협업지수를 응용한 대학도서관 상호대차 협력 관계 분석 - S대학교 도서관을 중심으로 - (An Investigation of the Cooperative Relationships in the ILL Services of Academic Libraries by Applying the Collaboration Index - Focusing on the S University Library in Korea -)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학 간 상호대차 데이터를 이용한 도서관 이용자의 정보요구 및 각 도서관 간 협력 관계 분석에 있다. 이 연구에서는 상호대차 데이터를 각 대학의 미해결 정보요구를 담고 있는 정보원으로 보았으며, 데이터 정규화를 위해 협업지수인 col hs-index를 사용하였다. 이를 위해 상호대차 데이터를 주제별로 분류한 뒤, col hs-index를 이용해 상호대차 이용 건수를 정규화하였다. 연구 결과, col hs-index는 규모가 다른 도서관 간 상호대차를 분석할 때 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 다음으로, 상호대차 데이터를 주제별로 나누어 분석함으로써 각 도서관의 장서 특성, 이용자 요구를 탐색할 수 있었다. 또한 col hs-index를 상호대차 데이터에 응용함으로써 도서관 규모에서 오는 영향을 제거하고 기존 연구보다 객관적인 상호대차 데이터 분석과 함께 계량서지학 지표의 응용 가능성을 발견할 수 있었다.

간호사와 의사 간의 협력에 관한 이론적 고찰 (Literature Review with Collaboration Between doctors and nurses)

  • Twenty-first century coming of health care in our country is in a situation of much conflict because the relationship between nurses and doctors is seen in terms of a traditional and vertical structure. Accordingly. it is very difficult to find collaboration amongst individuals of these two professions. Now nursing is trying to find independence and autonomy by carrying out independent professional skills. This study on collaboration and the obstacles hindering its pursuit. The strategies of collaboration to give better health care quality are as follows; First, a program for professionals should be developed to enhance professional knowledge and technology and train nursing professionals so that nursing can be acknowledged as a profession with a power to carry out on independent job. Second, collaboration reduces expenses and results in satisfactory performances of duty, high productivity, low incidence of medical accident, and higher satisfaction of the patient. Therefore the leader in the higher position should take positive stance for collaboration and help create a cooperative situation through the development of practical orders for collaboration. opening cooperative wards, and meeting for collaboration. Third, a collaboration model should be introduced into the courses of the nursing and medical school curriculum, which would influence job atmosphere after graduation. Fourth, nurses should have pride in their jobs as professionals and have confidence in their professional skill, knowledge and ability. Nurses should make an effort to share responsibility and have independence and autonomy. Fifth, common people as well as doctors know little about professional practice and the role of nurses, so a publicity campaign is also required.

  • 건설업은 일반 제조업의 생산과정과는 달리 다양한 참여주체들이 모여 프로젝트 성공이란 하나의 목표아래 정보를 공유하며 업무를 진행하므로 한 프로젝트마다 일시적인 팀워크가 형성된다. 다양한 참여주체들은 건설공사의 단계별 역할이 다르며, 업무 및 이에 따른 이해관계 역시 복잡하게 얽혀있다. 건설프로젝트의 효율적인 관리와 경영의 최적화를 위하여 CM제도가 도입이 되었다. 따라서 CM제도의 성공을 위해서는 주요 참여주체(발주자, CMr, 설계자, 시공자)의 협력관계가 요구된다. CM제도가 도입된 이래 성공적으로 사업을 수행하기 위한 일환으로 CM성과측정에 대한 많은 노력이 있었으나, 발주자의 입장에서만 바라본 항목으로 측정되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 CM성과를 객관적으로 측정하기 위해서 건설프로젝트의 주요 참여주체인 발주자, CMr, 설계자, 시공자의 균형적인 시각을 바탕으로 한 성과측정 항목의 필요성을 제기 하고자 한다. 건설프로젝트의 주요 참여주체인 4자(발주자, CMr, 설계자, 시공자)의 협력관계를 살펴본 뒤 각 주체에 따라 성과항목에 대한 인식차이가 있다는 것을 검증하였다.

광양항과 동북아 주요 컨테이너항만간 경협 추세분석 (Competition and Cooperation Dynamics between Gwangyang Port and Major Container Ports in Northeast Asia)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 동북아항만간 경쟁 입지변화와 경쟁관계 분석을 통해 광양항의 발전전략을 구축하는 것이다. 동북아 주요항만간 경쟁 입지 변화추정을 위해 수정 BCG매트릭스, 그리고 경쟁관계분석을 위해 Lotka-Volterra모형을 활용하였다. 연구결과 동북아지역에서는 중국항만의 경쟁력 및 영향력 확대, 부산항의 경쟁력 유지와 광양항 및 인천항의 경쟁력 정체, 그리고 일본항만의 경쟁력 실종을 확인했다. 또한 2007년 대비 2014년의 동북아 항만과 광양항간 관계에 따르면 환적물량기준 광양항은 부산항과 윈윈관계에서 약탈적 관계로 변화되었으며, 홍콩항과는 약탈적 관계를 유지하였다. 또한 상하이 및 닝보와는 약탈적 관계, 톈진과 순수경쟁관계, 그리고 칭다오 및 다롄과 윈윈관계를 형성하고 있다. 전체적으로 2007년 대비 2014년에는 광양항과 동북아 항만들간에 약탈적관계로 변화된 항만이 늘어나고 있다. 이에 대한 광양항의 대응전략은 약탈적 및 경쟁 관계의 항만들과는 협력적관계로, 그리고 윈윈 협력관계의 항만들과는 윈윈관계를 지속하는 전략을 구사할 필요가 있다.

  • 본 논문은 한-미 양국 간 힘의 비대칭적 상황에서 발생한 통상협상과정에서 약자인 한국이 유리한 협상성과를 얻은 사례 검토를 통하여 무엇이 균등화요소로서 작용하였는지를 1969년부터 시작된 한-미 섬유협상 사례를 통하여 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 국가간 협력이 어떤 근거 하에 이루어지는가에 대한 기존의 정치학적 이론을 상황별 수인의 딜레마게임(Prisoner's Dilemma Game)을 적용하여 해석하였다. 본 논문은 힘의 비대칭상황에서 약자인 한국이 균등화전략 요소로 양국간 특수한 협력관계를 활용하였다는 사실을 발견해 낸 점에서 의미가 있으며, 본 연구결과를 토대로 협상에서의 약자가 어떻게 균등화전략을 사용할 때 win-set에 영향을 주고 결과에 유효할 것인지를 예측할 수 있도록 하였다는 점에서 실제적인 기여가 있다고 생각된다.

개방형 혁신과 조직학습 특성이 벤처기업의 기술경쟁우위에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Open Innovation and Organizational Learning on Technological Competitive Advantage in Venture Business)

  • Although a wide range of theoretical researches have emphasized on the importance of knowledge management in cooperative R&D network, the empirical researches to synthetically examine the role of organizational learning and open innovation which influence on the performance of technological innovation are not enough to meet academic and practical demands. This study is to investigate the effect of open innovation and organizational learning in venture business on technological competitive advantage and establish the mediating role of organizational learning. For the purpose, the questionnaires, made based on the reviewing previous researches, were collected from 274 Korean venture businesses whose managerial focus is on developing technological innovation. As a result of analysis, the relational dimensions of open innovation - network, intensity and trust shared by a firm with external R&D partners - as well as the internal organizational learning system and competence have positive influence on building technological competitive advantage whose sub-variables are technological excellence, market growth potential and business feasibility. In addition, it is identified that organizational learning has the mediating and moderating effect in the relationship between open innovation and technological competitive advantage. These results imply that open innovation complements and expend the range of limited resources and the scope of innovation in technology-intensive small and medium-sized enterprises. Besides, organizational learning activity reinforces the use of knowledge and resources, obtained from external R&D partners. On the basis of these results, detailed issues and discussion were made in the conclusion.

  • 본 연구는 정보기술환경의 변화에 따라 대학의 정보관리조직구조를 CIO 조직체제로 변모해 온 과정과 새로운 CIO 조직구조 속에서 대학도서관과 컴퓨터센터의 상호협력관계를 구명하여 이를 국내대학에 적용시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 주로 미국대학에서 활용하고 있는 다양한 CIO 조직 모형들의 특성과 이 모형에서 도서관과 컴퓨터센터와의 상호협력관계에 관한 실증적 분석이 이루어졌다.

Analysis of the Capability of Korean Construction Companies for International Investment Development Business

  • Korean overseas construction has been on the rise, and exceeded the 2011 goal of $50 billion by securing $59.1 billion in orders. However, these orders were heavily concentrated in the Middle East (50%) and plant construction contracts (75%). This study suggests that, to maintain growth in foreign markets, Korea construction companies should enter into the high value-added investment development business and aggressively seek ways to diversify their regions of activity and construction types. To secure the entry of Korean construction companies into lucrative markets and better understand the competitive factors facing Korean construction concerns, a survey of the literature and focus group discussions targeting relevant experts were carried out. From those efforts, a list of 44 competitive factors crucial to entering and competing in the international investment development business was developed. Survey responses were analyzed by applying IPA. The results revealed that while Korean concerns compete well in engineering/technical capabilities, maintaining a cooperative relationship with contractors, and warranty/after sales service capabilities, their ability to obtain business information on the target country, to form private/public cooperative systems, and to build international human networks require immediate improvement.

아트마케팅을 기반으로 한 프라다의 패션커뮤니케이션 유형과 가치 (Case and value on the Prada's fashion communications through art marketing)

  • This study aims at comprehending the characteristics of fashion communications through case study about an art marketing that Prada develops in the field of modern fashion and providing theoretical materials on creativity-based art marketing and communication spread as expression strategy for brand philosophy and personality. For its research method, theoretical study was reviewed about art marketing and Prada's fashion philosophy and then cases on Prada's art marketing were analyzed according to their types. Prada's types in their art marketing are classified into several groups: support of art foundation and artists, differentiation via flagship store, application of image fashion, exhibition project, and cooperative work with different realms. From the above marketing strategies, we can find the values in that the brand image imbedded in enterprises with culture and art was contributable to set up the brand identity, that they were much beneficial to continuous activation for fashion culture and art fields, and that fashion communications of artistic emotion based on challenge and innovation were proposed. This fashion communication in Prada via way of art marketing is not just expression of Prada's luxury fashion brand but willingness to make their unique style from different facades. This also suggests the orientation that modern fashion should look forward to in finding a new way through cooperative relationship with other fields.

Naïve Decode-and-Forward Relay Achieves Optimal DMT for Cooperative Underwater Communication

  • Diversity-multiplexing tradeoff (DMT) characterizes the fundamental relationship between the diversity gain in terms of outage probability and the multiplexing gain as the normalized rate parameter r, where the limiting transmission rate is give by rlog SNR (here, SNR denote the received signal-to-noise ratio). In this paper, we analyze the DMT and performance of an underwater network with a cooperative relay. Since over an acoustic channel, the propagation delay is commonly considerably higher than the processing delay, the existing transmission protocols need to be explained accordingly. For this underwater network, we briefly describe two well-known relay transmissions: decode-and-forward (DF) and amplify-and-forward (AF). As our main result, we then show that an instantaneous DF relay scheme achieves the same DMT curve as that of multiple-input single-output channels and thus guarantees the DMT optimality, while using an instantaneous AF relay leads at most only to the DMT for the direct transmission with no cooperation. To validate our analysis, computer simulations are performed in terms of outage probability.
