지각된 위험과 전환비용이 클라우드 서비스로의 전환의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: PPM 모델 중심으로 (The Impact of Perceived Risks and Switching Costs on Switching Intention to Cloud Services: Based on PPM Model)

  • Purpose In this study, we investigated the impact of perceived risk and switching costs on switching intention to cloud service based on PPM (Pull-Push-Mooring) model. Design/methodology/approach We focused on revealing the switching factors of the switching intention to the cloud services. The switching factors to the cloud services were defined as perceived risk consisting of performance risk, economic risk, and security risk, and switching costs consisting of financial and learning costs. On the PPM model, we defined the pull factors consisting of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and the push factor as satisfaction of the legacy system, and the mooring factor as policy supports. Findings The results of this study as follows; (1) Among the perceived risk factors, performance risk has a negative effect on the ease of use of pull factors, and finally it was found to affect the switching intention to the cloud services. Therefore, cloud service providers need to improve trust in cloud services, service timeliness, and linkage to the legacy systems. And it was found that economic risk and security risk among the perceived risk factors did not affect the switching intention to the cloud services. (2) Of the perceived risk factors, financial cost and learning cost did not affect the satisfaction of the legacy system, which is a push factor. It indicates that the respondents are positively considering switching to cloud service in the future, despite the fact that the respondents are satisfied with the use of the legacy system and are aware of the switching cost to cloud service. (3) Policy support was found to improve the switching intention to cloud services by alleviating the financial and learning costs required for cloud service switching.

스마트폰 위치기반 어플리케이션의 효용과 비용에 대한 소비자 인식 (Consumers' Perceived Costs and Benefits of Location-Based Smartphone Applications)

  • This study aimed to identify the dimensions of benefits and costs that consumers perceive in utilizing locationbased applications (LBAs) on smartphones, and to distinguish consumer groups according to their perceptions of those benefits and costs. A web-based consumer survey was conducted-among consumers who had experience using LBAs. Four hundred participants were 20's to 40's, with 200 women and 200 men. Descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, t -tests, one-way analysis of variance, and cluster analysis were used for data analysis. The findings of this study are as follows: first, LBAs accounted for about 20% of the smartphone apps used by consumers. Second, factor analysis identified the underlying dimensions of the benefits and costs of smartphone LBAs. The underlying dimensions of benefits perceived by consumers were information/economic/convenience, entertainment and personalization. Privacy concerns, lack of trust and lack of behavioral control were the underlying dimensions of the perceived costs of LBAs. Third, ANOVA showed that the perceived benefits and costs of smartphone LBA services differed according to the characteristics of the consumer. Cluster analysis identified three distinctive consumer groups according to the levels of perceive costs and benefits of smartphone LBAs. The three groups were labeled the 'benefit-cost balanced group,' 'cost centered group,' and 'benefit centered group.'

에너지비용변화에 따른 경제적 단위마찰저항 값에 대한 고찰 (A Study of the Friction Factor Unit Considering the Cost of Energy)

  • The friction factor unit was studied to find a more economic alternative compared to the conventional 30 mmAq/m. The pipe and pump for cooling water piping used in a failing were selected, and the friction factor unit was changed to calculate the pipe diameter and the brake shaft power. Based on current electric charges, After the brake shaft power was converted into operational costs based on current electric charges, then an economic analysis was conducted considering that incorporated the initial installation costs and operational costs for the pump. We found that the friction factor unit when using 20 mmAq/m is more economical than that with 30 mmAq/m, if the piping is used for more than 4 years. The small friction factor unit is desirable when the piping is used for quite a long period of time, and the selection of a more economic friction factor unit should considering the period of usage will be important.

국내 중소 제조기업의 품질비용 행태에 관한 실증 연구 (The Correlations among the Categorized Quality Cost Factors on Small & Medium-sized Enterprises)

  • The successful and sustainable growth of SMEs depends on their ability of strengthen their competitiveness in quality and cost and service more than anything else as a fundamental of operation. Among these key competitive factors of SMEs, quality is the most critical factor in manufacturing business fields. There are many different ways to improve the quality performance but it needs proper management decision to choose the best way what can maximize outputs with minimum inputs. And it needs effective measurement methods and some indicators to analysis the quality performance properly. The quality cost is one of the simplest key indicators to measure the quality performance and the effectiveness of quality related management decisions. In this study, through survey on local SMEs, we found that their average annual quality cost ratio versus turnover - total amount of annual quality cost divided by annual turnover - is around 3.69% excluded some SME's performances what have different quality control measures with others. And we found some results what corresponded with the early studies on the correlations between those categorized quality costs factors and some discrepancies between some of the literature model and the early case study results as follows. There were negative correlations between the Prevention costs and the External failure costs, and the Appraisal costs and the External failure costs, and there was positive correlation between the Appraisal costs and Internal failure costs same as early studies. But, we couldn't found any strong negative correlations between the Cost of control - Prevention costs & Appraisal costs - and the Cost of Failure of control - Internal & External failure costs -.

주말부부의 거주유형에 따른 심리적 비용과 보상에 관한 연구 (The Psychological Costs and Rewards of Weekend Couples by the Type of Living Together)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the weekend couples' type of residence, and to identify the factors to determine their major living place. Specifically, this study dealt with the weekend couples' psychological costs and rewards when they live apart in weekdays. The data were collected from 33 married couples from 2002 June to July about their family life history. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1) the type of living together ; husband living apart on weekdays, wife living apart on weekdays, wife and child living apart on weekdays, living multi-residence. The majority of them were the type of husband living apart on weekdays. 2) children's care and education were an important factor in a couple's decision 3) weekend couples' psychological costs were such as difficulties of children's care, very fatiguing, shortage of time, and emotional isolation. In spite of all these costs, weekend couples still maintain their separate living arrangements during the week. They felt different kind of psychological costs by the type of living together. 4) psychological rewards were professional success, self-fulfillment, plenty of time to use purposely, and weekenders' relationships to their spouses might seem better than before. Socialization of child-care and household-labor are important factors to reduce psychological costs for the all weekend couples.

  • In this paper an estimation method is proposed to find reasonable load factor of the power system based on the conventional generation mix concept. To find the factor investment costs and operation costs are considered in the estimation. To use feasible results both supply side and demand side of views should be considered. But as a first step of this study only the generation mix is considered in this study.

국가항공안전비용 산출방법론에 관한 연구 (Study on Calculation Methodology for National Aviation Safety Cost)

  • The world air transport industry has grown steadily with quantitative expansion. The volume of air transport in the world is skyrocketing with the open-sky trend. Air passengers from or to South Korea has shown 5% of annual growth for the last couple of decades which caused South Korea now ranking in 18th in the World for air transport market size. Quantitative expansion of Air transport affects in policy making of air transport operators, such as airports, airlines or authorities, directly and indirectly. Especially, Aviation Safety field should be supported by policy regime with the growth of air transport volume, assured resources for continuous monitoring is standing out as a vital factor. This study is to estimate social costs caused by aviation accidents and investment costs for aviation safety by airports, airlines and authorities as operators. Estimated investment costs for aviation safety verified by comparing and analysing them. Precedent studies were reviewed to refer research methodology to calculate aviation accident costs and safety costs of operators. Safety costs of operators was calculated with literature researches and interview surveys among professionals of each operators in rational range.

경제성 평가 기법을 이용한 전력탁송 요금의 계산 : 우편요금제를 중심으로 (Evaluation of Power Wheeling Costs Based on the Economic Analysis Method)

  • This paper presents new approaches for the calculation for the calculation of each user's wheeling prices based on the economic analysis method with focus on the postage stamp rule. The suggested postage stamp rules can overcome the following problems embedded in the conventional accounting-costs-based methods such as the volatileness of wheeling prices depending deprieciation methods, emerging the wheeling free-riders due to the difference between accounting life-time and technical life-time, price discrimination between firm and non-firm network users, etc. To solve these problems we suggest new postage stamp rules employing capital recovery factor for investment costs treatment and applying technical life-time. Furthermore, we have suggested a new formulation for non-firm wheeling users based on the wheeling energies. In the case study, the results of suggested postage stamp methodologies are compared with those of conventional approaches.

활동기준원가계산(Activity-Based Costing; ABC) 기반 간호원가분석 연구의 방법론적 질 평가 (A Methodological Quality Evaluation of Nursing Cost Analysis Research based on Activity-based Costing in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 활동기준원가계산을 이용한 간호원가 연구의 방법론적 질 평가를 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상 논문은 RISS, KISS, DBpia와 국회도서관에서 수집하였고, 2015년 10월까지의 연구 중 8편의 연구가 선정되었다. 대상 논문의 방법론적 질을 평가하기 위한 평가틀은 활동기준원가계산의 5요소에 근거하여 구성하였다. 대상 논문의 87.5%가 의료기관의 간호단위를 분석대상으로 하였다. 활동기준원가계산 요소 중 자원 항목의 인건비 요인에 대해서는 8편 모두 방법론적으로 적절하게 기술되었으나, 자원 항목의 보조부문비 요인에 대해서는 2편의 연구를 제외하고는 적절하게 기술한 연구가 없었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 활동기준원가계산방법을 이용한 간호원가분석 연구 시행 시에는 원가 산출의 정확성을 높이는 것이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 이러한 연구 결과는 간호실무에서 원가관리 및 성과관리에 유용하게 활용될 것이다.

  • 경제의 발전과 더불어 산업사회가 고도화 되면서 국민소득의 증가, 여가시간의 증가, 여성의 취업 증가 등의 변화에 따라 국민의 생활수요도 다양해지고 있다. 이러한 수요의 변화에 따라 서비스 산업은 여러 형태로 발전하면서 오늘날 현대 경제는 서비스 경제 또는 서비스 사회라고도 불리어 지고 있다. 이는 서비스 산업이 경제 전체에서 차지하는 비중이 확대되고 서비스 산업의 범위가 넓어지고 있고 현대사회에서 서비스 산업의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 서비스 산업의 경우 최근 경쟁이 치열해지고 브랜드에 대한 충성도가 감소함에 따라 신규고객 유치와 시장점유율 확대 등의 공격적 마케팅전략 보다는 기존고객 유지의 방어적 마케팅 전략의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 특히 여행사와 항공사의 경우 많은 경쟁과 성수기, 비수기의 수요 양극화 현상 등으로 인하여 서비스전환의 용이성이 증가함에 따라 기존 고객을 유지하고 전환을 억제하는 것이 더욱 중요시되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 고객특성에 따른 전환장벽과 전환의도 그리고 재방문 의사의 관계에 대하여 연구하여 업계에 도움이 되는 시사점을 찾고자 하였다.
