간호표준 적용이 근${\cdot}$골격장애 환자의 간호질에 미치는 효과 (The effect of using a Nursing Standards on the Quality of Nursing care in Musculo-skeletal Disorder Patients)

  • Purpose : this study was to examine the effect of using a nursing standards for the quality of nursing care in musculo-skeletal patients. Method : The approach to nursing quality assurance evaluation was selected process-outcome framework. The subjects ware 100 case of musculo-skeletal patients in orthopedic surgery nursing care unit of E. university hospital in seoul. The data of a control group were collected from 23 December 2001 to 20 March 2002 and an experimental group were collected from 1 June to 25 August 2002. The instruments used for this study were a nursing care standards in musculo-skeletal disorder patients developed by the investigator and an evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care in orthopedic surgery patients developed by soon-ook Choi in 1995. It's reliability is Cronbach alpha=.8628. The data were analyzed by means of $x^1$-test, t-test, ANOVA with SPSS program. Results : This study are as fellows : 1. Scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 1 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with no significant difference(t=-8.793, p=.000), scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 2 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference(t=-8.793, p=.000) and standard 3 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference(t=-10.550, p=.000). scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 4 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference(t=-8.793, p=.000). scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 4 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with no significant difference(t=-1.833, p=.070). 2. Scores of the quality of nursing care in criteria 28 of 33 criteria in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference in 12 criteria(p<.05 ). 3. Scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 1 to standard 4(process evaluation); the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference(t=-10.704, p=.000). scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 5(outcome evaluation); the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. but no significant difference(t=-1.833, p=.070). 4. Scores of the quality of nursing care in experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference(t=-10.794, p=.000). Conclusion : Through this study, I'm sure that using a nursing care standards in musculo-skeletal disorder patients improve quality of nursing care and nursing care standards are effective nursing care.

제연구역 출입문의 차압 및 개방력 측정기준의 실효성 분석에 관한 연구 (Study on the Analysis of Differential Pressure of the Access Door for a Smoke Control Zone and the Effectiveness of the Measurement Criteria of its Opening Force)

  • 본 연구에서는 화재실과 인접부 제연구역의 차압 및 방화문의 개방력을 측정할 때의 문제점을 분석하고, 객관적인 방법에 의해 측정된 실측값을 제시하는데 있다. NFSC 501A의 제연설비 가동 시 출입문의 개방에 필요한 힘은 110 N 이하로 규정하고 있다. 제연설비가 설치된 공간에서 제연설비가 작동하지 않을 때는 KS F 2805의 시험방법에 의해서 개방력의 측정이 가능하지만 제연설비가 작동되었을 때는 화재실과 제연실의 차압에 의해 발생되는 추가적인 힘이 필요하므로 기준에서 제시하는 시험방법은 신뢰성이 부족함을 알 수 있다. 제연설비 가동 전 완전히 폐쇄된 상태의 개방력은 아날로그측정기($F_a$) 27.8 N, 디지털측정기($F_d$) 27.4 N을 각각 나타냈다. 그리고 문이 $5^{\circ}$ 개방된 상태의 개방력 $F_a$는 33 N, $F_d$는 33.6 N을 나타냈다. 제연설비가 작동되고 완전히 폐쇄된 상태의 개방력 $F_a$는 45.3 N, $F_d$는 46.9 N을 나타냈고, 문이 $5^{\circ}$ 개방된 상태의 개방력 $F_a$는 77.6 N, $F_d$는 76.0 N 등으로 확인되었다. 따라서 현재의 KS F 2805에서 제시하고 있는 기준과 상이하므로 적절한 기준의 검토가 요구된다.

국내외 기준에 따른 소아청소년의 저체중, 과체중, 비만 유병률 분석 (Identifying the Prevalence of Thinness, Overweight, Obesity among Adolescents: A Comparison of National and International Growth References)

  • Purpose: This study examined the distribution of the body mass index (BMI) according to gender and age among Korean children and adolescents to compare the distributions of being underweight, normal, overweight, and obese using both Korean and international criteria. Methods: This secondary data analysis utilized the data of the 2016 Korean National Health Examination for School Students Height, weight, and BMI distributions among children and adolescents were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and the differences in BMI distribution according to gender and age were analyzed using chi-square tests. Differences in the mean BMI according to the Korean Centers for Disease Control (KCDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the International Obesity Task Force (IOTF) criteria were analyzed using ANOVA. Results: Using the IOTF criteria, the prevalence of underweight, overweight, and obesity among grades 1-12 students was 6.7%, 20.8%, and 7.1%, respectively; 1.6%, 21.3%, and 11.8%, respectively, according to the WHO criteria; and 5.8%, 10.1%, and 13.0%, respectively, according to the KCDC criteria. Conclusion: It is recommended to use the IOTF criteria for health promotion programs to target underweight children and adolescents while the WHO and KCDC criteria should be used for health programs for treating obese people.

제연구역 출입문의 최적 설계를 위한 도어클로저의 기준 산정에 관한 연구 (Study on the Assessment of the Criteria on a Door Closer for the Optimum Design of the Access Door of a Smoke Control Zone)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제연구역 출입문의 최적 설계를 위한 플로어힌지(floor-hinge) 및 도어클로저(door closer)의 기준을 제시하는데 있다. 차압에 대한 개방력은 60 Pa일 때 60.75 N, 40 Pa일 때 40.5 N, 32.5 Pa일 때 32.91 N, 12.5 Pa일 때 12.66 N 등이다. KS F 2806의 기준을 적용한 플로어힌지 및 도어클로저의 개방력은 No.1은 27.5 N, No. 2는 40 N, No. 3는 75 N, No. 4는 100 N, No. 5는 125 N 등이다. 차압과 플로어힌지 및 도어클로저의 개방력을 NFSC 501A의 개방력 제한값과 비교한 결과 기준을 초과하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 NFSC 501A 차압과 방연 풍속을 설계에 반영하는 것뿐만 아니라 개방력도 설계에 반영할 필요가 있다. 제연댐퍼의 종류에 따라 출입문의 플로어힌지 및 도어클로저의 설치 조건은 호칭에 따라 다르다. 저차압용의 경우는 No. 1, No. 2, No. 3의 설치가 가능하며, 일반 차압용의 경우에는 No. 1, No. 2의 설치가 가능하였다.

  • In this paper, we consider the oscillation of the following certain second order nonlinear differential equations $(r(t)(x^{\prime}(t))^{\alpha})^{\prime}+q(t)x^{\beta}(t)=0$>, where ${\alpha}$ and ${\beta}$ are ratios of positive odd integers. New oscillation theorems are established, which are based on a class of new functions ${\Phi}={\Phi}(t,s,l)$ defined in the sequel. Also, we establish some interval oscillation criteria for this equation.

  • CMG의 특이점 회피를 위한 구동법칙의 설계와 관련된 특이성 지수를 분석하였으며, 지수를 선택하거나 개발할 때 필요한 정성적인 적합성 기준을 제시하였다. 빠른 계산과 조건수와의 일치성을 중요한 기준으로 선정하였으며, 이에 따라 세 가지의 변형된 지수를 제안하였다. 유한지수와 무한지수의 특성을 비교하였고, 가중치를 이용하여 두 가지의 장점을 결합하는 방안을 제시하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 제안한 방법을 검증하였다.

  • Railway signal system is responsible for the safety operation of railway and performs vital functions as safe space control, route control and etc. These functions prevent collision accidents between trains and derailment accidents of trains. However, these accidents are occurred by some causes. It is necessary to analysis hazards, hazard frequency and risk contribution. And railway signal system must make practical application of the analysis results. This paper includes analysis results of railway accident data by FTA(Fault Tree Analysis) and hazards. Railway signal system must consider these hazards. This paper used the railway accident data of RSSB(Railway Safety & Standard Board) of UK. We will use the FTA result to set up a draft of safety criteria of railway signal system.

호텔 요리사의 인간공학적 작업 위험성 평가 (A Heuristic Approach to the Shift-scheduling Considering the Balance of Work-load in Nuclear Power Plants)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an efficient algorithm for the management of the shift schedule in nuclear power plants in consideration with the ergonomic criteria and the regulatory codes. The ergonomic criteria considered are the work hours, overtime-work frequency and working time, start and finishing time of works, allocation of rest times and duty-offs, rotating of shifts, etc. to comply with the regulations such as the Labor Standard Act, the ILO Convention No. 171, 178, "the detailed content of a periodic safety review," enforcement regulations 19-2 of the Atomic Energy Act. The developed algorithm for the shift schedule program adopts a heuristic method to minimize the difference the workload for shift workers in nuclear power plants.

  • This paper introduces test plan and scenario sets proposed by CDG(CDMA Development Group)for wireless location determination technologies performance evaluation, and proposes new test criteria and scenario sets which are more suitable in Korea environment. We propose two scenario sets. One is based on wireless network coverage, and another is based on test types. We evaluate the performance of AGPS(Assisted-GPS) receiver designed by Hanyang Navicom Co., ltd. and analyze the results according to proposed test criteria and scenario sets.

FMS 에서의 지능제어형 생산계획을 위한 전문가 시스템 (Expert System for Intelligent Control-Based Job Scheduling in FMS)

  • This paper describes an intelligent control-based job scheduler, named ESIJOBS, for flexible manufacturing system. In order to construct rulebase of this system, traditional rules of job scheduling in FMS are examined and evaluated. This result and the repetitional simulations with graphic monitoring system are used to form the rulebase of ESIJOBS, which is composed of three parts:six part selection rules, four machine center selection rules, and twenty-one metarules. Appropriate scheduling rule sets are selected by this rulebase and manufacturing system status. The performances of all simulations are affected by random breakdowns of major FMS components during each simulation. Six criteria are used to evaluate the performance of each scheduling. The two modes of ESIJOBS are simulated and compared with combinational 24 rule-set simulations. In this comparison ESIJOBS dominated the other rule-set simulations and showed the most excellent performance particularly in three criteria.
