TPS 기업문화에 따른 직무태도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on the effects of job attitude by TPS corporate culture on management result)

  • In unlimited competitive period changed every time, domestic manufacturing industry feels a crisis between China and Japan, who are leaping to manufacturing strong countries with worldwide manufacturing factories. In this situation, many companies make an effort to learn and introduce Toyota production method drawing innovation of production method and reduction of many costs for high quality, but most of cases were failed. The reason for the failure should be that correct understanding and application of TPS corporate culture were insufficient and job attitude was not considered when applying Toyota production system. Therefore, the purposes of this thesis are to arrange major contents based on relative documents of precedent researchers, conduct a survey for employees of middle and small scaled manufacturers who introduced Toyota production system, analyze changes of enterprises' job attitude by introduction of TPS corporate culture and the effects on company's management results through the various analyses for grasping relationship among TPS corporate culture, job attitude and management results, introduce Toyota production system more effectively and suggest measures to maximize company's long-term management results.

기업부설연구소에 종사하는 연구원의 산업보건에 대한 지식·태도·실천 관련 요인 (A Study of Related Factors to the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices in the Occupational Health of Laboratory Workers)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to measure the knowledge, attitude, and practices on occupational health and the analysis factors influencing them among researchers working at corporate research centers. Methods: A total of 298 researchers working at corporate research centers participated in the study. After eliminating 12 insufficient responses, the responses of 286 participants were used for the final estimate. The questionnaire consisted of questions about general and occupational characteristics as well as knowledge, attitude, and practices on occupational health. Results: Factors influencing occupational health practices were type of business, job position, and attitude toward occupational health. Attitude toward occupational health was found to have the greatest influence. Conclusions: It is necessary to develop educational contents appropriate for each type of industry, implement educational programs for researchers working at corporate research centers, and take actions to prevent health problems among researchers through various health-care activities such as experience-based activities and discussions.

인터넷 기사의 맥락과 주목도가 광고태도와 기업이미지에 미치는 효과 (Internet article's context and attention effects of the attitude toward advertising and corporate image)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 사회공헌활동에 관한 인터넷 기사의 맥락을 활용한 기업광고 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인터넷 기사맥락을 긍정과 부정으로 구분하고, 인터넷 기사의 주목도를 고/저 집단으로 구분한 후 광고태도와 기업이미지에 미치는 상호작용 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 인터넷 기사의 주목도가 낮은 조건에서, 긍정 맥락이 부정맥락보다 회상율이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 기사의 맥락과 주목도에 따른 광고태도는 상호작용효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 인터넷 기사의 맥락과 주목도에 따른 기업이미지는 상호작용효과가 나타났다. 끝으로 인터넷 기사의 맥락과 주목도에 따른 기업경영 경쟁력은 상호작용효과가 나타났다. 따라서 인터넷 기사의 맥락과 주목도 수준에 따른 광고의 맥락효과를 확인함으로써 소비자의 광고 인지도와 호의적인 기업광고태도 그리고 기업이미지의 향상과 기업경영의 경쟁력 제고에 효과적인 전략방안이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • 글로벌 경기침체와 소비시장 위축으로 인해 지속가능경영, 상생경영이 기업의 주요과제로 대두되면서 사회공헌활동에 대한 기업의 관심과 참여는 계속 증가하고 있으며, 특히 직원의 기부나 자원봉사활동 등 직원참여형 사회공헌활동이 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 직원참여형 사회공헌활동이 내부 이해관계자인 직원들에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 고찰하기 위해 직원의 기부와 봉사참여가 기업사회공헌활동에 대한 인식과 태도를 매개로 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 직원의 기부 참여는 사회공헌에 대한 인식과 태도를 매개로 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 봉사활동 참여는 사회공헌인식에는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에서 매개효과의 영향력은 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 직원참여형 사회공헌활동의 내부이해관계자 효과를 높이기 위한 요소에 대해 제언하였다.

패션시장에서 모상표에 대한 지식이 확장상표의 평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Brand Knowledge on Evaluations of Brand Extensions in Fashion Market)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of brand knowledge on evaluations of brand extensions in fashion market. Here, consumer knowledge toward the parent brand was based on the brand and on the company which introduced the brand. The brand extensions were classified into brand-name extension and corporate-name extension. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 700 single women in twenties. The questionnaires were designed to measure brand extension evaluations and brand knowledge in terms of familiarity, use experience and self-assessed knowledge, evaluations of the attributes and attitudes based on the brand and corporate. Employing a sample of 621 women, data were analyzed by t-test. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows; 1) The higher the level of brand knowledge such as brand familiarity, brand use experience and self-assessed brand knoil- edge was, the higher positive effects were on the evaluations of brand-name extension. Also, evaluations of brand attributes and brand attitude positively influenced the evaluations of brand-name extension. 2) The higher the level of corporate knowledge such as corporate familiarity and use experience of product manufactured by the company was, the higher positive effects were on the evaluations of corporate-name extension. Also, evaluations of corporate attributes and attitude on corporate positively influenced the evaluations of corporate-name extension. These results demonstrate that positive knowledges and affects on the parent brand are transferred to its extended product through categorization process.

기업 연상이 기업신뢰와 기업태도에 미치는 영향: 기업유형 비교를 중심으로 (The Effects of the Corporate Association on Corporate Trust and Attitude: Focusing on Comparison of Corporate Type)

  • 본 연구는 기업 연상이 기업태도에 영향을 미치는데 있어 신뢰의 매개역할을 고찰하고 있다. 특히 본 연구자들은 신뢰의 차원을 전문성 신뢰와 호의성 신뢰로 구분하고, 이러한 두 가지 신뢰가 감정적 신뢰를 매개로 기업태도에 미치는 효과를 고찰하였다. 분석결과, 기업 능력 연상은 전문성 신뢰에, 사회적 책임 연상은 호의성 신뢰에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기업 유형별로 분석한 결과에서도 국내 기업과 해외 기업 모두에서 '기업 능력 연상 ${\rightarrow}$ 전문성 신뢰', '사회적 책임 연상 ${\rightarrow}$ 호의성 신뢰' 두 경로 간에 긍정적인 관계를 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 이러한 전문성 신뢰와 호의성 신뢰는 감정적 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기업유형별 추가분석 결과에 의하면, 전문성 신뢰는 기업태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 예측을 하였으나, 이러한 경로결과는 해외기업의 경우에만 유의하게 나타났다. 끝으로 기업의 유형에 관계없이, 기업에 대한 감정적 신뢰가 형성되면, 해당 기업에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 소비자들이 기업에 대해 연상을 하고 이러한 연상으로 인하여 해당 기업에 대한 전문성 신뢰와 호의성 신뢰를 형성하게 되며, 이러한 두 가지 신뢰는 해당 기업에 대한 감정적 신뢰를 유발하고, 나아가 기업태도로까지 이어짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

Marketing Strategies for Improving Customer Attitude Using Airline Advertising Model: Focusing on Corporate Image and Brand Loyalty

  • Purpose: In this study, we will explore how the attributes of the airline's advertising model affect the corporate image and brand loyalty and the medium effect of the corporate image. Research design, data and methodology: Data collection for empirical analysis of this study was conducted online for about seven months from Jan. 2 to July 12, 2019, and was confirmed as part 292 of the final effective sample and used for demonstration analysis. Results: The property of the advertising model shown to have a significant impact in corporate image and brand loyalty. The property of the advertising, reliability and professionalism shown to have an impact in the social responsibility, but attractiveness is its responsibility and brand loyalty. Corporate images have been shown to play a meaningful role in the impact of advertising models on brand loyalty. Conclusions: The attributes of the airline's advertising model are divided into four categories, and reliability has the most influence on the image of a company and the formation of brand loyalty. The impact of the attributes of the advertising model on the relationship between corporate image and brand loyalty was investigated through an empirical analysis, and several implications were derived.

조직 구성원의 기업가정신 수준(역량, 태도, CEO 지원)이 기업의 기업가적 문화와 구조, 운영체계에 미치는 영향: 국내 디자인기업을 중심으로 (The Effect of Employee's Entrepreneurship Level (Capacity, Attitude, CEO Support) on Entrepreneurial Culture, Structure and Operation Systems of Corporate: Focused on Design Corporate in Korea)

  • 불확실한 미래와 급변하는 환경에서 기업은 혁신적인 경영활동을 필요로 한다. 주요 선진국들은 가치와 비전을 창출하는 경영전략으로 디자인을 통해 다양한 고부가가치 창출하여 벤처 및 창업기업의 육성과 기업 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 기업은 디자인을 활용하여 기업의 가치를 높이고 신제품 및 서비스로 신시장을 개척하는 디자인산업에 많은 관심과 지원이 집중되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기업은 혁신적이고 창의적인 활동이 요구되며, 기업가정신의 함양을 통해 창조적인 기업으로 이끌어야 한다. 이제 기업가정신은 개인적 수준을 넘어 조직적 수준에서 효과적인 프로세스를 구축함으로써 성공적인 기업가정신을 제고해야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 창의적 활동이 적극적으로 요구되는 디자인산업 내 디자인기업 구성원 351명을 대상으로 사내 기업가정신의 개인 및 조직 관점에서 실증 분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과는 디자인기업 구성원의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, CEO 지원은 문화와 구조에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 구성원의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, CEO 지원은 운영체계에 영향이 없는 것으로 나타나 사내 기업가정신의 활성화를 위한 운영체계 구축이 필요하다는 결과를 도출했다. 본 연구를 통하여 디자인기업의 사내 기업가정신 수준을 높여야 하는 당위성을 강조하고 기업의 지속적인 성장을 위한 기업가정신 제고의 방안이 요구된다. 또한 개인 수준에서 구성원의 기업가정신이 조직 수준에서 발현될 수 있도록 체계적인 운영체계를 마련하여 인프라를 적극적으로 활용하는 것이 중요하다는 실무적 시사점을 제언하였다.

기업의 사회적 책임활동이 기업 이미지 형성과 기업 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 공유가치창출 인지정도에 따른 차이비교 (The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Image and Corporate Performance)

  • Purpose - Recently, although corporate social responsibility activities have been increasing in size, they do not have to achieve qualitative improvements and can be passive and cost consuming. Therefore, companies should make quantitative as well as qualitative improvements in their efforts in corporate social responsibility activities. In this study, the classification of social responsibility activities in a variety of studies was analyzed through a more specific path than in previous studies. Corporate behavior image, social behavior image, and corporate contributions image were analyzed through a more detailed analysis of performance. This study suggests that more detailed and concentrated social responsibility activities be pursued by forming companies. Research design, data, and methodology - The purpose of study is to gauge the corporate need for a more intensive, specific area of CSR activities. For this purpose, the sample of consumers that were targeted for CSR activities, recognized as 261 persons, have been investigated. Through a theoretical discussion on previous research, nine hypotheses were established on corporate image, the influence of corporate performance on CSR, and the CSV regulation effect. In order to test the hypothesis, a survey was conducted on 261 male and female consumers who were targeted for CSR, being persons in their 20s to 40s. PASW Statistics 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for statistical analysis. Results - Corporate behavior image was formed through legal responsibility activities and economic responsibility activities. In addition to economic responsibilities, ethical responsibilities and environmental responsibilities were confirmed to have influence on social behavior image. Corporate social responsibility and philanthropic responsibility were confirmed to have influence on economic contribution image. Corporate image has positive effects on brand attitude, corporate reputation, and corporate competition. In addition, when CSV awareness is high, consumers perceive corporate image only through economic responsibility. However, when CSV awareness is low, economic responsibility as well as legal responsibility through charitable activities form the corporate image that influences the brand attitude and corporate reputation, as well as corporate competitiveness. It would appear that the area of corporate social responsibility needs more intensive management for corporate image and corporate competitive advantage. Conclusion - First, the findings of this study show that each CSR activity has a different effect on corporate image and thus, the corporate image influences corporate performance in distinct ways, depending on the CSR activity. This implies that reactive strategies should be tailored to the required image. Second, there is a difference in CSV awareness between groups. When the CSV awareness is low, we can confirm that legal responsibility activities have an especially significant effect on corporate image, implying that corporations should pursue their economic objectives within legal regulations and need to invest significant time and effort for this. This study has limited generalization potential because the result of the model fit has insufficient reference value. In future research, we need to approach various dimensions of corporate performance.

A Study for the Effect of Sponsorship on Corporate Reputation

  • Sponsorship is one of the communication tools that have been used for a long time to raise corporate awareness and establish favorable customer attitude. This study tried to examine the effect of corporate sponsorship, which has recently been attracting increasing attention. We empirically examined whether sponsorship and program fit, identification with a company or brand, and corporate credibility affect the reputation of the sponsoring company. For this, We conducted a survey using a structured questionnaire for 263 college students, and the collected data were analyzed through a structural equation model along with factor analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that sponsorship and program suitability had a positive effect on corporate reputation, and brand identification and reliability also had a positive effect on corporate reputation. Based on the results of the study, it was possible to obtain the implication that it is important to increase the fit of the sponsor and sponsorship program, to improve the corporate brand identification and corporate credibility in order to increase the corporate reputation through sponsorship.
