If the software is developed to analyze the speech disorder, the application of various converged areas will be very high. This paper implements the user-friendly program based on CART(Classification and regression trees) analysis to distinguish between normal and pathological voices utilizing combination of the acoustical and HOS(Higher-order statistics) parameters. It means convergence between medical information and signal processing. Then the acoustical parameters are Jitter(%) and Shimmer(%). The proposed HOS parameters are means and variances of skewness(MOS and VOS) and kurtosis(MOK and VOK). Database consist of 53 normal and 173 pathological voices distributed by Kay Elemetrics. When the acoustical and proposed parameters together are used to generate the decision tree, the average accuracy is 83.11%. Finally, we developed a program with more user-friendly interface and frameworks.

This study attempts to reconsider the significance of political economy as a theory of knowledge and/or a method for explaining the convergence of broadcast and telecommunications. It is going to suggest what the domains of political economy should be in the future by both highlighting the characteristics and blind spots of previous studies and drawing some distinctive features of a new media environment. The principals and recent research trends in political economy are reviewed in order to make clear that the historical totality as a meta-framework of political economy needs to be reexamined in the era of convergence. Although the scope of political economy has been limited to criticize the structure of media ownerships, the study emphasizes the importance of media consumer theory. It also discusses the problems of free market theory, distortion of active media audience theory, and limitations and creative tension of audience commodity. Finally, this study stresses the significance of audience-oriented policies in order to make approach to practical sides of media politics.

Local college students are differenciated from Seoul-located university students and they experience discrimination and prejudice. The present paper examines the money-relating daily frustration among local university students compared to Seoul-located college students. For survey, twenty items were constructed in order to figure out daily frustration. About 400 local-college students and about 250 students were interviewed for the survey. As a result of Chi-square analysis, this study finds that local college students are more likely to confront money-relating frustration, compared to the Seoul-located college students. Youth allowance can be suggested for local college students in order to solve their confronting frustration, especially toward the convergence era.

This study is concerned with the introduction and operation of smart factories. In order to accomplish the purpose of research, we made a standard system of smart factory and investigated the recognition system. This study was conducted as a grounded theory methodology among qualitative research methodologies. The results of the study are the necessity of a tool to appropriately evaluate the new manufacturing process management system and related management activities to achieve the successful introduction of smart factories and the management performance of the organization. In order to successfully implement the Smart Factory Certification System, it is necessary to establish a certification organization system, enact relevant laws and amendments, operate government-led pilot projects, train professional workers, and establish incentive policies.

This study was conducted in order to be applied to basic data for enhancing dental hygiene students' psychological well-being. Data analysis was carried out T-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis by using SPSS version 19.0. The order of factors that affect the psychological well-being from the most to the least was sufferance(β=.327) and strength(β=.294) of resilience, support from friends of social support(β=.238), optimistic of resilience(β=.109), major satisfaction(β=.090), academic year(β=.084), and deep sleep(β=.078). Based on the result, this study suggests a need for developing programme to increase students' psychological well-being and a follow-up study.

This study is a descriptive research study to identify the factors of convergence effect of the University of Nursing on Core Competencies on Disaster Nursing by Disaster Perception, Disaster Attitude and Self-Resilience. The Disaster Perception, Disaster Attitude, and practical ability to prepare for the dangers of nursing students are important in that students as future nurses must perform their duties to prepare for the situation at the forefront of disaster. The most influential factor in Core Competencies on Disaster Nursing was Self-Resiliency, which was identified in order of disaster-related education and Disaster Attitude. In order to foster Core Competencies on Disaster Nursing among nursing students, it was found that the development of a convergence hands-on training program and a program for disaster-related education, which can be experienced through a variety of disaster-related positive and active attitudes focusing on the self-resiliency section.

The purpose of this study was conducted as a basic data for the formation of a correct job value and to investigate the relationship between lifestyles and their job value in the dental hygiene students. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 237 dental hygiene students in Seoul city from September 1 to 30, 2018. The data were analyzed by t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation. regression analysis. There were lifestyles(3.27), job value(3.77) in subject. The faster birth order, the higher tended to have the internal job value(p<.05). The challenge·adventure, family-oriented lifestyles were were higher in female(p<.05). In order for college students' lifestyles to have a positive meaning on job values, it is necessary to apply job values education, career aptitude tests, and application of individual counseling programs.

In this paper, we propose an autonomous driving algorithm that allows a robot to explore various terrains, and implement an application that can monitor the robot's movement path during terrain search. The implemented application consists of a status unit that indicates the position, direction, speed, and motion of the mobile robot, a map unit that displays terrain information obtained through terrain search, and a control unit that controls the movement of the mobile robot. In order to control the movement of the robot, only the start and stop of the search/return is commanded by the application, and all driving for the search is performed autonomously. The basic algorithm for terrain search uses an infrared sensor to check for obstacles in the order of left, front, right, and rear, and if there is no obstacle and the path traveled is a dead end, it returns to the previous position and moves in the other direction to continue the search. Repeat the process to explore the terrain.

This study obtained significant results by analyzing 202 dental hygienists in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region with analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA analysis using the SPSS WIN 18.0 in order to investigate the fusion relationship between anger expression, stress elasticity, job satisfaction, and quality of life of dental hygienists. Anger expressions averaged 1.50, and was high hospital-level, job-motivated, non-self-esteemed, high income, alcohol consumption. Stress resilience was averaged 3.09, and was high when abstinence. Job satisfaction average 3.24, and was high when was pride, abstinence. Quality of life, stress resilience and job satisfaction were positively correlated. Stress resilience and job satisfaction are positively correlated. Overall, information provision and environmental support should be provided to increase job satisfaction and stress resilience in order to improve the quality of life of dental hygienists and reduce the expression of anger.

This paper is devoted to a convergence study of the nonlocal integral operator in peridynamics. The implicit formulation can be an efficient approach to obtain the static/quasi-static solution of crack propagation problems. Implicit methods require constly large-matrix operations. Therefore, convergence is important for improving computational efficiency. When the radial influence function is utilized in the nonlocal integral equation, the fractional Laplacian integral equation is obtained. It has been mathematically proved that the condition number of the system matrix is affected by the order of the radial influence function and nonlocal horizon size. We formulate the static crack problem with peridynamics and utilize Newton-Raphson methods with a preconditioned conjugate gradient scheme to solve this nonlinear stationary system. The convergence behavior and the computational time for solving the implicit algebraic system have been studied with respect to the order of the radial influence function and nonlocal horizon size.
