We developed the stamper structured mold with moving core type with nano pattern. Among the factors affecting the quality of injection molding plastic parts, We studied the effects of moving core surface heating method on the transcription of injection molding plastic parts with nano structures. Moving core surface heating has been tested by three different methods. The first was conventional injection molding process without heating moving core surface, the second was halogen lamp radiation heating process and the last was MmSH process using gas flame. As a result of making injection molded parts by using thermoplastic amorphous resins such as COC, PMMA, MmSH method which is the most high temperature of moving core surface showed the best nano pattern transcription of the three methods, but the outcome of conventional injection molding process was not better than others.

In this paper, we develop a framework for identifying the quality of service(QoS) and network performance (NP) in the IMT-2000 services, and analyze the QoS/NP system in the 3GPP IMT-2000 services. Based on the ITU-T E.800, the QoS is classified into customer, technical, contents, telecommunications quality, and internet communication quality, and the NP consists of the service access/transmission, reliability/operating & maintenance, charging performance, and mobility management performance. Under the basic framework, the major parameters in the IMT-2000 services are identified for each QoS/NP criterion. The QoS framework in the IMT-2000 user aspects is also introduced to determine the major QoS parameters. Finally, to define the performance factors of the network elements in the NP system, the various control parameters for the wireless and core networks are presented.

Recently, Super-Super-Market(SSM) is facing more and more difficult situation due to the expansion of hypermarket and target marketing of specialized shop. In this situation, Customer Satisfaction Management(CSM) is emerging as a core business factor to make continuous growth without competitive exclusion. Especially, the first factor in CSM in distribution industry is a Service Quality Satisfaction. In this paper, with a selection of 3-markets as a sample for the research, I have tried to look for necessary Service Quality(SQ) factors in SSM and deduced Service Quality Index(SQI), loyalty and Index of detail factor in SQ through survey. Based on these results, strategic factors required to improve SQ was found and strategic directions for SQ were proposed through matrix portfolio analysis.

Customer satisfaction and loyalty are becoming an increasing salient topic in many firms and in academic research. This study places significance in establishing corporate marketing strategy via analyzing and understanding purchasing by Korean and Chinese customer, especially those for service store, who serve as the core in marketing activities. To objectives of this study are to investigate which antecedent variables have significant effects on consumer perceived satisfaction or loyalty and to examine whether these factors have differences between Korean and Chinese customer. To test the hypotheses, such antecedent variables as the product quality, service quality, store reputation, store image. All variables are significant factors in both Korean and Chinese customer. Under the current increasingly rapid competitive market, product/service quality, store reputation/image can provide customer satisfaction and loyalty, can generate continual customer expansion of current customer through the reuse intention and can contribute to the expansion of new customers.

In this paper we designed the motor control IP Core and evaluate its quality from the viewpoint of IP reuse. The most attractive merit of this methodology, so called IP-based hardware design, is hardware reuse. Although various vendors designed hardware with the same specification and got the same functional results, all that IPs is not the same quality in the reuse aspect. As tremendous calls for SoC have been increased, associated research about IP quality standard, VSIA(Virtual Socket Interface Alliance) and STARC(Semiconductor Technology Academic Research Center), has been doing best to make the IP quality evaluation system. And they made what conforms to objective IP design standard. We suggest the methodology to evaluate our own designed motor control IP quality with this standard. To attain our goal, we designed motor control IP that could control the motor velocity and position with feedback compensation algorithm. This controller has some IP blocks : digital filter, quadrature decoder, position counter, motion compensator, and PWM generator. Each block's functionality was verified by simulator ModelSim and then its quality was evaluated. To evaluate the core, We use Vnavigator for lint test and ModelSim for coverage check. During lint process, We adapted the OpenMORE's rule based on RMM (Reuse Methodology Manual) and it could tell us our IP's quality in a manner of the scored value form. If it is high, its quality is also high, and vice versa. During coverage check ModelSim-SE is used for verifying how our test circuits cover designs. This objective methods using well-defined commercial coverage metrics could perform a quantitative analysis of simulation completeness. In this manner, We evaluated the designed motor control IP's quality from the viewpoint of reuse. This methodology will save the time and cost in designing SoC that should integrate various IPs. In addition to this, It can be the guide for comparing the equally specified IP's quality. After all, we are continuously looking forward to enhancing our motor control IP in the aspect of not only functional perfection but also IP reuse to prepare for the SoC-Compliant motor control IP design.

In this paper, we proposed the qualify metric based on SVC and the subjective quality. The proposed quality metric is for a general purpose. It means we can use it for any video sequences regardless of its temporal and spatial characteristics. The Quality of Service(QoS) is one of the important issues in heterogeneous environment which has diverse restrictions such as limited network bandwidth and limited display resolution. Scalable Video Coding(SVC) is the efficient video coding skill in heterogeneous environment. Because SVC can be adapted to various quality bitstreams using three scalabilities(spatial, temporal, and SNR) from one bitstream which has full scalability. To maximize the QoS in this environment, we should consider the subjective quality which is the viewer response. And also we should consider temporal and spatial characteristics of video sequence because the subjective quality is affected by temporal and spatial characteristics of video sequence. To verify the efficiency of the proposed method, we perform subjective assessments. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high correlation with subjective quality. The proposed method can be a decision tool of SVC birstream extraction.

A hologram was recorded with two-dimensional scanning of an optical fiber connected to a single-photon counting detector under ultra-weak illumination. The object image was clearly reconstructed in a computer from the hologram. The dependence of hologram quality on the illumination light intensity was estimated.

This study attempts to understand perceived switching barriers of customers and fashion stores service quality as a core of store loyalty. Medium variations of switching barriers are interpersonal relationships, attractiveness of alternatives and switching costs. Date were collected from 485 subjects who finished their shopping with a self-administered questionnaire. The results were as follows: 1. Classified service quality of clothing stores into 4 ways: VMD of stores or atmosphere, store policy which are involved in store service, sales persons respond and sales persons conviction which are involved in sales service. 2. Service quality of fashion stores is related with switching barrier medium variations. 3. Service quality have an influence on switching barrier medium variations. Its mutual influences increase switching barriers and it gets to be related to the store loyalty. 4. Compared influences of variations to store loyalty between the H department store and the L department store which are research objects. The main difference is that the H department store evaluated personal relationships among service quality, customers and sales persons high compared with the L department store. As the results showed, service quality consists of store service of nonpersonal service area and sales service of personal service. Service quality is related with interpersonal relationships, attractiveness of alternatives and switching costs. It also affects switching barriers and store loyalty.

Purpose: We evaluated the socio-personal and clinical factors that can affect preoperative quality of life to determine how to improve preoperative quality of life in patients with gastric cancer. Materials and Methods: The preoperative quality of life data of 200 patients (68 females and 132 males; mean age $58.9{\pm}12.6years$) with gastric cancer were analyzed according to socio-personal and clinical factors. The Korean versions of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) Quality of Life Questionnaire Core (QLQ) 30 and the EORTC QLQ-STO22, a gastric cancer-specific module, were used to assess quality of life. Patients were asked to complete the questionnaire preoperatively by themselves. Results: Patients with a higher academic background and stage I disease tended to have higher global health status scores. Highly educated younger men had better physical functioning scores. Highly educated and well-nourished patients with stage I cancer had higher role functioning scores. Married patients had better emotional scores. The symptom scales were affected by sex, age, education level, nutrition, and cancer stage. Conclusions: Preoperative quality of life in patients with gastric cancer can be improved by nutritional support and treatment of symptoms caused by disease progression. Psychological support may be helpful for patients with a poor quality of life.

The present agricultural water quality standards are set by a policy goal. This is intended for water quality management of public water resources, but not for the use of water resources. These standards were not determined by considering the influence of water quality on the safety of agricultural produce and the growth, yield and quality of agricultural crops. Thus, this study was carried out to investigate the influence of irrigation water quality on the growth, yield, and grain quality of rice and acquire fundamental knowledges to set up irrigation water quality standards. The pot experiment was conducted with 4 treatments using irrigation waters with various total nitrogen concentrations (control, 1, 5, 10, 20mg/L) and replicated four times with randomized block design. The results of this study showed that plant height, number of tiller, plant dry weight, the uptake of N, P, and K, and rice protein contents tended to increase as the T-N concentration in irrigation water was increased. In addition, grain yield at T-N 20 mg/L was significantly higher than in the control, but the percentage of head rice was slightly lower due to the increase of green kernel and white belly/core kernel.
