비대면 시대의 온·오프라인 통합매장의 서비스 활성화 전략에 관한 사례 연구 (A case study on service activation strategy of online and offline integration stores in the non-face-to-face era)

  • 본 연구는 비대면 시대의 온·오프라인 통합매장의 서비스 활성화를 위한 사례 연구이다. COVID-19로 인해 리테일 아포칼립스 위기가 심화되었고, 이를 극복하기 위해 오프라인 매장에 온라인 경험을 제공하는 피지털 전략이 주목을 받고 있다. 하지만 국내 유통업체의 대응은 초기단계이며 소비자의 접근성을 향상시키고 오프라인 매장을 활성화하기 위한 전략적 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 기술 발전에 따른 이론적 고찰을 통해 3가지 전략을 확인하였고, 국내외 선행 사례를 조사, 분석하여 4가지 전략으로 정리하였다. 도출된 전략을 유형화하여 결론적으로 3가지 핵심 전략을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 문헌 조사와 사례조사를 토대로 한 연구로서 향후 온·오프라인 통합매장을 활성화하기 위한 전략적 기초자료를 구축하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Low-Cost Flexible Strain Sensor Based on Thick CVD Graphene

  • Flexible strain sensors, as the core member of the family of smart electronic devices, along with reasonable sensing range and sensitivity plus low cost, have rose a huge consumer market and also immense interests in fundamental studies and technological applications, especially in the field of biomimetic robots movement detection and human health condition monitoring. In this paper, we propose a new flexible strain sensor based on thick CVD graphene film and its low-cost fabrication strategy by using the commercial adhesive tape as flexible substrate. The tensile tests in a strain range of ~30% were implemented, and a gage factor of 30 was achieved under high strain condition. The optical microscopic observation with different strains showed the evolution of cracks in graphene film. Together with commonly used platelet overlap theory and percolation network theory for sensor resistance modeling, we established an overlap destructive resistance model to analyze the sensing mechanism of our devices, which fitted the experimental data very well. The finding of difference of fitting parameters in small and large strain ranges revealed the multiple stage feature of graphene crack evolution. The resistance fallback phenomenon due to the viscoelasticity of flexible substrate was analyzed. Our flexible strain sensor with low cost and simple fabrication process exhibits great potential for commercial applications.

문헌정보학 건강 관련 과목의 주제 및 내용 분석: ALA 인가를 받은 프로그램을 중심으로 (Health-related Courses' Topics and Contents of ALA-accredited Library and Information Science Programs)

  • 본 연구는 미국도서관협회의 인가를 받은 문헌정보학과의 대학원 수준에서 제공되는 건강 관련 수업의 현황을 조사하고, 학업계획서 분석을 통해 해당 수업에서 다뤄지는 주요 주제와 내용을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석 결과 61개 문헌정보학 프로그램 중 44개 프로그램에서 최소 한 개 이상의 건강 관련 수업을 제공하고 있었으며 가장 많이 개설된 수업은 '건강 정보원', '의료정보학', '소비자건강정보'인 것으로 나타났다. 이 세 분야에서 총 21개의 학업계획서를 온라인을 통해 수집하였고, 수업 개요, 주별 주제, 교재, 숙제 등을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 문헌정보학 프로그램에서 건강 관련 수업을 개설하거나 개선하려는 강사들에게 도움이 될 것이다.

RJCC 연구 키워드 네트워크 - 동시출현단어분석과 군집분석 - (Keyword networks in RJCC research - A co-word analysis and clustering -)

  • A trend analysis of research articles in a field of knowledge is significant because it can help in finding out the structural characteristics of the field and the future direction of research through observing change in a time series. We identified the structural characteristics and trends in text data (keywords) gathered from research articles which in itself is an important task in various research areas. The titles and keywords were crawled from research articles published from 2016 to 2018 in the Research Journal of the Costume Culture (RJCC), one of the representative Korean journal in the field of clothing and textile. After we extracted data comprising English titles and keywords from 195 published articles, we transformed it into a 1-mode matrix. We used measures from network analysis (i.e., link, strength, and degree centrality) for evaluating meaningful patterns and trends in the research on clothing and textile. NodeXL was used for visualizing the semantic network. This study observed change in the clothing and textile research trend. In addition to covering the core areas of the field, the subjects of research have been diversifying with every passing year and have evolved onto a developmental direction. The most studied area in articles published by the RJCC was fashion retailing/consumer psychology while aesthetic/historic and fashion industry/policy studies were covered to a more limited extent. We observed that most of the studies reflecting the identity of RJCC share subject keywords to a significant extent.

인공지능(AI) 디바이스 이용 소비자의 사용행태 및 사용자 경험 분석 (Analysis of User Experience and Usage Behavior of Consumers Using Artificial Intelligence(AI) Devices)

  • 본 연구는 인공지능(AI) 디바이스가 차세대 정보통신기술(ICT)의 핵심 플랫폼으로 급부상하고 있고, 소비자들의 일상에 널리 적용되고 있는 인공지능 디바이스를 통해 소비자의 사용행태 및 사용자 경험에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 AI 디바이스 사용 경험이 있는 국내 소비자 600명을 대상으로 AI 디바이스의 속성 인식과 사용행태를 도출하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 속성 중 음악청취를 가장 많이 이용하였고, 날씨 정보제공과 같은 단순한 기능을 유용하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, AI 디바이스 사용자의 주요 사용기기는 AI 스피커, 스마트폰, PC, 노트북 등으로 확인되었다. 셋째, AI 디바이스에 대한 연상 이미지는 재미있는, 유용한, 신기한, 똑똑한, 혁신적인, 친근한 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 AI 디바이스의 특성을 반영한 사용 행태를 분석함으로써 향후 AI 디바이스를 활용한 사용자의 서비스 제공에 기여할 수 있다는 실무적 시사점을 갖는다.

  • 이 연구는 1050MPa급 경량 연성 주철 주관류 컨트롤 암을 개발하기 위한 첫 해의 결과를 보여줍니다. 첫째, 최적 설계 구조를 위한 레이아웃 설계 및 구성 요소 개발, 그리고 컨트롤 암 강성과 최적 구조 디자인 및 강건성 설계를 통해 예상 응력을 제어하는 중점 영역의 강건성을 달성합니다. 둘째, 높은 강성과 고성능 경량 구조를 반영하는 컨트롤 암을 개발합니다. 중공을 통해 소비자가 요구하는 설계와 강성을 충족시키기 위해 개발된 컨트롤 암은 코어 제작 공정을 개발합니다. 셋째, 최적의 합금 조성과 열처리 방법을 통해 철 합금 (Cu, Ni, Mo)의 양과 Austempered 열처리 및 조화 상태를 도출합니다. 넷째, 저강도, 고강성 구성 요소 개발을 위해 최적의 성형기술 개발을 통해 최적의 주조 기술 개발로 이어지는 구성 요소 개발을 위한 높은 강도의 주조 형성 기술을 개발하기 위한 시도를 합니다.

토픽 모델링을 이용한 아웃도어웨어 연구 동향 분석 (Analysis of outdoor-wear research trends using topic modeling)

  • This study aims to analyze research trends regarding outdoor wear. For this purpose, the data-collection period was limited to January 2002-October 2022, and the collection consisted of titles of papers, academic names, abstracts, and publication years from the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS). Frequency analysis was conducted on 227 papers in total to check academic journals and annual trends, and LDA topic-modeling analysis was conducted using 20,964 tokens. Data pre-processing was performed prior to topic-modeling analysis; after that, topic-modeling analysis, core topic derivation, and visualization were performed using a Python algorithm. A total of eight topics were obtained from the comprehensive analysis: experiential marketing and lifestyle, property and evaluation of outdoor wear, design and patterns of outdoor wear, outdoor-wear purchase behavior, color, designs and materials of outdoor wear, promotional strategies for outdoor wear, purchase intention and satisfaction depending on the brand image of outdoor wear, differences in outdoor wear preferences by consumer group. The results of topic-modeling analysis revealed that the topic, which includes a study on the design and material of outdoor wear and the pattern of jackets related to the overall shape, was the highest at 30.9% of the total topics. The next highest topic was also the design and color of outdoor wear, indicating that design-related research was the main research topic in outdoor wear research. It is hoped that analyzing outdoor wear research will help comprehend the research conducted thus far and reveal future directions.

  • The automotive industry plays a significant role in the global economy. One of the reasons is that this industry compasses every aspects of the value chain - from raw materials to design and development, manufacturing, sales and services, and even disposal. Thus, the industry needs significant upfront capital investment and requires years of R&D and market development. As a result, this industry is dominated by a handful of global players and it is not easy for a new entrant to enter this industry. Furthermore, success is even more difficult to achieve. How did Hyundai Motor make it in this tough marketplace? Can it continue against all odds? The CAGR for last 5 years is 12% and it stands at 6th in the world. Compared to other global brands, Hyundai has geographically well-balanced sales portfolio. The quality improvement is outstanding. The brand performance follows these quality and sales improvements. Yet, the global competition is ever intensifying. Now, it is the time to step up once more. The next strategic goal needs fundamental shift toward brand and marketing-focus. In constructing global marketing strategy, Hyundai Motor's vision is "Lifetime partner in mobility and beyond" and its goal is global top 3 brand by year 2015 through modern premium brand image and selling 5 million vehicles. The target brand positioning of Hyundai Motor is the leading position in premium dimension and stylish/modern dimension. The global brand strategy framework is based on the brand direction of "Modern Premium" and is designed to deliver core brand identity (i.e., Simple, Creative, Caring) to customers. In order to manage brand performance, Hyundai's marketing platformalso includes marketing performance management, brand performance management, and market driven organization. From this diagnosis, Hyundai Motor is well posed to build a strong brand. Nevertheless, there are still challenges ahead from consumer, technology, competitor, and macro-environment perspectives. To overcome these threats, the bases of competition for all successful automotive brands are various differentiation factors, including technology, performance, value proposition, or heritage. Hyundai Motor is well prepared so far. However, it is not tested against time yet whether Hyundai can overcome these unforeseeable major threats. Hyundai is trying to find the solution from a strong brand, while believing in "New Thinking. New Possibilities."

Consumer Associative Network Analysis on Device and Service Convergence

  • Our research brings managerial insights for developing new digital convergence of devices and services. To explain the phenomenon of device and service convergence, we combine two different approaches from separate research fields: a perceptual mapping technique generally used for segmentation in marketing and associative network analysis mobilized to understanding network structure of core and peripheral as well as the information mediating role of nodes in network science. By combining these two approaches, we provide an in-depth analysis of the associations among devices and services by assessing the centrality of device and service nodes in an associative network. This is done by examining the connections between these services and devices as well as investigating the role of mediation in the combined device-service associative network. Our results based on bi-partite network analysis of survey responses from 250 Internet Protocol (IP) television viewers show which device and which service will play the major role in future device and service convergence as well as which characteristics and functionalities have to be incorporated into future convergence. Among the devices, the mobile handset with the betweenness centrality of 0.26 appears to be the device that would lead future device convergence. Among the services, wireless broadband with the betweenness centrality of 0.276 appears to be the service on which future service convergence needs to be developed. This result is quite unexpected, since wireless broadband has a lower penetration rate than other services, such as fixed broadband and cable TV. In addition, we indicate the possibility of converging devices, such as personal digital assistant (PDA) and mobile handset, and services, such as IPTV and mobile Internet, into wireless broadband services in the future.

EPAR V2.0: AUTOMATED MONITORING AND VISUALIZATION OF POTENTIAL AREAS FOR BUILDING RETROFIT USING THERMAL CAMERAS AND COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS (CFD) MODELS

  • This paper introduces a new method for identification of building energy performance problems. The presented method is based on automated analysis and visualization of deviations between actual and expected energy performance of the building using EPAR (Energy Performance Augmented Reality) models. For generating EPAR models, during building inspections, energy auditors collect a large number of digital and thermal imagery using a consumer-level single thermal camera that has a built-in digital lens. Based on a pipeline of image-based 3D reconstruction algorithms built on GPU and multi-core CPU architecture, 3D geometrical and thermal point cloud models of the building under inspection are automatically generated and integrated. Then, the resulting actual 3D spatio-thermal model and the expected energy performance model simulated using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis are superimposed within an augmented reality environment. Based on the resulting EPAR models which jointly visualize the actual and expected energy performance of the building under inspection, two new algorithms are introduced for quick and reliable identification of potential performance problems: 1) 3D thermal mesh modeling using k-d trees and nearest neighbor searching to automate calculation of temperature deviations; and 2) automated visualization of performance deviations using a metaphor based on traffic light colors. The proposed EPAR v2.0 modeling method is validated on several interior locations of a residential building and an instructional facility. Our empirical observations show that the automated energy performance analysis using EPAR models enables performance deviations to be rapidly and accurately identified. The visualization of performance deviations in 3D enables auditors to easily identify potential building performance problems. Rather than manually analyzing thermal imagery, auditors can focus on other important tasks such as evaluating possible remedial alternatives.
