상관도 평활화된 Binary CDMA의 BER 개선 (BER Improvement Correlation-Flattened Binary CDMA)

  • 본 논문에서는 일종의 멀티코드 시스템인 Binary CDMA의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 상관도 값을 평활화하는 방법을 제안한다. DS-CDMA 방식과는 달리, Binary CDMA 에서는 멀티레벨 신호를 이진 클리핑하여 전송하므로 선형성이 떨어지는 전력증폭기를 사용해도 무방하다. 그러나, 전송신호가 이진 클리핑되는 과정에서 각 채널사이의 직교성이 감소하여 수신부에서의 채널별 상관도 값은 랜덤해지며, 가장 작은 상관도 값을 갖는 채널에 의해 시스템의 평균 BER이 결정된다. 본 연구에서는 수신부 상관도 값이 불균형한 분포를 갖지 않고, 전 채널에 대해 고르게 분포하게 하는 상관도 평활화 방법을 적용하여 시스템의 평균 BER을 개선하였다. 여러 종류의 확산코드를 이용하여 실험한 결과, BER은 낮아지고 가용 채널의 수는 증가하였다.

두개하악장애증상발현과 교합요인 사이의 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Signs/Symptoms of the Craniomandibular Disorders and Possible Contribution Occlusal Factors)

  • To evaluate the correlationship between sign/symptoms of craniomandibular disorder(CMD) and possible contributing occlusal factors, the author analyzed craniomandibular index(CMI), clinical dysfunction index(CDI) and occlusal index(Oi) obtained from 88 subjects (32 males, 56 females, mean age 28.7) consisted of 49 CMD patients(15 males, 34 females, mean age 28.7) and 39 non-CMD patients (17 males, 22 females, mean age 24.5). The obtained results were as follows : 1. There was very high significant correlation bebween CMI and CDI in total subjects (r=0.83, p<0.01) 2. There was very low correlation between working-side interference and TMJ noise which was observed as a statistically significant value(p<0.05). And also there ws very low correlation between nonworking side interference and muscle tenderness, CDI, dysfunction index(DI), palpation index(PI) which were observed as statistically significant value (p<0.01) 3. There was very low correlation between as ymmetry of tetruded contact position(RCP)-intercuspal position(ICP) slide and muscle tenderness, TMJ tenderness, TMJ noise, CMI, DI, PI which were observed as statistically significant values(p<0.05) 4. In general there was low correlation between Oi and muscle tenderness, CDI, CMI, DI, PI which were observed as statistically significant values (p,0.05). But Oi had a relatively higher correlation with muscle tenderness, PI than whith CDI, DI.

  • In order to evaluate the effect of blasting vibration in buildings and it's resident located around blasting construction field in urban area, blasting vibration characteristics were measured the vibration level, vibration velocity. The 250g and 750g of charged powder were used at the apartment and at the ground, respectively. In the measurement of the ground, Z(perpendicularity) axis was the highest value in vibration level, but vertical axis was the highest value at 25m point and longitudinal axis was the highest value at 50m point in vibration velocity. The amount of measurement was high value when measuring point is higher than blasting source, while that of measurement was low value when measuring point is lower than blasting source. In the measurement of the apartment, 2 axis was the highest value in vibration level, but in vibration velocity transverse axis was the highest value at ground, was vertical axis at 1st floor, was longitudinal axis at 3rd floor and was vertical and longitudinal axis at 5th floor. The vibration level and the vibration velocity of 50m point showed higher correlation value than 25m point at the ground, but those of 25m point showed higher correlation value than 50m point at the apartment.

물 중 일반세균 정량에 대한 배지법과 건조필름법의 상관관계 (Correlation between Plate Count Agar and Dry Rehydratable Film Method for Enumeration of Total Aerobic Bacteria in Water)

  • The quantitative accuracy of dry rehydratable film method was compared with the standard culture method to analyze the applicability of dry rehydratable film in the total aerobic bacteria test for water. The materials used in this study were 500 cases of water and were tested according to the Korean official test method for drinking water. The mean value of the total aerobic bacteria in plate count agar(PCA) and MC-Media Pad AC(MAC) were 2.6 ± 1.1 Log cfu/mL and 2.6 ± 1.2 Log cfu/mL. The p value and correlation coefficient(R2) were 0.933 and 0.9985 between the PCA and MAC, respectively, indicating no significant difference and very high correlation. According to the water types, the p value and R2 were 0.887 and 0.9911 in the PCA and MAC. In the purified water, the p value was 0.973 and R2 was 0.9934 in the PCA and MAC of other water. In each type of water, there were no significant differences between the PCA and MAC, and the correlation was very high. Thus, it is suggested that the MAC would be available for total aerobic bacteria test for water.

산지계류의 계절적 수온변동 특성 및 영향인자 분석 (Seasonal Variations of Stream Water Temperature and its Affecting Factors on Mountain Areas)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate mountain stream water and air temperatures, area, latitude, altitude, and forest coverage in headwater catchments located in Kangwon-do, Mid-eastern Korea from 2015 to 2017. Daily mean value of mountain stream water temperature was approximately $6^{\circ}C$ lower than the daily mean value of air temperature on the monitoring sites during the observation period. Monthly mean value of mountain stream water temperature increased with increasing monthly mean value of air temperature from May to August during the observation period. Seasonal variations of mountain stream water temperature were dependent on air temperature rising and falling periods. Correlation analysis was conducted on mountain stream water temperature to investigate its relationship with air temperature, area, latitude, altitude, and forest coverage of air temperature rising and falling periods. The correlation analysis showed that there exists a relationship (Correlation coefficient: -0.581 ~ 0.825; p<0.05), particularly the air temperature showed highest correlation with mountain stream water temperature. Regression equations could be developed due to contribution of air temperature to affect mountain stream water temperature (Correlation coefficient: 0.742 and 0.825; p<0.01). Therefore, a method using various parameters based on air temperature rising and falling periods, could be recommended for predicting mountain stream water temperature.

한국의 저서동물 하천하상지수(BMSI) 개선을 위한 수질요인 분석 (Analysis of Water Quality Factors for Benthic Macroinvertebrates Streambed Index (BMSI) Improvement in Korea)

  • In 2016, Benthic Macroinvertebrates Streambed Index (BMSI) was proposed as an index to evaluate streams as benthic macroinvertebrate depending on the substrate type of streambed. However, orignal BMSI were selected without consideration of water quality. Analyzes without water quality do not constitute biological indices based solely on the substrate type of streambed. Therefore, in this study, the indicator value was improvement in consideration of water quality, and the distribution characteristics of benthic macroinvertebrates according to the substrate type of streambed were analyzed under relatively equal water quality conditions. We surveyed 20,155 sampling units in Korea from 2008 to 2018, and we re-estimated each lithophility of 191 taxa. As a result of estimating the streambed of each newly lithophilic value classification group considering the water quality, it was different from the original lithophilic value. Representative integer lithophilic values were newly calculated from 126 taxa among the 191 index taxa used in the analysis. The correlation between new constructed BMSI and community structure was compared and analyzed. It showed extreamely significance (p<0.001) in the dominance index, diversity index, abundance index, and evenness index of the community structure. Diversity index, abundance index, and evenness index showed positive correlation, and dominance index showed negative correlation. The correlation coefficient (r) was the highest in the richness index of about 0.664.

평균방법에 근거한 DOA와 지연시간추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on DOA and Delay Time Presumption based on Average Method)

  • This paper estimated the arrival angle and electric wave delay time using the space method law and the directions of arrival (DOA) estimation algorithm in case of signal correlation. Space method law is the method used to repress cross correlation before applying the weight value to the receiving signal. The values of the diagonal elements in the correlation matrix were averaged to replace as the diagonal elements value. In the area of wireless communication or mobile communication, there are high correlations in case of low delay time difference in multiple waves. This causes the quality of the communication to drop due to interference with the desired signal elements. This paper estimated the arrival angle and electric wave delay time using the space method law and the MUSIC algorithm. With the arrival angle algorithm, the arrival angle cannot be estimated below 5 in case of signal correlations because the angle resolution capacity decreases accordingly. The super resolution capacity was estimated to determine the arrival angle below 5 in this paper. In addition, the proposed algorithm estimated the short delay time difference to be below 20ns.

  • Generally, in the best-known Pulse-type type and Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave(FM/CW)-type RF range measurement systems, the nearest measurable distance between antenna of system and targets is limited to several tens of meters. Moreover, in case of high-speed targets it is more difficult to measure the distance precisely. In this paper we design our own RF(X-band) range(up to 15 meters) measurement system usi code correlation for high- speed targets. It 0 the correlation value between transmitting receiving PN (Pseudo -Noise) codes. So we determine the distance between antenna of s and targets using this correlation value. 비글견의 하악골에 식립된 임플랜트에 대한 공진주파수와 조직계측분석의 비교 연구 (Comparison between Resonance Frequency and Histomorphometric Measurements of Mandibular Implants in Beagle Dogs)

  • The use of resonance frequency analysis (RFA) provides a possibility to clinically measure implant stability and osseointegration. The implant stability quotient (ISQ) value of RFA is well known that influenced by effective abutment length and stiffness of the implant in the surrounding tissues. Among these factors stiffness is not accurately defined histologically yet. And the purpose of this study was to find the histolgical relationship of RFA. 17 implants in 3 beagle dogs were used for this study. Among these implants 10 were survived for 7 months, 4 were survived for 3 months and 3 were immediate status after placement. Resonance frequency analyses were conducted and the dogs were sacrificed. Percentage of the bone to implant contact (BIC) in the interface, percentage of the mineralized bone (bone area) within the threads of the implant, and marginal bone level were measured under light microscopy. The correlation between resonance frequency and histomorphometric measurements were analysed and following results were obtained. 1. There was statistically significant correlation between ISQ value and BIC on healed implants. But ISQ value and BIC of all implants were not significantly correlated. (P<0.01) 2. Significant correlation between ISQ value and bone area was not found in this study. 3. There was statistically significant correlation between ISQ value and marginal bone level on all implants as well as on healed implants. (P<0.01).
