부산 콘테이너 부두의 하역료에 관한 연구 - 공영기업 차원의 요금산정을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Container Charges of Pusan Container Terminal)

  • The amount of the Korean export & import in 1987 reached $88.3 billion which was 1.75% of the total world trade and the proportion of foreign dependence to G.N.P was 74.5%. From these facts, we can infer that the development of national economy is largely dependent upon trade. Therefore the role of transportation, especially Ocean transportation, as a basis of economic development through trade is one of the main factors that can not be passed over. Here, We can define that a port as a subsystem of transportation determines the efficiency of the total transportation system. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to contribute in improvement of the efficiency in port, reinforcement of the international competitiveness for exporting goods by the analysis of the cargo handling charges. In order to do this, this paper deals the case of B.C.T.O.C. Furthermore, this study gives some important informations related to the level of tariffs for establishing an autonomous port administration. The Summary of the conclusions of this paper is as follows ; 1) The object of port administration in Korea has been emphasized on the maximization of efficiency in using the port facilities. Nowadays, however, it should be moved to a direction that port is operated under the compound aims considering the public interests and economy. 2) For a criterian of tariff calculation, A tariff system based on the cost accounting is desirable. In general it is recommended that the cost for construction, management, and operation of port is compensated by the revenue from port operation. Therefore, it is necessary for the administration bodies of each port to establish a tariff system on the basis of the independent profit system. 3) For the investigation of actors of tariff adjustment by the Break-even point analysis, (1) When we conducted the B.E.P analysis using total cost as cost term, we got 3.8% discount in tariff at 12% of target profit rate and 1.5% discount at 15% of rate. when we set the target profit rate as 17% we could have the proper tariff level. (2) When using operating cost as cost term, we got 13.1% discount in tariff at 12% of target profit rate and 10.9% discount at 15% of rate. When setting the target profit rat as 28%, we could have the proper tariff level. 4) Comparing with the tariffs of foreign ports for the basic terminal rate, The tariff level of B.C.T.O.C showed 33% of stevedoring charge and 80% of marshalling charge incurred at Kobe port. The comparison with Singapore port gave 50% of transhipment charge and 17% - 20 % of stevedoring charge. 5) We found that the financial structure of B.C.T.O.C was better than those of other companies and the worth fixed assets ratio was too low. The fact of low worth fixed assets ratio implies that the cargo handling facilities should be increased. Moreover, The return of assets for B.T.T.O.C was good but non-operating expenses were still contained too much in. Therefore, we think that it is necessary for B.C.T.O.C. to rationalize business management. Although the present cargo handing charge for B.C.T.O.C is a proper level in terms of a public corporation, for the final recommendation in connection to the results, It is required to take the rationalization process for business management.

박형 결정질 실리콘 태양전지에서의 휨현상 감소를 위한 알루미늄층 두께 조절 (Bow Reduction in Thin Crystalline Silicon Solar Cell with Control of Rear Aluminum Layer Thickness)

  • Crystalline silicon solar cell remains the major player in the photovoltaic marketplace with 80% of the market, despite the development of various thin film technologies. Silicon's excellent efficiency, stability, material abundance and low toxicity have helped to maintain its position of dominance. However, the cost of silicon materials remains a major barrier to reducing the cost of silicon photovoltaics. Using the crystalline silicon wafer with thinner thickness is the promising way for cost and material reduction in the solar cell production. However, the thinner the silicon wafer is, the worse bow phenomenon is induced. The bow phenomenon is observed when two or more layers of materials with different temperature expansion coefficiencies are in contact, in this case silicon and aluminum. In this paper, the solar cells were fabricated with different thicknesses of Al layer in order to reduce the bow phenomenon. With less amount of paste applications, we observed that the bow could be reduced by up to 40% of the largest value with 120 micron thickness of the wafer even though the conversion efficiency decrease by 0.5% occurred. Since the bowed wafers lead to unacceptable yield losses during the module construction, the reduction of bow is indispensable on thin crystalline silicon solar cell. In this work, we have studied on the counterbalance between the bow and conversion efficiency and also suggest the formation of enough back surface field (BSF) with thinner Al layer application.

건설업 산재 은폐의 문제점과 대책에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Problem and Countermeasure of Concealment of Industrial Accident in Construction Site)

  • According to statistics released by the Ministry of Labor for the past 6 years, work-related accidents in the construction industry have been on the continued increase, resulting in social and economic losses that are difficult to determine at an exact amount. However, the number will likely get much bigger if unreported cases are included, considering the fact that the aforementioned statistics are based soley on the applications filed with Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service. The practice of businesses choosing not to report and dealing with industrial accidents in an unauthorized manner is defined as "concealment of industrial accident". The reason the employers tend to engage in the concealment practice even at their huge cost is a "pre-qualification" scheme for the applicants in the government procurement process. Under the pre-qualification scheme, the applicants with a high rate of industrial accidents receive a low grade and become less attractive candidates in the procurement process, thus losing an opportunity to win a contract. Such failure relates directly to the fate of business organizations, to survive or not. That is why they are making all-out efforts to obtain a high grade in the pre-qualification evaluation. With regard to the accident-concealment problem, the following can be mentioned as preventive measures: (1) To exclude a rate of industrial accidents from the pre-qualification scheme; (2) To strengthen the institution of imposing penalties on the occurrence of industrial accidents; (3) To introduce private insurance system to the current industrial accident compensation insurance; and (4) To give non-recognition treatment to industrial accidents that were not reported upon occurrence. In conclusion, the concealment problem can be resolved if the aforementioned measures are to be taken continuously along with corrective measures against institutional deficiencies.

저가형 UAV를 이용한 소규모지역의 토량 측정 (Earth-Volume Measurement of Small Area Using Low-cost UAV)

  • 토목공사에서 토량 측정은 합리적인 공사비 산정에 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 이전까지 토목공사 현장의 정보를 얻기 위해서 GPS 또는 토탈스테이션을 이용하는 방법을 사용해 왔지만 이러한 방식은 접근이 어려운 지역에는 측정에 무리가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 무인항공기를 이용하여 토량을 측정하고자 한다. 경상북도 상주시에 위치한 농촌용수개발사업 저수지 공사현장을 연구대상지로 선정하였으며, GPS를 이용한 측량을 기준으로 하여 토탈스테이션 그리고 UAV를 이용한 측량의 정확도와 측정시간을 비교하는 연구를 진행하였다. GPS를 이용하여 취득한 토량은 $147,286.79m^3$으로 나타났고, 토탈스테이션은 $141,594.07m^3$으로 GPS를 이용하여 구한 토량을 기준으로 96.13% 정확도를 보였다. 그리고 UAV는 GCP를 측정하지 않고 진행하였을 때 $143,997.05m^3$, GCP가 4개일때 $147,251.71m^3$ 그리고 GCP가 7개일 때 $146,963.81m^3$로 나타났고, 각각 GPS로 측량한 토량과 비교하여 97.77%, 99.98%, 99.78%의 정확도를 보였다. 이를 통하여 UAV를 이용한 토량 산정을 실제 현장에서 사용할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Several studies on development of water quality treatment systems by wetlands are on going because of their benefits of low construction cost and high efficiency of waste water treatment. The objectives of this study were to review the necessary contents of survey and design factors for constructing constructed wetlands and to examine the required wetland area to treat non-point source pollution through case studies. The measurement of water quality and quantity in precipitation period is needed to analyse the inflow characteristics of the non-point pollution and to determine the amount of design flow. The design inflow for constructing constructed wetland was determined to the total runoff from 30mm of daily rainfall in the AMC(III) condition of the SCS method and is similar 70% of the annual mean runoff. The natural type wetland system with 0.1m of water depth and 5 hours of detention time was applied. From the results of the case studies, 70% of inflow could be treated and 1∼3% of wetland area of the total basin is needed.

비굴착 지하배수암거 형태별 지하배수 성능 비교분석 (Comparative Study on the Subsurface Drainage Discharge Performance by the Type of Non-Excavation Subsurface Drainage Culvert)

  • In this study, subsurface discharge performance has been studied through theoretical seepage analysis on four types of culverts that can be installed under the condition of non-excavation, such as (a)perforated pipe(${\Phi}50mm$), (b)perforated pipe+horizontal mat (B50cm) (c)perforated pipe+horizontal mat+vertical gravel(B<10cm), (d)perforated pipe+vertical gravel(B<10cm), and existing typical type (e)perforated pipe with gravel (B40, h=40cm) which can be installed by excavation. The analysis results were as follows. i) Subsurface discharge performance per unit (m) was (a)type 56%, (b) 91%, (c) 96%, (d) 76%, respectively, lower than the value of (e)culvert. ii) However, considering that non-excavation culvert can be installed at a spacing of 5m with the installation cost of the existing excavation culvert at the interval of 10m, it was analyzed that unit subsurface discharge(q) of (a)20.2mm/day(110%), (b)32.8(178%), (c)34.6(188%) (d)27.5(149%) in the four types of non-excavation culvert installed at intervals of 5m under the condition of $ k=10^{-4}cm/s$ was much larger than the amount of (e)type 18.5(100%), existing excavation culvert installed at 10m interval. iii) Through the test construction, peak subsurface drainage discharge($q_p$) was 38.4mm/day, which is larger than the value of design criteria and confirmed that it satisfies the analysis results as well. iv) In particular, it was evaluated that (b)perforated pipe+horizontal mat(B50cm) are low cost, high efficiency subsurface drainage culvert type with sufficient drainage performance(178%).

데이터마이닝을 활용한 해군함정 수리부속 수요예측 (Naval Vessel Spare Parts Demand Forecasting Using Data Mining)

  • Recent development in science and technology has modernized the weapon system of ROKN (Republic Of Korea Navy). Although the cost of purchasing, operating and maintaining the cutting-edge weapon systems has been increased significantly, the national defense expenditure is under a tight budget constraint. In order to maintain the availability of ships with low cost, we need accurate demand forecasts for spare parts. We attempted to find consumption pattern using data mining techniques. First we gathered a large amount of component consumption data through the DELIIS (Defense Logistics Intergrated Information System). Through data collection, we obtained 42 variables such as annual consumption quantity, ASL selection quantity, order-relase ratio. The objective variable is the quantity of spare parts purchased in f-year and MSE (Mean squared error) is used as the predictive power measure. To construct an optimal demand forecasting model, regression tree model, randomforest model, neural network model, and linear regression model were used as data mining techniques. The open software R was used for model construction. The results show that randomforest model is the best value of MSE. The important variables utilized in all models are consumption quantity, ASL selection quantity and order-release rate. The data related to the demand forecast of spare parts in the DELIIS was collected and the demand for the spare parts was estimated by using the data mining technique. Our approach shows improved performance in demand forecasting with higher accuracy then previous work. Also data mining can be used to identify variables that are related to demand forecasting.

다(多)공구 도로 공사 현장 장비들의 운영 실태 파악을 위한 생산성 지표 정립에 관한 연구 (Formalization of Productivity Metrics for Equipment in Multi-sectioned Road Construction Projects)

  • 도로사업현장의 특징은 인접 공구간 비슷한 공종과 공기를 가지고 유사한 장비 자원을 사용하는 다(多)공구 현장이라는 것이다. 그러나 현재 도로현장들은 각 공구의 개별 기성에 취중한 '칸막이식' 운영에 의해 지속적으로 수급불균형상태가 발생하여 고가의 장비들이 비효율적으로 운영되는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구에서는 다공구현장 내의 장비들을 적시적소에 공구간 공유하여 전체 사업의 자원 활용도를 높일 수 있는 자원공유시스템을 정립하고자 한다. 본 논문은 그 첫 단계로써 도로사업현장에서 장비의 생산성과 그 운영 실태에 대한 연구내용을 중점적으로 소개한다. 현장의 자원운영실태 파악을 위한 설문을 통해서 다공구 도로현장의 자원공유시스템 도입에 필요한 공유적합자원표를 얻었으며, 다공구 현장의 자원활용도 측정을 위해서는 계획편차(DPR), 정규화계획편차(nDPR), 수급불균형지수(SDI)등의 공식을 새롭게 고안하였다. 이들 공식을 실제 도로현장의 작업일지 데이터에 적용하였으며, 그 결과 각 공구별 nDPR값과 SDI값을 얻었다. 분석결과 도로사업현장의 자원운영은 추가임대와 유휴자원이 계속적으로 발생하는 비효율적인 운영임을 파악하였다. 또한 공구별로 부족/유휴 상태가 골고루 발생하여 공구간 장비를 공유할 경우 상쇄효과를 통해 장비의 생산성이 높아질 것을 간접적으로 파악할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 도출된 결과들은 추후 자원공유시스템 정립의 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

실리카퓸 종류가 초고성능 콘크리트의 공학적 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Silica Fume Types on the Mechanical Properties of Ultra-High Performance Concrete)

  • 초고성능 콘크리트(UHPC)는 낮은 물-결합재비를 바탕으로 다량의 강섬유, 실리카퓸, 충전재 및 고성능 감수제를 사용한다. UHPC는 높은 역학적 성능을 가지는 대신 실리카퓸을 사용함에 따라 점성이 증가되며 고가의 재료를 다량으로 사용하기 때문에 제조비용이 일반 콘크리트에 비하여 고가이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 180MPa급 UHPC의 점성 저하를 위하여 실리카퓸 대신 지르코늄 실리카퓸(Zr)을 사용한 UHPC의 고성능 감수제(SP)의 사용량 및 종류, 충전재 크기에 따른 공학적 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 W/B 20%, Zr 100% 사용, SP-L 사용량 2~3%, 강섬유 혼입율 1.5 vol.%이고 $4{\mu}m$의 충전재를 사용하는 Zr-UHPC의 경우 기존의 실리카퓸을 사용한 배합에 비하여 우수한 유동성을 발현하고 압축강도 180MPa이상 확보 하였다. 또한 기존 UHPC 대비 33%의 제조비용 절감이 가능한 것으로 분석되었다.

디지털트윈 기반 실시간 자율주행 시뮬레이션 시스템 구축 방안 연구 - 부산 EDC 중심으로 - (A Study on Real-time Autonomous Driving Simulation System Construction based on Digital Twin - Focused on Busan EDC -)

  • 최근 자율주행 분야에서 실세계와 유사한 디지털트윈 기반의 가상 시뮬레이션 환경 구축에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 디지털트윈 기반의 시뮬레이션 환경에서 자율주행의 성능 및 기능 검증뿐만 아니라, 딥러닝을 위한 가상 학습데이터 생성 연구도 활발히 수행되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 디지털트윈 기반 자율주행 시뮬레이션 시스템은 고정밀 데이터 구축과 시스템 개발에 많은 시간과 비용을 필요로 하는 문제를 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기 구축된 3차원 입체모형과 정밀도로지도만을 이용하여 디지털트윈 기반의 실시간 자율주행 시뮬레이션 시스템을 신속히 설계하고 구현하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 구체적으로 부산 EDC 지역에 대한 FBX의 3D 입체모형과 NGII HD Map을 CARLA에 통합하는 방법과 CARLA 기능을 추가 및 수정하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구 결과는 기존의 3D 입체모형과 NGII HD 맵을 활용하면 저렴한 비용으로 신속한 시뮬레이션 시스템의 설계 및 구현이 가능함을 보여준다. 또한, 시뮬레이션 시나리오 구성, 사용자 맞춤형 주행, 실시간 신호등 상태 시뮬레이션 등의 다양한 기능도 지원할 수 있다. 향후 광범위한 지역에 대하여 시스템이 적용되는 경우에 시스템의 활용도가 크게 향상될 것으로 기대된다.
