본 논문에서는 효과적으로 AI 프로젝트 및 신사업을 선정할 수 있는 방법론을 제안했다. AI 기술은 다양한 산업 분야에서 기업의 비즈니스를 고도화하고 산업 전체의 부가가치를 증대시킬 수 있는 기술이다. 기업가정신 연구 분야에서도 AI 기술은 중요한 소재가 되고 있다. 기업들은 AI 기술을 이용해 새로운 비즈니스를 창업하거나 기존 기업 내에서 신사업을 추진하고 혁신을 추진한다. 그러나 기업에서 AI 프로젝트를 선정하고 추진하는 의사결정 과정에서는 다양한 제약사항과 어려움이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 모폴로지(Morphology)와 AHP 및 TOPSIS 결합 모형을 통한 AI 프로젝트 선정의 새로운 방법론을 제안한다. 제안 방법론은 AI 기술의 기술적 타당성과 현업의 사용자 요구조건을 동시에 고려하여 AI 프로젝트를 선정할 수 있도록 도와준다. 이 연구에서는 HR 분야의 다수 AI 프로젝트를 결정하고자 하는 실제 기업에 제안 방법론을 적용하고 그 결과를 평가했다. 이를 통해 방법론의 현실 적용 가능성을 확인하였으며, 기업의 AI 프로젝트 관련 의사결정에 유용하게 활용하기 위한 방법을 제시했다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 방법론은 사내 기업가정신(Intrapreneurship) 효과를 증진시키는 차원에서, 기업이 고려하는 여러 AI 프로젝트에 대하여 합리적인 방법으로 선정에 대한 의사결정의 프레임워크를 제시한다는 점에서 의미가 크다.

이 연구의 목적은 융복합 e-비즈니스 평가요소인 학습이해도, 서비스품질, 효율성의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 표본은 2015년 11월 2일부터 30일까지 수도권지역의 e-비즈니스 학과 179명을 대상으로 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 ANOVA, t-test 분석을 하였다. 주요 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 융복합 e-비즈니스 평가요소인 학업이해도, 서비스품질, 효율성에서 성별에 따른 유의한 차이가 발견되었다. 둘째, 학년에 따른 학업이해도, 서비스품질, 효율성에도 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에 대한 시사점으로는 성별, 학년 등 일반적인 특성에 따라 융복합 e-비즈니스에 대한 평가요인에 차이가 있다는 것이고 추후의 연구에서는 일반적 특성에 대한 다양한 변수를 개발할 필요가 있으며, e-비즈니스가 개설된 전국 대학의 일반적 특성에 대한 차이분석을 하여 연구를 보완할 필요성이 있다는 것을 제언한다.

본 연구는 국내 중소기업이 ICT도입을 통하여 글로벌화된 마케팅역량과 경영성과를 향상시키기 위한 실천적 방안을 제공하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 독립변인으로 ICT도입을 종속변인으로는 마케팅역량과 기업성과를 설정하여 상관분석을 실시한 결과 기술적인 요소로서 접근성, 추진가능성, 가시성이 ICT 도입에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기술의 상대적 우위와 호환성은 ICT 도입에 영향을 덜 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 조직적 요소인 최고경영진의 지식 및 혁신성은 중소기업의 ICT 도입에 아주 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경쟁적 압박 및 정부지원 같은 환경적인 요소는 ICT 도입에 상당히 기여한다. 데이터 분석 결과 ICT 도입은 중소기업의 마케팅 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 드러난다. 결과적으로 마케팅 역량은 기업의 경영성과에 상당히 중요하게 작용하고 잠재적으로 중소기업의 이익 창출에 크게 기여하는 것을 확인하였다.

정부는 COVID-19 확산을 방지하기 위해 사회적 거리두기 및 영업시간 제한 등의 정책을 시행하였고, COVID-19 장기 유행에 따라 소상공인들의 피해는 커지고 있다. 정부는 긴급재난지원금을 편성해 소상공인들의 경영압박을 해소하고자 하였다. 긴급재난지원금은 소상공인들에게 일시적인 도움이 되었지만, COVID-19 장기유행에 따라 경영 어려움은 커져갔다. 따라서 본 논문은 시스템 사고의 원형 중(Systme Archetype) 처방의 실패와 짐떠넘기기 원형을 활용하여 소상공인들의 회복력을 효과적으로 높일 수 있는 정책 지렛대로서의 정책 대안들을 탐색적으로 도출하고자 하였다. 소상공인들의 회복력을 높이기 위해 소상공인들의 긴급재정지원과 함께 소상공인들의 자생력을 높일 수 있는 지원이 필요하다.

Industrial agglomeration policy is a strategy that is expected to accelerate economic growth to transform an impoverished region into a prosperous one. However, industrial agglomeration also has the potential to exacerbate development inequality due to the concentration of economic development activities in certain areas. Therefore, this study aims to investigate what strategies are best to minimize the adverse effects of industrial agglomeration. This study uses econometric analysis with panel data covering 38 districts/cities in East Java during the 2011-2019 period. The results showed that the combination of industrial agglomeration policies coupled with accelerated sectoral growth, hard infrastructure development, and soft infrastructure provided the best policy outcome, improving regional inequality and accelerating economic growth in East Java. Based on the analysis, we find that East Java's economic growth characteristics are convergent but relatively long. Therefore, the East Java economic development policy during 2010-2019 should be reviewed due to the relatively long convergence period. Furthermore, this study also found that industrial agglomeration slows down the convergence and economic growth of East Java. In the future, the deployment of Industrial Development Centers (PPI) outside the existing eight districts/cities is needed to accelerate the spread of economic activity in East Java.

Technological advances made with the development of digital technology and the Internet have led to the emergence and evolution of digital convergence - the integration of media and communications. This, in turn, has led to the creation of the representative broadcast and communication convergence business model (IPTV service). This study examines the consumption patterns and behaviors of IPTV service customers and explores the process of their continuous use of the IPTV service, thereby endeavoring to contribute to the diffusion of digital convergence services. To survey customers' continuous use of the IPTV service, this study first designs a research framework based on an examination of the existing literature on satisfaction, loyalty, and so on. In addition, research is conducted on the switching barrier of the method of consolidating customers' adherence to a given IPTV service by increasing the burden on them, thereby developing a final research model with which to attempt yet another heterogeneous approach. This enables not only an analysis of the causal relationship with antecedent variables but also a measurement of the explanatory contribution of the antecedent variables' sub-variables.

Purpose - As new technologies that have led the 4th industrial revolution spread after the COVID-19 pandemic, the business crisis of existing financial institutions and the threat of employee jobs are growing, especially in the financial sector. The purpose of this study is to propose a human-technology convergence curriculum for creating high value-added in financial institutions and upskilling financial manpower. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, a curriculum was designed to strengthen job competency for Private Bankers, high-quality employees of a bank dealing with high-net-worth owners. The focus of the design is that learners acquire skills to use robo-advisors as a tool and supplement artificial intelligence ethics. Result - The curriculum is organized into a total of 16 classes, and the main contents are changes in the financial environment and financial consumers, the core technology of robo-advisors and AI ethics, and establishment and evaluation of hyper-personalized asset management strategies using robo-advisors. To achieve the educational goal, two evaluations are performed to derive individual tasks and team project results. Conclusion - Human-centered upskilling convergence education will contribute to improving employee value and expanding corporate high value-added business areas by utilizing new technologies as tools. It is expected that the development and application of convergence curriculum in various fields will continue to be advanced in the future.

의료영상이란 의료영상장비로부터 DICOM이라는 의료영상표준에 따라 저장되며, 의료영상관리 시스템인 PACS를 통해 관리된다. 이러한, 의료영상장비 ICT기술이 융합되어 급격하게 발전되고 있으며 다양한 의료영상장치가 개발되어지고 있다. 하지만, 기술력은 높아지고 있으나 개발된 의료영상장비로부터 촬영된 영상품질관리에 대한 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 다기관의 의료영상장비 개발과 해당 기기로부터 수집된 의료영상에 대한 품질을 관리할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 코로나 19와 같은 상황에서 의료기기 개발 지원과 관리를 비대면 관리서비스 시스템 개발과 의료영상장치 개발 정도를 관리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 의료영상에 대한 품질까지 모니터링하여 및 개선 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

개인데이터의 활용을 넘어서 마이데이터로의 전환에 대한 관심이 세계적으로 높은 가운데, 실질적으로 마이데이터의 이념이 구현되고 발전하기 위해서는 마이데이터의 사상에 충실한 유용한 서비스가 다양하게 개발되어야 한다. 특히 마이데이터의 발전을 위해서는 무엇보다 융합이 전제되어야 한다. 본 연구는 마이데이터 융합서비스 활성화 전략을 균형 잡힌 네 가지 관점(BLTS: Business, Legal, Technology, Social)에서 제시하였다. 마이데이터 분야에서 가장 선구적이라는 유럽의 정책과 서비스 등을 국내 상황과 비교하여 국내의 융합서비스 활성화 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 마이데이터 산업 및 정책에서 균형적이면서 발전적인 아이디어를 얻을 수 있기를 기대한다.

A general result for the complete convergence of arrays of rowwise extended negatively dependent random variables is derived. As its applications eight corollaries for complete convergence of weighted sums for arrays of rowwise extended negatively dependent random variables are given, which extend the corresponding known results for independent case.
