$1980{\sim}2004$년 동안의 증시부양정책 및 증시규제정책의 실효성 (Effectiveness of Securities Market Plans, $1980{\sim}2004$)

  • 본 연구는 $1980{\sim}2004$년 동안 실시된 증시부양정책 및 증시규제정책의 실효성을 검증하기 위하여 단순수익률 분석, 사건연구 및 BFL검정을 통하여 증시정책 발표일 전후의 주가행태 및 주식수익률 변동성을 분석하였으며 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 침체국면에 있는 증시를 부양하기 위한 증시부양정책과 과열국면에 있는 증시를 안정시키기 위한 증시규제정책의 실효성을 시장전체, 기업규모별, 업종별로 분석한 결과, 증시부양정책은 KOSPI, 대형주, 금융업, 제조업의 주가가 유의하게 상승하여 증시부양정책의 효과가 상당히 있는 것으로 나타났고 증시규제정책의 경우도 주가의 상승세가 멈추고 주가가 하락하여 증시규제정책의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 증시정책이 시장전체에 미치는 영향에 더하여 기업규모별, 업종별로 추가적인 영향이 있는지를 분석한 결과 증시부양정책의 경우 대형주만 추가적 실효성이 있었고 증시규제정책의 경우 소형주와 전기 전자업, 유통업, 제조업이 추가적인 반응을 보였다. 셋째, BFL 검정결과 비교구간별로 증시정책 전후의 변동성이 동일한 것으로 나타남에 따라 주가를 부양하거나 진정시키기 위한 증시정책이 변동성에는 영향을 주지 않고 주식수익률에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 $1980{\sim}2004$년 동안 우리나라 증시정책이 주식시장에 대해 실효성이 어느 정도 있는 것으로 보이고 두 정책 모두 주식시장 변동성에는 달리 영향을 주지 않은 것으로 보인다.

울산시 동천 비점오염원 제어효과 (Effects of controlling plans of non-point pollutant sources in dongcheon of Ulsan)

  • In this study, we suggested 4 plans to reduce non-point pollutant sources in Dongcheon and analyzed their controlling effects by water quality modeling, XP-SWMM. To do this we identified the influx of non-point pollutant sources to the initial rainwater through the water quality survey in the river and analyzed the causes of them at major locations, and suggested 4 kinds of plans reducing non-point pollutant sources. Plans reducing the non-point pollutant sources through cleaning the industrial road around the river(plan A), through a separate treatment facilities like the gutter(plan B), through installing treatement facilities(plan C), or through combing plan B and C(plan D) were analyzed using XP-SWMM model. The analysis showed that plan A, B, C and D reduced non-point pollutant sources average 21.7 %, 24.7 %, 49.3 %, 56.7 % respectively. Therefore, the water quality pollution in Dongcheon due to the influx of non-point pollutant sources is considered to be reduced effectively though cleaning the road, installed at the exits of paddy or factory basins, invasion type facilities or equipment-type facilities.

  • For urban development, natural covering area such as urban green or river is more rapidly reducing than artificial surface covering area like concrete or asphalt, so thermal environment in a city is being drastically deteriorated. Recently, since people recognize the importance of parks or rivers in a city which play roles as an environmental buffer in it, many studies and policies consider how to improve the life quality of citizens and urban environment. This study aims to examine the status of thermal environment variation in the parks and rivers of the city which is the subject of this research and provide foundational data for urban environment plans through research on temperature variation rate and temperature controlling effect.

Agent-based Lift-car Group Operation Optimization Model in High-rise Building Construction

  • To hoist construction workers to their working space is directly related to the productivity of building construction since hoisting tasks are carried out during the working time. In order to reduce hoisting time in the condition that the number of construction lift-cars is limited, various types of the lift-cars group operation plans such as zoning and sky-lobby have been applied. However, previous researches on them cannot be compared in the performance due to their methodological limitation, discrete-event simulation methods, and cannot be find better solution to increase the performance. Therefore, this research proposed the simulation-based optimization model combining the agent-based simulation method to the scatter search optimization methods. Using the proposed model, this paper carried out the comparison analysis on the performance of typical operation plans and also optimize an operation plans by controlling the service range of lift-cars, the size and number of service zones. In this case study, it is verified that better alternatives than typical operation plans can be exists and it is possible to increase the productivity of building construction.

  • 현대의 자동차는 안전필수(Safety Critical) 시스템이기 때문에 차량의 안전성을 보장하는 것은 물론 초 연결사회를 지향하는 사물인터넷 기술의 발전과 자동차의 스마트화 됨에 따른 자동차 보안문제가 대두됨에 따라 자동차 소프트웨어와 공급망에서의 보증 방안과 공급망에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 식별, 평가 및 통제하기 위한 위험관리 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 Life-Cycle 내에서 이해관계자 별 위험관리(A-SCRM, Automotive Supply Chain Risk Management) 방법을 연구 제안한다.

신 기후체제 협약에 따른 국내 제지산업의 환경경영 방안 모색 (Searching for the environmental management plans of Korea paper industry coping with the new climate regime)

  • The new climate regime for practical reduction in green house gas(GHG) emissions was launched in Paris at Dec. 2015. The Korea government would make various policies and plans in order to achieve the BAU 37 % emission reduction goals by 2030. In this study, the current situation and the possible corresponding methodology to the GHG emission reduction of Korea paper industry were investigated. Although the GHG emission reduction in KOREA paper industry has been successfully conducted compared with other industries until now, the more efforts for controlling GHG emission would be required to meet the new climate regime. The efficiency of various GHG reduction projects conducted by Korea paper companies was evaluated to find efficient way for GHG reduction. The certified methodologies of the external project based offset systems in Korea GHG emission trading scheme were also reviewed for providing the possible way to develope tailored methodology to the Korea paper industry.

  • Driverless Train Control System has been recently introduced and commercialized in Korea. It is expected that the vehicle with driverless operation system will be used in new lines such as Sinbundang line soon. Therefore it is necessary to change the system operation and conception of the existing train operation system and the necessity of driverless vehicle monitoring system meeting a new paradigm is rising. In order to dispel concerning about safety issues caused by driverless train operation, the importance to establish vehicle error detection, useful fault diagnosis and rapid action plans is higher than ever. For this, efficient and higher level of vehicle supervision & control system should be essentially supported. In this study, remote driverless vehicle monitoring system using by radio communication is suggested to be used for monitoring and controlling important parts of the vehicle and diagnose and take quick actions when vehicles are in trouble at control tower at real time.

  • Numerous applications of position controlling devices using servoing technique and transmission of energy through belt drives are practiced in the industry. Belt drive is a simple, lightweight, low cost power transmission system. Belt drives provide freedom to position the motor relative to the load and this phenomenon enables reduction of the robot arm inertia. It also facilitates quick response when employed in robotics. In this paper, precision positioning of a belt driven mechanism using a feed-forward compensator under maximum acceleration and velocity constraints is proposed. The proposed method plans the desired trajectory and modifies it to compensate delay dynamics and vibration. Being an offline method, the proposed method could be easily and effectively adopted to the existing systems without any modification of the hardware setup. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through computer simulation and experimental results.

  • The recent speculation fever in Kangnam and its southern vicnity of Seoul resulted in surging apartment prices. The government is determined to employ more effective anti-speculation policy measures to control the property speculative demand. The Government plans to implement support measures to discourage people from owning multiple homes by reinforcing tax measures. To meet the increasing demand for more large-sized apartments in Seoul, the Government may allow to build more large sized units. By the end of August, 'a comprehensive package tool of real estate policy measures' ,as a real estate controlling guidelines, is scheduled to be presented by the Government. We hope that the package tool will stabilize housing market more effectively and enhance the national economy.

  • In this paper the system safety program plan(SSPP) for the development of Korea high speed railway system was presented. The plan for the design phase built up base upon MIL-STD 882C, manual for the development of rail transit system safety program plans by American Public Transit Association, and SSPP for Seoul-Pusan High Speed Rail project should be modified and then applied to the phases of manufacturing, test and commissioning. The plan deals with the safety program, the reference standards, the management and responsibility for the safety related activities, the methods to be used for early identifying safety critical items and functions and eliminating or controlling all hazards in a timely and cost-effective manner, and the documentation generated for safety assessment.
