포스트 코로나 시대 안양시 도서관의 온라인 미디어 활용 방안 연구 (A Study on the Online Media Usage Strategies of Anyang Municipal Library for the Post-Covid-19 Era)

  • 본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 대비해 안양시 공공도서관이 온라인 미디어를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하는 목적에서 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2021년 전국 도서관 운영 평가에서 정부 포상을 받은 우수 도서관 5곳의 운영 사례를 분석해 주요 시사점들을 정리하고, 분석 내용들을 바탕으로 안양시 도서관이 온라인 미디어를 활용해 도서관 운영을 활성화 하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 방안들을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 코로나19 시기 성과들을 바탕으로 우수 도서관으로 선정된 도서관들의 실제 사례를 토대로, 포스트 코로나 시대에 대비해 안양시 도서관의 온라인 미디어 활용 전략을 정리해 제안한 실증적이고 경험적인 연구라는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

  • One of the core keywords in the fourth industrial revolution is convergence, and the convergence of the production, distribution, and consumption processes of services is particularly important. The convergence of user services is underway in various industrial fields including mobile communications, healthcare, mobility, artificial intelligence, etc. In order to offer these converged services efficiently, it is necessary to provide accurate user-centric location information, which can be obtained by employing the global navigation satellite system (GNSS). In addition, as we have entered the post-COVID era, the demand for various fields such as a healthcare, customized tourism services, and aviation services based on accurate location information is exploding. In this paper, we present the results of a case study on the current research trends of GNSS used in telemedicine services and AI & IoT fields, and also analyze these results.

  • The era of convergence is being applied to all areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The convergence of broadcasting service and communication service almost occurs on smart devices including smartphone. The smart hybrid Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) is a typical example of the convergence of broadcasting and wireless communication service. The hybrid mobile broadcasting service can support seamless video, 3D, high quality, and additional data services based on network connection between the broadcasting and wireless network. The gateway and terminal (including apps on the smartphone) take the role of the main components on the hybrid service. This paper presents the service concept, main components structure, the implementation of gateway and terminals, and field test to the urban areas for the mobile hybrid system.

  • 디지털 시대 컴퓨터의 사용은 일상생활에서 예술에까지 긴밀하고 급속하게 침투해 있다. 특히 컴퓨터의 보급과 소형화는 컴퓨터 및 모바일 게임 산업의 비약적인 발전으로 이어졌고, 그 인기와 파급효과는 예술의 영역에까지 이르고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 시대 컴퓨터 게임에서의 예술적 논의 가능성 모색과 무용에 나타나고 있는 컴퓨터 게임 형식적 활용 사례 연구를 통해 디지털 기술을 통한 두 예술형식의 융합적 특성과 미학적 변화들을 고찰하고자 한다.

  • As the properties of living space and objects change in the digital era, furniture is also expected to change. This study starts from the question of such inclination that the digital innovation drives territories among products into the ambiguous, then tries to trace the variation of meaning against the furniture. Based on this possibility these functions, this research aims, to find out the digital functions which is preferred to be integrated with the furniture for the users of the residential space and the interface design aspects, which are considered important. preliminary survey using university students was done to extract the possible digital functions for convergence. The respondents were married women in their 20s and 30s who filled out the surveys on the internet. As a result, the specific digital convergence functions for both living and kitchen space were Identified. As major important expects for them were found functionality and controllability. Thus furniture design will expand to a concept which designs a new way of life.

  • 본 논문에서는 2010년 현재 급속히 변화하고 있는 방송통신융합 분야의 변화를 기술 및 서비스 모델 측면에서 고찰하고, 전 세계적으로 진행 중인 DTV전환과 관련하여 방송주파수대역의 재배치 및 재활용과 연계하였다. Open Platform, Open Spectrum, Open Application 의 개념아래 단말중심으로 발전할 것으로 예상되는 무선분야의 방송통신융합모델을 기반으로 방송주파수대역이 수행하게 될 역할을 방송 및 통신시장의 관점과 고유의 서비스특성의 장단점을 중심으로 분석하였다.

Machine to Machine Commerce(M2M Commerce) in the New Era of Network Convergence

  • The convergence of fixed and wireless networks in data communication is providing the necessary driver for M2M commerce to take-off. The opportunities provided by M2M Commerce areonly limited by imagination. Automotive Fleet and Freight, Tolling, Water and Power Metering, Supply Chain Management including Asset Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Energy Management and Access Control and Security are among the many M2M applications that are currently getting rolled out. ARC Group expects the worldwide solutions market to be worth in excess of US$ 100 billion by 2007. In addition, operator revenues worldwide from the transport of Telematics data alone will rise from US$ 3.5 billion in 2002 to US$ 78 billion by 2007. This paper discusses some of the lifestyle and business opportunities provided by M2M Commerce in the new ear of network convergence. It also provides some case studies to demonstrate the benefits of M2M Commerce across the supply chain. The key focus of the paper is on achieving enhanced lifestyle, cost reduction, improved profitability and enhanced customer relationship management through M2M Commerce.

맞춤형 융복합 웰니스 콘텐츠를 위한 추천 서비스 시스템에 대한 연구 (A study on Recommendation Service System for the Customized Convergence Wellness Contents)

  • Recently, the importance of personalized healthcare(wellness) services is increasing in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. However, the authoring of wellness contents fused with variety of contents and the study of the system which provides the customized recommendation are insufficient. In this paper, we proposes the recommendation service system for the customized convergence wellness contents. The proposed system makes to the wellness contents by the existing cultural/tourism/leisure contents and recommends the customized wellness contents based on a user's profile and the situation information such as location and weather. The proposed systems is expected to contribute to designing the innovative and new service models for the tailored wellness content.

  • 과거 사용자경험(User Experience, 이하 UX)에 대한 검토는 개발 후반에 이뤄졌으며, 사용 불편의 평가에도 '이제와 전부 바꾸기는 힘들다'며 넘어가 버리는 경우가 많았다. 현재 이러한 문제점이 발생할 경우 사용자들은 불편함을 호소하며 해당 소프트웨어를 사용하지 않을 것이다. 이에 따라 최근 기업 또는 개발자들은 수익과 시용자들의 만족을 높이기 위해 효율적인 UX디자인에 대한 관심을 높이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 4차 산업혁명시대에 UX 트렌드 변화 분석을 제시하고자 한다.

한국의 IT 산업 경쟁력과 IT 활용 수준 분석 (IT Industry Competitiveness and e-Readiness Level of Korean Economy)

  • The information technology, in the digital economy era, does a very important role not only for the country's administrative management innovation but also for the business and for the everyday life. Specifically, the e-business for the company or organization is defined as "using the Internet and IT, rescheduling of business process management activities to increase productivity and efficiency and to create new business opportunities." Thanks to the Korea's recent efforts, overall level of informatization and digitalization is able to receive high praise. But the e-business readiness (e-readiness) level is still expected a lot of room for improvement. In this paper, I try to analyze the informatization level of Korea's by the EIU's e-business readiness index and IT industry competitiveness index, to prepare a full-scale e-business era of global competitiveness through any preparation that could do to improve the situation from the analysis of statistical data.
