콘크리트벽 천공용 코어드릴의 제어기에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Controller of Core-Drill for Concrete-Wall)

  • We use electric drill for cutting wood. In electric drills, there is the core-drill that bores concrete-wall. The core-drill is used in construction or remodeling areas. Therefore we require safety in working with the core-drill. In this paper, new controller of core-drill for concrete-wall is proposed. Experimental results show the validity of the proposed controller.

  • This study has been done to investigate the characteristics of the wall materials of a earthen house ; the core-wall of wood-frame house and the mud-wall of a all wall house. A series of tests was carried out to study the physical and mechanical properties of wall materials which were picked from existing earthen houses. The core-wall materials were composited sandy soil or clayey soil with low plasticity. The mud-wall materials were sandy soil with well compaction effect. It was confirmed that the wall materials were not always using the loess(called Hwang'o) but using the common soils which wee easily picked from the residential quarter.

튜브-전단벽 구조의 무차원 구조변수에 따른 전단지연 현상 (Shear Lag Phenomenon of Tube Structure with Core Wall in Relation to Nondimensional Structural Parameters)

  • The tube structures act like cantilevered box beams and effectively resist lateral loads. In result, they are adopted as a high-rise buildings system. However, the shear lag in tube system prevents the idealized tube behavior such as a cantilevered box beam. Therefore, the studies on shear lag phenomena are necessarily requested. The presented papers are almost studied on framed tube structures and tube in tube structures. However, the study on the shear lag in the tube structure with core wall is lack. Thus, in this paper, the shear lag of the structure is studied. The shear lag coefficient is defined to investigate shear lag phenomena. However, existing shear lag coefficients are not adequate for understanding them. Therefore, on this study, new shear lag coefficient is suggested. In addition, the shear lag in the tube structure with core wall is analyzed by changing the five structural parameters of stiffness factor in frame, stiffness factor in wall, stiffness ratio, the number of stories and the number of bays.

실존 콘크리트 구조체의 코어 강도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strength of Concrete Core in Existing Structures)

  • This study concerns the strength of concrete cores drilled from existing structures. The test factors are core size, drilled position of core, concrete age and concrete strength. The test results are as follows; (1) Under the filled condition of curing, concrete strength for three years are larger than that of 28 days by $15\~20\%$ (2) According to the core size effect from diameter of 75mm to 150mm , the variation of core strength are by $8\~18\%$ (3) According to the wall height of 1m, the strength of lower point of wall is than larger that of the upper point by $5\~20\%$. (4) In Accessing the core strength of concrete as a basis, the effect of core size and drilling position should be considered.

  • 전단벽-골조 구조시스템의 구조적인 거동은 휨거동하는 전단벽과 전단거동하는 골조의 상호작용에 의하여 결정된다. 이러한 전단벽-골조 구조물의 거동특성을 효과적으로 고려하기 위하여 선행 연구에서는 2차원 T형 강체를 사용한 단순 해석모델을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 이를 바탕으로 편심코어를 가진 전단벽-골조 구조물에 대한 효율적인 해석모델을 제안한다. 2차원 등가모델을 3차원으로 확장하여 비틀림 거동을 고려할 수 있도록 하였고, 그 결과 제안하는 등가모델이 편심코어를 가지는 전단벽-골조 구조물에도 적용가능 하도록 하였다.

필댐 제체심벽(堤體心壁)의 단면변화(斷面變化)에 대한 침투류해석(浸透流解析)에 관한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究) (Experiment on Seepage in Varied Section of Core Wall for Fill Dam Design)

  • 본(本) 논문(論文)은 필댐에 있어서 최적심벽(最適心壁) 설계(設計)의 기준(基準)이 될 수 있도록 21개(個)의 심벽모형별(心壁模型別) 침투류(浸透流) 해석(解析)에 대한 실험(實驗)을 실시(實施)하여 경사면(傾斜面)의 기울기 변화(變化)로 침투류량(浸透流量)의 증감율(增減率)에 대해서 규명하였고, 특히 경사심벽(傾斜心壁)에서의 적정(適定) 설계경사(設計傾斜)를 찾아 보았다. 그리고 현재(現在)까지 발표(發表)된 근사이론식(近似理論式)에 실험치(實驗値)를 대입(代入)하여 이론침투류량(理論浸透流量)을 구(求)하고 실험치(實驗値)와 비교연구(比較硏究)하였으며, 검토결과(檢討結果) 실험치(實驗値)에 가장 가까운 이론공식(理論公式)도 찾았다. 또한 상류(上流)로 기울어진 경사심벽(傾斜心壁)에서의 침윤선형(浸潤線形)과 유출점(流出點)에 대해서도 고찰(考察)하고 현재(現在)까지 발표(發表)된 이론식(理論式)의 적합유무(適合有無)도 검토(檢討)하였다. 이상(以上)을 연구(硏究)하여 필댐의 심벽설계시(心壁設計時) 최적단면결정(最適斷面決定)을 위한 보다많은 자료(資料)를 제시(提示)하고자 하였다.

State of Practice of Performance-Based Seismic Design in Indonesia

  • The current 2002 Indonesian Seismic Code consists of prescriptive criteria that are intended to result in buildings capable of providing certain levels of performance. However, the actual performance capability of buildings is not assessed as part of the code procedures. Several analysis procedures are allowed, and the state of practice is to use the RSA with six-zone seismic map developed for 475-year earthquake. This code is being revised and will adopt many of the ASCE7-10 provisions and 2475-year earthquake for MCE. The growth of tall buildings compels engineers to look for more optimal lateral system. The use of RC core wall as single system has been adopted by very few engineering firms, which is allowed in the current code but will no longer be the case if the new one is in effect. Other innovative structural system such as core wall and outrigger is not addressed in the proposed new code. Engineers must then resort to NLRHA. Currently, one 50-story building under construction using RC core wall and outrigger has been designed with RSA and employing capacity design principles, then evaluated using NLRHA per TBI Guidelines. Based on the evaluation, the performance of the 50-story building generally still meets the criteria of the TBI Guidelines. The result of the case study is presented in this paper.

Large deformation performance of the anti-seepage system connection part in earth core dam built on thick overburden

  • Dams are inevitably planned to be built on thick overburden with high permeability and deformability. The connection part between concrete cut-off wall in overburden and earth core in dam body is not only a key part of the anti-seepage system, but also a weak position. Large uneven settlement will be aroused at the concoction part. However, the interaction behavior and the scope of the connection part cannot be determined effectively. In this paper, numerical analysis of a high earth core dam built on thick overburden was carried out with large deformation FE method. The mechanical behavior of the connection part was detail studied. It can be drawn that there is little differences in dam integral deformation for different analysis method, but big differences were found at the connection part. The large deformation analysis method can reasonably describe the process that concrete wall penetrates into soil. The high plasticity clay has stronger ability to adapt to large uneven deformation which can reduce stress level, and stress state of concrete wall is also improved. The scope of high plasticity clay zone in the connection part can be determined according to stress level of soils and penetration depth of concrete wall.

경사심벽에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Seapage Action of the Inclined Core Wall)

  • This thesis a result of theoretical and experimental studies on the shape of seepage line and seepage quantities in various inclined core walls. The value of this determination was examined and compared with the values of calculation acquaired to be based on Fukutas, Jin's and author's approximate equation of the theory. Thus the writer of this paper confirms that the seepage quantity can be decreased by changing the types of the inclined core wall and it's change of the slope.

  • 초고층 건축은 인구의 도시집중과 제한된 긴축부지의 효율적 이용이란 측면에서 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 사회적, 경제적 요구에 의하여 $50\~60층$ 이상의 주상복합 건물의 건축이 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 이에 수반되는 최첨단 공학기술을 수용할 수 있는 설계, 구조, 재료, 경제적 시공기술 등이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 코어월 선행 공법은 초고층 건물공사에서 공기단축을 통한 비용 절감을 위해 선호되는 공법들 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서 수행한 사레조사에 따르면, 코어월 선행공법을 위한 시스템 폼 선정 프로세스는 공기와 비용 중심이었고 시공성은 상대적으로 간과되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이로 인하여 계획단계에서 예측하지 못한 문제점들이 시공과정에서 나타나고, 그 결과 공기지연이나 비용상승 등의 문제점이 발생하고 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시스템 폼 선정과정에서 시공성 향상을 위해 코어월 선행 공법의 영향 요소에 대해 연구하였다.
