원산지효과에 대한 문화심리적 변인의 역할에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Role of Cultural-Psychological Variables in the Country-of-Origin Effect)

  • Purpose - This study attempts to expand the realm of country-of-origin theory to incorporate the relevant cultural-psychological variables (i.e., ethnocentricism and psychological distance). Design/methodology/approach - This sttudy verified the effects of the two antecedent variables on the consumers' purchase intention of Korean prducts. For this purpose, the study implemented survey questionnaire mathod on respondents living in Liaoning Province of China. Findings - The study result confirmed the relationship betweencountry image, product attitude, and purchase intention of Korean products. Also, the study found that ethnocentrism adversely affects Chinese consumers' purchase decision on Korean products. Finally, the study confirmed the that psychological distance moderates the relationship between country image (ad product image) on purchase intention. Research implications or Originality - The study provides useful implications on the studies focusing on the country-of-origin effect in that it confirmed the effets of cultural-pychological variables such as ethnocentrism and psychological distance. The result also offers useful corporate strategies for the companies entering Chinese market particularly in segmenting the market based on such cultural-psychological variables.

In Search of Demanded Green Marketing Practices to Encourage Customer's Eco-friendly Purchasing Intention

  • Purpose - The green marketing practice improves consumers' environmental knowledge, consequently bolstering their environmental purchase intention. It also improves consumers' green brand knowledge, positively influences their attitude toward green brands. This research examines the role of green brand image between green marketing practice and consumers' green purchasing intention Research design, Data, and methodology - This research has conducted the 'Qualitative Content Analysis' in the current literature dataset. It is crucial to create the procedures and processes that is used to acquire the data needed to structure or solve problems. Finally, total 35 prior studies included for the analysis. Result - Based on prior studies, the current authors figured out that the green brand image plays an essential role in promoting companies' efforts in green marketing practices and green purchase intentions through its mediating ability by fostering trust, green perceived value, green brand loyalty, and social responsibility as a significant determiner of green practices Conclusion - This research concludes that green brand positioning helps companies secure a special place in a consumers' mind by facilitating the design of the desired green brand awareness image and strengthening consumers' desire to purchase a specific green product/service. Green brand positioning centers on the way marketing communications of green brand features green brand knowledge.

The Effect of Fashion Marketing that can Lead Luxury Brand: Qualitative Analysis

  • Purpose: This research aims to explore the impact of fashion marketing on the sales of luxury brand items and to identify the strategies that can be used to market luxury fashion items successfully, addressing the research gap of how fashion marketing can lead to increased sales, customer loyalty, and satisfaction for luxury brand items. Research design, data and methodology: The present study conducted the method of the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) which is a reporting guideline for methodical assessments and meta-analyses. It offers a consistent approach for conducting and reporting these types of studies, which can help to improve their quality and transparency. Results: The findings indicated that fashion marketing can positively impact luxury brand sales. It can significantly increase the number of luxury brand purchases. the presence of the quality label increased the participants' purchase intention and attitude towards the brand, suggesting that the quality label can create a positive perception of the brand and increase the likelihood of purchasing. Conclusions: This research concludes that fashion marketing can have a positive effect on improved customer recognition of the brand. Thus, companies should focus on developing campaigns that capture the attention of potential consumers, creating an emotional connection with them.

The Study of Comparing Korean Consumers' Attitudes Toward Spotify and MelOn: Using Semantic Network Analysis

  • This study examines Korean users' attitudes and emotions toward Melon and Spotify, which lead the music streaming market. We used Text Mining, Semantic Network Analysis, TF-IDF, Centrality, CONCOR, and Word2Vec analysis. As a result of the study, MelOn was used in a user's daily life. Based on Melon's advantages of providing various contents, the advantage is judged to have considerable competitiveness beyond the limits of the streaming app. However, the MelOn users had negative emotions such as anger, repulsion, and pressure. On the contrary, in the case of Spotify, users were highly interested in the music content. In particular, interest in foreign music was high, and users were also interested in stock investment. In addition, positive emotions such as interest and pleasure were higher than MelOn users, which could be interpreted as providing attractive services to Korean users. While previous studies have mainly focused on technical or personal factors, this study focuses on consumer reactions (online reviews) according to corporate strategies, and this point is the differentiation from others.

소비자 혜택 유형 및 타인지향 성향이 패션기업의 기부 활동에 대한 소비자 귀인과 기부 의도에 미치는 영향 (Exploring the Impact of Consumer Benefits and Altruistic Attitudes on Consumer Attributions and Donation Intentions)

  • This experimental study aimed to investigate the determinants of fashion products donation intentions built on two consumer attributions: strategic and value-driven motives. While consumers may perceive that the underlying motivations of a firm's CSR initiatives are to sincerely help society, they may also believe that such initiatives are strategically motivated and that the firm only engages in CSR to improve its corporate image. Therefore, this study tested how extrinsic factors (consumer monetary and non-monetary- benefits for participating in a donation campaign) and intrinsic factors (i.e., altruistic attitudes) influenced perceived value- and strategic-driven motives, which in turn promote donation intentions. An analysis of 268 responses revealed that monetary benefits, such as offering discount coupons, increased consumers'perception of strategic motives, while non-monetary benefits, such as offering a ring and acertificate, enhanced their perception of value-driven motives. In addition, consumers who tended to have a positive altruistic attitude were more likely to perceive value-driven motives, and this orientation also directly increased donation intentions. These findings also confirmed that only value-driven motives promoted donation intentions. However, consumer benefits did not directly affect donation intentions. The findings of this study suggest valuable managerial implications as well as academic contributions.

호텔기업 종업원의 감성지능이 고객지향성과 CRM성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Intelligence on the Customer Orientation and Customer Relationship Management Performance of Hotel Employees)

  • Purpose - This study aimed to (a) investigate the effects of emotional intelligence on customer orientation, (b) examine the impact of customer orientation on customer relationship management (CRM) performance (including CRM-related variables such as 'relationship commitment,' 'image of corporation,' and 'customer loyalty'), and (c) identify the conceptual framework of emotional intelligence. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected using a questionnaire given to a sample of employees of luxury hotels in the metropolitan area. To test the hypotheses, AMOS were conducted for the 271 respondents of the sample using the SPSS Win 17.0 software. The concept of emotional intelligence (EI) has been on the radar of many leaders and managers over the past few decades. Emotional intelligence is generally accepted to be a combination of emotional and interpersonal competencies that influence behavior, thoughts, and interactions with others. Emotional intelligence consists of four factors: understanding the self's emotion, understanding other people's emotions, emotion utilization, and emotion control. Understanding the self's emotion means to understand of my own emotions. Understanding other people's emotions is to understand of the emotions of the people around me and to know how my friends feel based on their behavior. The concept of emotion utilization means to set goals for myself and then try to achieve them, encouraging myself to do my best. The concept of emotion control means I can control my temper, handle difficult situations rationally, and calm down quickly when I am very angry. Results - As a result of the analysis, three factors (understanding the self's emotion, understanding of other people's emotions, and emotion utilization) were shown to have a significant effect on customer orientation. Emotion control had an insignificant effect on customer orientation. Only emotion control makes it difficult to solve customers' problems because it is a passive behavior. In order to solve the customers' problems, hotel employees have to show a positive attitude. Second, customer orientation had a significant effect on customer relationship management performance (customer relationship commitment, corporate image, and customer loyalty). In other words, customer orientation increases commitment to customer relationships. For example, employees who have a customer-orientated perspective provide good service to their customers, while employees who don't have a customer-orientated perspective can't satisfy their customers. Customer orientation can also generate a good image among customers, because they evaluate the image of a hotel through the behavior of hotel employees. So it is very important for employees to show excellent customer orientation. Conclusions - It is very important for hotel CEOs to manage their employees' emotional intelligence. In order to increase their employees' emotional intelligence abilities, CEOs have to manage the overall corporate culture and reward programs to achieve what they want. This is because the system can lead to a customer-orientated mind-set and CRM performance among employees. As a result, the hotel CEO has to pay attention to the emotional intelligence of employees to achieve strong CRM performance. The sentence as originally written was a bit unclear. 미국인의 조기퇴직 역전현상과 고령자 사회정책의 미래 (A Reversal in Retirement Ages and the Future of Social Policy in the United States)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 미국 인구의 고령화 과정에서 장기적인 조기퇴직의 경향과 1985년 이후 일어난 그것의 역전현상에 주목하면서, 그것에 기여하는 사회경제적 여건과 사회정책 프로그램의 변화를 검토하는 것이다. 미국인의 조기퇴직, 곧 퇴직연령 하락의 주원인은 장기적인 부(富)의 증대이며, 이것은 고령 노동자들이 소득창출을 위한 유급노동시장 참여를 하지 않고서도 높은 수준의 생활을 가능하도록 하였다. 사회보장 퇴직연금과 기업 연금제도의 확대 성장은 강제퇴직제도의 도입과 아울러 1980년대 중반까지 조직퇴직의 증가추이에 공헌하였다. 본 연구는 최근의 조기퇴직 역전현상을 지속시킬 수 있는 유인책으로서 고령자 사회정책 프로그램 등에 주목한다. 물론, 여기서 과연 조기퇴직의 역전을 가져오는 사회정책이 필요한가에 대한 질문이다. 환언하면, 노동생산성의 증대나 은퇴전의 근면성(勤勉性)의 향상은 미국인들이 평균수명의 신장으로 퇴직, 곧 "제3의 인생" 이 길어진다고 하더라도 보다 높은 사회생활을 유지하는데 아무런 어려움이 없을 것임을 의미한다. 대부분의 미국인은 현행 각종 사회정책 프로그램이 현역 노동자들에게 상당한 부담을 가져다주더라도 조기퇴직을 허용하는 각종 사회정책 프로그램이 유지되기를 원하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 볼 때, 미국의 고령자 사회정책은 조기퇴직의 역전을 지속하려는 정책을 계속하기보다는 현역 노동자의 근면성 향상이나 노동생산성의 향상에 초점을 맞추는 프로그램의 개발에도 관심을 집중할 필요가 있을 것이다.요가 있을 것이다.

As define by Linda Naiam - Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing. Innovation is the production or implementation of an idea. If you have ideas, but don't act on them, you are imaginative but not creative. So in order to maintain the pace with the changing business scenario and coping with the competition Innovation and Creativity is considered a mandatory tool for a business to exist and grow in market. Whether a company is Employee centric or Business centric Innovation and creativity has to have its space in order to keep a business ahead of others in the Market. Also it's not just the competition which has led to the Innovation and Creativity in Business practices it's also the demanding chunk of consumers and customers who are aware and prefer maximum choices before making a final deal. Another reason as to why there is a change in business practices is the globalization of businesses where you need to rope in the Innovative ideas to launch and sustain in new market. There had been tremendous shift in business practices but to give a room to innovative ideas and implement that creativity need ample to space and vision along with an attitude where in you can resist for getting an immediate results from innovative business practices. Corporate Creativity is characterized by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions. Generating fresh solutions to problems, and the ability to create new products, processes or services for a changing market, are part of the intellectual capital that give a company its competitive edge. Creativity is a crucial part of the innovation equation. The innovation and creativity is not limited to any area of business, it can start from your waiting lounge to your board room meeting depending upon how the things are perceived and implemented for the betterment of people and business. The purpose of this research is to understand the latest creative business approaches and practices that organizations are following to be different from their competitors. Also this shift from generic business practices to the Innovative and Creative approach seems to take the business into new world. This approaches means starting from the bottom of the Pyramid and finally touching the pinnacles in Innovation and creativity. The paper will discuss on the various areas of business where in innovative approaches can be roped in and sets new bench mark altogether in the business arena.

고객경험이 고객태도와 제품 재 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 - 창업기업 중심으로 - (The Impact of Customer Experience on Customer Attitudes and Product Re-purchase Intentions - Focusing on Start-up Firms -)

  • 본 연구는 창업기업의 무형적인 기업자원의 효과적 활용에 따른 경쟁력 확보에 대하여 연구 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해서, BI 센터와 7년 미만의 창업기업 제품을 이용한 고객이 창업기업을 대상으로 평가하는 방식으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. Schmitt 교수의 경험적 요소를 이론적 배경으로 살펴보았고, 이러한 경험적 요소와 태도가 재 구매의 개념으로서 의사결정 과정상 선행 프로세스로 작동되는지 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 고객의 사용경험과 탐색경험이 재 구매의도에 영향을 준다는 것을 명확하게 보여 주었다. 둘째, 고객의 사용경험과 탐색경험, 접촉경험은 고객태도에 유의적인 영향관계로 파악되었다. 셋째, 고객태도는 고객의 사용경험과 고객의 탐색경험이 재 구매의도에 주는 영향을 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 창업 초기기업이 고객의 경험적 요소를 잘 관리하면 재 구매의도를 높여 시설과 인력의 자원이 부족한 중소기업의 한계에 적절히 대처할 수 있음을 본 연구는 시사하고 있다.

  • 최근 조직 구성원의 보안행동은 기업 차원의 정보보안에 중요한 부분으로 인식되고 있다. 정보유출 및 정보보안에 대한 연구는 보안 위협에 대한 개인행동이나 보안 기술을 사용하는 조직 구성원을 대상으로 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 조직구성원들이 정보보안 활동을 촉진할 수 있는 효과적이고 효율적인 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 계획된 행동이론과 보호동기이론의 통합을 중심으로 주요 변수들을 적용한 연구모형을 제시하였다. 본 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 기업에서 보안 경험이 있는 조직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 조직구성원들이 정보보안 행동에 대해 긍정적인 구전을 유도하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 통해 기업에서는 조직구성원들이 정보보안 사고에 대해서 내 외부에서 발생 가능한 보안위험을 예방 및 대응하고 관리하기 위해 다양한 보안 솔루션 도입해야하며, 정보시스템에 대한 취약점 점검과 보인 패치 등의 보안 사항을 만족시키기 위한 행동을 실시해야 할 것이다.
