두통으로 한방병원에 내원하여 컴퓨터단층촬영후 지주막하출혈로 진단된 증례 보고 (Case Series of Headache Patients Diagnosed with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage by Computed Tomography in a Korean Medicine Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the cases diagnosed as subarachnoid hemorrhage by noncontrast computed tomography (NCCT) after the appearance of symptoms related to headache and paralysis in patients who visited a Korean medicine hospital. A search of electronic medical records of patients diagnosed with subarachnoid hemorrhage on NCCT in W Korean medicine hospital from January 2010 to December 2017 identified five patients. The patients (four women and one man) ranged in age from 64 to 79 years old. Three were inpatients and two were outpatients. Two patients had hypertension, two patients had diabetes, two patients had heart disease, and two patients had a history of cerebral infarction. Development of a cooperative system is needed for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment of this disease in the Korean medicine clinic and for establishment of an NCCT scan application method.

  • 본 논문에서는 인공 면역 시스템과 분산 유전자 알고리즘에 기반하여 동작하는 자율분산로봇 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템에서 로봇들의 행동은 전역행동과 지역행동으로 분류된다. 전역행동은 환경에서 작업을 탐색하는데 이를 빠르게 수행하기 위하여 집합과 분산의 두 가지 행동으로 이루어져 있다. 이때 인공 면역 시스템은 로봇이 어떤 행동을 선택하여 행동할 것인가를 결정한다. 지역행동은 탐색된 작업을 수행하는 부분으로서 어떤 로봇들이 협조행동을 할지를 학습하고, 학습한 결과에 따라 작업을 수행하는 행동을 한다. 이를 위해 분산 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 각 로봇들은 주어진 작업에 대하여 학습을 한다. 제안된 시스템에서 학습 알고리즘은 주어지는 작업의 변화로봇들은 주어진 작업을 수행하기 위해 학습을 하고, 주어진 작업이 변할 경우 스스로 대처한다는 면에서 기존의 자율 분산 시스템보다 적응성에서 향상된 시스템이다.

  • With the help of the cooperative efforts made in the interdisciplinary studies among the different fields of computers, textiles and computer in the modem society based on knowledge-information, Smart Clothing, which is the combination of wearable Technology and clothing has been drawn. This study is to inspect the design of Smart school uniform, which if based on Wearable Technology, to meet the need for the PDG(Post Digital Generation) who want to require rapid and the convenient information. This study is aimed to quest for the direction of study in Wearable Technology through theoretical studies made in the field the Computer information communications Engineering, seminars in the field of Smart Textile and documentary study. In addition to them, this study is to search for the value for the school uniform in the PDG who are a group of potential consumers for the Smart Clothing, the environment in digitalized life and the need for the Wearable Technology. Based on this research, the concept of design reflecting the need for the characteristic and functions in the PDG was drawn and Design Prototype of Smart Jacket on the base of Wearable Technology was presented.

분류자 시스템과 인공면역네트워크를 이용한 자율 분산 로봇시스템 개발 (Development of Distributed Autonomous Robotic Systerrt Based on Classifier System and Artificial Immune Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 인공 면역 시스템과 분류자 시스템에 기반하여 동작하는 자율분산로봇 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템에서 로봇들의 행동은 전역행동과 지역행동으로 분류된다. 전역행동은 환경에서 작업을 탐색하는데 이를 빠르게 수행하기 위하여 집합과 분산의 두 가지 행동으로 이루어져 있다 이때 인공 면역 시스템은 로봇이 어떤 행동을 선택하여 행동할 것인가를 결정한다. 지역행동은 탐색된 작업을 수행하는 부분으로서 어떤 로봇들이 협조행동을 할지를 학습하고, 학습한 결과에 따라 작업을 수행하는 행동을 한다. 이를 위해 분류자 시스템을 이용하여 각 로봇들은 주어진 작업에 대하여 학습을 한다. 제안된 시스템에서 학습 알고리즘은 주어지는 작업의 변화로봇들은 주어진 작업을 수행하기 위해 학습을 하고, 주어진 작업이 변할 경우 스스로 대처한다는 면에서 기존의 자율 분산 시스템보다 적응성에서 향상된 시스템이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish a purchasing cost reduction program for the management practical use. The research method of this study is a bibliographical search of the materials available in the library at Keimyung University and the writer's private study, and the case analysis. The body of this study is divided into three sections. The first section deals with the purchasing management systems in terms of the nature and characters of purchasing management and purchasing cost in total management system. The second section includes purchasing cost reduction program through value analysis technique and the third section covers summary and the following conclusions : 1) Top management should be aware of the important position of purchasing activities from the cost point of view, and they should be aware that a good purchasing cost reduction program could be established through value analysis technique. 2) For such a purchasing cost reduction program to be carried out. effectively the management should support and back up the program. 3) There should be a training program to educate and develop the personnel who can manage and operate the purchasing cost reduction program through valuean analysis technique. 4) And cooperative system should be established in management and operative organization system from the total management systems, view for the effective use of the program.

한·중 비즈니스 관계의 갈등과 그 해결방안에 대한 모색 (Korea-China Conflicts in Business: A Search after their Solutions)

  • This research is, first of all, a theoretical study concerning 'conflict.' Only then, we could obtain ways in which we manage and resolve various problems arising from conflicts in business between Korean and Chinese companies. In doing this, we also tried to grasp cultural characteristics, or factors, in Chinese ways of carrying out negotiations that lead to conflicts with us. On the basis of these preliminary considerations, we developed practical techniques of conflict management and types of negotiation strategy. We thereby could suggest broader strategic implications for better performance in international business. Concretely, this research investigates techniques of conflict management and types of negotiation strategy. For such techniques and types, we suggest, (1) Sharing technique or reconciliatory compromising negotiation and its compromise strategy, (2) collaborative technique or cooperative negotiation and its win-win strategy, (3) competitive technique or competitive negotiation and its profit-seeking attack strategy, (4) accommodative technique or receptive negotiation and its relation-maintaining yield strategy, (5) avoidant technique or evasive negotiation and its indifference-showing avoidance strategy. This research contributes to promote understanding on negotiation culture of chinese corporate. and we provide the guideline of the conflict management and the insight for the efficiency strategy of chinese business negotiation. But, empirical data and statistical examinations should be added to our present research for the future prospective ones.

공과대학 융합교육 형태 연구 (A Study of Convergence Education Type for the College of Engineering)

  • Due to the development of science and technology, diversity of fusion technologies has become a major concern. Especially the application of the convergence education became necessary in the curriculum of engineering department. The purpose of this paper is to extract characteristics of convergence education among engineering majors and to present a model of applicable convergence education. The researchers collected studies of past 15 years in domestic and international journals in related themes. Academic research information systems, DBpia, e-article, Academic Search Complete were used for keyword searches. 43 Korean papers and 25 international papers were analyzed for the study. The results showed that the convergence education models for college of engineering can be classified into the three types: the cooperative convergence, multidisciplinary convergence, and transdisciplinary convergence. Based on the results, a convergence education model is suggested for the schools of engineering in Korea.

전문대학 패션디자인전공 발전 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Future Direction of Fashion Design Major in College)

  • Globalization in the 21st century and development in the field of IT have caused rapid change in the practical site of fashion industry. Therefore, as colleges aim to produce professional technicians and experts in the applicable fields, they are strengthening professionalism and practicality more than ever before that can respond to the practical situation. In addition, owing to the reduction of population of academic students, colleges would search for specialty and structural innovation with the serious desire to establish new structural system to produce talented persons. Purpose of this study is to strengthen competition of colleges voluntarily, specialize themselves and maximize mutual benefit through cooperative relation with industrial businesses. Thus, this study would compare, analyze and investigate the curriculums of fashion designs in colleges for the plan of curriculum applicable for the industrial changes and corresponding business demand. Considering the result of questionnaires of industrial businesses, most of them would prefer the curriculum for 3 years to that for 2 years. Nowadays industrial businesses will require computerization ability much more than ever before besides the professional knowledge and technology in the field of fashion and it is also showed that education of personality in colleges would be considered to be important for the performance of the vocational duty. Especially, specialty and progressive participation in the curriculum would be strengthened during the education process of colleges. This study will be used for the establishment of specialty of colleges and development of curriculum of them.

  • The main two applications of the Genetic Algorithms(GA) are the optimization and the machine learning. Machine Learning has two objectives that make the complex system learn its environment and produce the proper output of a system. The machine learning using the Genetic Algorithms is called GA machine learning or genetic-based machine learning (GBML). The machine learning is different from the optimization problems in finding the rule set. In optimization problems, the population of GA should converge into the best individual because optimization problems, the population of GA should converge into the best individual because their objective is the production of the individual near the optimal solution. On the contrary, the machine learning systems need to find the set of cooperative rules. There are two methods in GBML, Michigan method and Pittsburgh method. The former is that each rule is expressed with a string, the latter is that the set of rules is coded into a string. Th classifier system of Holland is the representative model of the Michigan method. The classifier systems arrange the strength of classifiers of classifier list using the message list. In this method, the real time process and on-line learning is possible because a set of rule is adjusted on-line. A classifier system has three major components: Performance system, apportionment of credit system, rule discovery system. In this paper, we solve the food search problem with the learning and evolution of an artificial ant using the learning classifier system.

Safe clinical photography: best practice guidelines for risk management and mitigation

  • Clinical photography is an essential component of patient care in plastic surgery. The use of unsecured smartphone cameras, digital cameras, social media, instant messaging, and commercially available cloud-based storage devices threatens patients' data safety. This paper Identifies potential risks of clinical photography and heightens awareness of safe clinical photography. Specifically, we evaluated existing risk-mitigation strategies globally, comparing them to industry standards in similar settings, and formulated a framework for developing a risk-mitigation plan for avoiding data breaches by identifying the safest methods of picture taking, transfer to storage, retrieval, and use, both within and outside the organization. Since threats evolve constantly, the framework must evolve too. Based on a literature search of both PubMed and the web (via Google) with key phrases and child terms (for PubMed), the risks and consequences of data breaches in individual processes in clinical photography are identified. Current clinical-photography practices are described. Lastly, we evaluate current risk mitigation strategies for clinical photography by examining guidelines from professional organizations, governmental agencies, and non-healthcare industries. Combining lessons learned from the steps above into a comprehensive framework that could contribute to national/international guidelines on safe clinical photography, we provide recommendations for best practice guidelines. It is imperative that best practice guidelines for the simple, safe, and secure capture, transfer, storage, and retrieval of clinical photographs be co-developed through cooperative efforts between providers, hospital administrators, clinical informaticians, IT governance structures, and national professional organizations. This would significantly safeguard patient data security and provide the privacy that patients deserve and expect.
