  • 지식정보화 사회가 도래하면서 많은 국내기업이 핵심기술 및 지식재산 확보를 위해 기술개발에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 하지만 적극적인 기술개발 투자에 비해 기업이 보유한 기술을 보호하기 위한 보안투자가 미흡한 결과 다수의 기업 및 연구소에서 기술 유출 사건이 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 기술유출의 증가는 단순히 기업에 피해뿐만 아니라 국가 경제에도 직 간접적인 악영향을 미치고 있는 실정이다. 산업기술유출은 주로 전 현직 직원에 의해 이뤄지고 있지만, 이를 중점적으로 비교 분석한 연구는 많지 않다. 따라서 본 연구는 2014년부터 2016년 동안 발생한 산업기술유출 사례를 기술유출 피해기업의 유형, 회사 내 기술유출 주체자의 직위, 기술유출의 공범여부, 기술유출에 사용된 도구, 기술유출의 동기로 유형화하여 산업기술유출 실태를 파악하였다. 이러한 유형별 분석을 통해 산업기술유출의 패턴과 특징에 대해 조사하고 산업기술유출 방지를 위한 산업보안 증진방안을 모색하였다.

  • 제조업의 경쟁력 제고와 성장을 위한 전략으로 도입된 스마트공장 및 스마트제조는 미래의 국가 경쟁력이며, 국가 산업구조를 혁신하기 위한 제반 활동이라 할 수 있다. 한국 정부는 산업부의 제조업 혁신 3.0 전략부터 지속적으로 스마트제조혁신 정책을 추진하였다. 본 연구는 스마트공장 및 스마트제조산업에 대해 기술표준을 기반으로 정책영역을 발굴하고자 한다. 국제 기술표준에 부합하는 국내표준의 정립과 지원이 요구되는 현시점에 정책적 영역에 대한 분석 및 제조업 분야의 스마트제조 공정영역별 우선순위를 살펴봄으로써 국제표준화가 많이 이루어진 영역에 대해 맹목적인 국제표준화를 추진하기보다는 기술표준 정책영역을 구분하고 정책적 우선순위를 도출하는 것은 스마트제조 고도화를 위한 중요한 정책적 결정을 위한 근거가 될 수 있다. 이를 위해 전문가 인터뷰를 기반한 계층화분석방법과 5대 공정영역에 대한 중요도-성능 분석을 통해 국제표준화가 많이 이루어진 영역에 대한 정책 추진보다는 데이터와 보안 영역 등 신기술에 대한 탐색을 기반으로 선도적인 표준화 참여가 요구되며, 탄소배출과 에너지 비용 등과 관련된 국제환경대응에 따른 글로벌 정세에 따른 수출과 디지털 통상에 대한 정책적 고려가 필요하다.

빅데이터 도입의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구: 전략적 가치인식과 TOE(Technology Organizational Environment) Framework을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors for Big Data Intented Adoption: Focusing on the Strategic Value Recognition and TOE Framework)

  • To survive in the global competitive environment, enterprise should be able to solve various problems and find the optimal solution effectively. The big-data is being perceived as a tool for solving enterprise problems effectively and improve competitiveness with its' various problem solving and advanced predictive capabilities. Due to its remarkable performance, the implementation of big data systems has been increased through many enterprises around the world. Currently the big-data is called the 'crude oil' of the 21st century and is expected to provide competitive superiority. The reason why the big data is in the limelight is because while the conventional IT technology has been falling behind much in its possibility level, the big data has gone beyond the technological possibility and has the advantage of being utilized to create new values such as business optimization and new business creation through analysis of big data. Since the big data has been introduced too hastily without considering the strategic value deduction and achievement obtained through the big data, however, there are difficulties in the strategic value deduction and data utilization that can be gained through big data. According to the survey result of 1,800 IT professionals from 18 countries world wide, the percentage of the corporation where the big data is being utilized well was only 28%, and many of them responded that they are having difficulties in strategic value deduction and operation through big data. The strategic value should be deducted and environment phases like corporate internal and external related regulations and systems should be considered in order to introduce big data, but these factors were not well being reflected. The cause of the failure turned out to be that the big data was introduced by way of the IT trend and surrounding environment, but it was introduced hastily in the situation where the introduction condition was not well arranged. The strategic value which can be obtained through big data should be clearly comprehended and systematic environment analysis is very important about applicability in order to introduce successful big data, but since the corporations are considering only partial achievements and technological phases that can be obtained through big data, the successful introduction is not being made. Previous study shows that most of big data researches are focused on big data concept, cases, and practical suggestions without empirical study. The purpose of this study is provide the theoretically and practically useful implementation framework and strategies of big data systems with conducting comprehensive literature review, finding influencing factors for successful big data systems implementation, and analysing empirical models. To do this, the elements which can affect the introduction intention of big data were deducted by reviewing the information system's successful factors, strategic value perception factors, considering factors for the information system introduction environment and big data related literature in order to comprehend the effect factors when the corporations introduce big data and structured questionnaire was developed. After that, the questionnaire and the statistical analysis were performed with the people in charge of the big data inside the corporations as objects. According to the statistical analysis, it was shown that the strategic value perception factor and the inside-industry environmental factors affected positively the introduction intention of big data. The theoretical, practical and political implications deducted from the study result is as follows. The frist theoretical implication is that this study has proposed theoretically effect factors which affect the introduction intention of big data by reviewing the strategic value perception and environmental factors and big data related precedent studies and proposed the variables and measurement items which were analyzed empirically and verified. This study has meaning in that it has measured the influence of each variable on the introduction intention by verifying the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables through structural equation model. Second, this study has defined the independent variable(strategic value perception, environment), dependent variable(introduction intention) and regulatory variable(type of business and corporate size) about big data introduction intention and has arranged theoretical base in studying big data related field empirically afterwards by developing measurement items which has obtained credibility and validity. Third, by verifying the strategic value perception factors and the significance about environmental factors proposed in the conventional precedent studies, this study will be able to give aid to the afterwards empirical study about effect factors on big data introduction. The operational implications are as follows. First, this study has arranged the empirical study base about big data field by investigating the cause and effect relationship about the influence of the strategic value perception factor and environmental factor on the introduction intention and proposing the measurement items which has obtained the justice, credibility and validity etc. Second, this study has proposed the study result that the strategic value perception factor affects positively the big data introduction intention and it has meaning in that the importance of the strategic value perception has been presented. Third, the study has proposed that the corporation which introduces big data should consider the big data introduction through precise analysis about industry's internal environment. Fourth, this study has proposed the point that the size and type of business of the corresponding corporation should be considered in introducing the big data by presenting the difference of the effect factors of big data introduction depending on the size and type of business of the corporation. The political implications are as follows. First, variety of utilization of big data is needed. The strategic value that big data has can be accessed in various ways in the product, service field, productivity field, decision making field etc and can be utilized in all the business fields based on that, but the parts that main domestic corporations are considering are limited to some parts of the products and service fields. Accordingly, in introducing big data, reviewing the phase about utilization in detail and design the big data system in a form which can maximize the utilization rate will be necessary. Second, the study is proposing the burden of the cost of the system introduction, difficulty in utilization in the system and lack of credibility in the supply corporations etc in the big data introduction phase by corporations. Since the world IT corporations are predominating the big data market, the big data introduction of domestic corporations can not but to be dependent on the foreign corporations. When considering that fact, that our country does not have global IT corporations even though it is world powerful IT country, the big data can be thought to be the chance to rear world level corporations. Accordingly, the government shall need to rear star corporations through active political support. Third, the corporations' internal and external professional manpower for the big data introduction and operation lacks. Big data is a system where how valuable data can be deducted utilizing data is more important than the system construction itself. For this, talent who are equipped with academic knowledge and experience in various fields like IT, statistics, strategy and management etc and manpower training should be implemented through systematic education for these talents. This study has arranged theoretical base for empirical studies about big data related fields by comprehending the main variables which affect the big data introduction intention and verifying them and is expected to be able to propose useful guidelines for the corporations and policy developers who are considering big data implementationby analyzing empirically that theoretical base.

기업의 감염병 예방을 위한 BCP 강화방안 연구 (Strengthening BCP for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases in Companies)

  • As the number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 is not decreasing, it is time for domestic companies to respond preemptively and in terms of business continuity. The purpose of this study is to present measures to strengthen BCP to prevent infectious diseases in the enterprise. In this work, three methods of data investigation are used. The first was to search for keywords in academic databases such as the National Assembly Library and the Korea Research and Information Service to investigate degree papers and academic papers. Second, we investigated literature such as research reports, manuals, and guidelines on infectious diseases. Finally, the researchers visited official websites such as KDCA, MOHW, and MOIS to collect and analyze recent data. BCP In view of the Board, a new risk analysis should be made and a disaster preparedness system tailored to the characteristics of the entity should be established. We need to analyze corporate weaknesses and focus on safety culture. It is also important to look at how customers choose their services and products. Based on this, differentiated service strategies should be presented. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as basic data for companies that want to systematically manage and operate BCP to prevent infectious diseases.

A Study on the Management Innovation of KORAIL and Military Application -Focusing on the Direction of Innovation in the Military Medical Institution-

  • This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the management situation of the Korea Railroad Corporation(KORAIL) through the management innovation process of the KORAIL and to suggest its implications for military application. Despite stable demand, the railway passenger industry had the limitation of not being able to abolish deficit routes due to public service obligations. In addition, the launch of the Suseo High-Speed Line has introduced a competitive system, posing a threat to corporate management. KORAIL wanted to overcome this crisis by innovating its management through the utilization of big data, improvement of the freight business, decentralization of demand, the introduction of tourism railroads, and development of station influence areas. By utilizing big data, KORAIL was able to optimize the railway fare system while reducing fixed costs spent on railway maintenance. It also drastically reduced the station of cargo and created a base station to pursue economies of scale. On the other hand, the existing exclusive station system was abolished to solve the chronic saturation of the downtown area, and the railway demand was moved to Gwangmyeong Station and Suwon Station to optimize the passenger supply. In particular, it developed a new business model called the tourism railway by developing the mountain Byeokjin Line, which was a chronic deficit line, and sought to improve liquidity through the development of the station influence area. Such a process of innovation at KORAIL suggests an appropriate direction in seeking ways to innovate the military medical institutions. First of all, the necessity of improving organizational immersion through the development of a personnel structure suitable for the compulsory organization, while expanding the facilities of the division and corps, and reducing the time required for medical treatment and waiting through the establishment of a data-based medical system was suggested. Next, it was also discussed to integrate the National Health Medical College, which received accreditation as a medical facility through the designation of advanced general hospitals and is ultimately under discussion with the Medical Institution. Through this, we hope that the military medical institutions, which are facing various challenges, will overcome existing limitations and be re-lighted as innovative institution that provides comprehensive public health services.

기업의 SNS 마케팅 활동이 이용자 행동에 미치는 영향: 페이스북 팬페이지 애널리틱스를 중심으로 (The Effect of Corporate SNS Marketing on User Behavior: Focusing on Facebook Fan Page Analytics)

  • 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)의 성장과 함께 다양한 형태의 SNS가 등장했다. 상호작용성, 정보 교류, 엔터테인먼트 등 다양한 이용 동기를 바탕으로 SNS 이용자 또한 빠르게 증가하는 추세이다. 그중 페이스북은 대표하는 SNS 채널로서 기업에서도 페이스북 페이지를 활용해 홍보 채널로 활용하기 시작했다. 이를 위해 운영 초기, 기업은 팬 수 확보에 나섰고 그 결과 최근 기업 페이스북 팬 수는 많게는 수백만에 이를 정도로 늘어났다. 기업의 목표는 팬 수 확보를 넘어 콘텐츠를 통해 고객에게 기업 브랜드 이미지를 재고하고, 나아가 소통하는 수단으로 활용하고 있다. 이를 평가하는 주요 수치가 바로 본 연구의 종속변수에 해당하는 페이스북의 '좋아요', '댓글', '공유', '클릭 수' 등이다. 해당 수치 달성을 위해 콘텐츠 제작에 대한 고민이 선행되어야 하는데, 본 연구에서는 콘텐츠 제작 고려 사항을 3가지로 나눠 독립변수를 구성하였다. 콘텐츠 소재, 콘텐츠 구조, 메시지 스타일 등이 페이스북의 이용자 행동에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석을 이용해 분석하였다. 종속변수의 경우, 콘텐츠상에 모든 이용자의 행동 '전체 클릭 수'로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 각 독립 변수를 기존 연구 문헌을 통해 정의하고, 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 분석하였는데, '전체 클릭 수'의 경우, '자사연관', '실생활 관여도', '격식 x 관여도' 등의 변수가 유의미한 영향을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 통해, 콘텐츠 목적에 따른 최적화된 콘텐츠 전략을 제시함으로써, 기업 페이스북 운영자와 콘텐츠 제작자의 운영, 제작 전략에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

경영자의 신사업기회 발견능력과 경쟁전략이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 (CEO's Discovery Competency for New Business Opportunity, Competitive Strategy, and Firm's Performance)

  • 치열한 경쟁상황에서 기업의 성공과 혁신은 경영자에서 비롯되는 신사업 발견능력을 통한 경쟁전략의 수립이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 경영자의 신사업기회 발견능력과 기업성과 사이에 경쟁전략의 매개효과를 실증분석을 통해 규명하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해서 전국의 대기업 사업장과 중소기업 286개의 기업 자료를 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 구조모델에 의한 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 발견능력 중 실험하기와 연관시키기가 경쟁전략을 강화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 발견능력 맥락에서는 원가우위 전략 보다 차별화 전략이 기업성과에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 경쟁 전략의 매개효과는 실험하기와 기업성과 사이에 강하게 나타났다.

  • 본 논문은 21세기 지식기반 경제의 가치 창출 원천이 새로운 아이디어와 창의성의 주체인 인적자본에 있음을 근거로 국내 온라인게임 기업 인적자본 운영의 효율성을 연구해보았다. 온라인게임 산업은 최근 국가 신성장 동력으로 주목 받고 있는 문화콘텐츠 서비스업의 하나로, 세계 최고의 기술과 콘텐츠를 기반으로 하여 높은 연평균 성장률과 수출 공헌도를 보이고 있는 산업이다. 이런 맥락에서 본 논문은 인적자본이론, 지식경제이론, 경제성장이론에 기초하여 온라인게임 산업에서 인적자본이 지속적인 성장을 견인할 수 있음을 이론적으로 규명하였다. 또한 대표적인 비모수적 분석모형인 자료 포락 분석(DEA)을 통하여 국내 온라인게임 기업의 인적자원 운영 규모, 투자, 교육, 보상의 투입 효율성을 기업의 산출이라고 할 수 있는 매출을 기준으로 실증 분석 하였다. 이 연구를 통해 국내 온라인게임 기업들에게 미래의 지속 가능한 성장 동력인 인적자본을 운영함에 있어 최적의 효율성을 달성할 수 있도록 전략적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다

전원선의 전력분석을 이용한 주요정보 유출 가능성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Leakage of Critical Information via the Power Analysis of Power Lines)

  • In this paper, we propose a unidirectional transmission of critical information obtained by keyboard hacking or kernel and keyboard driver hacking even though the computer is not connected to the external network. We show the hacking can be attempted in the proposed method to show the way preventing such attempts in advance. Firewalls and other various methods are used to prevent the hacking from the external network but the hacking is also attempted in various ways to detour the firewall. One of the most effective way preventing from the hacking attack is physically disconnect the internal intranet systems from the external internet and most of the government systems, military systems and big corporate systems are using this way as on one of the protection method. In this paper, we show the feasibility of transmission of security codes, etc via the short message to the external network on the assumption that a hacking program such as Trojan Horse is installed on the computer systems separated from the external network. Previous studies showed that the letters on the monitor can be hijacked by electromagnetic analysis on the computer to obtain the information even though the system is not connected ti the network. Other studies showed that the security code hint can obtained by analyzing the power consumption distribution of CPU. In this paper, the power consumption distribution of externally accessible power line is analyzed to obtain the information and the information can be transmitted to the external network. Software controlling the CPU and GPU usage is designed to control the power supply of computer. The sensors such as the Rogowski coils can be used on the external power line to collect the data of power consumption change rates. To transmit the user password by short message, due to the capacitive components and the obstacle from other power supply, A very slow protocol are used.

스피어피싱 메일 필터링 보안 기능 분석 : 기업메일 호스팅 서비스 중심으로 (Spear-phishing Mail Filtering Security Analysis : Focusing on Corporate Mail Hosting Services)

  • 스피어피싱 메일 공격은 특정 대상의 정보를 지속적으로 수집하여 이용하므로 지능적이고 새로운 공격 유형인 APT 공격이나 사회공학적 공격의 일환으로 공격 대상에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다. 스피어피싱 메일은 공격 대상, 목적, 수단 등이 스팸메일과 다르므로 보편적인 스팸메일 필터링 서비스 기능으로는 대응에 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 상대적으로 보안성이 취약한 중소기업을 대상으로 호스팅 메일 서비스를 제공하는 기업의 메일 보안 기능이 스피어피싱 메일 공격에 대응할 수 있는지를 분석한다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 스피어피싱 메일 공격 방식이 다양해짐에도 불구하고 제공하고 있는 메일 보안 서비스는 스팸메일을 포함한 메일 관리 수준에 머물러 있다고 판단할 수 있다. 분석 결과는 스피어피싱 메일 공격에 대한 체계적이고 효과적인 대응방안 도출을 위한 기초로 활용될 수 있다.
