동시냉난방 시스템 에어컨의 냉매량 변화에 따른 고낙차 장배관 운전 신뢰성 평가 (Evaluation of the operating reliability on the concurrent heating-cooling system air conditioner for different refrigerant flow rates with high-head and long-line conditions)

  • The heating and cooling performances of system multi-air conditioner for various refrigerant flow rates with high-head and long-line conditions are experimentally investigated. The maximum head and tube length were 110 m and 1000 m, and the two different adjustments of refrigerant flow rates were +20 % and -20 %, respectively. The experimental system was composed of 4 outdoor units with module systems, and 13 indoor units which were joined with the mode change unit by single-tube circuit. Field tests without indoor and outdoor temperature control were performed in a general office building with two different refrigerant flow rates. Especially, the oil level in the compressor was normally maintained at the safety zone. Experimental results were prepared on the p-h diagram.

  • The mold transformers have been widely used in underground substations in large building and have some advantages in comparison to oil-transformer, that is low fire risk, excellent environmental compatibility, compact size and high reliability. In addition, the application of mold transformer for outdoor is possible due to development of epoxy resin. The mold transformer generally has cooling duct between low voltage coil and high voltage coil. A mold transformer made by one body molding method has been developed for small size and low loss, but it needs some cooling method because heat radiation between each winding is difficult. The life of transformer is significantly dependent on the thermal behavior in windings. Many transformer designers have calculated temperature distribution and hot spot point by FEM(finite element method) to analyze winding temperature rise. In this paper, the temperature distribution and thermal stress analysis of 100kVA pole cast resin transformer for power distribution are investigated by FEM program.

송풍 시스템의 공기유량측정 방법에 관한 연구 (Research on Air Flow Rate Test Method for Blower System)

  • This study conducted the measurements of air flow rate for blower systems with experiment and numerical. A new airflow rate test method is suggested, with which it is possible to accurate measurements and calculate the air flow rate for blower systems. The blower(axial fan) is an industrial fluid machine device that supplies a large amount of air by driving an impeller with an electric motor, and it is widely used throughout the industry such as steel, power plant, chemical, semiconductor, LC D, food, and cement. The airflow from the blower is for exchanging the heat in the cooling unit or heat exchanger. The temperature of coolants and hydraulic oil primarily depends on the amount of airflow rate through the cooling package so its accurate estimation is very important. Moreover, it required a larger investment in time and cost since it could not be executed until the system is actually made. Therefore, this research is intended to examine the phenomenon of air flow pattern when testing air flow rate, suggested new test method, and show the result of the validation test.

비압착식 SPI 두부의 제조를 위한 가열 및 수분, 기름, 덱스트린 첨가의 최적화 (Optimization of Heating and Addition of Water, Oil and Dextrin for Uncompressed SPI Tofu Preparation)

  • 비압착 SPI두부의 제조조건의 결정을 위하여 수분첨가량, 2차 가열온도, 기름 및 덱스트린 첨가량에 따른 물리적 특성을 조사하였고, 각 조건에서 얻어진 견고성을 기준으로 다중회귀분석과 반응표면분석을 통하여 최적화하였다. 그 결과 덱스트린 첨가량 $10{\sim}15%$ 범위에서 두부의 견고성이 증가하였고, 2차 가열온도 $85^{\circ}C$, 수분은 8배 첨가하였을 때 최고의 견고성을 보였다. 종속변수를 견고성으로 하여 RSM 도시한 결과 덱스트린 첨가가 견고성에 미치는 영향은 가열온도의 영향보다 비교적 적었다. 기름첨가의 영향은 2차 가열온도 $85^{\circ}C$, 8배 수분, 25% 이상 기름 첨가구를 제외하고 제조 조건에 큰 영향을 받지 않았고 혼합첨가의 경우 25% 기름첨가구가 비교적 높은 값을 보였고, 가열시간 15분 이상인 경우 덱스트린 첨가량이 많을수록 견고성의 감소를 보였다. 비교적 견고하고 응집성있는 제조조건은 기름 25%, 덱스트린 $15{\sim}20%$ 첨가와 2차 가열온도 $90^{\circ}C$에서 $45{\sim}60$분이었다. 물리적 특성과 관능검사에 의해 결정된 비압착 SPI 두부제조를 위한 최적 조건은 균질화한 SPI-oil-dex-trin(100 : 25 : 15)에 SPI무게의 8배 수분을 첨가한 다음 $100^{\circ}C$에서 6분간 1차 가열을 하고 $40^{\circ}C$로 냉각시킨 용액에 혼합응고제(SPI : $CaSO_4$ : GDL=1g : 0.07g : 0.0075g)를 첨가하여 균질화한 다음 $90^{\circ}C$에서 45분간 2차 가열하여 상온으로 냉각시키는 것임을 알 수 있었다.

옥수수기름의 탈납조건 확립 및 탈납부산물의 성분조성 분석 (Establishment of Winterizing Conditions and Analysis of Component Composition of Winterizing By-product in Corn Oil)

  • 옥수수기름의 적정 탈납조건은 $105^{\circ}C$의 탈색유를 $40^{\circ}C$로 냉각하고, 여기에 탈색유 대비 0.3%(w/w)의 퍼라이트를 투입하여 교반하며 점진적으로 온도를 낮추어 $1{\sim}2^{\circ}C$를 유지하여 12 시간이 경과한 후 이를 여과하는 방법이었다. 탈납 후 여과하여 얻어진 폐퍼라이트(spent perlite, SP)로부터 지방질 성분을 얻고 이로부터 SACC법에 의하여 89.6%의 triglyceride(TG) 획분을 얻어 이 물질이 옥수수기름의 주요 혼탁유발 물질임을 확인할 수 있었다. TG획분을 agentation TLC에 의하여 분리한 결과 U3, SU2, S2U, S3형 TG획분 4종이 분리되었으며, 대부분이 U3 형 이었다. 이로부터 옥수수기름에서 혼탁을 유발하는 원인물질은 TG획분 이며, 이 TG획분이 대부분 육안으로 관측되는 왁스물질을 형성함을 쉽게 확인할 수 있었다. 탈납유에 대한 냉각시험 결과는 냉각온도 처리조건에 따라 약간의 편차는 있었으나 전체적으로 $0^{\circ}C$에서 $39.6{\sim}96.5$ 시간 동안 맑고 투명한 상태를 유지하였고, 특히 온도조건이 가정 낮았던 A 시료에서 가장 우수한 결과를 나타내었다.

어선기관의 연료유 절감에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Reduction of Fuel Oil Consumption for Fishing Boat Engine)

  • As the fuel oil cost covers from 45% to 60% of the total expenditure for fishing boat operation, the energy saving is now an urgent problem to be taken a countermeasure for engineers, manufacturers or specialists engaging in this field. Undertaking a second-hand engine of the trainging ship, the author made several reconstructions to restore its performances. By inserting foot linears of connecting rods the compression ratio was increased and by adjusting both the fuel injection timing and the cooling water outlet temperature, its thermal efficiency was improved. The results of the experimental operation were summarized as follows. 1. By raising the piston top position 0.75mm more than the value of the operating manual, the compression pressure increased 1.3 kg/$cm^2$ and the maximum pressure did 3.4 kg/$cm^2$ at 75% load. 2. At 75% load, the difference of the maximum pressure between each cylinder was decreased from 2.4 kg/$cm^2$ to 1.8 kg/$cm^2$. 3. The fuel consumption was decreased about 8 g/ps.h at 75% load, and about 5.3 g/ps.h at 85% load. 4. The brake thermal efficiency was improved about 1.5% at 75% load and 0.9% at 85% load.

  • A preliminary performance test of a 30RT 2-stage screw heat pump was carried out in order to develop a high performance large-scale unutilized energy source heat pump, which will be used in district heating and cooling. Two issues on the system control were investigated in this study, A stable 2-stage heating operation is guaranteed only if the load-side water inlet temperature is over a certain value, to where the 1-stage heating operation should be done first from a cold start. An oil shortage problem in low stage compressor, which depends on the degree of suction superheat, was solved by the proper oil level control scheme.

티타늄의 에어로졸 건조 윤활(ADL) 가공에서 온도 및 표면거칠기 분석 (Analysis of Temperature and Surface Roughness in Aerosol Dry Lubrication (ADL) Machining for Titanium)

  • The function of coolant in machining is to reduce the frictional force in the contact area in between the tool and the material, and to increase the precision by cooling the work-piece and the tool, to make the machining surface uniform, and to extend the tool life. However, cutting oil is harmful to the human body because it uses chlorine-based extreme pressure additives to cause environmental pollutants. In this study, the effect of cutting temperature and surface roughness of titanium alloy for medical purpose (Ti-6Al-7Nb) in eco-friendly ADL slot shape machining was investigated using the response surface analysis method. As the design of the experiment, three levels of cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut were designed and the experiment was conducted using the central composite planning method. The regression expressions of cutting temperature and surface roughness were respectively obtained as quadratic functions to obtain the minimum value and optimal cutting conditions. The values from this formula and the experimental values were compared. As a result, this study makes and establishes the basis to prevent environmental pollution caused by the use of coolant and to replace it with ADL (Aerosol Dry Lubricant) machining that uses a very small amount of vegetable oil with high pressure.

구동 모듈 감속기 윤활 특성에 관한 연구 (Research on the Lubrication Characteristics of Driving Modules)

  • In this study, we report on a power system developed as a decelerator for a driving module in an electric vehicle. The system is to be mounted in a limited space. The research focus was on development of miniaturization, light weight, and high power density. In particular, we aimed to minimize the layout of existing external components as integrated or built-in, and to maximize the power density by applying optimal cooling technology to increased requirements for developing modular power systems applicable to various OEM models. South Korean automakers ranked fourth in global electric-vehicle sales in 2020, but domestic sales are relatively slow. Despite government's expansion in subsidies for eco-friendly cars, consumers are delaying purchases after 2021 considering the cost-effectiveness of electric vehicles. In major European markets, the demand for electric vehicles exceeded the demand for diesel cars, and sales of hybrid cars, which used to represent eco-friendly cars, are slowing down as Toyota, started selling electric vehicles. In this study, the internal lubrication characteristics of a decelerator installed in an electric vehicle were analyzed in terms of the deceleration time while driving. By selecting the proper oil and oil viscosity, it was confirmed that there is no problem in lubricating the bearings and gears of the decelerator.

API J55강의 미세조직과 기계적 특성에 미치는 열처리 및 합금원소(B, Ti)의 영향 (Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of API J55 steel with Heat treatment conditions and Alloying elements(B, Ti))

  • 본 연구에서는 유정용 강관의 열처리 조건 및 합금원소(B, Ti)에 따른 미세조직 및 기계적 성질을 조사하였다. 실험에는 J55, J55+B,Ti 강재를 사용하였고, 열처리 조건은 각각 오스테나이트 처리온도 ($880^{\circ}C$, $910^{\circ}C$, $940^{\circ}C$), 냉각방식 (수냉, 유냉), 템퍼링 온도 (미실시, $550^{\circ}C$, $650^{\circ}C$) 이다. 열처리 조건에 따라 얻어지는 미세조직을 예측하기 위해 J55, J55+B,Ti 강재의 화학적 성분을 기준으로 평형상태도와 CCT 곡선을 예측하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 평형상태도는 A1, A3 온도가 약 $20^{\circ}C$ 감소하였고, CCT 곡선은 B, Ti이 첨가됨에 따라 ferrite와 bainite nose 부분이 오른쪽으로 이동하였다. J55, J55+B,Ti 강재의 CCT 곡선을 기준으로 냉각속도에 따른 martensite, bainite, ferrite등 예상되는 미세조직을 예측하였고, J55 강재의 미세조직 예측값은 실제 실험값과 유사한 양상을 나타내었지만. J55+B,Ti 강재의 예측값은 실제 실험값과는 차이가 있었다. 열처리 조건이 변화됨에 따라 martensite, bainite, ferrite 등 다양한 조직이 생성되었으며, 이는 경도, 강도 및 연신율에 밀접한 영향을 미쳤다. J55시편의 수냉의 경우 martensite 조직이 형성되었고, 유냉의 경우 bainite와 ferrite 조직이 형성되었지만, J55+B,Ti시편은 B의 첨가에 의한 경화능 향상으로 냉각방식에 관계없이 martensite 조직이 형성되었다. 전반적으로 B, Ti을 첨가하면서 기계적 성질은 향상되었고, quenching 이후의 시편보다 tempering 이후의 시편에서 크게 향상되었다. 이는 Ti의 첨가로 인해 생성된 미세한 석출물이 재결정시 결정립 성장을 억제하여 미세한 오스테나이트 결정립을 생성하였고, tempering 열처리 이후에도 결정립 미세화 효과가 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다.
