결화 하고 WEB 플랫폼의 인터페이스 구성을 사용자 중심으로 통합함으로써 사용성의 증대를 통한 사용자 참여의 현실화를 목적으로 기존 CGTS의 인터페이스를 개선하고자 한다.
