In this paper, we provide safety requirements and advices to guarantee the safety of an interface in a level crossing system which is an interface between the conventional facilities and the new ATP (Automatic Train Protection) system, as well as we accomplish a safety management for the facilities of a country that has a different standard with already standardized ATP system. The system model has been made based on a safety activity of the international standard, and then a tolerance of a risk by the safety activity through PHA (Preliminary Hazard Analysis) has been analyzed. finally we achieved HIA (Hazard Identification and Analysis) for the assumptions that have been produced from a operating scenario and a functional interface. Thus, the safety requirements for the interface has been provided from the safety plan of HIA, and we showed the safety activity to guarantee the system safety through HIA which was depend on the design.

Now days, the life style of people is getting more scientific and more specialized, so food habit as well as food culture are a measure of cultural level of a country. Studies on consumer behavioral model show that food habit is closely related to consumer preference due to changing life pattern and increasing family income. Therefore, The definition of the impact of menu characteristics on customer menu selection is the object of this study. For that purpose, some attempts are made: First, discuss the theories on Korean food and customer purchasing behavior as a standard of analysis. Second, find out if there are any differences in customer menu-selection factors for Korean restaurantin in a hotel. Third, make an empirical analysis of menu-selection factors for Korean in a hotel to suggest which direction it should go forward. Fourth, analyze the relationship between demographic characteristics and menu-selection factors.

Nowadays, natural resource are running out and the level of the environment contamination is getting serious. To solve these problems, each country and institute tend to need many-sided researchs and developments. At this point, especially, there are many coal-mines in Jung-sun and Tae-back where are located in Kangwon province. By the way the abandoned mines cause not only local economy collapse but also environment contamination by submergence of stony mountains. The counterplan is positively inquired further examination by the government. Consequently, we hope that the recycle of polymer concrete can reduce the environment contamination, suggest the new direction of Green Design and can be switched over high added value goods. In conclusion, the recycle of polymer concrete will be valuable.

The situation of wearing of surgery gown and their awareness were surveyed to clinicians and nurses in operation rooms of major university hospitals in the country to develop and manufacture surgery gowns for medical personnels. The survey result was quantified to be used as a base data for design of surgery gowns with freshness and convenience as well as safety to wearers. In the inspection of surgery gowns focused on materials (cotton raw material and disposable nonwoven) and dissatisfaction, there was no significance in the activity and freshness with p-0.745 and p-0.367, respectively, however, there was a significance in safety and management with p-0.011 and 0.049, respectively: disposable nonwoven gown showed higher satisfaction level in safety and management compared to cotton gowns.

This study article is a study on the rules of origin review and rules of origin judgement. and The purpose of this article shall be studies to korea foreign law and Korea American FTA in origin country regulation. this article are two most important elements in determining market access in a FTA. that is the coverage of tariff elimination and rules of origin. The rule of origin in a FTA greatly influences the creation of economic profit and distribution. Therefor, The Result of the article is review to protection of domestic customers and domestic industries in rules of origin. This study contributes to a understanding of judgement of rules of origin and extend level of generalization of exchange law, WTO, FTA Regulations by review interaction relation.

The early day of manufacturing automation systems are NC machine tool Based automation, and now it become FA, DNC, FMC, FMS, CIM and IMS. Manufacturing Automation Technology is applied the increase of all industrial manufacturing competitve power. so the demand of this skill is repidly increase. This Technology can solve lack of manpower, decrease of productivity, and become weakened international competitive. But, automation rate of our country is 30-40%, because the level of domestic technology is low, so we need systemic research of manufacturing automation. The targets of this study are increase the data processing ability of CNC controller, and development of autonomous manufacturing system that can decision making between production module such as setup, manufacturing, inspection and transportation and part that object of manufacturing.

In the field of information technology, broadband, internet and information flow have been found to be the primary elements to indicate access to information in this current information age. We examine whether the country difference in Broadband use, Internet use and information flow existing in 1991 has been reduced and if so how fast. Convergence framework had been utilised to answer these questions for 43 African countries. The results indicated that all the three chosen information technology indicators for 43 African countries are converging toward a reduction of dispersion and a catch-up process during the period 1991-2015. However, there are marked differences exhibited in the convergence processes for the Total groups and for the subgroups of countries by income level.

Along with the rapid development of automobile industry in this country the necessity of high quality braking material is ever increased to maintain the comfortness as well as the safety the passengers. Asbestos-based friction materials are banned in the developed countries because of their cancer-inducing effect. This study focuses on the development of non-acbestos friction material with acceptable properties such as wear resistant high temperature endurant and low-noise enducing. We have all the intermediate test results indicating the contribution of each additives. These are qualitatively analyzed. Manufacturing processes such as opening of the kevlar and degasing at elevated temperature is equally important to attain proper level of friction quality.
