Marketing Strengthening Strategy for Building Model House through Non-face-to-face Video Content Services (비대면 콘텐츠 서비스를 통한 건축 모델하우스 마케팅 강화 전략)

  • As fears of infection with the Corona 19 virus increase, an untact mood is also blowing in the real estate market. Changes in life style are bringing about changes in the way of life and patterns of consumption. In the real estate marketing market, such changes are inevitable. In particular, marketing using a real estate model house has the characteristics of marketing that is closely related to the denseness that many people visit in an enclosed space. These characteristics include all three features (airtight, dense, close), characteristics mentioned in the COVID-19 prevention rules. Therefore, in this study, we will look at ways to reinforce model house customer marketing in line with the untact (non-face-to-face) trend and to avoid the above three features, characteristics in the model house customer marketing process, and show the implementation results to avoid features. Through this, we propose a safe and expandable real estate marketing strategy through the avoidance of the three features of corona 19.

  • Since COVID-19, digital transformation has been taking place in the entire industry, and Metaverse is attracting attention as an untect service. Therefore, this study aims to find out about brand experience marketing cases using metaverse targeting beauty brands. This study reviewed previous studies related to metaverse marketing and beauty brand marketing. SK-II, Christian Dior used VR technology to provide users with contents and experience of brand products, and L'Oreal, Sephora, Laneige used AR technology to provide virtual makeup applications. It's believed that this experience marketing will have a positive effect on customers' purchase intention and its importance will increase further to target Z Generation. It's expected that this study can be used as related data in the metaverse and experience marketing of beauty brands, and research on metaverse marketing should be continued in the beauty field.

A Methodology for Designing Contents-Oriented Hypermedia (컨텐츠 지향적 하이퍼미디어 설계 방법론)

  • Recently there have been many efforts to develop hypermedia systems. Hypermedia applications can be categorized into process-oriented or contents-oriented. However, it is not a trivial task to build contents-oriented hypermedia in a systematic fashion. The contents-oriented hypermedia systems are developed primarily for the applications of marketing or information services. This paper proposes a methodology for a contents-oriented hypermedia system. Hypermedia contents are typically structured in the form of hierarchies. An index node can be used in order to give an effective access to this hierarchical structure. The proposed methodology employs three types of nodes(contents, index and function) and various navigation mechanisms, and helps design contents-oriented hypermedia systematically. Furthermore, various design techniques are proposed for maintaining contents-oriented hypermedia systems that have an evolutionary feature. Two real-life cases are illustrated to demonstrate the applicability of the methodology.

  • Recently, many regional governments and national organizations have propelled public art projects as a part of city regeneration project for improvement of living environment and cultural welfare of neglected regions. It is necessary to think of meaning of the public art project in a context of city regeneration, not only in public art discourse. This paper starts from the question if recent public art projects performed in city of Busan during last 5 year was successful in terms of place marketing. This paper tried to revoke to consider public art project in terms of place marketing because it should be utilized ultimately to activate regional economy for the habitants. First, we reviewed theoretical background regarding definition of public art and place marketing, intended effects of public art project, and place marketing strategy. we elicited an analytical framework and analyzed representative 6 cases of recent public art projects performed in city of Busan in terms of requirements of public art project and viability of place marketing. Discussion of the analysis result suggested implications for the future public art project to direct.

Development of u-Pamphlet based on PDA and Two Dimensional Barcode for Festival Marketing (축제 홍보를 위한 PDA와 2차원 바코드 기반의 u-팜플렛 개발)

  • With the advance of ubiquitous environment, a lot of changes occur in various kinds of applications. The marketing for festivals is not an exception. Due to the needs for changes in the festival marketing, researches about active marketing suitable for ubiquitous environment are increasing. The purpose of this paper is to develop a u-pamphlet based on PDA and QR code. In this paper, we focus on Jeju Jeongweol Daeboreum Fire Festival, shortly Jeju Fire Festival, as a pamphlet content, which is one of the best domestic festivals. When tourists attend Jeju Fire Festival, the proposed u-pamphlet provides various forms of Jeju Fire Festival information either by accessing digital content stored in PDA directly or by interpreting QR code in the Festival area and connecting remote digital content indirectly. In addition, in order to analyze the necessity, the usefulness, the functionality, and the technical barriers of the u-pamphlet, we make a questionnaire after we exhibit our u-pamphlet.
