경기지역의 대형할인점 유통업체브랜드(PB) 선호특성에 대한 실증연구 (A Empirical Study on Preference Property for the Private Brand(PB) of Large Discount Stores in Gyeonggi-Do)

  • 최근 유통산업의 성장과정에서 신유통업태의 등장과 대형할인점의 다점포화 전략으로 유통환경이 급변하고 있다. 경쟁이 격화됨에 따라 대형할인점들은 저가격 전략 및 상품차별화 등을 위해 유통업체브랜드(Private Brand: PB) 개발을 확대하고 있다. 그러나 장기적 경기불황으로 인해 실용적이고 합리적 사고를 가지고 있는 신세대 주부 및 직장인이 주요 고객층으로 자리 잡으면서 과거 지향해 오던 저가전략은 더 이상 새로운 것이 될 수 없게 되었다. 한편, 최근 대형할인점들은 신규고객 확보를 위해 지방 출점을 강화하고 있다. 그러나 지역간 소비자 태도, 소득 및 소비패턴 등의 격차로 인하여 지방출점의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 대형할인점들은 출점지역의 고객 특성에 대한 체계적인 이해와 유통업체브랜드(PB)의 소비자 선호의 지역간 특성 차이를 확인하는 것이 필수적인 과제가 되었다. 즉, 이러한 유통업체의 경쟁적 지방 점포확장과 소비자의 가치관의 변화는 지역간 출점을 앞두고 있는 대형할인점에 대한 PB상품 선호와 구매행동에 대한 연구를 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 소비자의 관점에서 선행연구를 토대로 PB상품 선호도와 선택된 변수들을 중심으로 유통업체 브랜드 제품의 구매의도와 관련하여 경기지역 도시의 지역간 차이가 존재하는지를 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

사회적경제와 소비자 관점의 공유가치창출(CSV) 연구 (A Study on CSV of Social Economy and Consumer Perspective)

  • Purpose - Recently, creating shared value (CSV) has attracted attention through plan sustainability and the growth of corporate management. Porter and Kramer (2011) defined the core concept of CSV as social value, economic profits, improvements in the economic social condition, and reinforcing competitiveness. The purpose of CSV, which is to pursue economic profits through a social solution to the problem, agrees with managing the objective of a social enterprise that prioritizes the pursuit of profits through the realization of a social purpose. Today, CSV studies focus on CSR and sustainability and reinforce competitiveness. However, few studies focused on the social economy. Precedent studies examined CSV using a company example, and few studies exist from the perspective of consumers and the point of view of a market society. Research design, data, and methodology - Therefore, this study examines CSV in comparison to a background of the social economy. This study also investigates and analyzes the concept of social value from the point of view of consumers, social problems, consumption value, corporate value, and the influence of consumers. This article develops three hypotheses. Hypothesis 1 investigates the correlation with social innovation that consumers thought as being necessary for social innovation by a company. Hypothesis 2 is used to confirm the influence of consumers in CSV. Therefore, this article investigates the influence of consumers on consumption action for companies that are indifferent to social problems. Hypothesis 3 is used to verify the correlation between the value that consumers demand through consumption and the corporate value that companies pursue other than profits. The three hypotheses were adopted and met the standard for suitability. Results - The importance of the CSV study from the consumer perspective was confirmed using the influence of consumers on CSV. Because the objective of company activities is either the consumer or the market, the influence that extends to interactions between the company and consumers to ensure the success of a business is significant. Regarding the CSV study, because it was an initial study, various approaches are subsequently developed. However, conceptual and practical case studies on CSV currently exist that may be used to verify the factors that comprise CSV. Therefore, the company example may enable verification of the factors that influence the composition of CSV through identification from the consumer perspective. In addition, studying CSV as an action result (of consumer satisfaction, of a company's profits and competitiveness, and of society's cancellation of a social problem) may enable the realization of a practice paradigm as opposed to simply thought and faith. Conclusions - First, this study confirms the social value of a business through the feasible and common pursuit of consumers by corporations. Second, customer influence accounts for an important part of CSV. Third, shared value commonly provides a necessary advantage to consumers, corporates, and society, and contributes to the economy and healthy social development. Fourth, corporates can conduct a business, generate profits, and realize value through improvements in social problems and by addressing their competitive strengths and weaknesses.

21세기 초 한국 성인들의 예술문화소비에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cultural Consumption of Korean Adults of the early 21st Century)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 문화관광부와 한국문화정책개발원이 발표한 <문화향수실태조사>를 원 자료로 하여 21세기 첫 10년간 한국 성인들의 문화소비의 특성을 규명하려는 것이다. 우선 2000년에서 2010년까지의 한국 성인들의 문화소비의 전체적인 과정은 지속적으로 향상되어왔음을 알 수 있다. 특히 이 기간은 20, 40, 60대 모든 성인세대에 있어서 대중문화가 그들의 문화소비에 있어서 가장 보편화된 문화로 전환되는 시기였다. 그밖에 주목할 수 있는 것은 성인초기인 20대가 한국문화소비의 핵심세대로 부상했다는 점이다. 이 밖에 성별차나 교육수준, 소득수준, 예술문화교육의 경험유무가 예술문화관람의향에 유의미한 영향을 주고 있다는 점이 밝혀졌다.

공공도서관 이용자의 건강정보서비스 수용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Intention of Accepting for Consumer Health Information Services in Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 해외의 공공도서관 기반 건강정보서비스 사례를 조사하여 웹사이트에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 건강정보서비스를 제공하는 5개의 웹사이트를 조사하였고, 총 15개의 콘텐츠를 추출할 수 있었다. 국내 공공도서관의 건강정보서비스 도입을 위해 각 콘텐츠의 유용성을 분석한 결과, 모든 콘텐츠가 보통 이상으로 유용하게 조사되었으며, 이 중 핵심적으로 작용하는 콘텐츠는 '질병, 투약, 건강관리 정보', '건강강좌, 무료검진 정보', '암 관련 정보'였다.

주부의 인터넷사용으로 인한 가족관계의 변화 - 가족원간의 친밀감과 부부간 평등성을 중심으로 - (The Change of Family Relations by the Internet Use of Housewives. - Focused on the Intimacy among Family Members and the Equality between Couples -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of family relations following the Internet use of housewives. The survey was performed on-line and off-line. 582 housewives who used the Internet at home gave valid responses to the questionnaire. The findings of tills study were as follows. First, after having started using the Internet, housewives felt that intimacy among family members has increased while the level of equality between couples unchanged. Second, the change in intimacy among family members has significant differences according to family adaptability and family cohesion. Whether or not other family members used the Internet also affected the intimacy among family members. Third, the change in equality between couples depended on their ability to use the Internet. This suggested that the ability to use the Internet was the core element to an equality. The results of this research suggested several implications for the public policy.

섬유제품의 취급방법과 관련된 레이블에 대한 연구 -소비자 인식 및 세탁 실태를 중심으로- (A Study on Consumer's Perception and Attitude to Care Labels of Textile Products)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate consumer's perception and attitude on care labels using questionnaire. The major results are as follows: 1. Self-evaluation on consciousness and knowledge regarding on labels is higher than actual level. In other words, most consumers answered that they understood the care instructions on labels, but actually few consumers understand the exact meanings. Married women in their thirties to forties who do the laundry themselves, and more educated women showed higher level of consciousness to care labels. However, unmarried or career women are dissatisfied with the method of care instruction on labels. Many consumers take care of textile products without considering the proposed informations on core labels. The reasons are as follows: a. they think there is no problem even if they do not follow the proposed methods b. the method proposed on labels are complicated 4. There were some cases which happened some problems even though consumers followed the instructions on care labels. It may be due to the incorrect information or the omission of some specific instruction on labels. 5. For ideal care of clothing, it is necessary for manufacturers to suggest the realistic and clean instructions on labels and for consumers to trust and follow these instructions.

모바일환경에서의 스트리밍 서비스를 위한 DRM 시스템에 대한 연구 (A DRM System for Streaming Services in Mobile Environment)

  • 본 논문에서 모바일 환경에서의 VOD 스트리밍 서비스를 위한 DRM 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 모바일 환경에서 사용되어지기 위해 독자적으로 구축된 클라이언트 서비스를 위한 핵심요소인 DRM 클라이언트 매니저(컨슈머)와, DRM 서비스를 제공하는 DRM 서버로 구성된다. 컨슈머는 이러한 모바일 환경에서 효율과 처리능력을 극대화하기 위해 클라이언트에서 독립적으로 존재하고, 라이센스 서비스, 컨텐츠 서비스, 접근 서비스 그리고 트랙킹 서비스로 구성된다. DRM 서버는 VOD 스트리밍을 위한 스트리밍 서버, 분배자, 라이센스 서버, 그리고 프로바이더로 구성된다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존의 DRM 시스템에서 처리하는데 어려운 모바일 환경에 적합한 구조를 가지고 있으며, 클라이언트 매니저에서 라이센스 매니저를 이용해서 2차 배포문제를 풀 수 있다.

토픽 모델링을 이용한 지속가능패션 연구 동향 분석 (Analysis of sustainable fashion research trends using topic modeling)

  • As interest in the sustainable fashion industry continues to increase along with climate issues, it is necessary to identify research trends in sustainable fashion and seek new development directions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze research trends on sustainable fashion. For this purpose, related papers were collected from the KCI (Korean Citation Index) and Scopus, and 340 articles were used for the study. The collected data went through data transformation, data preprocessing, topic modeling analysis, core topic derivation, and visualization through a Python algorithm. A total of eight topics were obtained from the comprehensive analysis: consumer clothing consumption behavior and environment, upcycle product development, product types by environmental approach, ESG business activities, materials and material development, process-based approach, lifestyle and consumer experience, and brand strategy. Topics were related to consumption, production, and education of sustainable fashion, respectively. KCI analysis results and Scopus analysis results derived eight topics but showed differences from the comprehensive analysis results. This study provides primary data for exploring various themes of sustainable fashion. It is significant in that the data were analyzed based on probability using a research method that excluded the subjective value of the researcher. It is recommended that follow-up studies be conducted to examine social trends.

온라인 고객 리뷰에 대한 텍스트마이닝을 활용한 고객가치제안 방법 (Customer Value Proposition Methodology Using Text Mining of Online Customer Reviews)

  • Online consumer activities have increased considerably since the COVID-19 outbreak. For the products and services which have an impact on everyday life, online reviews and recommendations can play a significant role in consumer decision-making processes. Thus, to better serve their customers, online firms are required to build online-centric marketing strategies. Especially, it is essential to define core value of customers based on the online customer reviews and to propose these values to their customers. This study discovers specific perceived values of customers in regard to a certain product and service, using online customer reviews and proposes a customer value proposition methodology which enables online firms to develop more effective marketing strategies. In order to discover customers value, the methodology employs a text-mining technology, which combines a sentiment analysis and topic modeling. By the methodology, customer emotions and value factors can be more clearly defined. It is expected that online firms can better identify value elements of their respective customers, provide appropriate value propositions, and thus gain sustainable competitive advantage.

  • KB Kookmin Card has separated as an independent corporation from KB Kookmin Bank Credit Card Business Group on March, 2011. Ever since, KB Kookmin Card worked to build its own brand identity. The strategic preparation and conscientious implementations made KB Kookmin Card position in consumer's mind with a strong and unique brand image. Its new brand image was rooted in the inherited strengths of reliable and sincere image. However, it faced the challenge to compete in credit card industry in which most competitors had an advanced and sophisticated image. The strengths of KB Kookmin Card were also at the same time their limitations. KB Kookmin Card took a strategy that strengthened the strengths and improved the weaknesses. It focused on the core competence of being a people's sincere life supporter that helps people make savings from everyday events to make a good sum rather than being a lump sum benefit. The brand introduction strategy was implemented in 2011. The implementation focused on the activities that made internal as well as external customers be aware of the brand. Communication programs using a variety of media were executed to attain this goal. In 2012, second phase communication programs were introduced to elaborate the newly established brand image. It introduced many extended products as well as accessory programs which targeted the segments. Also, various CSR activities in many social domains helped consumers and the public to consider KB Kookmin Card an authentic, caring, trustworthy, and consistently-developing supporter in their everyday lives.
