The convergence of traditional industry and ICT is a combination of security threats and vulnerabilities in ICT and specific industry-specific problems of existing industries, and new security threats and vulnerabilities are emerging. In particular, in the medical ICT convergence industry, various problems regarding user authentication are derived from the medical information system, which is being used for abuse and security weaknesses. According, this study designed and implemented a user authentication system for secure user management in medical ICT convergence environment. Specifically, we design and implement measures to solve the abuse and security weaknesses of ID sharing and to solve the inconvenience of individual ID / PW authentication by performing user authentication using personalized devices based on medical information systems.

In this paper, I tried to pursue health and social welfare together through medical convergence based on the main subject of a culture of convergence. Artists' drug accidents are never ending. Now Korea is also out of the drug cleansing country. it is impossible to get rid of them with the national public power. It is time for a treatment plan for these. They need a certain period of time and regular periods of rest and control over sports. Our humanities are researching to understand the changing human images of today. In parallel, medical convergence will also have to be transformed in various ways for human healing. Recently, we can see the case of healing with the combination of oriental medicine, natural healing and western medicine. Furthermore, the structure of medical convergence for the fight against disease can be analyzed as an example. South Korea is also preparing for various convergence programs focusing on natural sciences such as engineering, medical care, and the environment. In order to prevent drug addiction it is important to determine the department responsible for handling the problem of substance abuse. we need to improve the environment that they can be combined with Ondol therapy and natural healing therapies. Furthermore, I expect that fusion medicine will contribute to improving the quality of life of drug addicts and become a successful model to revitalize local economies in particular.

Recently, the value of ICT-based medical devices, equipments, software and service development are is increased according to strengthening the convergence among ICT, medical technologies and services. This paper presents the new convergence business models by applying cloud service to medical industry. In order to develop the new convergence business models, we checked the validity and feasibility through analyzing the medical market environments such as medical data backup, medical regulation etc. and present the new convergence business models and the direction of commercial business models for customer acquisition, market expansion and competitiveness improvement. This study is to provide the guidelines for establishing the core capacity strengthening strategy and partnership cooperation strategy when we design a new convergence business models in various industrial fields.

최근 코로나 19에 대한 세계적인 팬데믹 선언에 의해 의료서비스의 변화가 오고 있다. 특히, 국내 법제도적으로 묶여 있던 원격 서비스에 대한 재검토가 되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 커넥티드 라디올로지 케어 시스템은 모바일 의료영상진단기기를 기반으로 의료사각지대에 있는 환자들의 영상촬영과 이에 대한 판독 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템이다. 제안한 시스템은 의료환경에 적용하기 위해 환자의 개인정보 보호를 위한 방법과 절차가 반드시 포함되어야 한다. 이를 위해 전체 시스템 구조와 익명화 처리과정을 보인다. 그리고 끝으로 구축된 시스템의 수행과정을 보인다.

In this paper, the transmission service for medical image is proposed via IEEE 802.15.4a on WPAN environment. Also, transmission and receiving performance of medical image using TH UWB-IR system is evaluated on indoor multi-path fading environment. On the results, the proposed scheme can solve the problem of interference from the medical equipment in same frequency band, and minimize the loss due to the indoor multi-path fading environment. Therefore, the transmission with low power usage is possible.

Deep learning-based applications have great potential to enhance the quality of medical services. The power of deep learning depends on open databases and innovation. Radiologists can act as important mediators between deep learning and medicine by simultaneously playing pioneering and gatekeeping roles. The application of deep learning technology in medicine is sometimes restricted by ethical or legal issues, including patient privacy and confidentiality, data ownership, and limitations in patient agreement. In this paper, we present an open platform, MI2RLNet, for sharing source code and various pre-trained weights for models to use in downstream tasks, including education, application, and transfer learning, to encourage deep learning research in radiology. In addition, we describe how to use this open platform in the GitHub environment. Our source code and models may contribute to further deep learning research in radiology, which may facilitate applications in medicine and healthcare, especially in medical imaging, in the near future. This study aims to establish a research model to analyze the structural relationship between the working environment of the elderly medical welfare facility workers, the trust of the manager, and the quality of service. As a result, first, it was found that there was a significant causal relationship among service quality in the working environment of the elderly medical welfare facility workers. Second, it was found that there was a significant causal relationship between the working environment and the trust of managers of the elderly medical welfare facility workers. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of the elderly medical welfare facility and improve the quality of service, it is necessary to create a working environment and establish a trust relationship among members. In addition, in order to cultivate competency and provide high-quality services for the elderly medical welfare facility workers, managers need to understand the individual characteristics of members, and to assign duties according to roles, accurate division of duties and personnel management are required.

As industries converge in recent years, the impact of the use of convergence tools among industries on the security of the organization is increasing. However, organizational members lack the ability to adapt to introduction of new system because they are operating business around existing systems, and thus, security considerations are an environment that will inevitably emerge as a follow-up priority. In this study, we studied cost-effective options for factors that should be considered first in order to establish a security system for small and medium-sized healthcare institutions in the healthcare convergence industry. Specifically, the current legal system was considered and the security status was analyzed through prior research, and the necessary security solution/system was derived from small and medium-sized healthcare institutions. In addition, it analyzed relative priorities for cost-efficient deployment of security systems to those involved in small and medium-sized healthcare institutions in actual business environments and presented measures to establish a overall security.

An integrated medical information system should be equipped for the activation of u-healthcare service. In addition, the integrated medical information system should be based on an authentication system to be implemented in a safe environment. However, several requirements are being developed yet. In this paper, biometric authentication system will be designed and proposed for u-healthcare services for the integrated medical information system to go one step further.

최근 의료서비스에 ICT 기술이 도입되면서 의료서비스 패러다임이 병원중심에서 환자 중심으로 변화되고 있다. 특히, 사물인터넷 기술은 스마트헬스케어 서비스를 현실화하고 있다. 이로인하여 병원이 아닌 곳에서도 환자의 상태를 확인할 수 있고 이에 대한 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있는 다양한 서비스를 개발 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 의료 사각지대의 환자는 여전히 신속하게 조치를 못하는 실정이며, 관리가 되고 있지 않아 사회적인 문제로 이슈화되고 있다. 본 논문은 의료사각지대의 환자에 대한 의료영상 진단 지원을 위한 클라우드환경 기반의 Connected Radiology Care System을 제안하고자 한다.
