The agricultural industry is beset by continuing demands to decrease the use of pest control agents which employ toxic modes of action. Although there are real problems of pesticide resistance, and sometimes overuse or redistribution in the environment, much criticism results from a lack of appreciation of how small is the risk involved. Whatever the background reasons, research and development for pesticide alternatives, particularly within Integrated Pest Management systems, is clearly of high priority. Currently available approaches, including use of natural products and molecular biology, are often regarded with naive optimism and require critical appraisal. For the future, methods of pest control based on chemicals with non-toxic modes of action (e.g. pheromones) continue to offer promise but, for widespread use, will require their integration with biological agents and development by means of plant molecular biology.

The continuing development of the information technology industry and wireless networking has increased the use of mobile device, which provides both portability and mobility. As follows, demands for extended services within the wireless Internet are increasing rapidly. Because it still in its initial stages of development, the wireless Internet presents continuing problems in security and limitations in the content of services. Furthermore, most mobile equipment utilizes the touch pad input method. This input method is inconvenient when a user needs to input a long sentence. This has led to the more convenient development of image selection by using a pen mouse. In order to provide security under these conditions, a HASH code may be used to transmit an array of information and input values, created by the image input at the early stages. Thus, authentication and key exchange are completed securely. Messages are encoded and transmitted, preventing both information drain by insiders and interference from outside.

The purpose of this study was to inquiry of perception on outcomes and challenges of vocational education division CSAT by industry department teachers of specialized vocational high school. Therefore, it is highly desirable that researchers to survey what are the biggest outcomes of vocational education division CSAT and positive ripple effects of outcomes, what are the biggest challenges of vocational education division CSAT and importance of challenges undertaken 10 years. The survey included 100 industry department teachers of specialized vocational high school on 9 region from Korea. The analysis of survey results was by regions, industry department teacher's career of specialized vocational high school. The results are as follows. The biggest outcomes of vocational education division CSAT was extension of opportunity on continuing education and supply a demand for entrance university on specialized vocational high school students. The biggest positive ripple effects of the outcomes was also extension of opportunity on continuing education and supply a demand for entrance university on specialized vocational high school students. The biggest challenges of vocational education division CSAT and importance of challenges was not to use vocational education division CSAT score for the entrance on the most universities.

Objective : This study is to know about the play awareness of occupational therapists with using the sensory integration approach, and is to suggest educational strategies of play as occupation and research. Methods : 124 occupational therapists completed the questionnaires including the general use of play in occupational practice and the use of play assessments with preschoolers, and factors influence on the use of play in occupational therapy for children. Results : Respondents used the play as therapy modality and performed much with based on sensory integration and development approach in individual occupational therapy room with variable play tools. It was restricted to use as objective assessment tools and methods, and had important factors that influence on the use of play in occupational therapy for children; role of occupational therapy in work setting, personal frame of reference and availability of play assessments. Conclusion : The results suggest a need for increasing the emphasis on play in entry-level curricula and continuing education, improving clinician access to valid and reliable play assessments, and completing studies designed to examine the use and efficacy of play in sensory integration therapy intervention.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the continuous usage intention of artificial intelligence products and services. In this study, we try to define the artificial intelligence quality and preference on the online job information platform and investigate the effect of artificial intelligence on continues usage intention. A survey of artificial intelligence users was conducted and recalled 184. The empirical analysis shows that the artificial intelligence quality and preference have a positive effect on satisfaction, and that the satisfaction has significant effect on the intention of continuing use. but the artificial intelligence quality does not significantly affect the intention of continuing use. These results are expected to provide useful guidelines for artificial intelligence technology products or services in the future.

Interest and investment in drones that apply the concept of the 4th industrial revolution and ICT convergence advanced technology are continuing. The purpose of drone operation has been widely spread from the initial military use to the use of various industries such as construction, forestry, facilities, and agricultural support. In these industries, the training of pilots who can actually operate drones is increasing centering on the qualification system. However, the detailed standards including the training place, training place, educational environment, and education method for nurturing pilots are ambiguous, so the education through the oral instruction of the training instructor is continuing at the drone training site. In order to solve this problem, this study conducted a study on a dual control platform in which a training instructor could directly intervene in the pilot's flying drone to execute a map in order to improve the quality of synesthesia, which is essential in the field.

The purpose of this study was to investigate current status of sedation training for the residents in pediatric dentistry training institutions and opinions about continuing education after the residency program. Surveys were sent to 18 pediatric dentistry training institutions by e-mail, and the responses were collected and analyzed. Most of the sedation education period for the residents were the 1st-year education (61.1%) and 1 - 3 years of integrated education (55.6%). In terms of an externship, 5 institutions (27.8%) sent their residents to the department of anesthesiology. Second half of the 1st year (50%) was the highest for a resident to use sedation for the first time. The period of supervisor participation varied from not participating at all to whole time throughout the residency program. The sedation training is conducted at all training institutions, but there were variations in the experience that a resident can gain. All training institutions agreed on the necessity of continuing education of the sedation, but there were various opinions regarding time, method, and the period of review course. Overall, this study suggested that continuing education should be consisted of 1 - 2 hours of didactic education every year and clinical skills and simulation training in every 2 - 3 years.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to establish a systematic educational operation platform by collecting expert opinions so that occupational therapists can use continuing education well as a means to become professional occupational therapists in a particular field. Methods : A Delphi study was conducted with 23 experts on continuing education courses in common areas, elderly or dementia, community-based, physical rehabilitation, and developmental disabilities conducted in 2019 and 2020. The first Delphi investigated the suitability of the course as a professional continuing education and the appropriate level of education. In the second Delphi, we derived the final platform by verifying its suitability with verification of its content validity. Results : As a result, 87 items were derived for common areas, 53 items for elderly or dementia, 66 items for community-based, 66 items for physical rehabilitation, and 85 items for developmental disabilities. The main contents included the expertise needed by occupational therapists, the role in various fields, the solution of difficulties in clinical practice, and the topic of preparing for the future. Conclusion : This study was meaningful in presenting an educational operation platform for training professional occupational therapists as a basic study. It is hoped that the optimal education operation platform will be developed to strengthen professional skills of occupational therapists efficiently through future research.

Purpose: This paper was written to introduce methods of using the research ethics committee (RES) from requesting the initial review to reporting the close-out for nursing researchers. Methods: General ethical principles were described by reviewing the 'Bioethics and Safety Act' and other related guidelines, and constructing some questions and answers. Results: The results were composed of three parts; definition of RES, steps in using RES, and archiving. The 7 steps for using RES were; identifying whether the study needed to be reviewed, by the RES identifying whether the study could be exempted, requesting the initial review after preparing documents, requesting the re-review, requesting an amendment review, requesting a continuing review and reporting the close-out. Conclusion: Nursing researchers need to receive RES approval before starting nursing research involving human subjects. Nursing researchers are urged to use the steps reported in this paper to receive RES approval easily and quickly.

This study approached the leisure with the step of life cycle, analyzing the process of leisure career and leisure development in individual life. The leisure life cycle leads the other related studies by examining the concepts of continuity, change, leisure socialization, and leisure career. It also analyzes the patterns and the structures of the use of life time, using '2004 Time Use Survey' from the Korea National Statistical Office. As a result, this study suggests new 3 steps of leisure life cycle: participating and expanding stages, selective and concentrating stage, and continuing and absorbed stage. These steps set up the goal of leisure program by the periods. They also can help setting the direction of leisure activities, and can be used as basic data that can make up the leisure activity program models step by step. Moreover, the development of model can be used as valuable information to draw up the plans that can prepare for aging society and demand the support of policy.
