도수적 자세교정이 슬링을 이용한 교각운동 시 체간과 하지 근육의 근활성도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Manual Postural Correction on the Trunk and Hip Muscle Activities During Bridging Exercises)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different postural correction in the electromyographic (EMG) activity of the trunk and hip muscles during bridging exercises. Twenty-four healthy subjects volunteered for this study. The muscle activity was recorded with surface electrodes over the erector spinae, multifidus, gluteus maximus (GM), and hamstring (Ham) muscles; it was measured by using surface EMG equipment under the following 3 experimental conditions: manual postural correction, verbal correction, and no correction. The maximal voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC) was determined for each muscle group in order to represent each exercise as a percentage of MVIC and allow for standardized comparison between subjects. A one-way analysis of variance was used to determine significant differences in the EMG activities of each muscle between the 3 experimental groups. During bridging exercises, the manual postural correction on normalized EMG activity of the GM muscle during manual guiding was significantly higher than during verbal guiding and without guiding (p<.05). Furthermore, the GM/Ham ratio was significantly higher during manual guiding than during verbal guiding and without guiding (p<.05). These findings suggest that the activities of the hip and trunk muscles may be favorably modified with manual guiding during bridging exercises.

누두흉의 외과적 치료Metal bar 를 이용한 수술 1례 치험 (Surgical Correction of Funnel Chest by using Sulamaa`s metal strut)

  • Two cases of surgical correction of funnel chest using metal struts were presented. The main procedures of the method were transverse submammary incision, subperichondrial resection of the deformed costal cartilages, division of the xiphisternal joint, wedge osteotomy of the sternum, freeing of the posterior surface of the sternum and stabilization by means of 2 metal struts. The struts were removed postoperative 3 and 6 months by a small incision under the local anesthesia. The results in both patients were satisfactory. This method of correction is simple, easy to perform and free of any operative risks.

  • In this paper, we evaluated error correction performance and recording density of an optical disc system. The performance of Low-Density Parity Check code (LDPC) is compared to the HD-DVD (BD) ECC. The recording density of optical disc can be increased by reducing the redundancy of the user data. Moreover, since the correction capability of LDPC with decreased redundancy is better than that of BD, the recording density can also be increased by reducing the mark length of the data on the disc surface.

대기보정된 Landsat 위성영상을 이용한 해수온도 분석 (The Analysis of Sea Surface Temperature Distribution Using Atmospheric Corrected Landsat Imagery)

  • 원자력 발전소의 주변 지역은 해안지역이고 비교적 광범위하므로, 환경 변화를 감시하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. Landsat ETM+영상은 해상도가 30m 급이나 온도정보 추출에 있어 대기보정을 못하는 문제를 가지고 있다. MODIS 영상의 경우 2개의 적외선 밴드를 이용하여 대기보정된 비교적 적확한 온도를 추출할 수 있으나 해상도가 1km이다. 따라서, 두 위성영상의 자료를 이용한다면 대기보정된 고해상도의 온도자료를 추출할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 대상지역의 Landsat ETM+영상에 대하여 기하보정을 수행하고, 방사휘도 및 온도를 산정한 후 MODIS영상을 이용하여 대기보정을 수행하였다. 그 결과 울진 원자력발전소 주변 연근해 지역과 온배수의 영향을 받지 않는 동쪽으로 5km 떨어진 동일 면적의 지역과 비교하여 보았을 때 약 $3.5^{\circ}C$ 높은 것을 알 수 있었다.

알루미늄 熔接構造物의 變形橋正을 위한 Autogeneous GTAW의 適用 可能性 硏究 (A Feasibility Study on the Use of Autogeneous GTAW for Correction of Distortions in Welded Aluminum Alloy Structures)

  • Characteristics of two correcting methods, a new Autogeneous GTAW heating (TIG) method and the conventional GMAW bead-on plate welding(MIG) method, for distorted aluminum fabrication structures were studied. As a result of microscopic study of Autogeneous GTAW heating and GMAW bead-on plate welding areas, porosities in weld metal and surface cracks in local heating zone were found. Through the mechanical tests, it was verified that porosities decrease tensile strength and surface of distortion, angular displacement and transeverse shrinkage were measures and compared. In order to investigate changes of material properties in heating area and cause of defects such thermal stresses were calculated by ADINA. Through the computations of transient thermal stresses and microscopic observation of fracture surface, thermal stress was found to be the cause of crack during Autogeneous GTAW heating.

정사보정에 의한 정표고의 정밀계산 (Calculation of Precision Orthometric Height by Orthometric Correction)

  • 본 논문은 수준측량 결과에 대한 중력에 의한 영향인 정사보정량을 계산하기 위한 다양한 공식들을 조사하여 수치해석을 통한 정사보정량의 크기와 공식별 계산결과를 비교하였으며, 수치해석을 위하여 2개의 수준노선을 선정하여 수준측량 결과와 중력데이터를 이용하였다. 공식별 비교결과, 우리나라와 같이 평균표고가 높고, 지형의 기복변화가 심한 지역에서는 실측 중력값을 고려하여 정사보정량을 계산하는 것이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

지구 곡률을 고려한 중력의 정밀 지형보정 (Precise Terrain Torrection for Gravity Measurement Considering the Earth's Curvature)

  • 한국 국립해양조사원의 수심자료와 미국 NIMA((National Imagery and Happing Agency)의 수치지형자료를 바탕으로 우리나라 일원에서 측정한 중력의 지형보정을 위한 위도 및 경도 간격이 각각 $3"{\times}3"$)인 지형자료를 재편집하였다. 이 자료를 바탕으로 지구 곡률을 고려한 정밀 지형보정값을 계산하기 위한 알고리즘을 개발하였고, 중력측정점으로부터 반지름 166.735 km인 원 내부에 대한 지형보정값을 계산하는 Fortran프로그램을 작성하였다. 이 알고리즘 및 프로그램을 이용하여 남한 전역에 대한 지형보정값을 계산하였다. 그 결과 최대값은 56.508 mGal 이고 평균값은 4.539 mGU이다.

  • 정보정은 풍화층의 두께나 속도가 균질하지 않아 하부의 지층으로부터 전파된 신호의 왜곡을 보정하는 방법으로 굴절파에 근거한 정보정과 반사파에 근거한 잔여 정보정이 있다. 이 중 굴절파에 근거한 정보정은 일반적으로 분석자의 주관적인 해석에 의존하므로 많은 시간이 소요된다. 따라서 방대한 양의 자료를 처리해야하는 3차원 탄성파 탐사 자료의 정보정에 적용하는 데는 어려움이 있다. 이러한 굴절파에 근거한 정보정을 적용하기 위해서는 분석자의 해석을 최소한으로 하여 자동적으로 정보정을 수행하는 방법의 개발이 필요다. 본 연구에서는 굴절파에 근거한 정보정 방법을 육상 3차원 탄성파 탐사 자료에 대해 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법에 대해 살펴보았다.

  • It is reasonable to use the stereo vision and image processing technique to digitize 3D coordinates of grid points and to evaluate surface strains on a sheet metal parts. However this method has its intrinsic problems such as the difficulty in enhancement of bad images inevitable error due to digital image resolution of camera and frame grabber unreliability of strains and thickness evaluated from coarse grid on the corner area with large curvature and the limitation of the area that can be measured at a time. Therefore it is still hard to measure strain distribution over the entire surface of a medium,- or large-sized stamped part at a time even by using an automated strain measurement system. In this study the curvature correction algorithm based on the grid refinement and the geometry assembling algorithm based on the global error minimization (GEM) scheme are suggested. Several applications are presented to show the reliability and efficiency of these algorithms.

3D Overhead Modeling Using Depth Sensor

  • Purpose This paper was purposed to suggest the method to produce the supportive helmet (head correction) for the infants who are suffering from plagiocephaly and to evaluate the level of transformation through 3D model. Method Either of CT or X-ray restored images has been used in making the supportive helmet (Head correction) in general, but these methods of measuring have problems in cost and safety. 3D surface measurement technology was suggested to solve such matters. Results It was to design the transformed model of the head within 0.7cm in average by scanning the surface of head and performing 3D restoration with marching cube and the changing rate of the head was compared in numerical data with 3D model. Conclusion The suggested methods displayed the better performance than the conventional method in respect of the speed and cost.
