에너지 절감형 염색기용 직접냉각수세장치에 대한 연구 (A Study on Direct Cooling and Washing Machine for Energy Saving-Type Dyeing Machine)

  • 최근 국내 섬유산업의 생산량이 증가함에 따라 섬유산업에서 에너지 소비는 계속 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 기존의 염색기는 고온 고압의 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 염색 후 냉각을 하기 위하여 열교환기를 통한 간접냉각방식을 채택하고 있다. 이러한 간접냉각방식은 물의 소모량이 많으며 작업 시간 또한 오래 걸리는 문제점이 있고 냉각시 염액의 고착으로 인해 냉각 후 환원세정 및 수세를 수차례 하므로 에너지가 많이 소비된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 고온 고압 액류 염색기의 열교환기에 의한 간접냉각방식을 염색기내에 냉수를 직접 공급하는 직접냉각방식으로 대체하기 위한 장치를 개발하여 기존의 염색기에 적용하여 냉각과 동시에 환원세정공정을 생략하고 수세공정을 단축시키면서 전공정을 마무리함으로써 전체 작업공정을 줄이고 에너지 소비를 절감하는 등의 생산성을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 직접냉각수세장치를 제안하며, 시제작품을 제작하고, 실제 염색기에 적용하여 기존의 간접 냉각 방식의 염색기와 성능, 자원 및 에너지 절감율을 비교하였다. 또한 시제작품을 적용한 염색기의 염색성 실험을 하였다.

  • Recently, there are an increasing needs for high speed rotating spindle which is an important mechanical ele- ment for a high efficiency machine tool in order to shorten machining time and cut production costs. The heat gen- eration is the most important problem in the motor integrated spindle. In this study, the effects of temperature distribution and thermal behavior according to the oil-air lubrication and cooling conditions are investigate theo- retically and experimentally on the motor-integrated spindle under unloading condition. The experimental spin- dle system is composed with the angular contact steel ball bearings, oil-air lubrication, air or oil jacket cooling system. To analyze the thermal behavior and cooling characteristics for the motor integrated spindle, the analysis using the finite element method is carried out. The analytical results are compared with the experimental results.

  • We have investigated the variation of dwell and warm-up time for effects of positioning accuracy of the CNC machine tools with an laser measuring system. Also, we strdied the effect of improvement of the positioning accuracy by variation of the temperature for hollow ball screw, which mostly used as drive mechanism of CNC machine tools. We dbtained the effectiveness of cooling effect of the new cooling system, compared with the conventional cooling system.

  • This paper presents some measures far the optimization of the thermal behavior of linear motors, which are used as a high speed feed mechanism in machine tools. Thermo-Sandwich-Construction using two cooling circuits and an insulation layer shows an effective cooling system for linear motors. Conducting sheet can be also used to reduce heat flow from linear motor to machine table. Cooling pipe is a simple and effective cooling system for the secondary part of synchronous linear motor. Through the combination of the Thermo-Sandwich-Construction, conducting sheet and cooling pipe the thermally optimized linear motor shows a well improved thermal behavior in comparison with the prototype motor.

  • A high speed spindle system for machine tools can be used to reduce the machining time, to improve the machining accuracy, to perform the machining of light metals and hard materials, and to unite the cutting and grinding processes. In this study, a high speed spindle system is developed by applying the oil-air lubrication method, angular contact ball bearings, injection nozzles with dual orifices, cooling jacket and so on. And an air cooling experiment for evaluating the performance of the spindle system is carried out. Especially, in ofder to establish the air cooling conditions related to the development of a high speed spindle system, the effects of cooling air pressure, oil supply rate, air supply rate and rotational spindle speed are studied and discussed on the bearing temperature rise and frictional torque. Also the effects of cooling air pressure, rotational spindle speed and spindle system structure is investigated on the bearing temperature distribution. The experiment on the test model reveals the usefulness of the air cooling method.

  • Generally, A motor integrated spindle is selected to perform the high speed machining, to improve the machining flexibility, and to simplify the structure of machine tools. The thermal deformation caused by heat generation of the integrated motor is, however, serious problem in motor integrated spindle system. In this study, cooling characteristics for the several kinds of cooling systems(such as, oil-jacket cooling, air cooling) are investigated and more efficient cooling method is presented. The results show that the shaft cooling by the air cooling system is effective to improve the thermal characteristic of motor integrated spindle.

  • This paper has studied thermal characteristics of machine tool to develope high speed spindle and optimum design condidering the thermal deformation. Comparing the test data of temperature measurement and structural analysis data using FEM, we verifiedthe test validity and predicted thermal deformation, influence of spindle generation of heat, and established cooling system to prevent the thermal deformation. 1) The temperature rise of spindle system depends on increasing number of rotation and shows sudden doubling increment of number of rotation over 7,000rpm. 2) Oil jacket cooling can be effective cooling method below 8,000rpm but, over 8,000rpm, it shows the decrement of cooling effect. 3) Comparing FEM analysis results and revolution test results, we can confirmn approximate temperature change consequently, it is possible to simulate temperature rise and thermal distribution on the inside of spindle system. 4) We can confirm that simulated approach by FEM analysis can be effective method in thermal-appropriate design..

회전성형기의 품질 향상을 위한 냉각 조건에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cooling Condition for Quality Improvement of Rotary Molding Machine)

  • 산업 현장에서 많이 사용하는 중공형 제품에 대한 성형은 가열과 냉각에 의해 회전 성형하게 된다. 제품에 대한 품질 향상을 위해 균일한 냉각이 필요하고, 생산성 향상을 위해 빠른 시간의 냉각이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 팬에 의한 강제 냉각이 없는 경우와 팬에 의한 강제 냉각이 있는 경우로 크게 냉각 조건을 구분하였다. 또한, 팬에 의한 강제 냉각이 없는 경우에 대하여 성형기가 수평으로 정지해 있는 조건과 수직으로 정지한 조건으로 구분하였다. 그리고 팬에 의한 강제 냉각을 확인하기 위해 팬이 가동되지 않은 상태에서 성형기만 회전하는 조건과 하부의 팬만 작동하는 경우, 상단과 하단의 팬이 작동하는 조건으로 설정하였다. 이와 같이 성형기의 냉각의 결과를 여러 조건의 공기 냉각 조건에 대해 회전성형기의 표면 온도를 STAR-CCM+ 프로그램으로 해석한다. 총 5개의 조건에 대해 회전성형기의 온도 분포를 해석하였으며, 각 조건에서 냉각에 대한 성형기의 표면 온도 분포를 비교하였다. 5개의 Case 중 Case4가 900sec 후 약 35℃로 가장 낮았다.

  • This study deals with the characteristic of refrigerant for heat-treatment deformation control of SCM415 steel. The control of heat-treatment deformation must need the progress of production parts for an industry machine. Most of the deformation is occurred on unequal cooling. The unequal cooling is occurred by a property of quenching refrigeration. When a heated metal is deposited in the refrigeration, the cooling speed is so slow in early period of cooling because of occurring a steam-curtain. After more cooling, the steam-curtain is destroyed. In this progress, the cooling speed is very fast. The object of this study is to control the deformation of heat-treatment for the part of the industry machine by improving the conditions of quenching. The cooling curves and cooling rates of water, oil and polymer solution are obtained and illustrated. From the characteristics of the quenching refrigerant, the effects of heat-treatments on the thermal deformation and fatigue strength are also investigated.
