슬래브 공법간의 생산성 분석$\cdot$비교에 관한 연구 - 재래식 슬래브, 골형 데크플레이트, 철근트러스 데크플레이트, 그리고 내화구조용 뎨크플레이트를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Productivity Analysis of Slab Construction Methods - Focused on Conventional Slab, Form Deckplate, Ferro Deckplate, and Kem Deckplate -)

  • 본 연구는 기존의 재래식 슬래브 공법과 새로운 슬래브 공법으로서 적용되고 있는 골형 데크플레이트, 철근트러스 데크플레이트 그리고 내화구조용 데크플레이트 공법의 생산성을 각각 분석 · 비교하였다. 연구의 방법은 재래식 슬래브 공법 및 데크플레이트 공법이 적용되고 있는 건설 현장을 선정하여 비용, 작업 효율성, 품질과 안전성 측면에서 분석을 실시하였다. 본 사례 현장의 경우, 생산성 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 비용의 측면에서는 내화구조용 데크플레이크 공법이 가장 경제적인 것으로 분석되었다. 2. 작업 효율성 측면에서는 내화구조용 데크플레이트 공법이 가장 우수하였으며, 철근트러스 데크플레이트 공법, 골형 데크플레이트 공법, 재래식 슬래브 공법 순으로 분석되었다. 3. 품질성 측면에서는 내화구조용 데크플레이트 공법이 가장 우수한 것으로 분석되었다. 4. 안전성 측면에서는 재래식 슬래브 공법과 데크플레이트 공법의 경우 추락과 용접에 따른 감전의 위험이 존재하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이상의 자료를 분석 · 비교한 결과, 내화구조용 데크플레이트 공법이 가장 생산성이 우수한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • This study was carried out as basic study to apply to construction site the HPC method which is being developed. The construction cost of HPC method was analyzed in comparison with conventional method (half slab method). With regard to research method, it was decided that data on construction work carried out by half slab method was analyzed. According to the results of study, in case of being applied to the construction work using a divided column, the number of columns was decreased. So, it was shown that member production cost, and transport and assemblage cost reduced. In case of being applied to construction work using an undivided column, the analysis showed that there was little difference in construction cost. Therefore, the analysis showed that, if HPC construction method was applied to large structure using a large column, the construction cost was reduced to some extent in comparison with conventional half slab method.

  • The slab analogy method was introduced in the 1920's for the first time as a new experimental stress analysis method. Notwithstanding its theoretical propriety, this method has not been recognized as efficient one because of its difficulty in practical measurement of the slab curvature. In this paper, aiming at experimental determination of two-dimensional stress intensity factors(S. I. F) of arbitrarily shaped cracks which had been regarded as almost impossible by conventional method, the slab analogy was reevaluated. Measuring of slab curvature was replaced by three simple measuring factors to overcome vital slab-analogy's shortcoming by joint use of the shadow-moire method. A determination formula was also derived from the theory of fracture mechanics. By this newly exploited method, it was found that the slab analogy still has its great advantage in determination of S.I.F. of arbitrarily shaped cracks with considerable accuracy compared with existent experimental methods.

PSC철도교량 격벽부의 3차원 거동 및 스트럿-타이 모델 해석 (3-D Behavior and Strut-and-Tie Model Analysis of Diaphragm in PSC Train Bridge)

  • The function of diaphragms at abutments and piers of prestressed concrete (PSC) box girder train bridge is to transfer forces from the superstructure onto bearings or column and to stiffen the superstructure cross-section against in-plane deformation. Due to large stress disturbance at diaphragm, the design for the diaphragm using conventional design method is relatively irrational than designs for other structual members. And, due to contribution to boundary condition of deck slab by the diaphragm, the behavior of deck slab near the diaphragm is different from behavior of the deck slab obtained from two dimensional analysis of the bridge, which is basis far the design of deck slab. In this paper, three dimensional behavior of deck slab near diaphragm of PSC box girder train bridge constructed by the precast span method are analyzed by using three dimensional finite element modeling. Then, strut-and-tie model is applied to design the diaphragm of PSC box girder train bridge. The modeling techniques in this paper can be applied effectively to examine the causes of cracks at deck slab near diaphragm and to design diaphragm rationally.

  • In this paper, the slab method have been applied to investigate the strip casting process in which hot coil is produced from molten steel directly. In the twin roll strip casting process, molten steel supplied by the nozzle cools and solidifies due to the heat extraction effect of the rolls and hot rolling of the solidified shell takes place simultaneously. The analysis of hot rolling has been carried out by using the existing results of solidification analysis for the twin roll strip casting process. The current slab method provides basic design data such as roll separation force, rolling torque, rolling power as well as end dam separation force which are required to design strip caster. The effect of friction on the basic process parameters are investigated also. It is shown that the use of appropriate friction coefficient is important and that the characteristics of hot rolling in the twin-roll strip casting process is quite different from the conventional hot rolling processes.

  • In the conventional hot rolling process, the defects of products such as scratches occur due to impact and friction. Impact occurs as a result of the contact of between rollers and the slab. Also, friction occurs in the rolling process. To improve these defects, a variety of processes were developed. The flying touch method is also one of the processes to reduce defects and uses a movable upper roller. To use this unfixed roller, the impact and frictions between rollers and the slab should be minimized. This paper proposes a hot rolling process simulator to verify and test the efficiency of the flying touch method. The simulator was designed to verify the method. This paper also proposes a new impact reducing method and velocity synchronization method which are simulated to realize the method.

무량판 슬래브와 H형강 기둥 접합부 상세 개발 (Development for Connection Details between Flat Plate Slab and H-Steel Column)

  • The flat plate slab system have many good features, which are design flexibilities, saving of story-height and economy of construction etc. But the study of flat plate slab system for H-steel column have been rare both at home and abroad. Recently high-rise residential and commercial buildings have been constructed in urban areas in Korea. The suggested dowel connection system is more likely to adoptable because it remarkably contribute to save inter story height and also to have many advantages compared with conventional steel works such as H-Steel frame + Deck plate slab system. This study aims at developing design method and program for connection between H-Steel column and flat plate slab system, which contribute to save significantly inter-story height.

강합성형 교량의 합리적인 타설방법과 순서에 관한 연구 (The Reasonable Concrete-Placing Methods and Sequences of Composite Steel Bridge)

  • Recently, unexpected cracks in the concrete deck slab of composite steel bridges have been widely reported at an early age of concrete placing due to the concrete placing sequence and methods. Accordingly, the analytical research was carried out to verify the negative moment at an internal supports due to the several concrete pouring sequence and to determine the reasonable concrete placing method on the deck slab of composite steel bridge. The results show that the conventional concrete-placing method, which pours concrete first on the positive moment regions and then negative regions, leads to the minimum moment at an internal supports. However, the conventional method produces two impractical construction joints on every spans and makes field engineer to pour concrete continuously. In conclusion, this concrete-placing method was verified to be reasonable only when the construction joint was placed at the $\frac{5}{8}l{\sim}\frac{6}{8}l$ location of the middle span.

A new SDOF method of one-way reinforced concrete slab under non-uniform blast loading

  • A new effective model for calculation of the equivalent uniform blast load for non-uniform blast load such as close-in explosion of a one-way square and rectangle reinforced concrete slab is proposed in this paper. The model is then validated using single degree of freedom (SDOF) system with the experiments and blast tests for square slabs and rectangle slabs. Test results showed that the model is accurate in predicting the damage level on the tested RC slabs under the given explosive charge weight and stand-off distance especially for close-in blast load. The results are also compared with those obtained by conventional SDOF analysis and finite element (FE) analysis using solid elements. It is shown that the new model is more accurate than the conventional SDOF analysis and is running faster than the FE analysis.
