The purpose of this descriptive research study was to investigate health beliefs and self-efficacy in respiratory infection management as factors that affect the respiratory infection prevention behavior of college students. The subjects were 178 students attending a university in K city of Gyeongsangbuk-do. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire from September 1st to October 16th of 2020. The results of this study are as follows; Health belief was significantly different from participant's gender (t=-2.86, p=.005), major classification (F=2.95, p=.034), and taking any medications (t=2.18, p=.030). Self-efficacy in respiratory infection management was significantly different from university students' gender (t=-3.56, p=<.001) and major classification (F=4.59, p=.004). Health belief (r=.276, p<.001) and self-efficacy in respiratory infection management (r=.660, p<.001) had a positive correlation with respiratory infection preventive behavior. Multiple regression analysis results show that self-efficacy in respiratory infection management (β=.66, p<.001) significantly affected respiratory infection preventive behavior. The model had an explanatory power of 43%. The findings demonstrate that the major factor influencing the respiratory infection preventive behavior of university students is self-efficacy in respiratory infection management. Therefore, in order to promote behavior to prevent respiratory infection in college students, a program that can strengthen self-efficacy in respiratory infection management should be developed.
Cyberattack technology is evolving to an unpredictable degree, and it is a situation that can happen 'at any time' rather than 'someday'. Infrastructure that is becoming hyper-connected and global due to cloud computing and the Internet of Things is an environment where cyberattacks can be more damaging than ever, and cyberattacks are still ongoing. Even if damage occurs due to external influences such as cyberattacks or natural disasters, intelligent self-recovery must evolve from a cyber resilience perspective to minimize downtime of cyber assets (OS, WEB, WAS, DB). In this paper, we propose an intelligent self-recovery technology to ensure sustainable cyber resilience when cyber assets fail to function properly due to a cyberattack. The original and updated history of cyber assets is managed in real-time using timeslot design and snapshot backup technology. It is necessary to secure technology that can automatically detect damage situations in conjunction with a commercialized file integrity monitoring program and minimize downtime of cyber assets by analyzing the correlation of backup data to damaged files on an intelligent basis to self-recover to an optimal state. In the future, we plan to research a pilot system that applies the unique functions of self-recovery technology and an operating model that can learn and analyze self-recovery strategies appropriate for cyber assets in damaged states.

The amount of power generation of a solar plant has a high correlation with weather conditions, geographical conditions, and the installation conditions of solar panels. Previous studies have found the elements which impacts the amount of power generation. Some of them found the optimal conditions for solar panels to generate the maximum amount of power. Considering the realistic constraints when installing a solar power plant, it is very difficult to satisfy the conditions for the maximum power generation. Therefore, it is necessary to know how sensitive the solar power generation amount is to factors affecting the power generation amount, so that plant owners can predict the amount of solar power generation when examining the installation of a solar power plant. In this study, we propose a polynomial regression analysis method to analyze the relationship between solar power plant's power generation and related factors such as weather, location, and installation conditions. Analysis data were collected from 10 solar power plants installed and operated in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the amount of power generation was affected by panel type, amount of insolation and shade. In addition, the power generation was affected by interaction of the installation angle and direction of the panel.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between rejection sensitivity and reactive aggression among college students, as well as to determine the mediating effects of self-concept clarity and hostile attribution bias on the relationship between rejection sensitivity and reactive aggression. A self-report questionnaire was conducted online for the purpose of gathering data from university students aged 18 years and older. A total of 250 participants were included in the analysis. SPSS 27.0 was used for data analysis to check the basic statistics of the variables, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis. In addition, the model fit was checked using Amos 21.0, and the bootstrapping method verified the significance of the indirect effect. The results of this study are as follows. The results of this study are as follows. First, rejection sensitivity positively affects reactive aggression through self-concept clarity. Second, rejection sensitivity increases the hostile attribution bias, leading to an increase in reactive aggression. Third, rejection sensitivity positively influences reactive aggression in an indirect way by sequentially affecting self-concept clarity and hostile attribution bias. These findings have implications as they identify psychological factors that affect reactive aggression in college students. This suggests the importance of utilizing psychological interventions to address reactive aggression associated with social problems, such as crime, and provides a foundation for both treatment and prevention. Finally, implications for further research and limitations of this study are suggested.

This study was to examine the role for children's prosocial behavior in terms of maternal parenting behavior, smart-media addiction and ADHD-related behaviors. The study sample was 537 children who had participated in the tenth wave of the Panel Study on Korean Children. The data were analyzed for descriptive statistics, correlation, and serial multiple mediation analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the direct effect of maternal parenting behavior on children's prosocial behavior was not significant. Second, in the relationship between the maternal parenting behavior and the children's prosocial behavior, the mediating effects of smart-media addiction and ADHD-related behaviors were significant, respectively. Third, in the effect of maternal parenting behavior on children's prosocial behavior, it was found that smart-media addiction and ADHD-related behaviors mediate it in series. These results provide to a better understanding of the process between maternal parenting behavior to children's prosocial behavior and especially emphasize the importance of smart-media addiction and ADHD-related behaviors.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leisure passion, self-realization, and psychological well-being for baby boomers who regularly participate in leisure activities, and to provide basic data for baby boomers to participate in leisure sports based on this. This study required the study of baby boomers born between 1995 and 1963 who participated in leisure activities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to fill out a questionnaire using the convenient sampling method among non-probability sampling. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted through the SPSS 20.0 program to achieve the purpose of the study with a total of 310 data processing analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that leisure passion has an effect on self-realization. Second, self-realization is affecting psychological well-being. Third, it was found that leisure passion affects psychological well-being. Therefore, it was found that all paths had a statistically significant effect on the relationship between leisure passion, self-realization, and psychological well-being according to the leisure participation of baby boomers. In addition, leisure passion was found to have an indirect effect on psychological well-being, indicating that it had a mediating effect.

In the present study, A356 melt degassing experiments were conducted under various impeller rotation speed and inert gas flow rate conditions to determine changes in the melt temperature, composition and density during a degassing treatment. The melt temperature was found to decrease gradually as the degassing time increased, but a clear correlation between the impeller rotation speed or inert gas flow rate and the melt heat loss could not be confirmed. Regardless of the impeller rotation speed or inert gas flow rate, the Mg and Ti contents in the A356 melt scarcely changed, even after degassing for more than 10 minutes, while Sr contents decreased at the maximum degassing rate of 70 ppm. From a quantitative analysis of the degassing rate under each experimental condition based on the hydrogen concentration in the melt derived from the melt density and the degassing model equation, the inert gas flow rate was found to affect the degassing rate rather than the impeller rotation speed under the degassing operation condition employed in the present study.

Objective: Muscle depletion in patients undergoing liver transplantation affects the recipients' prognosis and therefore cannot be overlooked. We aimed to evaluate whether changes in muscle and fat mass during the preoperative period are associated with prognosis after deceased donor liver transplantation (DDLT). Materials and Methods: This study included 72 patients who underwent DDLT and serial computed tomography (CT) scans. Skeletal muscle index (SMI) and fat mass index (FMI) were calculated using the muscle and fat area in CT performed 1 year prior to surgery (1 yr Pre-LT), just before surgery (Pre-LT), and after transplantation (Post-LT). Simple aspects of serial changes in muscle and fat mass were analyzed during three measurement time points. The rate of preoperative changes in body composition parameters were calculated (preoperative ΔSMI [%] = [SMI at Pre-LT - SMI at 1 yr Pre-LT] / SMI at Pre-LT x 100; preoperative ΔFMI [%] = [FMI at Pre-LT - FMI at 1 yr Pre-LT] / FMI at Pre-LT x 100) and assessed for correlation with patient survival. Results: SMI significantly decreased during the preoperative period (mean preoperative ΔSMI, -13.04%, p < 0.001). In the multivariable analysis, preoperative ΔSMI (p = 0.016) and model for end-stage liver disease score (p = 0.011) were independent prognostic factors for overall survival. The mean survival time for patients with a threshold decrease in the preoperative ΔSMI (≤ -30%) was significantly shorter than for other patients (p = 0.007). Preoperative ΔFMI was not a prognostic factor but FMI increased during the postoperative period (p = 0.009) in all patients. Conclusion: A large reduction in preoperative SMI was significantly associated with reduced survival after DDLT. Therefore, changes in muscle mass during the preoperative period can be considered as a prognostic factor for survival after DDLT.

In this study, we designed and verified a research model in order to determine whether ESG management for public libraries affects the perception of libraries, user satisfaction, and the intention to revisit. A survey was conducted among the users of six public libraries in the Gyeonggi region and 25 libraries in Seoul, and 247 valid responses from the survey were analyzed. The analysis revealed that the environment and society factors of ESG management had a positive effect on the perception of libraries and user satisfaction. It also showed that the libraries' perception had a positive impact on user satisfaction and the intention to revisit, and user satisfaction showed a positive correlation for the intention to revisit. From the analysis, we can infer that the effects of ESG management were reflected in everyday life via public libraries as ESG management of the public libraries influenced the perception of libraries, user satisfaction, and the intention to revisit. We confirmed that users showed the intention to revisit if the library provides positive and sincere satisfaction through ESG management, due to public libraries having ethical and moral significance to users. We have also put forward practical marketing strategies and identified areas for enhancement that can prove beneficial to public libraries.

Objective: To evaluate whether hyperoxia-induced ΔR1 (hyperO2ΔR1) can accurately identify histological infarction in an acute cerebral stroke model. Materials and Methods: In 18 rats, MRI parameters, including hyperO2ΔR1, apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), cerebral blood flow and volume, and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose uptake on PET were measured 2.5, 4.5, and 6.5 hours after a 60-minutes occlusion of the right middle cerebral artery. Histological examination of the brain was performed immediately following the imaging studies. MRI and PET images were co-registered with digitized histological images. The ipsilateral hemisphere was divided into histological infarct (histological cell death), non-infarct ischemic (no cell death but ADC decrease), and nonischemic (no cell death or ADC decrease) areas for comparisons of imaging parameters. The levels of hyperO2ΔR1 and ADC were measured voxel-wise from the infarct core to the non-ischemic region. The correlation between areas of hyperO2ΔR1-derived infarction and histological cell death was evaluated. Results: HyperO2ΔR1 increased only in the infarct area (p ≤ 0.046) compared to the other areas. ADC decreased stepwise from non-ischemic to infarct areas (p = 0.002 at all time points). The other parameters did not show consistent differences among the three areas across the three time points. HyperO2ΔR1 sharply declined from the core to the border of the infarct areas, whereas there was no change within the non-infarct areas. A hyperO2ΔR1 value of 0.04 s-1 was considered the criterion to identify histological infarction. ADC increased gradually from the infarct core to the periphery, without a pronounced difference at the border between the infarct and non-infarct areas. Areas of hyperO2ΔR1 higher than 0.04 s-1 on MRI were strongly positively correlated with histological cell death (r = 0.862; p < 0.001). Conclusion: HyperO2ΔR1 may be used as an accurate and early (2.5 hours after onset) indicator of histological infarction in acute stroke.
