미디어역량 모델개발을 위한 기초 연구 (Basic Study for Developing Media Competency Model)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 생애 전 영역에서 활용가능한 문화역량모델 개발을 논의하고 학교교육, 평생교육, 기업교육 분야에서 적용할 수 있는 미디어 분야의 문화역량모델을 개발하는데 있었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌고찰 및 미디어 분야의 고성과자를 대상으로 한 패널 워크숍, 전문가 검증 등을 실시하여 문화역량을 구명하고, 이를 바탕으로 미디어 분야의 문화역량모델을 개발하였다. 그 결과 미디어 분야에서 달성해야할 핵심성과를 도출하였는데, 이는 업무의 효율성 증대, 창의적 기획 가능, 미디어 환경 변화, 사회문화에 대한 이해 및 참여 증대, 관계능력 향상, 자기성찰의 기회 증대, 자기만족과 같다. 이러한 핵심성과를 달성하는데 요구되는 문화역량은 62개가 구명되었으며, 각 역량에 대한 역량정의와 행동지표를 도출하여 최종적인 미디어 분야의 문화역량모델을 제시하였다.

후임구급대원을 위한 구급현장 프리셉터의 핵심역량에 대한 연구 (A study on preceptor's core competencies for junior 119 paramedics in prehospital field)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate basic data on preceptor's core competencies required for junior 119 paramedics to improve the quality of emergency care in the prehospital field. Methods: From February 23 to March 10, 2021, data were collected through structured mobile questionnaires from 163 paramedics working in Sejong, Daejeon, and Chung Nam fire stations. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. Results: The average score of core competencies for junior 119 paramedics accounted for the importance of core competency (3.92 points), level of competence (3.43 points), educational needs (3.65 points). Among them, the importance of a role model accounted for 4.02 points, the highest among the sub-areas. Additionally, there was a significant correlation (r=.686), which was the highest, between the importance and educational needs of core competency; therefore, higher the importance of core competency, higher are the educational needs. Conclusion: Preceptor's core competencies concern three domains: role model, socialization facilitation, and instructional design. It would be more effective for those with higher professionalism and professional self-development needs to be trained as a prehospital preceptor.

패션디자이너 역량모델링 구축 (Fashion Designer Competency Modeling)

  • This study started with the need for transition to competency-based education as well as the witness of fast changes in fashion industry's job environment. The goals of this study were (1) to explore fashion designers' competencies that are necessary for a successful careers in global fashion industry, and (2) to establish fashion designer competency model. In-depth individual interviews were conducted with 15 participants who have charged for design department and moreover have shown high performance in national, licence or designer brands in Korea fashion industry. Grounded theory was adopted to analyze data. As a result of analysis, the 4 core competencies emerged: problem-solving, research, inter-personal, and self-development. Each core competency has sub-competencies. Creativity, commerciality, control, decision making were sub-competencies for the problem-solving competency. Information management, innovation understanding & application, trend analysis & forecasting were sub-competencies for the research competency. Consumer, inside company, and outside company relationships were sub-competencies for the inter-personal competency. Self-awareness, self-management, expertise were sub-competencies for the self-development competency. In order to acquire these competencies, knowledge (academic, practical, multi-discipline), skills (sense, analysis, synthesis, communication), and attitude (interest, enjoyment, perseverance, personality) were essential. Based on these findings, implications for university fashion design education and further research areas were suggested.

Strategic Model Design based on Core Competencies for Innovation in Engineering Education

  • As the direction of education in the fourth industry in the 21st century, convergence talent education that emphasizes the connection and convergence between core competency-based education and academia is emerging to foster creative talent. The purpose of this paper is to present the criteria for evaluating the competency of learning outcomes in order to develop a strategic model for innovation in engineering teaching-learning. In this paper, as a study to establish the direction of implementation of convergence talent education, a creative innovation teaching method support system was established to improve the quality of convergence talent education. Firstly, a plan to develop a teaching-learning model based on computing thinking. Secondly, it presented the development of a teaching-learning model based on linkage and convergence learning. Thirdly, we would like to present educational appropriateness and ease based on convergence learning in connection with curriculum improvement strategies based on computing thinking skills. Finally, we would like to present a strategic model development plan for innovation in engineering teaching-learning that applies the convergence talent education program.

퍼지 ID3를 이용한 CEO핵심역량의 패턴분석 (Pattern Analysis of Core Competency of CEO Using Fuzzy ID3)

  • 중소기업에서도 시스템적으로 기업을 운영하는 곳도 있지만 대부분의 중소기업에서는 CEO 개인의 역량과 수준에 따라 기업의 경영패턴이 달라진다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 중소기업의 CEO의 역량과 수준에 대한 연구는 매우 의미있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 중소제조업체의 CEO를 대상으로 설문을 통하여 중소기업 CEO의 핵심역량을 발굴하고 중소기업 CEO의 핵심역량을 평가할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였다. 또한 중소기업 CEO의 핵심역량과 수준에 대한 전문가 평가를 통하여 구한 데이터를 ID3와 퍼지ID3를 이용하여 패턴분석을 하였으며, 그 결과로 생성되는 if-then 퍼지룰과 의사결정트리가 중소기업의 CEO 핵심역량 평가에 유용하다는 것을 보였다.

  • 생물학적으로 동기가 되는 신경망 모델에 기반한 TAM 네트워크는 특별히 패턴분석에 효과적인 모델이다. TAM 네트워크는 입력층, 카테고리층, 출력층으로 구성되어 있다. 입력 및 출력 데이터에 대한 퍼지룰은 TAM 네트워크에서 얻어진다. 각 층에서 링크와 노드를 감소하기 위한 3가지의 프루닝룰을 사용하는 TAM 네트워크를 퍼지 TAM 네트워크라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 퍼지 TAM 네트워크를 건설협력업체의 핵심역량모델의 패턴분석에 적용하고 그 유용성을 보인다.

외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점주의 필요 역량 분석: The Locus for Focus 모형 중심으로 (Analysis of Required Competency for Foodservice Franchise Owner : The Locus for Focus Model)

  • Purpose : This study can provide various implications for the franchisors to expand activities related to franchise support or to develop andoperate an education program for foodservice franchise owners. Research design, data, and methodology : For those purpose, first, the literatureand literature related to the competency of domestic franchise owner were collected and reviewed through the Korea Education and Research Information Service (RISS). Second, the questionnaire was prepared based on the theoretical basis prepared through previous studies. Based onthe foodservice franchise owner's competency model presented by Kim & Lee (2019b), 13 franchise owner's competencies were marked with both 'What is' levels and 'What should be' levels. Therefore, the total questionnaire consists of 26 questions. Third, questionnaires were distributed and collected. This study used data from 55 surveys which were gathered from foodservice franchise owners in Seongnam-si. SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the collected survey data. Descriptive and frequency analysis were conducted to analyze the demographic characteristics of the study subjects. Next, we conduct a t-test to analyze the difference between the level of 'What is' competencies by the franchise owners and the level of 'What should be' competencies. Descriptive statistics were used to derive the priorities of the 'What should be' competencies. The Locus for Focus model was used to derive the priorities of the required competencies. Result : Four competencies of team leadership, teamwork and cooperation, customer service, technical·professional·managerial expertise were found to be the first to be developed. Conclusions : The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, teamwork and cooperation competnecy, and team leadership competency, which are derived from the core competencies of foodservice franchise owners, are among the leadership competencies required as managers of organizations. Second, customer service competency and ttechnical·professional·managerial expertise competency derived from the core competencies of restaurant franchise owners belong to the job competencies. Third, the results of this study suggest that the foodservice franchisors will be able that will serve as a baseline to support the foodservice franchisors and franchise owners for sustainable mutual growth by encouraging their will and encouraging them to create results.

Appreciative Inquiry를 이용한 디자인 리더십 핵심역량 모델 (A Core Competency Model for Design Leadership Through Appreciative Inquiry)

  • The purposes of this study are first to identify the core competences of design leadership and second to propose the characteristic and effective leadership capabilities required in the design field. To propose the capabilities of reliable and meaningful core competency of design leadership, we identified core competencies through a group of experts from the top group of design leaders (Design executives, head of the design institute) rather than using a survey study based on unspecified designers. In addition, the unique interview method, AI (Appreciated Inquiry) was also used to share the actual experiences and philosophies of the interviewers, regardless of the core competencies. This study revealed that the core competences of design leadership were different from those of conventional general leadership and MOT (Management of Technology) leadership capabilities. Besides, it provided opportunities for leaders in other fields to understand and collaborate on characteristics of the design field, while demonstrating the necessity and justification of unique leadership traits in the field of design.

간호대학생의 자기주도학습 준비도, 교수-학생 상호작용, 학업성취도가 핵심역량, 학습동기와 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self-Directed Learning Readiness, Teacher-Student Interaction, and Academic Achievement on Core Competency, Learner Motivation, and Learner Satisfaction in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 핵심역량, 학습동기, 학습만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하여 다양한 학습법을 적용할 때 대상자의 핵심역량, 학습동기, 학습만족도를 높이기 위한 근거를 제시함으로써 보다 효과적인 교수학습법을 개발하고자 함이다. 본 연구의 설계는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 S시에 위치한 E대학교 간호대학생 2, 3학년을 대상으로 하였으며, 총 134명의 자료가 최종 분석에 포함되었다. 본 연구의 결과 간호대학생의 핵심역량은 2학년보다는 3학년에서 높았고, 간호대학생의 핵심역량, 학습동기와 학습만족도 모두 자기주도학습 준비도와 교수-학생 상호작용이 평균이상인 학생이 평균미만인 학생보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자기주도학습 준비도, 교수-학생 상호작용, 학업성취도 3개의 변수로 구축된 핵심역량에 대한 회귀모형의 설명력은 45.1%이었고, 자기주도학습 준비도, 교수-학생 상호작용, 학업성취도, 학습만족도 4개의 변수로 구축된 학습동기에 대한 회귀모형의 설명력은 47.5%이었으며, 교수-학생 상호작용, 학습동기 2개의 변수로 구축된 학습만족도 모형의 설명력은 43.4%이었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과 핵심역량과 학습동기를 높이기 위해서는 자기 주도학습 준비도와 함께 교수-학생 상호작용을 증진시키는 것이 필요하며, 학습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 학습동기를 고취시키고 교수-학생 상호작용이 효율적으로 일어날 수 있도록 하는 중재가 필요하겠다.

핵심역량과 과학과 교과역량에 대한 초등 교사의 인식 분석 (Analysis of Awareness of Teachers for Core Competencies and Scientific Core Competencies)

  • The purpose of this study was getting the information for successful application to the national curriculum and students' core competencies enhancement, through investigation about competencies discussed in 2015 revised national curriculum development process and analysis about perception of 150 elementary school teachers in study. The results were as follows : Communication skill is considered to be the most important. Thinking ability what has been important traditionally is the middle of the rankings. Elementary school teachers think that a competency is specific to a subject. From this point of view, Creative/Scientific Problem-Solving Ability is the most important in science. They think that the enhancing of the ability of inquiry performance is highlighted in current science class. On elementary school teachers' awareness, inquiry model is the most effective in enhancing of scientific thinking and the ability of inquiry performance. And STS instruction model is in the other. PBL learning model and experimental inquiry model is the most effective in enhancing a competency has the highest feasibility like scientific thinking or the ability of inquiry performance.
