The goal of this study is to provide beauticians with the fundamental material to use effectively heat permanent wave in beauty industry as well as their customer's satisfaction. It carried out an experiment with damaged hair of a woman in her late twenties to investigate the change of physical and morphological characteristics by its water content when performing heat permanent wave. After spreading 0g, 1g, 2g, 3g, and 4g of water on damaged hair respectively, heat permanent wave was treated and the change of hair was observed. The change of physical characteristic was compared through permanent wave form of hair, tensile strength and elongation. The change of morphological characteristic was observed through Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM). The result of experiment on the physical specificity revealed that permanent wave form was the most ideal when the water content was 2g, also 3g. Though the materials with much moisture content formed the results were not satisfied. The material with 0g of water content didn't make the wave. In terms of tensile strength and elongation, tensile strength was generally reduced as per the damaged degree of hair. On the contrary, elongation was increased. It observed the changes of morphological characteristic that the damage on hair cuticle was deepen, as its moisture content was decreased, and cuticle's surface was worn away. The observation of fine structure on hair section by transmission electronic microscope also certainly showed the result that damaged hair having experience with chemical treatment had got much damaged to hair cuticle as well as hair cortex. Generally chemical treatment makes hair damaged. Under consideration of this aspect, the ultimate goal of this thesis is to minimize the damage of hair caused by chemical treatment and get the satisfaction on the hair style. According to the result of experiment, the damaged hair whose moisture content was 3g showed the best permanent wave form.

The purpose of this study is research on the characteristics of post-modernism expressed on western hair styles in the late 20th century. Therefore this thesis analyzed the relationship of modernism & the hair styles of that mage and post-modernism & the hair styles of that mage. That will re-illuminate the same beauty worth of same age as to accurate the concept of post-modernism & the hair styles of that mage. And the last, criticizing the post-modernism design and that hair design, helping to find new trends. The method of this study was the literature research & analysis of visual materials focus on upper bust image that can know the relationship of modernism & the hair styles of that mage, and post-modernism & the hair styles of that mage. First, the literature research is composed of analysis of theses, magazines on art, clothing and cosmetology having the contents of 20th century western culture, art and hair styles. Second, the analysis of visual materials is composed of analysis of video films, slide films and photographs of books, magazines, and internet home-pages. Modern western hair styles, appeared after 1910's, is represented as a short cut & permanent wave. That express experimentalism, functionalism, and purism, that is same as the other art's trend of same age. Post-modern western hair styles, appeared after 1960's, also show the same trend with same age's. This summarized & characterized 8 categories; historical method, pluralism, negotiation, escape from the formality, recovery of humanity, ornament, connection with race, metaphor & symbolism. But post-modernism concentrating pluralism makes easy making low quality art and absence of criticism, so this thesis criticised it 5 categories; absence of ideas, absence of the social sense of responsibility, lost of one's characteristics, decline of skills, decline of worth of usages.

본 연구는 20-50대 여성 311명을 대상으로 피부인식이 세안제 구매행동 및 구매성향에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 피부인식을 중요도, 관심도, 만족도로, 구매성향을 충동구매형, 브랜드의존형, 계획구매형으로 하위요인을 구성하여 설문조사를 통하여 분석하였다. 피부인식에서 관심도가 높은 그룹이 세안시간이 길었으며 피부지식도가 낮은 그룹은 구매정보를 주변으로부터, 높은 그룹은 인터넷에서 얻는 것으로 나타났다. 구매성향에서 피부관심도가 높은 여성들은 충동구매형과 계획구매형 성향이 강하고 피부중요도가 높은 여성은 충동구매형 성향이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 피부 관심도, 중요도 인식이 세안제 구매행동 및 구매성향에 영향을 미치기 때문에 고객의 피부인식을 파악하여 세안제 마케팅에 적용하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

네일샵을 찾는 고객들은 창조적이고 유니크한 디자인을 필요로 하지만 현재 네일 아티스트들은 모방의 수준에 있어 고객들의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 개성 있는 네일아트 디자인 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 모든 디자인의 기본이 되는 조형원리를 적용한 네일아트 융합디자인을 제시하여 창조적인 네일아트 디자인 발상에 기여하고자 한다. 연구방법은 전문서적과 인터넷 자료, 선행연구 등을 조사하여 조형원리의 개념 및 사례, 네일아트의 개념 및 표현기법들을 분석한 후 조형 원리를 적용한 네일아트 융합디자인 6작품을 제작하였다. 네일아트 기법은 네일샵에서 가장 많이 사용하는 핸드페인팅, 마블, 시스루, 에칭, 엠보, 패치, 오브제 기법을 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 조형원리를 적용한 창의적이고 독창적인 네일아트 융합디자인을 제시함으로써 새로운 네일아트 디자인 창출의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었고 본 연구가 네일아티스트의 디자인 역량을 강화하는데 기초자료로서의 의의가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 부산, 울산지역에 소재하는 헤어 미용종사자 144명을 대상으로 직업관련 변수에 따라 직업전문성과 직업만족도가 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보고 직업관련 변수와 직업전문성이 직업만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 월평균소득과 환경만족도에 따라 직업전문성과 직업만족도는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 변수들과의 상관관계에서 직업전문성은 월평균 소득, 경력, 환경만족도와 정적상관이 있었으며, 직업만족도는 월평균 소득, 환경만족도, 직업전문성과 정적상관이 있었다. 경력에서는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 변인들이 직업만족도에 미치는 영향에서 월평균 소득, 환경만족도, 직업전문성이 높을수록 직무만족도는 높게 나타났다. 이중 직업전문성의 설명력이 가장 높았다. 따라서 미용종사자들의 전문성에 대한 확신과 직업만족 강화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

현재 네일 리스트들은 기존의 디자인에서 변형 혹은 반복만 되풀이할 뿐 새로운 디자인을 찾지 않아 네일 디자인의 다양성 부족과 디자인을 점점 간소화하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 관점에서 네일아트 소재의 부족과 디자인 기법의 한계점을 극복하는데 도움이 되고자 다양한 오브제를 활용한 모자이크 기법을 네일아트 디자인과 융합하여 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법은 전문서적과 인터넷 웹사이트, 선행연구를 통해 모자이크 개념과 특성을 분석하였고, 네일아트 융합디자인 제시를 위해 셀로판지, 젤, 홀로그램, 스톤 등 다양한 소재의 모자이크 기법을 적용한 네일아트 디자인 4작품을 현재 살롱에서 각광받는 재료인 UltraViolet Gel을 사용하여 총 4작품을 제작하였다. 연구결과, 다양한 소재의 확장에 대한 가능성을 확인하였고 예술기법과의 융합으로 새로운 네일아트 기법을 제시함으로써 기존 네일 기법의 한계를 극복할 수 있었다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 향후 후속 연구에서는 개발된 기법을 실제 고객을 대상으로 적용하여 만족도 등을 조사하는 실증연구를 통해 네일샵의 매출 증대에 도움이 되고자 한다.

석창포와 에센셜오일 Geranium(Pelargonum aspeum), lemongrass(Cymbpogen), Cypress(Cupressus Sempervirens), Chamomile Roman(Anthemis nobilis), Tea tree(malaleuca lterniflia), Bergamot(citrus aurant bergamia), lavender(Lavendula officinalis), Sandal wood(Santalum album)을 혼합하여 나타나는 항균 시너지 효과를 Streptococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans에 대하여 검토 해본 결과 다음과 같은 사실이 확인되었다. 1. 석창포는 Streptococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans에 대하여 뚜렷한 항균 효과를 나타냈다. 2. 아로마오일, Geranium(Pelargonum aspeum) lemongrass(Cymbpogen), Cypress(Cupressus Sempervirens), Chamomile Roman(Anthemis nobilis), Tea tree(malaleuca lterniflia), Bergamot(citrus aurant bergamia).lavender(Lavendula officinalis), Sandal wood(Santalum album)등은 Streptococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans에 대하여 강력한 항균 효과를 나타냈다. 3. 석창포와 아로마오일을 혼합 시에도 Streptococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans에 대하여 항균 시너지 효과를 나타냈다. 이로써 석창포와 아로마오일 모두 항균력을 가지고 있음이 확인되었고, 혼합시 또한 석창포와 아로마 오일의 대부분 상승효과가 있으며 이는 화장품에 폭넓게 응용할 수 있으리라 사료된다.

이 연구는 미용실 직원의 개인적 특성과 관련하여 조직 성과로서 직무 만족에 대한 조직 의사 소통의 효과를 결정하려고 연구했다. 실증 분석을 위해 경남의 뷰티 살롱 종사자들에 대한 설문 조사를 실시하여 수집 된 자료를 분석 하였다. 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 조직의 의사 소통은 직무 만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 실제로 다른 요인에 비해 의사 소통 능력이 직업 만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났습니다. 특히 40 세 이상과 고졸 이하와 결혼 한 그룹에서 조직 간 의사 전달이 직업 만족에 미치는 영향은 높았다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 미용 산업에서 직원의 직업 만족도를 높이는 등 비즈니스 성과를 향상시키는 데는 개인의 특성과 조직 의사 소통을 종합적으로 고려한 인적 자원 관리가 필수적이다.

본 연구는 미용 특성화고의 방과후학교 미용교육 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 학생들을 대상으로 미용교육에 대한 교육 인식이 효과와 만족도, 재수강의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 각 의도간의 상관관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 조사 결과, 조사 대상자들은 방과후학교 미용프로그램에 대해 흥미와 적성이 맞을 것 같아 선택하였으며, 방과후학교 미용교육을 통해 사교육비의 부담이 줄어든다는 긍정적인 응답을 확인하였다. 또한, 조사 대상자들의 미용교육의 인식과 효과, 만족도 및 재수강의도 간의 상관관계가 확인되었다. 향후 본 자료를 기초로 하여 미용교육의 질과 만족도를 높이기 위한 방과후학교 미용교육 프로그램의 효율적인 운영 방안이 필요할 것으로 사료되어 진다.

본 연구는 DISC행동유형을 통해 미용 전공 대학생들의 미용교육 전공인식과 만족도, 직업 선호도에 대하여 파악하고자 하였으며, DISC행동유형을 통한 개인별 성향을 고려하여 맞춤형 진로 및 미용교육 자료로써 활용하고자 하였다. 2017년 9월 20일부터 10월 11일까지 충남과 경기도에 거주하는 미용교육 대학생을 대상으로 최종 설문지 225부를 분석하였다. 연구 대상자들의 전공에 대한 만족도가 D, I, S, C 순으로 확인되었고, 전공인식과 직업 선호도는 유형별로 유의한 차이가 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 미용 교육 대학생들의 전공인식과 만족도, 직업 선호도를 파악하여, 미용 교육 후 진로 결정에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료로써 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료되어진다.
