서로 다른 화본과/두과 방목이용 초지에서 사초생산성 및 초지 이용률 비교 연구 (A Comparison of Forage Production and Utilization Efficiency on Some Different Grass/LeGume Pasture Mixtures for Grazing Management)

  • The productivity and utilization of four different grasdlegume pastures for grazing management were examined. The pasture mixtures used in this study were orchardgrass + ladino clover (Tl), orchardgrass + alfalfa (T2), perennial ryegrass + alfalfa (T3), and orchardgrass (T4, without legumes) respectively. The pastures were mtationally grazed 7 times with growing cow which had an initial weight of ca 243kg. The gmwth of pasture plants, dry matter (DM) yield, DM distribution, daily DM production, and pasture utilization were investigated at the NLRI, in Suwon, from April to October in 1991 and 1992. The average plant height at each grazing was 32-33m. The average DM content was 17.8%, wil the lowest in TI (16.4%) and highest in T3 and T4 (18.4%). The annual DM production were 9,609 kg (T3), 9,420 kg (Tl), 9,402 kg (T2), and 9,194 kgha (T4) in that order, but no significant differences were found in forage yield between treatments. Most of forage DM was produced in spring season, particularly in May. The daily DM production was highest in May (81.9kg), and lowest in August (33.0kg/ha). The average efficiency of pasture utilization was about 79%, with the lowest in TI (77%), and highest level of utilization was observed in T4 (82%). In this experiment, production and utilization of each pastures were observed similarly. However, the forage nutritive value, botanical composition, and animal performance as affected by different pasture mixtures for suitable grazing management are needed to ascertain.

강황 두부 스테이크의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Tofu Stake with Turmeric(Curcuma longa L.))

  • This study investigated the utilization of tofu stake with turmeric manufacture by analyzing its effects on quality characteristics and shelf-life of tofu made with 0.5 CT(0.5% turmeric power), 1.0 CT(1.0% turmeric power), 1.5 CT(1.5% turmeric power), and 2.0 CT(2.0% turmeric power) in comparison with those ST(standard), In color lightness tofu stake springiness decreased with increasing turmeric power content, while cohesiveness was higher than ST. The gumminess of tofu stake decreased with increasing turmeric power content, while brittleness was higher than ST. Water content of turmeric power tofu stake was higher than ST. Weight of tofu stake increased with increasing turmeric power content, while cooking loss decreased with increasing turmeric power content. Thiobarbituric acid content of turmeric power tofu stake decreased with increasing turmeric power content. For overall acceptability, $0.5{\sim}1.0%$ turmeric power tofu stake attained the highest score.

유아교육기관의 어플리케이션 사용에 대한 학부모 관점에서의 만족도 및 활용도 분석 (An Analysis of Satisfaction and Utilization from the Parents' Perspective on the Application of Early Childhood Education Institutions)

  • 이 연구는 유아교육기관의 어플리케이션 사용에 대해 학부모 관점에서 만족도와 활용도를 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 경기도 소재 5개 사립유치원에 자녀를 둔 학부모로 최종 443부 자료를 분석하였다. 인구 통계적 기술통계, t검정, F검정 통계분석방법으로 이용에 따른 만족도, 활용도 차이를 확인하였고, 각 만족도 하위요인과 활용도 변수 간 영향 관계의 검증은 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하고 시사점을 제시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 학부모의 직업 유무에 따른 만족도와 활용도 차이 t검정 결과, 전체 만족도에서 이용편리성, 전체 활용도에서 의사소통, 자녀관계가 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 확인되었다. 둘째, 만족도와 활용도 차이에 F검정 결과, 만족도에서 학력은 모든 변수, 이용 동기는 교육 활용 변수에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 활용도에서 학부모 학력은 기본생활과 전체 활용도, 자녀연령은 의사소통과 자녀관계, 이용동기는 기본생활에서 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 중다회귀분석 결과, 이용편리성, 의사소통, 교육활동만족도 등 모든 예측변수는 활용도 준거 변수에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 상대적 기여도는 의사소통 만족이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기관용 어플리케이션을 활용하여 학부모와 활발한 의사소통 및 교육 활동에 적용 가능성을 확인하고 다양한 교육 컨텐츠 어플리케이션으로 유아기 학부모와 적극적인 의사소통과 교육활동에 활용하여 교육 효과를 극대화할 수 있음을 검증한 것에 의의가 있다.

야생 코리언 레스페데자(Lespedeza stipulacea Maxim.)의 건물수량 및 사료가치에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dry Matter Yield and Nutritive Values of Wild Korean Lespedeza(Lespedeza Stipulacea Maxim.))

  • 야생 코리언 레스페데자의 조사료원으로서의 활용가치를 구명하고자, 숙기별 건물수량, 화학적 성분과 재래산양 12두를 공시하여, 혼합목초(GS) 100% 급여구, GS 80% + Wild Korean lespedeza(LA) 20% 급여구 및 GS 60% + LA 40% 급여구 등의 3처리를 두어 섭취량, 건물소화율 및 질소와 에너지이용성 등을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 코리언 레스페데자의 평균 건물수량은 7,336kg/ha이었으며, 생육이 진행됨에 따른 건물수량은 현저히 증가되는 양상을 보였다(P<0.05). CP 함량은 생육이 진행됨에 따라 현저히 감소된 반면에 섬유소 물질의 함량은 급격히 증가되는 양상을 보였다(P<0.05). 탄닌 함량은 화아생장기(54.5mg/g)에 가장 높았으나, 생육이 진행됨에 따라 감소되는 양상을 보여 종자성숙기에는 26.8mg/g으로 낮아졌다(P<0.05) 건물섭취량은 GS에 LA의 급여비율이 높아질수록 증가되었으나 처리간에 차이가 없었다. 그러나 건물, 세포내용물 및 NDF 소화율은 GS 100% 급여구에 비하여 LA 20% 및 40% 혼합구에서 모두 높은 결과를 보였다(P<0.05). 가소화질소 축적율은 처리간에 차이가 없었으나, 대사질소 축적율과 생물가는 GS 100% 급여구에 비하여 GS 60% + LA 40% 급여구에서 높았다(P<0.05). 가소화 및 대사에너지의 이용율은 처리간에 차이가 없었던 것으로 보아 에너지이용성에 미치는 코리언 레스페테자의 영향은 적었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 야생 코리언 레스페데자의 건물수량, 건물소화율 및 질소 이용성을 고려할 때, 부존 조사료원으로 이용가치는 충분하다고 사료된다.

조선왕릉 활용사업 분석 및 활성화 방안 연구 (An Analysis and Activation of the Projects Utilizing the Royal Tombs of the Joseon Dynasty)

  • 2009년 조선왕릉 40기가 제 33차 세계유산위원회에서 유네스코 세계유산으로 등재된 후 한국 정부는 "세계유산 조선왕릉 보존관리 및 활용 기본계획"을 발표하는 등 적극적인 정책을 추진하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 조선왕릉의 활용사업은 아직 시작단계라고 할 수 있으며, 이에 관한 학술적 논의도 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구는 2009년부터 2014년까지 6년간 문화재청이 추진한 조선왕릉 활용사업 311개 전 사업을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 문헌조사와 내용분석법을 사용하였다. 내용분석은 문화재청이 제시했던 문화재 활용유형을 바탕으로 교육적 활용, 관광적 활용, 복합적 활용 및 산업적 활용을 분석틀로 삼았다. 분석결과 조선왕릉 활용사업은 단순한 교육적, 관광적 활용사업에 머물러 있었고, 산업적 활용은 아직 수행되지 못하였다. 또 각 지구관리소별로 유사한 사업들로 구성되어 있고 왕릉별로 독특한 사업이 부족했다. 사업들도 주로 단발성사업이었으며, 투입된 예산도 규모가 작았다. 아울러 정보통신기술(IT)시대에 왕릉현장 위주의 사업에 치중되어 있고 디지털과 온라인을 활용한 융합사업이 미흡하였다. 앞으로 조선왕릉 활용사업에 대한 예산규모의 확대, 왕릉의 독특한 콘텐츠 개발, 산업적 활용사업의 개발, 온라인과 디지털 융합사업 개발, 조선왕릉 활용을 위한 새로운 중장기 계획의 수립 등이 필요하다.

  • 혐기성(嫌氣性) 광합성(光合成) 세균(細菌)인 R. capsulata B22와 R. spheroides SM11의Bio-fertilizer로의 이용(利用) 가능성(可能性)을 조사(調査)하였다. R. capsulata B22와 R. spheroides SM11을 각각 토양(土壤)에 처리(處理)하여 토양(土壤)의 유기물(有機物) 함량(含量)과 질소(窒素) 함량(含量)의 변화(變化)를 조사(調査)한 결과(結果), 배양(培養) 5일(日) 후(後)부터 모든 처리구(處理區)에서 Algae의 번식(繁殖)이 관찰(觀察)되었으며 15-20일(日)까지 약간(若干)의 유기물(有機物) 및 질소함량(窒素含量)의 증가(增加)가 관찰(觀察)되었다.

창의성과 과학에 대한 태도 함양을 위한 창의적 사고기법 적용 효과 (The Effects of Application of Creative Thinking Technique for Development on Creativity and Attitude toward Science)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the application of a creative thinking technique for development on the creativity and attitude toward science of the students in elementary school. In order to better assist students' levels of creative thinking process, creative thinking techniques were reorganized based on the features of creative learning content in science textbooks. Furthermore, related units from an elementary science textbook were analyzed to map out the lesson plans. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the creative thinking technique developed in this study could be applicable to teaching-learning activities. When a creative thinking technique is applied, that should carefully be selected in consideration of all the creativity elements to be covered in class, and that should be used in a manner to be covered in class, and that should be used in a manner to be appropriate at learner level. Second, the utilization of the creative technique turned out to have a good impact on boosting the creativity of the elementary schoolers. Third, the utilization of the creative technique turned out to exert a good influence on fostering the school children's attitude toward science.

Energy Metabolism and Protein Utilization in Chicken- A Review

  • Evaluation of energy in the diet is very important in animal nutrition because food intake is strongly influenced by the energy content of the diet. This means that the intake of other nutrients, such as amino acids, is affected by their ratio to energy content. Poultry can control their energy intake over a range of energy: protein ratios. Energy: protein ratio also affects the growth and body composition. Therefore we need to know what extent the relationship between energy and dietary protein influences the bird's performance. To predict the energy value of the diet or its chemical constituents, researchers have been working on modelling using the equations of the major biochemical pathways in terms of ATP generation and utilization. The activity of feeding and the metabolism caused by digestion and assimilation of food increase the animal's heat production and it can be measured by calorimetry technique. Theoretically, surplus amino acids which are not needed for protein synthesis stimulate an additional increase in metabolic rate and lead to increased energetic costs of catabolism and excretion. However, it has sometimes been shown that there was no measurable diet-induced thermoregulatory effect when an imbalanced amino acid mixture was fed. All these aspects are discussed in this review.

웨딩드레스 버추얼 피팅을 위한 애플리케이션 콘텐츠 활용 연구 (Study about Utilizing the Wedding Dress Virtual Fitting Application Content)

  • To prolong the rapid progress of IT, it is necessary to develop contents through IT convergence among the existing goods & service and process areas to create new added-values. In particular, the wedding dress industry has infinite potential in utilizing various contents like virtual fitting by connecting with newly compelling IT areas such as smart phones, Augmented Reality (AR), and application contents. In the meantime, a large scale of the wedding industry has gained global competitiveness due to consulting expertise and the influence of the Korean Wave, whereas most small-sized wedding dress shops in Korea fall short of developing wedding dress designs and receiving relevant information. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to help brides who have difficulties in choosing a wedding dress by decreasing their time and effort by providing wedding dress designs and information, according their desired image, body type, and circumstances through the utilization of virtual fitting application contents. Not only that, this study aims to diversify and specialize in wedding information and to help users to set a guideline for wedding dresses that are most suitable for them. Moreover, this study has an academic meaning in proposing an interdisciplinary convergence research model through the study of wedding dress design development, AR, and application contents utilization.

면양에 의한 야초지와 개량초지의 초류이용성 비교 (A Comparison of Herbage Utilization by Sheep on Native and Improved Pastures)

  • The preference, chemical composition, intake, digestibility and chewing efficiency of collected herbage sample from sheep using esophageal fistula and fecal collection method were compared to those of offered herbage samples on the native and improved pastures at the 3rd flush stage(25 cm grass height). Experimental field was treated by one plot design and the begining of September 1987, at Chungnam National University, Daejon. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Preference indices were not different among herbage species on improved pasture, while those on in native pasture were markedly different and this difference seemed to depend on diet selection. 2. Chemical compositions of collected herbage samples were different from those of offered herbage samples. Crude protein content was significantly high on native pasture, but NDF, cellulose and lignin content were significantly low on improved pasture (p < 0.01). 3. DM intake, digestibility and herbage utilization percent on improved pasture were significantly higher than those on native pasture (P < 0.01). 4. Eating rate, ruminating and chewing efficiency were influenced by the amounts of NDF intake. Therefore, eating rate, ruminating and chewing efficiency on improved pasture tended to be higher than those on native pasture (p <0.01).
