  • 본 연구에서는 가장 응용 빈도가 큰 크랭크-레버 4절 기구를 제작하고 강성과 유연성 두가지 베어링을 사용하여 연결봉과 레버의 중점의 변형률을 스트레인 게이지 로 측정하여 앞의 이론 논문에서 수행한 수치해석의 결과와 비교 검토하였다.

  • 본 논문은 광섬유 루프 결합기를 이용한 고반복률의 펄스 발생에 대해 연구하였다. 최근 OTDM에서, 고 반복률 광 펄스의 개발이 필요하다. 이것은 광섬유나 집적화된 도파관 지연 선로 회로들 일반적인 접근법과 차이가 있다. 고 반복율 광펄스 다중 현상은 광펄스들의 분리 폭이 사용된 결합기의 전달대역폭보다 더 클 때 발생한다. 분석으로, 출력 반복율은 서로 다른 등가 전송 대역폭인 광섬유 결합기를 이용하여 조절될 수 있다 분리간격은 직렬의 광루프 미러 결합기 수를 조절함으로서 얻을 수 있다.

  • In order to improve the reliability of high voltage rotating machines, it is necessary to understand the breakdown mechanism of stator windings. Especially partial discharge(PD) inception and growth are important in stator winding insulation. Recently, many research on the diagnosis of stator winding insulation for large rotating machines have been developed since the 1970s. Capacitive couplers have been the most widely used sensor for on-line partial discharge detection in rotating machines. This paper deals with the electrical on-line monitor characteristics of ceramic coupler(CC) which has been developed to continuously measure the PD activity in operating high voltage motor stator windings on site. We investigated the electrical characteristics(PD quantity, breakdown voltage and frequency response) to develop CC. This paper presents frequency characteristics and laboratory test result to compare conventional 80([F] epoxy-mica coupler(EMC) and 105[pF] CC for PD measurement with 6.6㎸ model stator windings.

  • 전력선 통신에서 사용되는 비접촉식 커플러의 신호 전달 특성을 향상시키기 위한 비접촉식 커플러의 구조와 자기장 결합에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 비접촉식 커플러의 결합 구조를 분석하였고, Rogowski 코일을 이용한 커플러와 자성체 코어를 이용한 커플러를 제작하여 구조에 따른 신호 전달 특성을 분석하였다. 집중 정수 소자와 임피던스 트랜스포머를 이용한 임피던스 매칭법을 제안하여 협대역과 광대역에서 신호 전달 특성을 향상시켰고 전달 신호의 크기는 대역폭과 트레이드오프가 있음을 보였다. 본 연구는 추후 부하 변동에 따른 임피던스 매칭 연구에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

  • It is widely known that the ultra high frequency (UHF) method that detects the electromagnetic wave of the PD pulses in the gas insulated space is one of the most competitive methods for its high sensitivity. From the above point of view, this paper describes the noise suppression methods and the PD measurement results of the in-service substation by the developed UHF PD measurement system which consists of the external UHF coupler, the UWB LNA and the digital storage oscilloscope. As results, it was found that the effect of the noise suppression methods were verified and that the developed external UHF coupler showed a better detection sensitivity than a conventional external coupler.

  • High performance plastic optical fiber (POF) $N{\times}N$ star couplers are implemented based on fusing and combining technology. A set of cladding-removed POFs are fused into a solid body by heating and pressing them together to form the transition region between the input and output sides. The operation principle of the proposed star coupler is explained based on ray optics. To demonstrate the performance of the device, $2{\times}2$, $4{\times}4$ and $6{\times}6$ type POF couplers were fabricated and characterized. Performances of the POF star couplers were evaluated in terms of the flatness of the coupling ratios and excess losses.

  • With the recent development of the ultrahigh-speed optical time division multiplexed system, high-repetition rate optical-pulse stream generation is necessary. This is different from conventional approaches, which use fiber or integrated waveguide delay line circuits. The high-repetition-rate optical-pulse multiplication phenomenon occurs when the optical pulse's spectral width is greater than the transfer bandwidth of the coupler used. From the analysis, the output repetition rate can be controlled by using fiber couplers with different equivalent transfer bandwidths. The pulse seperation spacing is controlled by number of cascaded coupler in optical loop mirror coupler scheme.

  • A system, IS-95C coupler that combines the signals of IS-95A/B and IS-95C BTS and compensates the differences between the signals of two systems and connected to optical repeater If no IS-95C coupler exist, Optical repeater can't service of signal balanced. A system carries on combination, amplification, level modulation function of the TX signals(IS-95A/B & IS-95C) and division and level modulation function of the RX signals. Isolation satisfied above 100dB.

  • In this paper, we have represented basic experiment results for the application of electric vehicle powerline communication using an induction type coupler. The coupler was fabricated using nano-crystalline alloy and it was applied to the charging system of electric vehicles to measure the communication performance. Experimental results showed a channel bandwidth over 48 Mbps.

  • In this paper, a robot automation technology for chemical tank lorry unloading is presented. Handling chemical coupler between tank lorry and ACQC system may be hazardous or toxic to human operators, therefore robot automation is essential. Due to tight tolerance between couplers, even small pose error may result in very large internal force. In order to resolve the problem, compliance between male and female couplers should be introduced with 6-axis compliance device with F/T sensing. The proposed robot automation system consists of a collaborative robot, 6-ax is compliance device with F/T sensing, linear gripper, and robot vision. The position/force control algorithm and experimental results for assembling chemical couplers are presented.
