물리치료사의 보수교육 실태분석 : 2014~2015년도 (The Analysis on Continuing Education in Physical Therapy : In 2014~2015)

  • Purpose : The primary objective of this study was to examine the status of continuing education, and to identify the current state and employment status of these physical therapists. Moreover, the study also aimed to provide basic data for establishing improvement measures in various continuing education programs to enhance the quality of physical therapists, thereby providing high quality service to patients and contributing to the increasing productivity of hospitals. Method : The present study analyzed the basic data obtained from KPTA regarding the 671 physical therapists throughout Korea. Questionnaires were sent by mail to from direct visits were used in the final data analysis. The questionnaire consisted of 45 questions in 3 categories: general characteristics, continuing education. Collected data were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations. Result : Subjects 88 (87.1%) indicated that they continuing education, showing that most had taken continuing education courses. The importance and necessity of continuing education was much higher for those with doctoral degrees than for those who graduated from college, or who possessed bachelors or master's degrees. Conclusion : A necessary follow-up study using these findings would contribute to providing a high quality medical service and to enhancing the quality of physical therapists. Moreover, systematic management of continuing education is necessary to devise comprehensive and effective measures for the development and acquisition of updated skills by health care professionals.

정규 공학교육과 평생교육의 통합교육과정에 따른 효과 분석 (Analysis of educational effect on unified curriculum of regular engineering education and lifelong education)

  • 대학부설 평생교육기관은 성인교육의 기회를 확대하고 대학의 교육적 기능을 사회에 환원한다는 취지하에 전국 각 대학에서 활성화 되고 있으나, 평생교육기관에서 시행되고 있는 직업능력개발 프로그램은 대학의 인프라를 활용한 교육과 질적 수준을 공유하지 못하고 있어 정규교육으로 인정되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 평생교육원의 문제점을 탈피하여 대학의 질 높은 교육의 공유를 통한 재직자 직업능력개발 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 활용하여 대학생들이 방학 중에 직업능력개발을 위한 최신기술교육 프로그램에 재직교원과 같이 참여하는 교육과정의 효과를 분석하였다. 교육에 참가한 대학생 설문조사를 통하여 제안된 교육 형태의 교육적 효과를 확인하였고, 향후 직업능력개발 프로그램과 접목된 미래 공학교육의 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

도서관장애인서비스 담당사서를 위한 계속교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Continuing Education & Training Program for the Disabled Users Service Special Librarian)

  • 본 연구는 장애인서비스 전문사서 양성과 전문성 강화를 위한 장애인서비스 전문사서를 위한 계속교육 프로그램 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구, 담당자와의 인터뷰를 통하여 국립중앙도서관 사서교육문화과에서 수행한 장애인서비스 전문사서 계속교육 강좌를 조사 분석하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합하여 얻은 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 장애인서비스 전문사서 역량강화를 위한 계속교육 프로그램 모형을 개발하였다. 제안되는 프로그램 모형은 Track 1, 2로 나누었으며, 교육 형태는 사이버형 교육, 집합형 교육, 그리고 혼합형 교육으로 편성하였다.

  • 오늘날의 기록관리 환경은 전자기록관리 시대를 맞이하여 빠르게 변화하고 있으며, 기록전문직은 끊임없이 변화·발전하는 기록관리 환경의 지식과 기술을 습득하여야 한다. 이에 따른 계속교육은 기록관리 환경의 변화를 수용할 수 있어야 하며, 기록전문직의 전문성을 제고시킴에 있어서 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 기록전문직이 계속교육을 통하여 습득한 최신지식과 경험은 또 다른 기록관리 이론과 기술의 발전을 이끌어 냄으로써 기록관리 문화에 선순환적 구조를 가져올 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통하여 변화하는 기록관리 환경에 따른 계속교육의 필요성을 정리하고, 기록전문직 계속교육 프로그램 및 개선방안에 관한 선행연구를 살펴보았다. 이후 사례분석을 통하여 미국과 영국의 기록 보존소 및 기록관리 협회의 계속교육 프로그램 현황을 조사하고, 이를 심층적으로 비교·분석하여 국내 기록전문직 계속교육 프로그램에 반영할 수 있는 개선방안을 제언하였다.

가정전문간호사의 계속교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 교육요구 분석 (Educational Needs Analysis for Development of Home Healthcare Nurse Specialist Education Program)

  • Purpose: The study analyzed continuing educational needs with the aim of developing continuing education program for home healthcare nurse specialists. Methods: A convenience sample of 101 home healthcare nurse specialists affiliated with 89 home health care agencies in Seoul, Busan, Dae-gu, Inchon, Jeonnam, Keongnam was used. Data was collected with a self-report questionnaire from May 10-31, 2010, and analyzed with descriptive statistics using SAS 9.13 program. Results: Of the participants, 88.1% reported that continuing education was necessary and 58.2% reported that the education was needed for peak job performance. The participants also reported that it would be proper if continuing education is given on a Saturday(56.4%) by home healthcare institute(49.5%) or homecare nurses association (38.6%) for 1-3 months(56.4%). The participants scored more than 3.0 in the current performance at six of the seven home healthcare nurse specialist roles, and scored more than 3.5 in the necessity of continuing education for seven roles in 47 jobs. Conclusion: Various programs for continuing education have to be developed and need to focused on the jobs needed for home healthcare nurse specialist and the most frequent disease. For this purpose, every home healthcare organization has to select their unique area and develop their own educational program. Furthemore, home healthcare nurses association has to build an education operating system that incorporates all program aspects.

위탁급식경영업체의 영양사, 조리사의교육훈련 필요성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Program Development for Education and Training of Dietitians and Cooks in Contracted Foodservice Management Companies)

  • The objectives of this study were to develop program in education & training of dietitians and cooks in contracted foodservice management company, The instruments were developed by reviewing extensive literatures on education programs and by interviewing with dietitians and cooks who were working in contracted foodservice management company. A total of 400 questionnaires was hand delivered at 14 contracted foodservice management companies by designated coordinators. A total of 286 questionnaires was usable; resulting in a 70.0%, response rate. Statistics data analysis was completed using the SPSS program for frequency analysis, reliability, mean value, t-test, ANOVA and Crohnbach's alpha coefficient. Crohnbach's alpha coefficients for dietitian's scale and cook's scale were 0.9548 and 0.9513. A few things were suggested according to the results of the survey: 1. The dietitians and the cooks wanted to take a continuing education to improve their job. Therefore the contracted foodservice management company should provide them with the systematic education according to their job experience. 2, As the continuing education for dietitians and the continuing education for cooks were disappeared, Korean Dietitian Association and Korean Culinary Association should make a certified continuing education program and give them a new knowledge and a changeable food culture.

교육과정 운영실태를 고려한 고등학교의 공간계획에 관한 연구 - 방과후 활용을 중심으로 - (A Study on Space Planning of High School Considering the Management Realities of Education Curricula)

  • This study has presented construction planning data or material. which can maximize the efficiency of school facilities; in other words, to utilize school facilities as local continuing education facilities in terms of use rate, as well as to make school facilities to accommodate the 7th education curricula. This study has been carried out through questionnaire survey on currently executed various curricular operation types, targeting people in charge of drawing up and operation of the curricula in liberalarts high school. The questionnaire survey has also been conducted on ideal teaching-learning type by subject, targeting teachers in charge of individual subject. The expansion of specialized curricula rooms and classrooms, as well as classrooms by level and ICT-related rooms, are required to invigorate continuing education, which utilizes smooth operation of the 7th education curricula and school facilities. I also assume that implementation of school curricula and the role as local continuing education facilities can be fulfilled, through activated deployment type and operation programs with which management of the facilities becomes easy, in order to utilize those classrooms to be used for continuing education.

직장인의 은퇴기대가 은퇴준비교육요구에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Retirement Expectation on Pre-retirement Planning Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to elicit the multi-dimensions of retirement expectations, and explore sub-factors of retirement expectations which predict the possibility of worker's participation to each pre-retirement planning programs. The major findings were as follows: first, this study shows that there are four sub-factors; Imposed frustration, New beginning, Transition to rest, Continuing. And there was a significant difference in retirement expectation according to sex, age, income, and health status. Second, the major affecting factors on participation in pre-retirement planning programs were sex, age, job, educational attainment, and health status. Third, those who have retirement expectations of 'Imposed frustration' tend to attend re-employment, leisure, and health education. Those who have retirement expectations of 'Transition to rest' tend to attend re-employment, inauguration education. And those who have retirement of 'Continuing' tend to attend leisure education.

사서직의 전문성 제고를 위한 계속교육발전 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Continuing Education to Enhance the Specialization of Librarians)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도서관 현직 사서들의 전문성을 성장 발전시킬 수 있는 체계적이고 효율적인 계속교육 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 설문지를 통하여 현직사서의 직력, 계속교육에 대한 경험, 현황, 의견, 요구, 제언 등을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 계속교육의 참여도는 전체적으로 부진하며 도서관 유형과 직무에 따라 차이가 있다. 둘째, 계속교육 주관처의 평가는 부진하였고 유용성은 대체로 긍정적이었다. 셋째, 계속교육을 위한 개인적인 노력은 부족하며 도서관의 유형에 따라 차이가 있다. 넷째, 비정규 계속교육은 컴퓨터와 관련된 주제로 근무시간과 방학을 이용하여 실시하기를 원하고 있다. 끝으로 계속교육 발전을 위해서 전담기구의 설치, 주관부처별 평가제도의 확립, 특성화한 프로그램의 운영, 교육과 연구에 대한 성과급 제도의 도입, 해외연수의 적극적인 주진$\cdot$새로운 계속교육 방식의 도입, 정규 계속교육의 확대 등을 제언한다.

의료기관 종별 간호사의 임상간호교육 참여 현황과 보수교육 요구 분석 (Analysis of Participation Status in Clinical Nursing Education and Needs for Continuing Education among Clinical Nurses according to Hospital Type)

  • Purpose: This study investigates the participation status in clinical nursing education and nurses' continuing education needs to develop educational programs. Methods: Participants were 227 nurses working in medical institutions where nursing students practiced, and the selection criteria were nurses with more than two years of clinical education experience; data were collected using structured questionnaires. Results: More than half of the clinical nurses had completed a preceptor training program for clinical nursing education, and the subjects mainly educated by nurses were new graduate nurses and nursing students. The obstacles to clinical nursing education were lack of compensation, lack of manpower, lack of patient nursing time, excessive workload, and lack of knowledge as educators. The educational methods preferred in continuing education were small-group workshops and online education. The desired educational topics in continuing education were current nursing practice standards, simulation nursing education, and the role of clinical nursing educators. Conclusion: Based on our results, it is necessary to understand the importance of clinical nursing education, which is essential for clinical nurses, to prepare a specific system for them and to develop and operate a systematic education program according to medical institutions' characteristics.
