원천기술 보유업체의 ESCO 사업 참여 유도방안 (Study on the Measure to Encourage ESCO Business for Companies with Core Technology)

  • 원천기술 보유업체의 ESCO 사업 참여 유도방안은 구체적 설정내용에 따라 원천기술 보유업체의 정책적 선호정도가 달라질 수 있는 것으로 보인다. 장비 설비 제조 및 시스템 기술을 보유한 원천기술 보유업체의 ESCO 사업에 대한 참여를 위한 유도방안은 평가점 우대방식, 저리대출의 지원액 할당방식 및 컨소시엄 참여방식으로 설정하였다. 이 중에서 평가점 우대방식으로 우선 유도하는 방식이 ESCO 정책자금 추천심사 평가항목 및 평가배점 제도 상 우위에 있는 것으로 평가된다. 그리고 현재 정부 지원자금의 대폭적 책정을 전제하는 경우, 특정규모의 지원액 할당을 통해 원천기술 보유업체의 ESCO 사업 참여를 유도하는 방안을 차선책으로 고려할 수 있는 것으로 판단된다.

Development of a Self-Diagnostic Measurement Index for ISO 26000 Social Responsibility

  • On November 1, 2010, the release of ISO 26000 was announced. ISO 26000 does not require 3rd party verification. But even though it is a standard that is voluntarily adopted, because the international standard for social responsibility can be applied as a trade barrier or business condition between countries, it cannot be ignored. So it is clear that we need to be alerted and prepared for this. This paper offers to help with such needs through organizations by developing an index that organizations can use to understand their current situation and diagnose themselves. This paper conducts a comparative analysis between the 7 core subjects and issues of ISO 26000, the existing indexes used by national institutions and the guideline for sustainable management report, the GRI, with the goal of developing a self-diagnostic index that organizations can utilize in order to diagnose their level of social responsibility. It is divided into the 7 core subjects with 181 measurement issues. There are 7 quantitative issues and 164 qualitative issues. The core subjects, excluding governance, are each alloted 14 points, while governance is alloted with 16 points, for a total score of 100 points. This paper is significant in that it is the first index to make self-diagnostic possible.

Inhomogeneous Growth of PtSi Studied by Spatially Resolved Photoelectron Spectroscopy

  • Noble metal silicides are widely used in silicon based microelectronic and optoelectronic devices. Among them, as compared to other silicides, structural and electronic properties of platinum silicide (PtSi) are found to be less sensitive to change in its dimensions. PtSi is known to overcome the junction spiking problems of Al-Si contacts. Present study is regarding the spatial evolution of platinum silicide in Pt/SiOx/Si. Scanning photoelectron emission microscopy (SPEM) was used for this purpose. SPEM images were obtained for pristine samples and after an annealing at $500^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr. Core-level spectra were recorded at different points in SPEM images contrasted by the intensity of Pt 4f7/2. Both Pt 4f and Si 2p spectra reveal the formation of PtSi after annealing. However, in contrast to earlier reports, PtSi formation is found to be non-uniform confirmed by the SPEM images and from the core level spectra taken at different intensity points.

  • To implement total quality management(TQM), firms and institutions have strategically used quality awards models. In this paper we analyzed the national quality awards of G-20 members such as United States, Europe, Japan, Canada, Australia and Korea. There are three main points to analysis; First, "which type of model is good for Korea?", even though Korea already has adopted MBNQA model. Second, "Are the core values really different from each models?". And third, "Is there any difference in the criteria structure and value points system?" This study aims to design a National Quality Award which is good for the Korean companies and organizations. After analyzing the current quality awards models, we propose some suggestion about core value setting Korean-specific criteria development and value points system change.

간호학생의 재해관련 경험, 재해간호에 대한 인식 및 재해간호 핵심수행능력 (Disaster Experience, Perception and Core Competencies on Disaster Nursing of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호학생의 재해관련 경험, 재해간호에 대한 인식과 재해간호 핵심 수행능력 정도를 파악함으로써 재해간호 교육과정의 개발 및 발전에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 상관관계연구이다. 연구결과, 전체대상자 중 20.3%가 재해를 직접 경험하거나 목격한 경험이 있고, 75.6%의 대상자가 재해관련 교육 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 재해간호 인식 정도는 25점 만점에 평균 18.16점이었고, 핵심 수행 능력은 75점 만점에 평균 41.56점으로 나타났다. 재해간호 인식 정도는 핵심 수행 능력과 양의 상관관계를 보이며 통계적으로 유의하였다(r=.155, p<.05). 이상의 결과를 토대로 볼 때, 재해현장에서 요구되는 핵심 수행능력을 반영한 교육내용의 표준화와 재해간호 영역에서 간호학생을 대상으로 한 연구의 활성화가 필요하다.

치위생학교육평가·인증체계 정립을 위한 학습성과기반 치위생 핵심역량에 관한 조사 (A study on core competence of dental hygiene based on learning outcomes for establishing dental hygiene education evaluation and certification system)

  • 치위생학교육평가·인증체계 정립을 위한 학습성과기반 치위생 핵심역량을 파악하고자 치위생(학)과 전임교수 207명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 핵심역량별 세부영역에서 전문가적 행동 및 윤리적 의사결정 능력(1영역)과 과학적이고 전문적인 임상치위생과 임상치과업무의 지식과 기술을 적용할 수 있는 능력(2영역)의 전체 점수가 가장 높게 나타났고, 의사소통 능력 정도(3영역)는 4.48점, 근거중심의 통합적 사고와 문제해결 능력 정도(5영역)는 4.35점으로 나타났다. 핵심역량 세부영역들은 강한 상관관계가 있는 것을 확인하여 보건의료서비스 직종간의 핵심역량 파악과 임상 실무현장에 근무하고 있는 치과위생사들의 핵심역량에 대한 질적 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

응급실 간호사의 법의간호학적 역할의 인지와 수행정도 (The Awareness and Performance of the Forensic Nursing Role in Emergency Departments)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to measure the awareness and performance of the forensic nursing role among the emergency department (ED) nurses to emphasize the presence of forensic nurses in ED and suggest encouraging essential forensic nursing education. Methods: A quantitative descriptive survey using a questionnaire was carried out to the nurses, who had a minimum of 6 months experience in the ED. This study was conducted at 7 hospitals in the Republic of Korea. Results: A total of 124 nurses were enrolled. As to the Awareness of the forensic nursing role, all the core data obtained an average of 3.39 points out of 4 points, and the documentation category was the highest score of 3.57. For the performance of the forensic nursing role, all the core data obtained an average of 2.50 points out of 4 points, and a documentation category acquired the highest score of 2.91. There is a significant correlation of (r=.452, p<.001) the awareness and performance of the forensic nursing role. Conclusion: Currently, the awareness regarding the forensic nursing role is low level. Therefore, the performance of forensic nursing role has also become low level. Consequently, forensic nursing education is essential for ED nurses to preserve evidence accurately.

수준관리체계를 통한 핵심 직무역량 향상 방안 - 보안검색요원 판독등급제 중심으로 - (A Plan to Improve Core Job Skills through the Level Management System : Focusing on the X-ray Screening Rating System)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a x-ray screening rating system to improve X-ray screening ability, which is a core job competency of security screener at Incheon International Airport, and to verify its effectiveness through empirical analysis to suggest ways to improve the level management system. Methods: In this study, the effectiveness of the research model was analyzed using T-test tests for effect analysis based on the empirical analysis results derived through the competency evaluation model, the screening rating system. Results: The results of this study are as follows. The average score for regular education before the implementation of the x-ray screening rating system was 94.1 points, but after the implementation of the x-ray screening rating system, the average score for regular education was 95.5 points, an average of 1.4 points increased. In addition, the proportion of those with 95 or more points classified as high scorers also increased significantly from 51.1% to 69.3%. Conclusion: The X-ray screening rating system of security inspectors will systematically manage the level of screening ability, which is a key job competency, and play a strong role in improving competency, while preventing security accidents through early identification and intensive training of level-lowers.

  • In this study, methodologies for checking the interference between in-core instrumentation (ICI) guide tubes for routing of ICI guide tubes in the reactor coolant system of typical Pressurized Water Reactor under cold and normal operation (NOP) conditions are presented. The closest points of ICI guide tubes under cold condition are calculated by using minimize technique and are used as data for NOP analysis. Movements of ICI guide tubes under NOP condition are performed by the commercial computer code, SUPERPIPE.

방향척도을 이용한 지문영상 분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on the fingerprint images classification based on the changes of direction fields of fingerprint images)

  • 지문영상 분류는 특징을 이용하여 여러 가지 유형의 지문영상으로 분류하는 것으로, 지문영상 자동인식시스팀에서 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는, 지문영상의 한 점에서의 방향척도를 제안하였다. 이 방향척도는 지문영상의 방향장 영상에서 융선 방향의 변화경로를 상술하는 것으로 지문영상의 각각의 점에 대하여 제안된 방향척도를 계산한다. 제안한 알고리즘을 이용하여 지문영상을 특징점(핵심점과 삼각점)을 정의한 후 유형별로 분류하였다. 또한 개선된 Poincare 지수 알고리즘도 제안하여 핵심점과 삼각점을 구분하였다. 102개의 지문영상 실험 데이터에 대한 분류에러는 7.8%로서 문헌[9]의 분류오차 12.4%보다 좋은 실험결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 제안한 방법은 온라인 지문영상 분류에도 사용가능 할 것으로 생각한다.
