한국과 캐나다 조직간 원격근무 수용태도와 기대효과에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Acceptance Attitudes and Expected Effects : Organizations between Korea and Canada)

  • This research conducted empirical and comparative study following interview concerning the relationship of acceptance attitudes and expected effects of the teleworking between Korean and Canada organizations. Independent variable was acceptance attitude, and the expected effect as dependent variable. Totally, 201 responded questionnaires (Korea : 118, Canada : 83) were analyzed for multiple regression and mean difference between groups. On January 1, 2015, Canada had agreed FTA (free trade agreement) with Korea. Therefore, many organizations can have opportunities for sharing hands in social infrastructures and business area. As a result, the research found out that teleworking can positively improve employee's quality of life, efficiency of works. Moreover, respondents informed us that it may give us national and social cost saving. The BYOD (bring your own device) will be helpful to make employees do more active communication. This comparative research expects that two countries have some insights to cooperate in smart work or teleworking. In addition, several Korean companies can have chances to export IT technologies to Canada market.

Foundation Differential Settlement Included Time-dependent Elevation Control for Super Tall Structures

  • Due to the time-dependent properties of materials, structures, and loads, accurate time-dependent effects analysis and precise construction controls are very significant for rational analysis and design and saving project cost. Elevation control is an important part of the time-dependent construction control in supertall structures. Since supertall structures have numerous floors, heavy loads, long construction times, demanding processes, and are typically located in the soft coastal soil areas, both the time-dependent features of superstructure and settlement are very obvious. By using the time-dependent coupling effect analysis method, this paper compares Shanghai Tower's vertical deformation calculation and elevation control scheme, considering foundation differential settlement. The results show that the foundation differential settlement cannot be ignored in vertical deformation calculations and elevation control for supertall structures. The impact of foundation differential settlement for elevation compensation and pre-adjustment length can be divided into direct and indirect effects. Meanwhile, in the engineering practice of elevation control for supertall structures, it is recommended to adopt the multi-level elevation control method with relative elevation control and design elevation control, without considering the overall settlement in the construction process.

  • 건설산업에서 설계의 경제성 검토(VE)에 대한 관심은 점차 증대되고 있다. 또한, 국내외적으로 VE의 효과에 대한 사례도 다양하게 도출되고 평가되고 있다. VE 수행 절차에서 아이디어 도출 단계는 실질적인 비용절감효과를 가져오는 중요한 단계이다. 따라서, 아이디어 도출 단계에서 참고 가능한 설계 VE 점검 체크리스트를 도출한다면 보다 효과적인 VE 수행이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 건축공사를 대상으로 파셋 개념을 활용한 설계 VE 점검 체크리스트 도출방법 및 프로세스를 제안하고 기존의 VE 수행 절차와 병렬적으로 사용 가능한 프로세스를 제안하고자 한다.

하수처리장 신재생에너지 설치 사례 연구를 통한 에너지 절감 방안 (Case Studies of Energy-Saving Method for Renewable Energy Installation in Sewage Treatment plant)

  • Sewage treatment facilities can purify sewage enough to be send to river or sea water, that discharged from human life and industrial activities. In the sewage treatment process, we can get large amount of by-product energy resources and materials such as heat of sewage, digester gas and purified water etc., it can be utilized by applying various technologies thereby we can reduce energy consumption in the process. In this paper, it was analyzed using the data collected from the operational case study for the energy savings effect that can be obtained when using the digester gas, one of the by-product materials of sewage treatment process, for electric power generation. Cost of 623million won is an annual reduction of 4,032MWh corresponding 9% of the annual electricity consumption of the sewage treatment plant, such an alternative power generation using digester gas was proposed in this paper has been verified the feasibility of the proposed reduction of energy.

  • 현재 제조, 유통산업에서는 입출고 운영결과를 수기 작성, 전산 입력 또는 엑셀파일에 의존하는 물류를 운영하고 있다. 이에 수기 입력 오류, 전산 입력 오류, 실시간 데이터 처리 불가, 수량 부족/초과 문제 발생과 같이 물류를 운영하는데 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 RFID 기술을 활용하여 입출고 데이터 처리를 통한 입고 자동 검수 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 실시간 데이터 처리 및 자동 검수를 통해 기존 물류 운영 대비 RFID를 적용한 시스템의 비용 절감효과를 제안한다. RFID 기술을 적용하여 입출고 데이터를 현장에서 실시간으로 처리할 수 있으며 수량 부족/초과 문제도 현장에서 바로 조치할 수 있게 된다. 그럼으로써 현재 운영 시스템 대비 RFID 시스템을 통해 물류비를 절감할 수 있다.

Comparative study on the effect of cooling & heating loads by lighting energy of various light sources in an office building

  • The objective of the work was to evaluate the impact of lighting energy to cooling and heating consumption in medium scale office building, when currently installed fluorescent lights were replaced with various LED lighting fixtures. This evaluation comes from an integrated approach combining the proper indoor lighting environment and the thermal aspects of cooling & heating consumption in office building. These simulations were performed by coupling an appropriate luminaire analysis for energy consumption and a dynamic thermal simulation software (TRNSYS). To analyze comparative study of effects on the heating, cooling loads, and energy consumption of an LED lamp application, 2 types of LED lamp with low light power watt(LPW) 24W and high LPW 7.5W and a fluorescent lights(FL) with 37W are used respectively. Integrated building energy consumption decreased up to 3.2% when fluorescent lamps were replaced with LEDs. Thus, the high LPW of LED(7.5W) replaced with the same number of FL shows an effective energy saving and cost- effective luminary.

해외 의료관광객의 Air Ambulance를 이용한 의료관광서비스 만족도에 관한 연구 : 러시아 이용객을 중심으로 (A Study of Russian Patients' Satisfaction on Medical Tourism in Korea with Air Ambulance Service)

  • Airline and medical industry in Korea have rapidly grown since 21st century. However, air ambulance service using an aircraft has not as popular as in Japan, Europe or United States. Central government has decided to start emergency helicopter service since 2011 to transport emergency patients transported in the past by fire fighter helicopter. Unfortunately, 32 OECD countries out of 33 have operated emergency aircraft system except Korea. There are more than 25 emergency helicopters in Japan, which can operate within five minutes. Such system could save a lot of social direct or in-direct cost by saving valuable lives of Japan citizens. This paper has tried to research the perception of overseas Russian medical tourists on using Air ambulance for their medical tourism to Korea. Researching air ambulance, this paper expects to find ways to enhance both medical tourism industry and airline, business jet industry. According to research results, it was proven that tangibility of medical tourism service has a positive effect on the human factor of air ambulance. The human factor has also a significant impact on the passenger comfortableness of air ambulance. Such comfortableness increases the overall satisfaction of medical tourism.

  • It is important to develop the smart ventilation system in order to minimize a building energy consumption using ventilation. In this study, We evaluated the efficiency of the smart ventilation system being developed at the nursery. To evaluate the energy savings and carbon dioxide removal efficiency, two kinds of experimental conditions were compared. First, air conditioner and Smart HVAC system were operated. Second, air conditioner was operating and external air was put into the inside by rate of air circulation. It was more effective when working with air conditioning and ventilation system at the same time. If the Smart HVAC system is applied in a multi-use facility, indoor air quality will be comfortable and the social cost will be reduced.

  • Recently, the global automobile market is rapidly changing from internal combustion engine vehicles to eco-friendly vehicles including electric vehicles. Among eco-friendly vehicles, LPG vehicles are low in fine dust and are suggested as a realistic way to replace diesel vehicles. In addition, it is more economical than gasoline in its class, showing a cost-saving effect. In Korea, the business of converting gasoline into LPG is active. Research is being conducted to apply this to hybrid vehicles. In this study, the difference in energy consumption efficiency was analyzed when LPG fuel was applied by selecting a 2-liter GDI hybrid electric vehicle. The operation of the hybrid system according to various driving characteristics was confirmed by selecting the WLTC mode. As a result, it was confirmed that the BSFC was about 5% lower than that of gasoline fuel when using LPG fuel. This is due to the active operation of the motor while driving. Optimization is required as battery consumption increases from an energy perspective.

  • 컴퓨터와 정보통신기술의 발달로 더욱 치열해지는 경쟁환경속에서 은행들에 의한 IT기술의 사용은 수익성을 위해 그리고 궁극적으로는 은행의 생존에 필수적인 것으로 당연시하게 되었다. 따라서 은행산업은 기존에 이미 사용하고 있던 ATM과 같은 채널을 보완하기 위하여 폰뱅킹, 인터넷뱅킹 등과 같은 IT기반 상품이나 서비스로 보충되어 가고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 PC, 텔레폰, 인터넷 등의 전자적 수단에 의한 서비스 전달채널과 같은 전자금융의 도입이 은행의 경영성과인 효율성과 수익성에는 어떠한 영향을 주고 이들 성과에 영향을 주는 요인들이 무엇인가를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 유형별 전자금융채널의 수익성 관련에서는 ATM만이 수익성에 정의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 기술효율성도 수익성에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 나머지 유형의 전자금융채널은 유의적 영향을 주지 못하거나 긍정적인 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다.
