A series of revolutionary industrial changes took place from the 18th century of the First Industrial Revolution. The fourth industrial revolution is a new industrial revolution in which intelligence and information unite. Social, cultural, economic and educational systems are expected to emerge within the category of access and experience. In the course of intelligent mechanization, manpower and machinery need to be commandeered. Tools should be left to the machine and humans should look at essential issues. In the 4th Industrial Revolution, the paradigm of education should fundamentally change. Instead of routine technologies based on memorization, one should learn how to access and utilize. It needs to focus on areas of debate, cooperation, communication, sensibility, and artistry that robots and artificial intelligence can not afford. The fourth industrial revolution is the fusion of human beings and technology, the humanities and the technology.

It has been studied over the long time for the high efficiency and high power density of the power converter. It is possible to obtain higher power conversion efficiency and small volume by increasing switching frequency, however, the switching loss is also increased. The soft switching technique can overcome of the above deficiency. The design and analysis method for ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) Phase Shifte Full bridge converter is presented in this paper. The power transfer depends on the phase difference between two legs of the power stage and the maximum power conversion efficiency is achieved by the optimum leakage inductance value. The waveform of the current and voltage of the operational mode is analysed and the corresponding switch status is plotted as on/off status. A ZVS full bridge converter for a communication rectifier with 2kW output power is implemented and its performance are verified through PSIM software simulation and experimental results.

In this paper, we present the results of educational innovation case study using U-Learning Box and Ubiquitous-based Test(UBT) system for 6 sample primary schools in Nepal. As Nepal is considered to be a developing country with electricity problem to the school, the U-Learning Box, consisting of a small and easy-to-use tablet PC for teacher and a small smart beam with its own battery was evaluated as the optimum solution to support continuous basic English and hygiene education for these schools. And UBT technology using tablet PC was used to evaluate and analyze basic English learning ability of the students, which helped us realized that it is necessary to improve the educational environment and develop suitable educational contents. We hope that the global educational innovation using U-Learning Box and UBT technology will become a successful model for global equality of educational opportunity project for developing countries including Nepal.

Nowadays, fintech becomes the key technology of the mobile banking and payments. Financial market is moved to fintech-based non-face-to-face trade/payment from traditional face-to-face process in Korea. Core of this transition is the smartphones, which have several sensitive sensors for personal identifications such as fingerprint and iris recognition sensors. But it has some originated security risks by data path attacks, for instance, hacking and pharming. Multi-level certification and security systems are applied to avoid these threats effectively, while these protections can be cause of some inconvenience for non-face-to-face certifications and financing processes. In this paper, I confirmed that it have sensible differences correspond with the data connection paths such as WiFi networks and mobile communication networks of the smartphones, and I propose a gradual certification method which alleviates the inconvenience by risk-level definitions of the data-paths.

Today, with the advance of Information and communication technology, 'Smart, connected' toys, which apply technologies related to IoT (Internet of Things) to traditional toys, are emerging and rapidly growing. This research aims to analyze the tendencies and limitations of smart, connected toys through exploring the representative cases of smart, connected toys based on characteristics of ICBM (Internet of Things, Cloud, Big-data, and Mobile) technology. For this study, we begin by understanding literature research about smart, connected toys and ICBM technology. Then, we extracted the characteristics of ICBM technology for connecting physical and digital environments through investigating cases to which ICBM technologies are applied. Based on the extracted characteristics, the case studies of smart, connected toys were conducted. In this research, we explore the level of ICBM technology application and limitation to smart, connected toys. We expect this research will contribute to providing guidelines for developing smart, connected toys based on the characteristics of the latest technology.

Various efforts and technical development for integrating the ICT technologies to the area of special needs education have been continuing. In this paper we have studied and implemented various ICT-based disability evaluation websites and mobile applications for special needs education and also verified their usefulness from the field test at disability schools. The valuer can access the websites and mobile applications for autistic behavior or learning disability evaluation at the any places and by any devices such as laptop, PC, smartphone and tablet PC. And all the evalation results are stored into and managed at the server database and shared with websites and mobile applications to integrate together easily. From the study about disability evaluation and implementation results we have a confidence that they will be useful to support the seamless evaluation and the continuous monitoring services for the disabled at the special needs education fields.

Until now, Academic disciplines were categorized according to the standards of the National Research Foundation of Korea, and this categorization has contributed to the development of each disciplines. However, as time goes by, there is a need for a transition to the new trends, convergence. Therefore, to suggest the resolution for pre-existing phenomenon and problems, this study explored the concept and traits of narrative science as a convergence discipline and discussed its implications and tasks. Narrative Science is a human science, based on narrative epistemology, and it focuses on human's interpretation, communication, and inter-subjectivity. Narrative Science has many inner structures per trait, and it provides pre-existing disciplines with narrativistic inter-relation. It also pays attention to human's inner areas. For the development of Narrative Science in the future, it should be free from a misunderstanding as a narratology discipline or a methodology of qualitative research. Under this change, Narrative Science discipline areas should be fused in the perspective of human science, based on narrative philosophy and psychology.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of communication competence and interpersonal understanding on empathy of nursing students who have experienced fundamental nursing skills course. The subjects of this study were 122 second-year nursing students in a university. Data were collected using a questionnaire from September to December 2018. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlations and hierarchical regression using the SPSS 22.0 program. Factors affecting empathy were active participation in the practice, communication skills, and understanding of interpersonal. Therefore, In order to improve the empathy of nursing students, it is necessary to introduce a step-by-step empathy education program into the curriculum that can contribute to establishing a device that can induce active participation in practice and contribute to communication and interpersonal relationships.

In the age of convergent media, traditional media and network media are highly integrated, and benefits are shared, which promotes the increase of traditional culture communication channels, the change of communication methods, and the change of the mode of interaction with audiences. This article analyzes the difficulties of traditional culture dissemination by enumerating some excellent cultural programs in China. At the same time, combined with the current situation of convergence media, it discusses how to transform invisible traditional culture into visual digital content, and make it widely disseminated by means of convergence media. It provides reference for the development of traditional culture, and has enlightening significance for creating high-quality cultural programs and spreading mainstream culture.

TM plane-wave scattering from finite rectangular grooves in a conducting plane is systematically analyzed with the overlapping T-block method. Multiple rectangular grooves are divided into several overlapping T-blocks to obtain the fast CPU time, CAD applicability, and wide versatility. The scattered fields are obtained in simple closed forms including a fast-convergent integral.
