CJ CGV의 VRIO 모델을 통한 핵심역량분석 (An Analysis on the Core Competence Through the VRIO Model of CJ CGV)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 CJ CGV, 롯데시네마, 메가박스의 멀티플렉스 영화산업에 관한 사례를 비교분석하여 경영전략관점에서 CJ CGV만의 혁신적인 핵심역량이 무엇인지 연구하는 데 있다. 이를 통해, 컬쳐플렉스의 확대과정을 바탕으로 주요 성공요소가 무엇인지 도출하고자 핵심역량 전략인 VRIO(Value, Rareness, Inimitability, Organization)모델 분석하였다. 분석결과, CJ CGV의 차별화된 가치로는 영화관의 문화놀이터인 컬쳐플렉스이고, 희소성에서는 영화관의 기술적 혁신을 통한 종합생활문화공간으로의 변신이며, 모방불가능성에는 사회공헌으로써 CGV의 사회적 브랜드파워 확립하였으며, 조직화하는데 전 세계의 CGV 글러벌화 등이 CJ CGV의 핵심역량으로 나왔음을 알 수 있다. 기존 영화관의 활용도를 넓혀 파격적이고 혁신적인 개발에 앞장서 CJ CGV는 문화 체험영화관의 브랜드 가치를 높이고 고객의 만족도를 높이는데 기여하고 있다. CJ CGV는 끊임없는 경쟁 지배력을 높여 CGV만의 핵심역량 기업 가치를 상승시키고 있는 것이다.

캐드캠 세라믹의 코어와 베니어의 서로 다른 두께가 반투명도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of translucency on CAD/CAM ceramic according to different core/veneer thickness)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluation the effect of translucency on CAD/CAM ceramic according to different core/veneer thicknesses. Methods: A total of 42 samples from 2 groups of 7 ceramic cores, each with 3 thickness values (0.8, 1.0, 1.2 mm) were manufactured. The veneers were also manufactured in 3 thicknesses (0.3, 0.5, 0.7 mm). The group names were based on the name of the ceramic core (IPS e.Max CAD; LD, and IPS Empress CAD; LR). The associated number was determined by the combined thickness of the core and veneer: 1 = (0.8 + 0.7); 2 = (1.0 + 0.5); 3 = (1.2 + 0.3). The translucency was measured using a spectrophotometer and defined via the contrast ratio (CR) and translucency parameter (TP). Two-way ANOVA was performed to compare the 2 groups (material and thickness). Results: As the core thickness increased, the TP value also increased, and the CR value (for LR group) decreased. The results of 2-way ANOVA demonstrated that the thicknesses of different core/veneer combinations significantly affected the translucency (p<0.05). Conclusions: The different core and veneer thicknesses affected the translucency of CAD/CAM ceramic.

특이치 분해를 위한 최적의 2차원 멀티코어 시스템 탐색 (Exploration of an Optimal Two-Dimensional Multi-Core System for Singular Value Decomposition)

  • 특이치 분해는 다양한 분야의 데이터 집단에서 고유한 특성을 찾는 특징 추출 분야에 많이 활용되고 있다. 하지만 특이치 분해의 복잡 행렬 연산은 많은 연산 시간을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 특이치 분해의 대표적인 알고리즘인 one-sided block Jacobi를 고속 처리하기 위해 2차원 멀티코어 시스템을 이용하여 효율적으로 병렬 구현하고 성능을 향상시킨다. 또한, one-sided block Jacobi 알고리즘의 다양한 행렬 ($128{\times}128$, $64{\times}64$, $32{\times}32$, $16{\times}16$)을 서로 다른 2차원 PE 구조에 구현하고 성능 및 에너지를 분석함으로써 각 행렬에 대한 최적의 멀티코어 구조를 탐색한다. 더불어 동일한 행렬의 one-sided block Jacobi 알고리즘에 대해 선택된 멀티코어 구조와 상용 고성능 그래픽스 프로세싱 유닛 (GPU)과의 성능 비교를 통해 제안한 2차원 멀티코어 방법의 잠재 가능성을 확인한다.

지르코니아 코어의 두께에 따른 변색치와 메탈 포스트의 색조차단 효과 (Effect of Zirconia Core Thickness on the Tone Blocking of Discolored Tooth and Metal Post)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between zirconia core thickness and color tone blocking of discolored tooth and metal post. Methods: For this study, we made 20-porcelain sample and 4-metal sample( liechtenstein IPS e.max) bonded to zirconia core of different thickness with cement(Relyx ARC-3M USA)for produce discolored. We measured the color-spectral characteristics, using Shadepilot equipment(Degudent USA).We measured it with Shadepilot equipment set by automated average mode in 3 times And applied the average value obtained from 2 times of measurement in the middle of each sample. Results: As a result of analysing color-spectral characteristics on zirconia core sample, Depending on the thickness of zirconia core, the value of brightness(${\Delta}L*$:color-spectral characteristic) was increased within limited range, value of ${\Delta}a*$, ${\Delta}b*$ was decrease. Conclusion: Consequently, we obtained the following results: Changes of sample color were observed depending on the thickness of zirconia, but the range of change did not exceed the scope range of shade guide. The case of metal posts, shade guide color D2 were observed in 0.5mm of zirconia core thickness. As a result, in case of porcelain, increasing the zirconia thickness of 0.3mm or more is unnecessary for color blocking effect, in case of metal post, considering the discolored tooth, thickness of zirconia with at least 0.5mm or more is recommended.

The Effect of Creation of Shared Value Activities of Professional Volleyball Team on the Team Trust and the Community Identification

  • This research aims to provide empirical basic data for the development of local communities through the establishment of efficient strategies for the formation of positive relations between the club and the region through the Creation of Shared Value (CSV) activities. We come up with the results of this study to show that CSV, social problem orientation, and core competency utilization affect the team trust of local community, and that CSV, long-term orientation, social problem orientation and core competency utilization affect community identification. The research should enhance the value of professional sports teams that promote their own path to self-sustaining as a single independent business area, and identify their trust through CSV activities for co-prosperity with their local communities, and thus their relationship with the community. Therefore, various strategies and efforts will ultimately increase the team trust and community identity of local residents in professional volleyball teams, while at the same time gaining positive effects on professional volleyball teams.

A Study on 7-Eleven's Core Competencies: Focusing on the VRIO Model

  • In this study, the core competencies of 7-Eleven, Japan's representative convenience store, were derived through a qualitative analysis method using VRIO (value, rarity, Imitability, and organization) framework, a management strategy model based on Resource-Based View (RBV). As a result of VRIO analysis, the value can be based on the scale that 7-Eleven ranks first in the Japanese convenience store industry in terms of the number of stores and market share that it has developed based on capital. The rarity is based on the fact that raw material procurement, the main activity of a company, is establishing the nation's largest distribution channel in the entire process, from producers to logisticians and franchisees. The difficulty for Imitability is based on a dominant strategy and has secured a competitive advantage by opening stores in a specific area, improving awareness, and raising barriers to entry. As the largest company in the convenience store industry, it is confirmed that 7-Eleven is the result of organizational power that has built stores not only in Korea but also in 16 countries around the world.

철원지역 두루미 취식지의 핵심지역 설정을 위한 MCP, 커널밀도측정법(KDE)과 국지근린지점외곽연결(LoCoH) 분석 (MCP, Kernel Density Estimation and LoCoH Analysis for the Core Area Zoning of the Red-crowned Crane's Feeding Habitat in Cheorwon, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 두루미(Grus japonensis)의 이용분포 내에서 행동권 분석의 기법인 MCP(최소볼록다각형법), KDE(커널밀도측정법), LoCoH(국지근린지점외곽연결)를 이용하여 이용면적과 핵심서식지를 선정하였다. 또한, 각 기법의 차이와 의미를 고찰하도록 하였다. 두루미의 분포자료는 철원지역 2012년 2월 17일 조사자료를 사용하였다. MCP에 의한 두루미류 서식영역은 $140km^2$이었다. KDE 분석에서 띠폭에 해당하는 h값을 1000m, CVh, LSCVh로 달리하여 KDE 등치선을 생성하였을 때, 핵심지역에 해당하는(Kernel 50% 이상) 면적은 $33.3km^2$($KDE_{1000m}$), $25.7km^2$($KDE_{CVh}$), $19.7km^2$($KDE_{LSCVh}$)이었다. 결과적으로 띠폭에 대한 기본값(1000m)-CVh(554.6m)-LSCVh(329.9m) 순으로 변수를 작게 입력할 경우 핵심면적 개수는 늘어나고, 면적은 감소하였으며, 형태의 복잡성은 증가하였다. 두루미류의 KDE 분석에 의한 핵심지역의 선정에서 적합한 띠폭변수는 CVh 값인 것으로 판단되었다. LoCoH분석에서는 서식범위와 핵심지역(50% 등치선 이상의 지역)의 면적이 k값의 증가에 따라 증가하는 모습을 보였으며, 점차 큰 핵심지역으로 합쳐지는 모습을 나타내었다. 핵심지역을 도출하기에 적합한 k 값은 24로 나타났으며, 전체 개체군의 핵심지역은 $18.2km^2$로 전체 서식면적의 16.5%를 차지하였다. 최종적으로, LoCoH 분석은 두 개의 큰 핵심서식지를 제시하였으며, 이것은 KDE에 의한 핵심지역에 비하여 작은 수의 핵심지역을 제시한 것이었다. 국내의 게재논문 및 발표자료를 포함한 연구에서 KDE는 대부분 기본설정으로 분석되었으며, 띠폭에 의한 변수를 고려한 것은 매우 드물었다. 따라서 띠폭변수를 명확히 제시하는 것이 요구되었다.

Rapidly Solidified Fe-6.5wt% Si Alloy Powders for High Frequency Use

  • Fe-(3∼6.5wt%) Si alloy powders having a high magnetic induction(Bs) and a low core loss value for high frequency use were obtained by an extractive melt spinning as well as a centrifugal atomization technique. Sintered core rings made by the rapidly solidified Fe-6.5wt% Si powders exhibited the high frequency magnetic properties : megnetic induction(B8) of 1.23 T, coercivity(Hc) of 0.12 Oe, relative permeability(${\mu}$a) of 6321, and core loss(W10/50) of 1.27 W/kg from the rings of 1.1 mm thick. The magnetic induction values were found to be almost identical to those of non-oriented Fe-6.5wt% Si steel sheet and double the value of 6.5wt% Si sheet prepared by the CVD technique. The high frequency core losses(W) up to 10 kHz(W10/10k) were measured to be competitive to those of grain-oriented Fe-6.5wt% Si steel sheet.

  • This paper deals with the analysis of the optimum value of honeycomb core considering variable design parameter. As thickness and height of core rises in design parameter, natural frequency of laminated composite plate increases. The angle-phy has the maximum value when the plate of honeycomb core join to opposite direction. This paper shows that the natural frequency of CFRP was higher than that of GFRP and mode shapes were various at angle-ply.

Development of pH-Responsive Core-Shell Microcapsule Reactor

  • A novel type of intelligent microcapsule reactor system was prepared. The reactor can recognize pH change in the medea and control reaction rate by itself. For the reactor system, acrylic acid (AA), N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM), and glucose oxidase (GOD) were selected as a pH-responsive device, a gating device according and a reaction device, respectively. Poly(NIPAM-co-AA) (P-NIPAM-co-AA) are known to change its hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity due to pH change. They were integrated in a core-shell microcapsule space. GOD was loaded inside the core space and the pores in the outside shell layer were filled with P-NIPAM-co-AA linear grafted chains as pH-responsive gates by plasma graft filling polymerization method. When P-NIPAM-co-AA gates are hydrophilic at high pH value, this microcapsule permits glucose penetration into the core space and GOD reaction proceeds. However, when P-NIPAM-co-AA gates are hydrophobic at low pH value, this microcapsule forbids glucose penetration and GOD reaction will not occur. The accuracy of this concept was examined.
