선박의 연료품질 기반 군용선박의 연료품질 적용가능성 분석 (Feasibility Study of Fuel Property for Fuel Processing Design on Ship and Warship)

  • 국제해사기구는 최근의 황함유량 규제강화에 따라 선상의 배출가스 오염문제를 최근 선제적 대응방침을 제시하고 있다. 물론, 연료유 품질향상 및 배출가스 저감에 대한 논의 또한 지속적으로 진행되고 있는 상황이다. 국제적으로 가장 큰 관심사 중 하나인 연료유 품질정보는 황 함유량 기준이 현행 3.5%에서 2020년까지 0.5%로 한층 더 강화된 규정을 적용하게 되면서 그 관심이 증가되고 있다. 선사 및 수급자 측면에서 고려해보면, 연료유의 기본품질은 국내외적인 연료유 정보, 기본성상, 실선 및 함정의 적용을 위한 특성간의 상관성 정보까지 확대된 개념이라고 볼 수 있다. 이와 관련하여, 본 논문에서는 ISO 8217에 의한 기본 연료유 품질분석 결과를 제시하고, 연료의 점화성, 분산성, 기타특성에 대해서 분석하였다. 또한, 선박용 연료유 샘플과 희석율에 따라 점화성, 분산성을 분석하였고, 군용 연료유의 기본품질을 인용자료와 실험실 내 산출값 내에서 확인하고자 하였다. 물론, 현재의 연료유의 기본품질에 대한 규격이 일반적으로 통용되고 있으나, 연료유의 성상과 조성이 매우 복잡한 상황이다. 즉, 그 기본품질에 대한 해석이 매우 어려운 것은 기본규격의 범위를 벗어나는 사례가 다수 존재하고 있기 때문이다. 연료유의 기본품질과 선박에서의 운항최적화, 군용연료에서의 연료효율이라는 측면에서 연료유의 기본품질에 대해서 다양한 인자분석은 매우 핵심이라고 판단하고, 희석에 따른 그 기준의 적용 범위에 대해서 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다.

라덱스의 물성이 도공지 품질에 미치는 상관성에 대한 연구 (Studies on the Correlation between Coated Paper and Physical Properties of Latices)

  • The coated paper was greatly affected by the basic physical properties of the binder as well as the amount of the coating formula. High glass transition temperature (Tg) of the styrene-butadiene (SB) latex, selected as the binder in our study, gave the high stiffness to the coated paper, but lowered the binding force and print gloss. The average particle size of the SB latex also greatly affected to the coated paper so that the smaller particle size improved the rheological property of the coating formula and increased the binding force and print gloss. Another property of the SBR latex, gel content, was important because when its value was small, the latex was easily deformed at the high temperature and increased air permeability to the coated paper. Therefore, the lower gel content consequently resulted in the higher blistering resistance, especially in the web paper. The larger portion of the SB latex in the coated formula improved the binding force and print gloss, but decreased the ink set-off and ink-trapping to the coated paper. The heavier coating improved optical properties such as opacity, paper gloss and paper smoothness, to the coated paper.

Effect of Non-Meat Proteins on Storage Characteristics and Amino Acid Composition of Pork Emulsified Sausages

  • This study was conducted to confirm the following effects of non-meat binders (NMB) on proximate composition, pH, cooking yield, amino acids, volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS), and correlation of pork emulsified sausages during refrigerated storage. The following groups of sausage samples were manufactured: Control (non-addition), BBP (1% bovine blood plasma); PBP (1% porcine blood plasma), EWP (1% white egg powder), CPPP (1% commercial porcine plasma powder), ISP (1% isolated soy protein), SP (1% seaweed powder), and SC (1% sodium caseinate). When NMB was added, ISP, SP, and SC showed higher heating yields while PBP showed lower heating yields than the control. As a result of amino acid analysis, PBP, CPPP, and SC showed significantly higher serine content than the control. EWP and SC showed significantly lower TBARS values than the control group, and VBN did not exceed 20 mg% in any treatments until the 5th week. These results demonstrate that SC is a NMB that can lower TBARS value while improving heating yield and serine content.

자연재해저감을 위한 한반도 피해 취약성 분석 : 공공시설피해를 중심으로 (An Analysis of the Korean Peninsula Damages Vulnerabilities for a Natural Disaster Mitigation : Focus on Public Facilities Damages)

  • This study aims to find out a state of the damages and vulnerable areas from natural disasters in the Korean peninsula using the prevention meteorological database information made by Park(2007b). Through the correlation analysis between damage elements and total property losses, we investigate the damages of public facilities, which have high correlation coefficient, and the cause of disasters and want to propose the basic information to set up the disaster prevention measures in advance. As a result, because most of the total property losses is the damages of public facilities, we can reduce the damages of natural disasters if we can predict the damages of public facilities or carry out the prevention activities in advance. The most vulnerable area for the natural disasters are Cangwon-do and Gyeongsangnam-do provinces. The vulnerable areas for the damages of public facilities by typhoon are Daegu metropolitan city, Cangwon-do, and Gyeongsangbuk-do provinces. These vulnerable areas will take place more frequently due to the climate change including Gyeongsangnam-do province so that we need to set up the disaster prevention measures and natural disaster mitigation plan. Also, we think that it has effect on reducing the damages of natural disasters to predict the damage scale and strongly perform the prevention activities in advance according to typhoon track and intensity.

황해 남부해역 해수에서 산소와 수소동위원소를 이용한 혼합비율 추정 (The Estimation of Water Mass Mixing Ratio by Oxygen and Hydrogen Isotopes in the Southern Yellow Sea)

  • 황해 남부해역에서 199년 8월에 채집된 시료로부터 산소동위원소비(${\delta}^{18}$O)와 수소동위원소비(${\delta}$D)를 측정하였다. 표층시료의 경우 염분과 ${\delta}^{18}$O 그리고 염분과 ${\delta}$D는 앙의 상관관계를 보이며, ${\delta}^{18}$O와 ${\delta}$D 또한 매우 좋은 양의 상관관계를 가진다. 이들 자료는 연구지역의 해수가 장강수와 변형된 쿠로시오수의 혼합물이며 , 산소와 수소 동위원소가 연구지역에서 수괴의 성질과 행동을 연구하는데 유용한 추적자로 사용될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 염분과 수온만으로는 구별이 어려운 수괴를 구분하고 특성을 파악하는데도 안정등위원소가 좋은 추적자로 사용될 수도 있음을 보여 주었다.

이부자리의 보온력에 관한 연구( I ) -충전물의 보온성 - (Studies on the Thermal Insulation Effect of Bedding ( I ) - Warmth Retaining Property of Filling Material -)

  • As a basic expriment to find out the thermal insulation effect of bedding KES-F7 was used to measure. The warmth retaining ratio of the six kinds of filling materials as cotton, wool , silk, down, cotton/polyester was measured, and the infleunce on the warmth retaining ratio of the warmth retaining ratio and humidity by the material was investigated. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The warmth retaining ratio of each filling material was shown to range from $70\%$ to $77\%$ . The warmth retaining ratio of each material preyed to be high in order down> polyester> cotton/polyester>cotton>silk>wool fiber. 2. The warmth retaining ratio of each filling material decreased with the inclose of the humidity The effective reduction rate by filling fiber's was high in order wool>cotton>cotton/polyester>silk>down>polyester material. 3. The warmth retaining ratio of each filling material was shown to be in counter-correlation with the humidity, and the correlation coefficient (r=0.94-0.98) proved to be highly signi-ficant.

건강한 한국 성인 여성의 피부 상태와 사상체질과의 상관성에 관한 연구 (Correlation Between Korean Healthy Women's Skin Condition and Sasang Constitution)

  • Objectives: Sasang Constitutional Medicine is popularly appliedto treatment in Korea. Constitution is a holistic concept contained internal and external characteristics, and physical traits including ordinary symptoms. Skin is one of constitutional property elements. So we researched a correlation female facial skin and sasang constitution. This is a basic study to find constitution can be a major factor to care and manage skin. Methods: We examined sasang constitution and facial skin condition of 100 healthy women who aged from 30 to 59. Hydration and sebum of facial skin was measured by skin diagnostic instrument and skin type was calculated from the data. Keratin, pore size, acne, and brightness of face was measured by skin magnifying lens and subjective skin troubles in ordinary times was also investigated. Constitution diagnosis and Skin diagnosis was investigated separately as a blind test andthe data was statistically analyzed with chi-square test, Correlation analysis, One-way analysis of variance. Results: 1. In sasang constitution, Taeeumingroup bad significant tendencies of larger hydration and sebum amount, combination degree of forehead and cheek was also higher than other constitutions(p<0.05). 2. Facial skin type was significantly different according to Sasang Constitution, Soeumin and Soyangin had a tendency of dry skin comparatively, but Taeeumin had mainly a tendency of combination skin and secondly dry skin(p<0.05). On the other hand, there was no correlation between age and skin type. 3. In subjective skin trouble, Soeumin group had less acne trouble than Soyangin and Taeeumin group(p<0.1). Pore size trouble was more frequent in Soyangin group than Soeumin group(p<0.05). Keratin trouble was more frequent in Soeumin group than Soyangin and Taeumin group(p<0.1). Conclusions: Korean healthy women's skin condition was different according to sasang constitution.

여러 아종 벼 품종들간 아밀로그램 특성 비교 (Comparison of Amylogram Properties among Several Subspecies of Rice)

  • 서로 다른 벼 3아종의 품종군에 대한 아밀로그램 특성을 상관 및 주성분 분석으로 품종의 다양성을 파악한바 결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 1. 최고점도와 강하점도에서 나타난 성적으로 보아 통일형의 temperate indica품종군이 전형적인 인디카 품종군과 신초형의 tropical japonica품종군보다 자포니카 혈연에 가까웠다. 2. temperate indica 품종군이 전형적인 인디카 품종군과 tropical japonica 품종군보다 최종점도, 응집점도 및 취반점도는 낮게 나타났다. 3. 최고점도와 최저점도는 3아종의 품종군에서 다같이 고도의 정상관을 보였고 강하점도와 취반점도는 3아종에서 다같이 고도의 부상관을 보였다. 4. 제1주성분은 호화온도, 최종점도, 응집점도 및 취반점도를 증가시키는 방향으로 그리고 최고점도 및 강하점도는 감소시키는 방향으로 작용했다. 5. 주성분치로서 평면상 도표를 그린 품종군 분류로 품질관련 아밀로그램 특성의 공통된 품종의 특성을 파악할 수 있었다.

머드유동층의 유동학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (A Laboratory Study on Rheological Properties of Fluid Mud)

  • 본 연구에서는 최신의 유동측정기를 이용하여 고령토 및 세 종류의 도자기토 시료에 대해 머드유동층의 유동학적 특성, 즉 밀도에 따른 점성 및 항복응력의 변화특성이 정량적으로 산정되었다. 본 연구에서는 또한 이러한 머드유동층의 물리화학적 기본특성들이 각 시료별로 측정되었으며, 이 기본특성들과 유동학적 특성들 사이의 상관관계가 정성적으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과에 따르면, 머드유동층은 일반적으로 의가소성 거동특성을 보이며, 그 점성 및 항복응력은 모두 밀도가 증가함에 따라 지수함수적으로 급격히 증가하나, 각 시료별로 이 값들은 정량적으로 큰 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

카올리나이트의 침식특성 (Erosion Characteristics of Kaolinite)

  • The erodibility of soil is an important factor to scour, especially in fine-grained soils. In this study, the erosion characteristics of kaolinite are quantified through the scour rate tests using the Erosion Function Apparatus called EFA. The basic soil property tests are also performed. The kaolinite samples are prepared by mixing with distilled water and formed to the designed maximum consolidation pressure of 60, 110, 160, 240, 360kPa, respectively. The results of the scour rate tests are presented in a format of a plot showing the relationship between erosion rates and shear stresses. Erosion properties of kaolinite showed a striking contrast according to the maximum consolidation pressure, and a correlation was established between the erosion properties of kaolinite and the soil properties; water content, undrained shear strength, dry density.
