Tilting train can pass curve at higher speed without affecting passenger comfort by tilting Carbody. But the centrifugal force proportional to square of velocity increases the track lateral force. This is the one of the problems to be solved when applying tilting train. The one countermeasure we selected the light weight design by applying distributed traction EMU system and light weight materials such as FRP. The other countermeasure was to adopt steering bogie concept in order to reduce the guiding force on Curve track. This paper describes the design study of self steering mechanism applied to the Bogie for 180 km/h Korean Tilting Train(TTX), which was done as a part of the Korean National R&D project.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review the academic development of school health system and projects implemented in Korea since 1945. Methods: This study analyzed and reviewed literatures to find out the process of the development of school health system and projects implemented in Korea. Results: The history of school health in Korea since 1945 could be divided into three periods according to the development of school health system and projects; countermeasure period (1945-1969), support period (1970-1999), and innovation period (2000~). The major school health system and projects were focused on the health screening and prevention, health management and support, and health promotion for each period. Conclusion: School health system in Korea has been set successfully due to school health law(1967) and school meal law(1981), and various countermeasure, support, and innovation projects had implemented during last 60 years.

Many children have died (Heat stroke deaths) in the U.S. after being left alone in cars during hot weather, especially summer season. According to related report, more than 800 children have died of heat stroke from being trapped in a hot car since 1998. The regulation party, government has started to make not only technical regulation to prevent tragedy but also legislate to punish. However the 75% of accident has occurred unintended by their parents. So punishment is not the best solution for this case. So in this study, we analyze the trend of regulation and technology to save occupant who remained back seat. And finally we propose a countermeasure to prevent heat stroke deaths.

Recently data centers are being established or expanded according to IT industry development. A data center must be to install emergency generator. In case of the data center located the densely populated urban area, the operating noise of an emergency generator can be the cause of complains. In this case, in order to establish an effective and economical measure and quantitative and thorough review is needed by noise & vibration specialists. To achieve this, in this study, it is suggested noise reduction measure using noise measurement data and 3D noise analysis method.

We try to study the plan to deliver the message of the hope and common peoples are diligent and we can buy the real estate in work if we make efforts hard that relieve an real estate price and analyze a timex situation. If prepared the countermeasure in the government with many real estate policy with due to a short though countermeasure which is seen at one's face. The error to the people of the policy which does not do the staring gaze to tie. This paper to pursue the stability of an real estate price and analyze the price according to an real estate policy and lead an real estate policy for a residing stability of the common people. There are we even though we grope the method to actualize and protect a lease security according to a house lease law of protection.

In this study, a documentary survey, face mapping, and stability analysis were performed on the collapsed colluvial soil slope. The purpose of this paper is to identify the cause of slope failure and determine slope stability for similar areas. Boring samples were extracted from the slump and laboratory tests were performed to find out the cause of slope failure. In addition, the limit equilibrium method was used in order to determine the stability of the slope. As a result of this investigation and the analysis of data, the type of collapse and cause of slope failure have been shown to have a strong correlation with the natural geographical and geological features which make up the collapse profile of the study area. These results will help to develop guidelines for formulating countermeasure methods.

연구지역의 지질은 주로 역암과 사암, 협재한 셰일 및 현무암류로 구성되고, 신생대 말에서 최근기간 동안 여러 번의 취성변형작용과 다양한 응력장을 거치면서 비교적 최근까지 움직임이 확인된 암반으로서 단층작용의 영향을 많이 받아 파쇄가 심한 완만한 지형을 형성한다. 비탈면은 북북동주향의 태곡단층과 서북서 주향의 북곡단층이 교차하는 지역에 위치하며, 그 구성 암반에는 여러 규모의 수많은 단층과 단층대 및 파쇄대가 발달하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비탈면에 대한 지질특성을 파악하고 이에 따른 대책공법을 제시하고자 한다. 연구지역 비탈면에 대한 대책공법으로 시공 중 혹은 보강이 완료된 이후에도 주변도로 및 지반에 대한 안전관리를 위하여 각 구조물별 사안에 따라 계측기를 설치하여 주기적인 계측 및 분석이 꾸준히 수행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 한 중 양국 대학교 학부생들의 도서관에 대한 인식수준 측정을 통해서 도서관의 성장과 발전에 장애요인이 되는 현안 문제를 규명하고 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구방법은 질문지기법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 도서관의 사회 및 문화적 기능에 대한 학부생들의 인식이 저조한 것으로 나타나 인식제고를 위한 도서관 문화행사를 강화시켜야 할 필요성이 있으며, 중국 학생들에 비해 한국 학생들의 학구열이 매우 낮고 아예 도서관을 찾지 않는 학생들이 많은 것으로 나타나 교과학습의 강도를 높이거나 도서관의 활용도를 높이는 유인정책이 필요하다. 또한 정보서비스에 대한 이용자의 만족제고 및 활성화를 위한 전문사서의 계속교육과 이용자에 대한 집단 및 그룹별 이용자 교육의 강화 도서관 이용을 통한 수업연계방안 프로젝트 등의 대응방안이 확립되어야 할 것이다.
