It has been used so many kinds of architectural materials and interior products in current building construction, and use of composite architectural materials is increasing with the development of chemical technology. As the green architecture has become the center of public interest, much effort is conducted in advanced countries on the LCA point of view, such as restriction of architectural materials that emitting pollution substances, developing of Non-Toxic architectural materials, and recycling of used materials, etc. with the cooperation of related organizations, material manufacture companies, and construction companies. Because the kinds of materials to be used in building constructions are so various, there might be some possibility of personal and subjective choice at the time of materials selection resulting the missing the requirements of building components and the choice of harmful materials to human. One way to resolve the material problem is to present the green architectural materials which coincide with the quality performance at service and not harmful to man and nature. At this point of view, this study aims to develop the material classification model by investigating the major labelling system about green architectural materials in both domestic and abroad and to implement an efficient material selection system by making a powerful database of environmental standard and quality basis of building requirements.

This study proposed to derive important aspects of developing a policy information mentoring service by analyzing the consumers' needs. To do this, we conducted a survey targeting civil servants in policy-related ministries, researchers at policy research institutes, and policy information service representatives, who will all participate in the policy information mentoring service. The results are as follows. First, the need for a policy information mentoring service the desire to participate was very high. Second, the policy information mentoring service requirements that must be considered during development were, by order of importance, the expertise of the policy information service, quantitative and qualitative improvement, and policy information sources. Requirements for a successful policy information mentoring service were to sign an agreement with organizations to participate in the service, and to then enable partner organizations to recommend their staff to act as mentors and mentees. Conditions required on the operator side of the service were securing a pool of mentors and mentees, training for both groups, financial support cooperation guarantee from the affiliated organizations for professional mentoring activities, and links to policy areas in related institution.

The number of collaboration professors has significantly increased since the last decade, along with rapid technological developments and the necessity of entrepreneurial universities. Despite the expansion of collaboration professor recruitment, few empirical studies have examined the contribution of collaboration professors to university-industry collaboration. In particular, we do not have sufficient knowledge about the role of collaboration professors in the start-ups of undergraduate students, which is one of major duties of these professors. Following previous studies, this study constructs panel data of 203 universities explaining the proportions of collaboration professors, activities of undergraduate students, support of universities for students preparing new firms, and attributes of universities from 2017 to 2019. The results indicate that the percentage of collaboration professors is not statistically related with the start-ups of undergraduate students, whereas that of full-time professors working at organizations specializing in start-ups is positively and significantly associated with the number of new firms of undergraduate students. In addition, the percentage of students who had attended the start-up camps and the availability of financial support from universities for students who attempt to create new firms positively influence the start-ups of undergraduate students.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of fire safety education in middle and high school teachers. The results of this study provide basic data necessary for future school safety education. The research was carried out using a questionnaire given to 317 school teachers. The frequency of the questionnaire was calculated from frequency analysis using SPSS version 19.0. A chi-square test was conducted to verify the analyzed questionnaire data. Cronbach's alpha for fire safety awareness in the respondents is 0.845, which is very reliable. According to the results of the survey, fire safety education currently conducted in schools is aimed at having a safe lifestyle and respect for life. The training is conducted once every six months, on average, and training time is 30 to 45 minutes. Fire safety education in schools is conducted in the form of experience-oriented education in cooperation with fire-related organizations following the plan of the school. Educational texts are used and utilized through the Internet and in related publications. Under the present circumstances, it is necessary to secure sufficient space to run an experience-related education program and to actively participate in the students' fire safety education at the school.

Naval ships are designed to have a variety of active and passive systems to defend against enemy threats. One of the passive defense systems is to protect crew members and core equipment against the threat by using the outer plate of the equipment. This study was intended to deal with design methods against small arms ammunition and fragments. The Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials has measured the ballistic limit velocity of two types of high-tensile plate materials (AH36 and EH36) widely used in ships and offshore structures through tests in cooperation with various related organizations, and the result data is continuously accumulated. Based on the accumulated test results and data, such as mil test certificates of plate materials, it is intended to estimate the protection limit speed of high-tensile plates and to develop a simple calculating formula that can be used in the early design stage.
The purposes of this study are 1) to analyse the importance and performance of the success factors in steps of Formation process Of Cooperation NetWork(FoCNW) of educational institutions and businesses, and 2) to draw the success factors that need improvement. To achieve these purposes a survey research was conducted with a group of 1,098 (professors, teachers and workers in charge of cooperation at universities, technical colleges, vocational high schools and businesses which are equipped with a cooperation system), and 339 questionnaires were analyzed. The major results of the study are as follows. Firstly, while cooperation workers showed high recognition on the importance of success factors in steps of FoCNW, their performance of those factors was relatively low. Secondly, both the recognition of importance and performance of success factors in steps of FoCNW was higher in educational institutions than in businesses. Thirdly, the success factors in need of improvements from both educational institutions and businesses are 'collecting outer information and consulting' and 'publicizing cooperation competency', 'setting cooperative activities (programs) and contents of agreements', 'managing cooperation quality formally', 'drawing plans for sustainable cooperation improvement' and 'diffusing cooperation network'. The success factors in need of improvements from educational institutions are 'perceiving necessity of and forming consensus on cooperation' and 'deciding and supporting the worker in charge of cooperation', and 'participating and sharing of organization members'. The success factors in need of improvements from businesses are 'deciding goals and performance strategies', 'developing mutual understanding and checking possibility of cooperation with potential partners', and 'evaluating cooperation activities and their outcomes and providing feedback' and 'adjusting contents of agreements and deciding whether to maintain cooperation'. Therefore, efforts from each partner to improve those factors and support from related organizations are necessary.

This study investigated the mediating role that subordinates' job satisfaction might play in influencing the relationships between abusive supervision and subordinates' organizational identification and workplace deviance behavior(WDB-O). With data gathered from employees(N=281) representing a wide array of organizations, structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. The results showed that abusive supervision is negatively related to job satisfaction and consequently organizational identification, positively associated with organizational deviance behavior through job satisfaction indirectly and has a direct effect on WDB-O.
In Germany, North Sea and East Sea possess significant meaning in many aspects. North coast has an important economical significance to North Sea Gulf States. There are a number of harbors and manufacturing facilities in this area. Agriculture is also developed. East sea, where sea water and river water mingle. has a problem that it can not control harmful substances as fast as the North Sea due to its geographical location of being connected with the North Sea as a narrow water. To protect from big and small ship accidents and pollution sources, East Sea and North Sea have enacted HELKOM Convention and OSPAR Convention, respectively. Moreover, Denmark and Germany have made cooperation on tugboats in the occurrence of shipment accidents through the LethGer-Plan and DenGer-Plan. In 1998, after the Pallas accident that occurred near Bremen, the need to improve cooperation among each states on usable resources for ocean security has been increased in Germany. Consequently, the federal government and gulf state governments associated and organized the so called, "Havarie-Kommanando Ship Accident Measure Unit". Haravarie-Kommanando is a federal-state associated organization that deals with affairs that controls national operation and mobilization of ship accident related organizations unitively when serious ship accidents occur. Moreover, federal and state participant organizations, each shipping agencies and Wiking-Helicopers-Services, a helicopter agency, are cooperating well. Also, mutual assistance with the most prominent passenger agency called Scandlines, ARGE Kuestenschutz(Germany-Denmark shipping agency) is making progress as well.

In this age, where the social environment is changing rapidly and unpredictably, interest in safety from crime is increasing in Korean society. As the desire to live a life free from the fear of crime increases, interest in the construction of safe cities is also rising nationwide. To meet the national demand, the Korean government is promoting a project to link public disaster safety systems by involving municipalities, 112, 119, and other emergency services and institutions through the Smart City Integrated Platform in order to construct a smart safety net. This study investigates the linking of theSmart City Integrated Platform and theIntelligent Security Project. The results are as follows. 1. The linkage's objective is clear. 2. The system sector can provide information to accident-related organizations. 3. The scenario area can be expanded to a crime-prevention sector, and a long-term urban information integration infrastructure can be created. 4. Product testing is enabled by a smart city road map and through continuous consultation with relevant organizations. 5. Project diffusion to other local governments can be promoted with the continued addition of commercial products.
This study is preliminary study of the status of school counseling and demands for service at middle and high schools from universities to provide the youth middle and high schools in Changwon with counseling and educational service. The results of this research are below, First, the excessive workload became the most difficulties for operateschool counseling systems and counseling activities. Second, school counseling activities focused mainly on the formal and narrow areas of counseling such as career guidance, personality programs and intelligence test and so on. Third, the most problems which we have counselled, were friendship problems in the personal relationship, school absences in the delinquent, lack of information of sex in the sexual field, conflicts with Parents, in the family relationship, poor academic progresses in the academical and future directional problems and. character of personality difficulties in the psychological field. Fourth, the major offers from the teachers to counsel students in the school were advices, suggestions, career guidance, Preventative activities, and providing information through school counseling. Fifth, though the middle and high schools were in need of outside institutions related to counseling, It was difficult to get help because of being Ignorant of procedures or methods for using counseling and being lacking in enough information on such organizations. Sixth, ordinary students and students in danger of maladjustment besides problem students wanted to get a lot of help. Seventh, the counseling which are the most wanted from out of school was an opposite-sex relationship in the personal relationship, a lack of information on sex in the sexual fields, conflict with parents in the family problems, a strong unwillingness of study in the academical and future directional fields, and personalty difficulties In the psychological fields. Eighth, the subjects wanted to get counseling and educational service in regard to sex, addiction to PC, smoking, and ostracism and so on in counseling and education for young people.
