In recent years, technological competition in the automobile sector is accelerating. This study analyzes the status of patents from a global perspective of three promising future items that Korea has selected as core technologies in the field of autonomous driving,. And the technological cooperation ecosystem was identified through network analysis centered on scientific metrology. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the growth of individual technologies has been strengthened in recent years, and although key source technologies have been largely preempted in major global countries, a close cooperative ecosystem between institutions, companies, and universities in major countries has not yet been formed. Specifically, the US and Japan have the technological leadership, while China is rapidly rising, and Korea is chasing after it as a latecomer. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously strengthen technological cooperation such as R&D of core technology to overcome technological limitations and strengthening of infrastructure construction, attracting excellent foreign talents and international exchanges. This analysis is meaningful in that it explores the global status of Korea's technology and the possibility of technological cooperation from various perspectives in the future from the viewpoint of preoccupation of future technology, rather than grasping the trend of a specific technology.

본 연구에서는 사용 중에 있는 철근콘크리트 보의 사용하중 단계에 따른 탄소섬유 보강 후의 휨보강 효과를 분석 고찰하였다. 사용하중을 받는 RC 보의 탄소섬유시트 보강에 따른 원부재와의 초기변형률 차이와 하중상태에 따른 잔류변형률의 영향을 고려하고, 보강 후 거동에 영향을 미치는 해석변수들에 대한 비선형 단면해석을 수행하여, 보강단계에 따른 보강보의 거동특성 및 보강효과에 대해 고찰하고, 기존 실무에서 보강설계시 가장 많이 사용되는 신영수-홍건호식과 비교 검토하였다. 보강 겁수, 인장철근비, 단면치수비를 변수로 한 변수 해석을 수행하여 보강단계에 따른 휨강도의 변화를 확인하고 보강 시기에 따른 휨강도를 계산하고 휨보강 효과를 분석하였다.

본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자의 보행수행을 저하시키는 발목 등쪽 굽힘근의 약화에 대해 발목 근력 강화 훈련과 정적 근육 신장 훈련을 이용하여 등쪽 굽힘을 시행한 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 족저압 및 보행에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구는 편마비 뇌졸중 환자 36명을 대상으로 뇌졸중 환자의 보행변수인 10m 걷기를 측정하고, 발바닥의 각 영역별 최대 족저압의 측정은 F-scan system을 사용하여 자료를 수집하여 연구하였다. 본 연구에서 각 훈련 전과 훈련 후의 보행의 변화 연구에서 발목 근력 강화 훈련군과 정적 근육 신장 훈련군은 10m 보행속도검사에서 보행속도가 감소하여 뇌졸중 환자의 보행에 좋은 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있겠다. 뇌졸중 환자 발의 압력측정에서 발목 근력 강화 훈련군 에서는 다른 그룹에 비해서 무지부, 족지부, 제1중족골두에서 최대 족저압이 증가 하였다.

In this study, the out-of-plane seismic resistance of lightly-reinforced existing walls strengthened with thick RC jacket was investigated. The thick RC jacket with a thickness of 500 mm was placed at one side of the thin existing wall with a thickness of 150 mm. At the interface between the wall and RC jacket, a tee-shaped steel section with a number of anchor bolts and dowel bars was used as the shear connector. To investigate the connection performance and strengthening effects, the cyclic loading tests of four jacketed wall specimens were performed. The tests showed that the flexural strength of the jacketed walls under out-of-plane loading was significantly increased. During the initial behavior, the tee shear connector transferred forces successfully at the interface without slip. However, as the cracking, spalling, and crushing of the concrete increased in the exiting walls, the connection performance at the interface was significantly degraded and, consequently, the strength of the jacketed walls was significantly decreased. The flexural strength of the jacketed walls with tee shear connector was estimated considering the full and partial composite actions of the tee shear connector.

본 연구는 사회적경제기업들을 대상으로 마케팅역량이 시장지향성을 통해 사회적성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 사회적경제기업들의 마케팅역량을 가격경쟁력능력, 유통경쟁력능력으로 분류하고, 시장지향성을 고객지향성, 부서간협력, 경쟁자지향성으로 구분하였다. 또한, 사회적경제기업들의 특성에 맞춰 성과검증은 사회적성과로 구성하였다. 총 216명의 사회적경제기업의 임직원들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 자료를 수집하였고 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 마케팅역량은 시장지향성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 시장지향성은 사회적 성과에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 시장지향성은 마케팅역량에 있어 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 사회적경제기업의 마케팅역량 강화가 사회적성과 창출에 중요한 요소임을 시사한다. 사회적경제기업은 마케팅역량 강화를 통해 시장지향성을 높이고, 이를 통해 사회적 가치를 창출할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

최근 영세한 국내 의약품 유통시장을 근대화하고 유통질서 확립을 위해 도매상 기능의 강화와 도매상과 약국간 협력체계 확립의 중요성에 대한 정부와 업계의 관심이 높아지고 있다 본 연구는 의약품 유통경로에서의 도매상과 소매상간 관계특성 변수들을 파악하고 이들 변수들과 협력간 관계를 실증분석 하였다. 기존 연구와 이론적 배경을 토대로 의약품 유통경로에서의 관계특성 변수들로 관계주의, 보상적 힘, 신뢰, 의존을 선정하고 이들 변수들과 협력과 만족간 관계를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 보상적 힘을 제외한 관계특성 변수들은 협력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 협력은 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 의약품 유통경로에서 도매상과 중소형 약국간 협력관계를 강화시킬수 있는 방안들을 제시하였다.

This paper is to introduce recent collaborative activities in agricultural weather information services among institutions in Korea as well as key concepts for understanding agrometeorological services. KMA and RDA have agreed upon the establishment of the Joint Committee for Agrometeorolgy at national level to strengthen the national agrometeorological services in data collection, information production, research, and services to end-users of agrometeorological information in Korea. Several on-going joint projects in agrometeorology by RDA/KMA are introduced in brief. The projects being developed are : Strengthening of the Joint Committee of agrometeorology, Extension of observation network for agricultural weather, Production of the detailed agrometeorological information based on numerical weather forecasts, Development of seasonal and interannual weather forecasts for agricultural applications, Information network system for supporting agrometeorological research, and Improvement of agrometeorological information services at national and regional level. Strengthening of programs for the education and training of agrometeorologists will be impending responsibilities of the government. The government must consider establishment of organizations dedicated to and in charge of national agrometeorological services to end-users. RDA and KMA should play a major role to obtain this goal, based on a close cooperation with universities, scientific societies, and other relevant institutions. If this plan is successful, major infrastructures and services in agrometeorology shall be established in the next 5 years, and we can contribute to regional and global societies through sharing experiences and know-hows.

최근 ICT와 의료 기술 및 서비스의 융합 강도가 높아지면서 ICT 기반 의료기기 및 장비, 소프트웨어, 서비스 개발 등의 부가가치가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료분야 데이터 백업 이슈 등에 대한 시장 환경 분석을 통한 사업 타당성 검토와 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 거래 유형 분석을 통해 의료 분야의 새로운 융합 비즈니스 모델을 도출하고, 향후 고객 확보 및 시장 확대, 경쟁력 강화 등을 위한 사업화 활용 모델의 개발 방향을 제안한다. 본 연구는 클라우드 서비스의 새로운 융합 비스니스 모델을 설계 할 때 산업의 핵심 역량 강화 전략 및 제휴 연계 전략을 수립하는데 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것이다.

세계적으로 산학협력은 선택이 아니라 국가발전의 필연적인 구성요소이다. 산학협력의 부흥 결과는 국가의 필수적 경제발전의 요소로서 세계 주요국의 국가 정책에서도 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 미국, 캐나다, 핀란드, 스웨덴, 이스라엘 등 여러 국제환경의 변화 속에서도 경제적으로 지속적인 발전을 유지하고 있는 국가들의 경우 역사적으로 산학협력 제도를 성공적으로 정착하고 유지시켜 왔다. 본 연구에서는 산학협력 활성화를 위해서 국내외 산학협력프로그램 비교를 통해서 보다 현실성 있는 방법을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과 R&D 연구보상제도 프로그램으로 기술개발 특허의 성과급 지급에 대한 기준 마련을 필두로하여 공동개발의 경우 무상 기술이전 방침을 도출하였다. 또한 학생과 기업 그리고 대학이 공동으로 참여하는 공동역량강화프로그램으로 각종 지원사업시 가산점 및 평가지표 마련을 도출하였다. 그리고 취업과 창업을 동시에 강화하는 토탈관리 프로그램으로 관련 교육을 단계별 교육 체계로 전환하고 지역사회 주민에게도 교육의 혜택을 줄 수 있도록 해야한다. 마지막으로 지식재산권 전문가 매칭프로그램을 기술거래사 등을 바탕으로 최소단위 행정구역별로 전문가맵을 전국망으로 인터넷 정보검색서비스를 실시하고 동사무소 등에 전담인력을 배치하는 방안을 도출하였다.

한국과 베트남은 1992년 수교 이후 정치, 경제, 문화적으로 폭넓은 교류협력을 이어왔다. 2018년 3월, 문재인 대통령은 신남방정책의 핵심 파트너인 베트남을 공식 방문하여 교역확대와 한반도 평화정착을 위한 포괄적 협력방안을 논의했다. 2018년 4월에 열린 한(韓) 베트남 국방장관 회담에서는 해양안보, 방산협력, UN PKO 활동, 유해발굴, 인도적 지원 등 국방 방산 전분야 협력증진을 골자로 하는 '국방협력에 관한 공동비전 성명'을 체결했다. 현재 베트남은 남중국해를 둘러싸고 중국과 도서영유권 분쟁을 겪고 있으며 이에 대응하기 위해 군 현대화와 군비증강에 박차를 가하고 있다. 특히 해상전력을 강화하기 위해 미국과 러시아, 인도, 프랑스 등과 이념을 초월하여 대외군사협력을 강화하고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 한(韓) 베트남 교류협력은 기존의 경제 문화적 교류를 넘어 군사협력으로 범위를 확대해나갈 필요성이 있다고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수교 26주년을 맞은 한(韓) 베트남 관계를 재조명하고 'Next China'로 성장한 베트남과의 군사협력 발전방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 베트남의 안보환경과 군사전략을 분석하고, 방산분야를 중심으로 한 군사협력 추진전략을 제시하였다.
