The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Internet copyright education on ethical consciousness, moral judgement and piracy intention in Internet copyright. The result of empirical research shows that Internet copyright education effects on piracy intention through moral judgement in order to make a right or wrong decision about the actual piracy behavior. On the other hand, the internet copyright education does not effect on ethical consciousness and piracy intention directly. This result implies that internet copyright education do not actually impact on the attitude and consciousness of online piracy, and that right understanding and proper internet ethic education program have to be considered to protect negative consequences by online piracy.

In knowledge-based society, various forms of visible and invisible works are produced and published. As production and distribution of those works are increased, importance and value of copyright are gradually emerged. In the light of importance, students must learn and understand the concept and the right use of copyright as early as possible. Scales that students experience in the introduction stage of the class take the role of Advance Organizer. Through these scales, students can combine concept of copyright into their existing recognition structure and are interested in study contents. According to test results, it is concluded that the proposed system is very useful to enhance copyright consciousness for students.

In this paper, project based learning model using on-line thinking tool was designed and implemented, and the model is reflected in the instructional design on the IT ethics part included in 'General Computer' subject. This instructional design was applied to the class of the technical high school students. In-depth interview on the consciousness of IT ethics reveals that the positive changes occur in the consciousness of IT ethics, especially netiquette, Internet communications languages, copyright, and so on. Also, the result of the quantitative researches represents that a proposed model have a positive effect on academic self-efficacy of the technical high school students. These results show that the proposed model is able to apply to IT ethics education in the technical high school.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the factors which cause the deviations of e-piracy. For this, empirical data were collected by conducing a field survey with a total of 531 collegians, and a Structural Equation Model was used for the purpose of analyzing the data acquired by that. A Structural Equation Model was designed and constructed by such factors as Anonymous Environment, Norm-Consciousness, and Recognition on Penalty, which are considered as the direct variables. In addition, the factor of Anonymous Environment was set as a variable for the factors of both Norm-Consciouness and Recoginition on Penalty. These are the results of the analysis; it is found that Anonymous Environment is the direct cause of e-piracy, but the other two factors are not statistically significant. And it is also found that Anonymous Environment gives a direct influence on the other factors of Norm-Consciousness and Recognition on Penalty and it also gives indirect influence on the factor of Recognition on Penalty by means of the factor of Norm-Consciousness. Therefore, in order to prevent e-piracy, it is required to provide the proper opportunity to be trained to observe norms under the environment of anonymity. For this, diverse and effectual teaching methods for information ethic education should be sought.

In Intellectual Subject the learning is applied individualization learning but In Computer Subject most teachers teach the curriculum with altogether lesson because of lack about understanding computer subject and the great gap of student's beforehand. The purpose of this paper is to suggest Customized Educational Program to help teachers apply in the classroom and to analyze the effect of educational using Personalized Learning model on the improvement of student's learning attitude and self-directed learning ability. For this study, after the Personalized Learning model class, measured learning attitude, student's class satisfaction and the expanding of self-directed learning ability by the self-assessment reports, a product, teacher's evaluation.

This paper researched that consumers who lived in the local small cites have a restricted and insufficient problem to screening the animation film comparing with those of capital area and the other broader local cities. And these kinds of problems caused more serious problems like a infringement of copy right as a result. This paper calculated and evaluated that the rate possibilities of criminal infringement copy right in supposing that giving the opportunity screening the all of the first-run movies the most highest criminal group in Chuncheon where the worst benefit area in aspect of screening circumstances. As a result of this research, this paper could suggest that the possibility to reduce the criminal infringement of copy right and the necessity of structural reconstruction throughout rebuilding of animation distribution and consciousness of consumers. Thus this paper try find out the importance of reducing the rate of criminal infringement copy right by recontruction of structrual access of local animation business.

This is a thesis about the whole process of cooperative study for the project, 'Jeju Tamranun idea' which produced by Capstone Design Class in communication design Dept, Hongik University. The purpose of this thesis is to know the primary educational goal and essence of capstone design class and to find the enhancement plan for the local design industry. The exhibitional project, 'Jeju Tamranun idea' was operated three times by hongik university with the company based on Jeju from 2017 to 2019. After the research, There are three positive effects of this project which are the new social function of the discarded assignments, the improvement of educational standard through the autonomous competition, and the growth of students' social consciousness in the process of considering local industries. And there are several points to be reviewed for a better capstone design class with local design industries. It is necessary to utilize the untact system for solving distance issues. And also, absolute evaluations, giving equal reward, and copyright protection are needed. Lastly, the continuous development of the curriculum to improve local design industries is needed.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the current situation and background of the Russian consumer music market, where digital music sources are making great strides in the noted recent years. In addition, music storage technology, media and change are considered together in this report. Moreover, Russia is the 12th largest music market in the world. The Russian music industry is following the recent trend of the global music industry, where the digital music market is growing rapidly on many different levels. The explosive growth of the digital sound sources in Russia's music industry is attributed to the explosive increase in available consumer downloads, streaming sound source service, and the increase in the number of digital sound sources using mobile technologies due to the development of the Internet. In particular, the sales of the available and accessible streaming sound sources are expected to grow explosively by the year 2020, which is expected to account for more than 85% of total digital music sales. In other words, the spread of smartphones and the resulting changes in the lifestyle of the Russians have created these changes for the global consumer of music. In other words, the time has come for anyone to easily access music and listen to music without a separate audio or digital player. And the fact that the Russian government's strong policy on the eradication of illegal copying of music is becoming an effective deterrent, as is also the factor that led to the increase of the share of the digital sound source to increase sales in Russia. Today, the Russian music industry is leading this change through the age and process of simply adapting to the digital age. Music is the most important element of cultural assets, and it is the beneficial content, which drives the overall growth of the digital economy. In addition, if the following five improvements(First, strengthen the consciousness of the Russian people about copyright protection; Second, utilizing the Big Data Internet resources in the digital music industry; Third, to improve the monopoly situation of digital music distributors; Fourth, distribution of fair music revenues; and Fifth, revitalization of a re-investment in the current Russian music industry) are effective and productive, Russia's role and position in the world music market is likely to expand.
