모바일 커머스는 최근 매우 거대한 시장을 자치하고 있으며 사용자들한테 무한한 가능성을 보이고 있는 분야 중 하나이다. 이러한 상황은 휴대폰으로 모든 것을 해결하는 컨버전스 기술이 많은 주목을 받고 있어 모바일 커머스에 관한 연구가 끊임없이 요구되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구는 모바일 커머스에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 시점에서 모바일 커머스 서비스에 대한 정확한 평가와 사용자의 품질만족에 대한 분석 결과를 제시하여 모바일 커머스 서비스의 품질 향상에 필요한 정보를 제시하고, 소비자의 만족도를 고려할 수 있는 콘텐츠의 개발 방향을 제시하고자 하는 것이 주요 동기이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 발췌한 품질모형을 바탕으로 하여 모바일 서비스를 주로 많이 이용하고 있는 사용자층을 20대의 젊은 층으로 판단하여 이를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료를 토대로 여러 분석방법을 통하여 모바일 커머스의 성장 동향과 활성화 방향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 시사점으로 인터넷의 비용만족을 높이기 위해서는 제공된 콘텐츠의 분야별 종류와 제공범위에 관심을 갖는 정보가치 평가 요인 중 적시성과 신뢰성에 관심을 높여야 하고, 서비스 품질 만족을 높이기 위해서는 찾고자 하는 정보에 대한 정확도를 높이는 전략이 필요할 것이다.

구글, 마이크로소프트, 야후 등의 대형업체들이 플랫폼을 기반으로 전 세계 위성사진과 지도 서비스를 선보이고 있는데 반해, 국내의 경우 뛰어난 지도 서비스들을 보유하고 있음에도 플랫폼으로 발전시키지는 못하여 경쟁에서 밀리고 있다. 웹을 통해 국토정보를 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 다양한 원천자료와 소프트웨어를 통합해 줄 플랫폼이 필요한 현실에서, 차세대 유비쿼터스 웹 환경에서 공공 및 민간의 공간정보를 통합하여 맞춤형 국토정보의 활용을 극대화할 수 있는 기술로서 맞춤형 국토정보 플랫폼기술이 개발되고 있다. 스트리밍, 매쉬업, 검색의 크게 세 가지로 나뉘어 2D/3D Hybrid 스트리밍엔진, u-GIS 서비스 매쉬업엔진, 차세대 국토정보 검색엔진 등이 그것이다. 이에 맞춤형 국토정보 플랫폼기술의 효과적인 개발을 위해 관련 Geospatial Web 플랫폼기술이 구현되고 있는 기존의 제품 및 시장동향을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 목표시장중심 및 플랫폼의 기술 특성에 따라 맞춤형 국토정보 플랫폼기술개발전략을 모색하였다.

As tactical networks are gradually shifting toward IP-based flexible operation for diversified battlefield services, QoS(Quality-of-Service) coordination for service differentiation becomes essential to overcome the heterogeneous and scarce networking resources limitations. QoS coordination for tactical network traffic should be able to monitor and react the dynamic changes in underlying network topology and service priorities. In this paper, by adopting the emerging cloud-native service mesh concept into tactical network context, we study the feasibility of intelligent QoS coordination by employing tactical service mesh(TSM) as an additional layer to support enhanced traffic quality monitoring and control. The additional TSM layer can leverage distributed service-mesh proxies at tactical mesh WAN(Wide Area Network) nodes so that service-aware differentiated QoS coordination can be effectively designed and integrated with TSM-assisted traffic monitoring and control. Also, by validating the feasibility of TSM layer for QoS coordination with miniaturized experimental setup, we show the potential of the proposed approach with several approximated battlefield traffics over a simulated TSM-enabled tactical network.

In the literature, the general framework of competitive forces has been used extensively to analyze industries in the traditional economy. More specifically, the model has been used to develop strategies for companies in various sectors. The general model can also be used to analyze the use of information technology to enhance competitive advantage. This paper extends the conceptual model to the Internet environment. For concreteness, the concepts are examined in the context of the health care industry. In addition, a comparative analysis is performed to examine the similarities and differences in providing merchandise or services in cyberspace.

본 논문은 오픈소스 Home Py를 이용해 Telegram Service를 통한 대화방식의 서비스로써 사물과 사람 간 양방향 통신을 가능하며 상황인식 서비스를 활용하여 홈 시스템 제어를 유연하게 할 수 있는 프로젝트를 구성하였다. 기존 시스템은 스마트 폰으로 가전을 제어하는 Smart Home이 현실화 되었지만, 조작법의 어려움으로 인하여 장애인, 노약자, 어린이, 임산부들의 불편함이 있다. 본 문제를 해결하기 위해 상황인식을 통해 상황에 맞는 사물들을 제어함으로써 보다 지능적인 스마트 홈 시스템을 제안한다.

In recent years, it is natural that the development and the maintenance of information systems are strongly dependent on outside service providers for economic reasons, especially in public sector. There has been an unexpected growth in the number of selection activities for outsourcing related works. At this time, selection of the contractor generally considers the proposals received based on the RFP(requested for proposal) and determines the ranking by experts committee. However, it is difficult even for expert giving a specific numeric score in weighting criteria or rating alternatives. In this context, an extended fuzzy TOPSIS method is applied for selection problem of IT proposals. A numerical illustration is also provided to demonstrate the applicability of the approach. This approach is very practical to help decision makers in assessing proposals during the selection phase under uncertainties.

웹페이지(webpage)의 구축이 생활화됨에 따라 공공도서관에서도 웹페이지를 통한 정보의 제공과 홍보가 점점 활발해지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공도서관 웹페이지의 이론적 배경을 살펴본 뒤, 선행연구에서 제시한 기준을 근거로, 서울시에 소재한 공공도서관 웹페이지의 실태를 웹페이지의 구조와 내용에 따라 조사.분석하여 그 문제점을 알아보았으며, 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관 웹페이지를 활성화하기 위하여 공공도서관의 웹페이지가 효과적으로 설계.운영되는 방안을 제시하고 있다.

최근 지속적인 외식산업 시장의 매출 증가와 음식에 대한 질적 서비스 제공이 중요한 사회적인 현상이 되면서 외식산업의 트렌드는 계속해서 변화하고 있다. 외식산업과 관련한 기존의 검색시스템은 사용함에 있어서 상세한 정보를 제공하기 위한 위치, 가격, 분위기 등 다양한 조건에 따른 적합한 정보를 수집해야하는 번거로움 때문에 많은 시간이 투자되어 사용자 입장에서는 검색에 대한 부담이 발생한다. 챗봇은 사용자와 대화를 통하여 상황별 정보 수집이 가능하고 이를 통하여 정보를 제공한다. 이 논문에서는 ChatScript를 사용하여 개인별 취향을 만족시켜주는 식당정보를 상황에 맞춰서 제공가능한 챗봇을 구현한다.

With the development of information technology, social network services (SNS) such as Facebook and Twitter became popular and many users disclose their personal and sensitive information like private story, photographs and location information through posting and sharing. Despite the privacy concerns in SNSs, individuals continue to disclose their identity online. This phenomenon is called 'privacy paradox'. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of collective efficacy on self-disclosure in SNS context and to explain privacy paradox phenomenon. Drawing upon the communication privacy management theory, research model was developed and empirically tested with cross-sectional data from 306 individuals. Results revealed that collective efficacy has a direct positive effect on self-disclosure while privacy risk is negatively related to self-disclosure. However, privacy concern is not directly related to self-disclosure. The relationship between privacy concern and self-disclosure was moderated by collective efficacy.

A multi-modal sensing M2M healthcare monitoring system for the continuous monitoring of patients under their natural physiological states or elderly persons with chronic diseases is summarized. The system is designed for homecare or the monitoring of the elderly who live in country side or small rest home without enough support from caregivers or doctors, instead of patient monitoring in big hospital environment. Further insights into the natural cause and progression of diseases are afforded by context-aware sensing, which includes the use of accelerometers to monitor patient activities, or by location-aware indoor tracking based on ultrasonic and RF sensing. Moreover, indoor location tracking provides information about the location of patients in their physical environment and helps the caregiver in the provision of appropriate support.
