스펙트럴 피크 트랙 분석을 이용한 음성/음악 분류 (Speech/Music Discrimination Using Spectral Peak Track Analysis)

  • In this study, we propose a speech/music discrimination method using spectral peak track analysis. The proposed method uses the spectral peak track's duration at the same frequency channel for feature parameter. And use the duration threshold to discriminate the speech/music. Experiment result, correct discrimination ratio varies according to threshold, but achieved a performance comparable to another method and has a computational efficient for discrimination.

X-선 형광 분석방법을 이용한 숙지황의 무기원소 함량분석과 지리적 특성 규명 (Discrimination of Geographic Origin by Trace Elements Contents in Rehmannia Radix Preparat using X-ray Fluorescence Analysis)

  • 한국산 및 중국산 숙지황(Dried Rehmannia Radix Preparat)의 지리적 원산지에 따른 특성을 알아보기 위하여 X-선 형광분석기(X-ray fluorescence spectrometry)를 이용하여 미량 원소 함량을 측정하였다. 143종의 시료에서 검출된 K, P, S, Cl, Si, Al, Fe, Sn 등 35종의 원소를 정준판별분석한 결과 평균 판별 정확도는 92.3%로 나타났으며, 유의수준(p=)은 0.0001 미만으로 나타났다. 통계분석에 사용하는 원소수를 35종에서 8종, 3종으로 줄였을 때 판별정확도는 각각 88.1, 84.6%로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 중국산내에서의 판별정확도는 94.6-96.0%였으나 한국산내에서의 판별정확도는 72.5-89.9%로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 장애인에 의해 지각된 차별을 개념화하고, 이에 근거하여 현행 한국의 장애인 차별금지법의 차별 개념을 평가하며, 주관적으로 지각된 장애차별의 법적 판단 가능성에 대해 논의한다. 포괄적 개념으로, 장애인이 낙인, 장애 억압, 편견, 고정관념 등에 근거하여 어떤 차별이든지 감지한다면, 이는 지각된 차별이다. 현행 한국의 장애인차별금지법에 있는 차별범주는 비교적 좁은 것으로 평가되었다. 특히 간접차별은 사회규범이나 가치관 제도에 대하여 장애인의 권리를 구제하고 시정조치 할 수 있는 개념임에도 사문항으로 남을 수 있는 현실에 처해있다. 사회적 장애에 대한 시선이나 호의적 차별 등은 현재의 장애인차별금지법의 차별범주에 포함되지 않으며, 장애인 가족이 경험하는 차별 또한 법의 그물망 밖에 있다. 지각된 장애 차별의 관점에서 현행 장애인에 대한 차별범주를 장애에 대한 차별로 넓히고, 간접차별의 개념을 폭넓게 적용하여 사회 규범이나 제도, 가치관 등을 연구하고 검토해야 할 것이다. 지각된 차별을 법적으로 판단하기 위해서는 합리적 장애인의 개념을 도입할 필요가 있다. 전 사회적으로 합의된 장애 억압적 이데올로기를 직시하고 사회를 재구조화하기 위한 노력을 계속 해야 할 것이다. 특히 사법관들에 대한 장애인권 교육이 필요하다.

근적외 분광분석법을 이용한 한국산과 미국산 잎담배의 판별분석

  • Discriminant analysis using near infrared spectra derived from Korean Flue-cured(KF) and American Flue-cured(AF), and also Korean Burley(KB) and American Burley(AB) tobacco was done to classify flue-cured and burley tobacco as either grown in Korea or grown in the USA. Samples were scanned in the wavelength of 400 ~ 2500 nm by near infrared analyzer(NIRSystem Co., model 6500). The discrimination equations for flue-cured and burley tobacco were developed using partial least square 2 method in Infrasoft International NIRS 3 software package. KF samples used for the development of the discrimination equations were higher contents of total sugar, crude ash and chlorine, and higher value of leaf density and brightness, but lower contents of nicotine, total nitrogen and ether extracts, and higher value of redness than those of AF samples. KB samples were higher contents of nicotine, crude ash and chlorine, but lower contents of ether extracts and value of brightness than those of AB samples. On 3 dimensional graph drawn with 3 principal component scores calculated with 3 principal component from KF and KB sample spectra, KF sample spectra were significantly different from AF, and also KB sample spectra were significantly different from AB. The discrimination equations of flue-cured and burley were developed with 3 principal component, respectively. The discrimination equations for flue-cured and burley had a standard error of 0.03 and 0.04, and a R2 of 0.88 and 0.84, respectively. The tobacco samples used for the development of discrimination equation were perfectly classified as KF and AF by flue-cured discrimination equation, and also perfectly classified KB and AB by burley discrimination equation, respectively. The correct classification rates of KF and AF samples not used for the development of discrimination equations were 9S % (828 out of 869 samples) and 98 % (98 out of 100 samples) by flue-cured discrimination equations, and KB and AB samples were 94%(345 out of 368 samples) and 100%(42 out of 42 samples) by burley discrimination equations, respectively.

코퍼스 지표를 활용한 모의 토익시험의 유용성 검증 : 난이도와 변별도 분석을 중심으로 (Verification of the Usefulness of the Mock TOEIC Test using Corpus Indices : Focusing on the Analysis of Difficulty and Discrimination)

  • 본 연구에서는 토익 시험의 정답률과 변별도에 영향을 미치는 구조적인 요인이 무엇인지 분석하기 위하여 문항 분석에서 도출된 각 파트별 코퍼스 지표들을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 모의 토익 시험의 정답률과 변별도에 대한 코퍼스 요인들의 회귀 분석을 실시하였고, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 정답률에 대해서는 기초산출치중에서 word_length, no_word_sentence1, sentence_length, 정합성 지표들 중에서는 LSA_overlap_adjacent_sentences, 어휘 다양성 지표들 중에서는 MTLD_VOCD, 접속사 지표들 중에서는 All_logical_causal_connectives_incidence, 상황모형 지표들 중에서는 casual_particles_causal_verbs_Ratio, 통사적복잡성 지표들 중에서는 Minimal_Edit_Distance1, Left_embeddedness, 통사적 패턴밀도 지표들 중에서는 Infinitive_density, Preposition_phrase_density 등이 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 코퍼스 요인들은 토익의 정답률을 낮추는 효과가 있기 때문에 하위 레벨의 학습자들이 단기적인 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 중요한 정보들을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 변별도에 대해서는 어휘 다양성 지표들 중에서 MTLD_VOCD, 접속사 지표들 중에서는 All_logical_causal_connectives_incidence, Additive_connectives_incidence, 통사적 패턴밀도 지표들 중에서는 Infinitive_density, 어휘정보 지표들 중에서는 person1_2_pronoun_incidence 등이 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 코퍼스 요인들은 변별도 증가에 영향을 주기 때문에 영어 능력 하위 그룹에 필요한 학습 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있어서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

웨이블렛 변환을 이용한 변압기 보호계전 알고리즘 (Protective Relaying Algorithm for Transformer Using Wavelet Transform)

  • The power transformer is one of the very important electric facilities in power systems. Recently, current differential relay is widely used to protect such power transformer But if inrush occurs in transformer, relay can be tripped by judging like internal fault. Therefore the correct discrimination between internal winding fault, inrush and overexcitation should be performed. This paper presents a new protective relaying algorithm which discriminates inrush, internal faults and overexcitation of transformer modelled using BCTRAN and HYSDAT of EMTP. Discrimination between internal winding fault and inrush is revealed in simulation within 1/2 cycle after fault. Accordingly, it is evaluated that the proposed algorithm has better discrimination characteristics in various cases thin the current relaying for protection of transformer.

S-transform을 이용한 배전계통의 이벤트와 변동 판별 알고리즘 개발 (Development of the Discrimination Algorithm for Event and Variation in Distribution System Using S-transform)

  • Recently, by increasing of devices which are sensitive to power quality, the deterioration of power quality has been accelerated. For this reason, the social and economic losses are increased. So not only correct measurement and evaluation, but also countermeasure for improvement of power quality is surely necessary for both electric power supplier and consumer. In this paper, the discrimination algorithm for events and variation occurred in distribution systems using S-transform is proposed. Firstly, we review for events and variations that occur in distribution system. Next, we simulate events and variations on various conditions using ElectroMagnetic Transient Program(EMTP). For the simulation, the IEEE 13 Node Test Feeder and KEPCO's distribution system is modeled. Finally, for the analysis, a modified wavelet transform known as S-transform is adopted to find out the characteristics of each events and variations.

지중송전계통에서 Wavelet 변환과 퍼지추론을 이용한 고장종류판별 및 고장점 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fault Discrimination and Location Algorithm in Underground Transmission Systems Using Wavelet Transform and Fuzzy Inference)

  • The underground transmission lines is continuously expanded in power systems. Therefore the fault of underground transmission lines are increased every year because of the complication of systems. However the studies dealing with fault location in the case of the underground transmission lines are rarely reported except for few papers using traveling wave method and calculating underground cable impedance. This paper describes the algorithm using fuzzy system and travelling wave method in the underground transmission line. Fuzzy inference is used for fault discrimination. To organize fuzzy algorithm, it is important to select target data reflecting various underground transmission line transient states. These data are made of voltage and average of RMS value on zero sequence current within one cycle after fault occurrence. Travelling wave based on wavelet transform is used for fault location. In this paper, a variety of underground transmission line transient states are simulated by EMTP/ATPDraw and Matlab. The input which is used to fault location algorithm are Detail 1(D1) coefficients of differential current. D1 coefficients are obtained by wavelet transform. As a result of applying the fuzzy inference and travelling wave based on wavelet transform, fault discrimination is correctly distinguished within 1/2 cycle after fault occurrence and fault location is comparatively correct.

  • Nowadays Climate disasters are frequently happening due to occasional occurrences of EI Nino and La Nina events and among them, water shortage is one of the serious problems. To cope with this problem, climate model simulations can give very helpful information. To utilize the climate model for enhancing the water resources planning techniques, probabilistic measures of the effectiveness of global climate model (GCM) simulations of an indicator variable for discriminating high versus low regional observations of a target variable are proposed in this study. The objective of this study is to present the various analysis methods to find the suitable application methods of GCM information for Korean water resources planning. The basic formulation uses the significance probability of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for detecting differences between two variables. The various methods for adopting correct association, changing the window size, discrimination condition, and the use of temporally down scaled data were proposed to find out the suitable way for Korean water resources planning.

물리 탐구 실험의 평가를 위한 도구의 개발과 분석 (The Development and Analysis of a Test for Assessment of Physics Inquiry Experiment.)

  • The purpose of this study is to develope and analyze a test for the assessment of physics inquiry experiment. To do this, three experiments about 'analysis of motion', 'the relation of force and acceleration', and 'free fall motion' in high school physics textbooks were chosen, and 5 scientific inquiry domains and 16 science process skills have been specified. For each experiments, test sheet of $29{\sim}44$ questions for assessing students' ability about physics inquiry experiment were developed on the basis of the scientific inquiry processes developed earlier. After instruction about 3 experiments mentioned above, a test was administered to the students who took experiment. After the adminstration of a test, the ratio of correct answers, discrimination index, and reliability were analyzed. Using the ratio of correct answers, we can determine item difficulty. Through the D.I(discrimination index), we can find which items can discriminate the students who took experiment well from those who took experiment badly, and we can also find the stability of a test result by the reliability analysis. The test developed in this study were also administered to the students who did not take experiments, and the results were compared with the those of the students who took experiments. With the comparison by chi-square method, we could find which items can discriminate the students who took experiments from those who did not take experiments.
