A Study on Labor-Management Cooperation and Corporation Performance resulted from Integrated Human Resource Management Types - Focus on Urban Railroad Corporations - (통합적 인적자원관리 유형에 따른 노사협력과 기업성과에 관한 연구 - 도시철도운영기업을 중심으로 -)

  • In this study, the differences of labor-management cooperation and corporation performance resulted from integrated human resource management types is investigated for 12 urban railroad corporations and then the effect of labormanagement cooperation on the corporation performance is also verified. The results show that the labor-management cooperation and the corporation performance of "closed immersion type" and "opened flexibility type" integrated human resource managements are higher than those of "conservative management type" and "poor management type" integrated human resource managements. As a result of the effect of labor-management cooperation on the corporation performance, it is revealed that "individual cooperation" affects all the corporation performances such as train operation stability, customer's satisfaction, management innovation, self-supporting management, and job satisfaction, whereas "collective cooperation" affects only two coporation performances, management innovation and job satisfaction.

  • 본 논문은 (주)효성 중공업연구소에서 국책과제를 통해 자체 개발한 MMC(Modular Multi-level Converter) type ${\pm}12kV$ 25MVA HVDC 시스템에 대하여 실증단지 구축 및 commissioning test에 대한 소개를 한다. 제주에 구축된 HVDC 실증단지는 국내 유일의 MMC type 전압형 HVDC 시스템이며 11-레벨의 AC 출력 전압을 형성하는 2개의 컨버터가 Back-to-Back 형태로 구성되어 있다. 각 컨버터의 AC 출력단은 각각 계통과 풍력발전단지에 연계되어 풍력발전단지에서 생산된 전력을 계통으로 전송하는 역할을 한다. 주요 AC/DC Yard 기기들로는 AC 고조파 필터, 밸브리액터, DC 리액터, 변압기, CGIS등이 있다. HVDC 의 commissioning test를 위해 IEEE, IEC, Cigre TB 등의 문서들을 종합 분석하여 당사의 시스템에 알맞은 시험절차서와 검증항목을 준비하였다. 본 논문에서는 당사에서 준비한 시험절차서 및 검증항목에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

Effect of Temperature on the Charpy Impact and CTOD Values of Type 304 Stainless Steel Pipeline for LNG Transmission

  • Stainless steel pipe of type 304 the with a wall thickness of 26.9 mm and the outer diameter 406.4 mm is welded by manual arc welding process. Mechanical properties and fracture toughness of type 304 stainless steel are investigated in the temperature ranging from room temperature to -162$^{\circ}C$ The results obtained are summarized as follows. The tensile strength noticeably increases as the temperature becomes lower while the yield strength is relatively insensitive to temperature. The Charpy impact energy and CTOD values become higher in the case that crack propagation direction is aligned to the transverse axis upon the rolling direction than longitudinal direction. The drop of fracture toughness is associated with the noticeable diminution of plastic component as temperature seduces from room temperature to -162$^{\circ}C$ .

  • Traditionally, instrument transformer of the ferromagnetic core type have been used for measuring current in GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear). Recently, with the introduction of digital technology at the protection relay or measurement device level, the use of new current sensor can be foreseen. Current measurement by means of Rogowski coil is just one illustration of this. This paper describes the progress of development of Rogowski-coil type CT for application in 170kV GIS.

  • The flooded type battery is used for solar lighting system. Because the characteristic of flooded type battery is the short life time, the maintenance cost is high. So the using floe fed type battery in this system is inappropriate. The valve regulated lead acid batter(VRLA) is the maintenance free and cycle service purpose. This paper presents the development of control system and monitoring system to applied VRLA battery for maintenance free and long life time in system.

  • In liquid hydrogen storage tanks, tank damage or leakage in the surrounding pipes possess a major risk. Since these tanks store huge amounts of the fluid among all the liquid hydrogen process facilities, there is a high risk of leakage-related accidents. Therefore, in this study, we conducted a risk assessment of liquid hydrogen leakage for a grid-type liquid hydrogen storage tank (lattice-type pressure vessel (LPV): 18 m3) that overcame the low space efficiency of the existing pressure vessel shape. Through a commercially developed three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics program, the geometry of the site, where the liquid hydrogen storage tank will be installed, was obtained and simulations of the leakage scenarios for each situation were performed. From the computational flow analysis results, the pool formation behavior in the event of liquid hydrogen leakage was identified, and the resulting damage range was predicted.

  • The influence of different grids on numerical prediction of subsonic compressor performance and stall was investigated. Two types of grids were examined, structured H type grid and structured O-H type grid. Evaluations were conducted by comparing the numerical results with experimental results obtained from a low-speed single-stage rig test for a new concept compressor, called diffuser passage compressor, aiming at improving tip clearance sensitivity. At low mass flow operating conditions, the numerical calculation with O-H type grid showed that the lowest mass flow operating point for which the calculation was able to converge was almost the same as the lowest steady mass flow obtained from the rig test. On the other hand, the numerical calculation with structured H type grid diverged at higher mass flow operating point. It was found that this difference was attributed to the effect of double-valuedness of H type grid that existed at leading edge on the boundary layer development on the blade surface.

  • A method that effectively precipitates capsular polysaccharide of Haemophilus influenzae type b (polyribosylribitol phosphate, PRP) conjugated to tetanus toxoid (TT), PRP TT in a liquid vaccine has been developed to measure free PRP present in TT-conjugate vaccine. The method involves adding anti-TT antibody and ammonium sulfate to precipitate PRP-TT conjugate and measuring free PRP in tile supernatant. This new method provides a complete precipitation of the total PRP-TT, and provides an accurate and reproducible measurements of free PRP. The accuracy of the assay was confirmed by spiking known amounts of unconjugated PRP to PRP-TT conjugate, and the new method was found to have no effect on free PRP while precipitating PRP-TT. The published acid precipitation method did not produce reproducible results due to incomplete precipitation of PRP-TT, especially when the vaccine is formulated in a salt-buffered solution.

  • In this paper, we analyzed a metallurgical structure and arc properties of copper wire when the over-current flows on electric wire. From the results, The fusing current was related to the fusing time(current rising rate per second). In case of the shorter the fusing time, the fusing current was high, and the fusing time of ac type was larger than that of dc type. The copper wire was bent by the increase of current and heated, the beads were scattered around wire with a flash. We could observed the dendrite structure in 'molten wire at ac and dc current type. According as the current rising rate per second is short, the dendrite structure is distributed in surface of wire.

  • This Paper considers the heading and depth control problem for an underactuated AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle) HW200. The HW200 is a torpedo-type AUV that is developed from Hanwha corporation R&D Center for military operation such as MCM (Mine Counter Measures). The HW200 controls horizontal and vertical motion with two stern plane and two rudder plane. It is well known that fine control of an AUV motion is not easy because of model uncertainties, highly nonlinear and coupled motions. To overcome those kind of uncertainties, a number of control methods have been presented. In this paper, the motion controllers of the HW200 are designed using PD controller design method based on the linear and perturbed model of the typical 6-DOF equations of an AUV, and confirmed the effectiveness of the controller through simulations and field test.
