  • A longitudinal study refers to a research method based on longitudinal data repeatedly measured on the same object. Most of the longitudinal analysis methods are suitable for prediction or inference, and are often not suitable for use in exploratory study. In this study, an exploratory method to analyze longitudinal data is presented, which is to find the longitudinal trajectory after determining the best number of clusters by clustering longitudinal data using self-organizing map technique. The proposed methodology was applied to the longitudinal data of the Employment Information Service, and a total of 2,610 samples were analyzed. As a result of applying the methodology to the actual data applied, time-series clustering results were obtained for each panel. This indicates that it is more effective to cluster longitudinal data in advance and perform multilevel longitudinal analysis.

  • In the realm of domestic online fashion platform industry the manual registration of product information by individual business owners leads to inconvenience and reliability issues, especially when dealing with simultaneous registrations of numerous product groups. Moreover, bias is significantly heightened due to the low quality of product images and an imbalance in data quantity. Therefore, this study proposes a ResNet50 model aimed at minimizing data bias through oversampling techniques and conducting multiple classifications for 13 fashion categories. Transfer learning is employed to optimize resource utilization and reduce prolonged learning times. The results indicate improved discrimination of up to 33.4% for data augmentation in classes with insufficient data compared to the basic convolution neural network (CNN) model. The reliability of all outcomes is underscored by precision and affirmed by the recall curve. This study is suggested to advance the development of the domestic online fashion platform industry to a higher echelon.

  • This study analyzes the past and present of service science research as a central discipline that will lead a new economy and society, and presents a guide for future research. In the 21st century, service research has developed into a new discipline that is different from the existing service studies. Service science is a discipline that collectively refers to all research related to services. This study analyzes this development process and suggests the direction of future service science research. First, we analyze the research before the birth of service science, an early model of service studies. And the early research on the birth of service science is analyzed. Through this process, the service science framework that expanded and developed the initial service science is analyzed. We introduce each field of service science, which is a new innovation of the existing academic system from a modern perspective, and analyzes the structure of the service philosophy that is the basis of independent academic fields. And we suggest the future direction of service science research. The direction of paradigm innovation research of existing individual disciplines is presented first. As an example, innovation from existing business administration to service business administration is introduced. We also suggest a new economic and social system research direction that requires the convergence of multiple academic fields. Finally, we present a direction for multidimensional, broad-based convergence research. We suggest that the future of service science can be the process of reverting back to integration and convergence, centered on humans and the world, of the disciplines that have continued to diverge in the history. We present a model in which all disciplines are reintegrated into service science as the Eastern and Western spirits converge.

The purpose of this study is to derive the characteristics of technical expression and fashion of virtual idol groups of Korean entertainment companies, and the significance of this study is to provide basic data for creating a new content business model for virtual idol groups. The research method of this study consisted of literature research and case analysis. Korean virtual idol groups 'K/DA', 'Aespa', and 'Eternity', which show the evolved business model of the entertainment industry through rapid advances in digital technology, were selected as the subject of case analysis for this study, and newspaper articles were searched by keywords and analyzed. As a result of the study, the technical expressions shown in Korean virtual idol groups were 'implementation of realistic content through interaction technology', 'delicate motion expression through motion capture technology', and 'convergence of information between the real world and virtual world through AR technology', 'provision of experience similar to reality by VR technology' and 'formation of cultural contents by Deep Real technology' were deriven. In addition, the characteristics of the Korean virtual guide idol group's fashion are 'marketing strategy through collaboration with fashion items', 'giving recognition as a digital fashion icon of real existence', 'creating a sensuous image as a fashion brand ambassador' and 'fashion style expression of the Z generation's sensibility'.

  • This study highlight the role of perceived cost on user's continuance intention to use mobile TV service in china. We proposed research model based on the expectation-confirmation model(ECM) and reclaim 243 questionnaires from experienced users in china. Above all, the analysis results support significant relationship perceived variables, satisfaction, and continuance intention of mobile TV. First, while expectation confirmation has positive influence on perceived playfulness and satisfaction, the effect on perceived usefulness is not significant. Second, perceived cost can significantly predict perceived usefulness and satisfaction, however, we found no evidence of a statistically significant influence on perceived playfulness. Third, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on satisfaction, and perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on continuance intention. This results provide implications from both theoretical and managerial perspectives and the limitations have been discussed for future research.

  • As most G-20 countries expect medical spending to grow rapidly over the next few decades, the burden of healthcare costs continues to grow globally due to an increase in the elderly population and chronic illnesses, and the ongoing quality improvement of health care services. However, under the rapidly changing technological environment of healthcare and IT convergence, the problem may become even bigger if not properly recognized and not properly prepared. In the context of the paradigm shift and the increasing problem of the medical field, complex responses in technical, institutional and business aspects are urgently needed. The key is to derive a business model that is appropriate for businesses that integrate IT in the medical field. With the arrival of the era of the 4th industrial revolution, new technologies such as Internet of Things have been applied to eHealthcare, and the need for new business models has emerged. In the e-healthcare of the Internet era, it became a traditional firm-based business model. However, due to the characteristics of dynamics and complexity of things Internet in the Internet of things, A business ecosystem-based approach is needed. In this paper, we present and analyze the major success factors of the ecosystem based on the 3 - layer structure of the e - healthcare business ecosystem as a result of research on e - healthcare business ecosystem based on emerging technology such as Internet of things. The three-layer business ecosystem was defined as (1) Infrastructure Layer, (2) Character Layer, and (3) Stakeholder Layer. As the key success factors for the eHealthCare business ecosystem, the following four factors are suggested: (1) introduction of the iHealthcare concept, (2) expansion of the business ecosystem, (3) business ecosystem change process innovation, and (4) business ecosystem leadership innovation.

  • Advances in medical technology and living standards have led to an age of aging. In addition, the development of technology and the popularization of computers have led to the development of the contents business and the release of several functional games. Among these functional games, silver functional games are being played to solve problems such as dementia, a major problem in the aging era. In this study, prior research was analyzed to suggest factors that help design based on the kinetic elements of the design method of the motion-based convergence game for the leisure use of the silver generation. Based on the analysis, the model of exercise factors for preventing dementia is presented. This research design a silver motion-based functional game using the anti-dementia exercise model presented in this study in the future, we expect to see an effective and efficient silver game in the long term.
